시설물 유지관리를 위한 BIM 데이터 입력기준 개발방안 : 건축 기계설비를 중심으로 (Development Method of BIM Data Modeling Guide for Facility Management : Focusing on Building Mechanical System)

  • Facility data is created throughout the design and construction phase. But the most facility managers bear significant costs that arise from the lack of interoperability with facility lifecycle. This paper is concerned with the way to collect facility data using BIM technology. The aim of this paper is to suggest BIM data modeling guide for the facility management using the information that need to be delivered from design and construction phase to operation and management phase. The BIM data modeling guide focus on the properties of mechanical equipment. It is to be hoped that this study will contribute to collect facility data from as-built BIM data and to build facility management system database without difficulty.

  • 유지관리 분야는 다른 단계에 비해서 법과 제도가 미비하고, 관계기관 및 건축주가 이에 대한 대비가 충분하지 못하여 건축물의 수명이 물리적인 수명에 훨씬 미치지 못하는 경우가 많이 발생하고 있다. 또한 건설제단계의 Life-cycle을 고려하면 전체 공용수명 중 유지관리단계가 전체의 $70\%$가량을 점유하고 있어서 건설산업의 합리화를 위에서 유지관리에 대한 관리체계의 정립이 필요하다. 그리고 현재 운용 중인 유지관리 시스템은 주로 하자발생시 이를 처리하는 하자대응시스템으로 운영되고 있으며, 다른 단계와의 정보 공유는 낮은 수준에서 이루어지고 있다. 공동주택을 비롯한 건축물과 관련된 우리나라의 기존 제도, 법규 및 정책 등은 신규 건설시장에 초점이 맞추어져 있어서, 기존 시설물을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 체계는 아직 제대로 정비되어 있지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공공시설물의 효율적인 $운영\cdot관리\cdot활용$을 위하여 공공시설물 유지관리 체계의 현황을 분석하여 시스템의 구축방향을 제시하며, 나아가 정부주도로 구축되고 있는 건설정보 시스템을 구축에 대응하여, 현행 유지관리 정보시스템의 발전방향과 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This research used Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to analyze the importance and priority of functional space and evaluation factors of each functional space of the military dining facility. Dining in the military is an important factor in restoring combat power and promoting morale. The military dining facility serves as a not only for meals, but also for watching TV, education and club activities. Workers working in dining facility spend most of their work hours in dining facility, perform tasks such as cooking, dishwashing, and leftover disposal, and take breaks. As such, the military dining facility is a space where various functions are performed, and space planning should take into account these various functions when planning the building of the dining facility. However, the criteria for defense and military facilities, which are the basis for planning the space of military dining facility, are calculated only by simply analyzing the standard floor plan to match the size of the person-to. Therefore, when there is space to be reduced in the total area, there are side effects such as leaving visible table space without consideration for priority or functional space, unseen office space, and adjusting the entire area through reduction of the lounge. Accordingly, based on the priority of the space that the staff of the military dining facility considers important, this research aims to analyze the characteristics of each functional space through classification according to its unique function. This can be an indicator that can be used as a basis for future revision of the building floor area standards of the defense and military facilities standards, and it can improve usability with an efficient space plan that takes into account the characteristics of the Korean military and the satisfaction of its workers. Furthermore, efficient use of the defense budget through rational building plans can contribute to budget reduction.

  • It has been recognized that the escape facility planning is very important for effective evacuation of accupants on fire event. The ultimate goal of the escape facility planning is to evacuate occupants rapidly from building fires to the safe areas. In fire event, occupants usually gather, utilize and finally act upon information about state transient of building fire system, which is consisted of components of fire, building and accupant during the ralatively short period of the fire event. That is, occupants' egress behavior is largely dependent upon building fire system. Therefore, comprehensive study for the relationship between building fire system and occupants' egress behavior is needed. This study aims to suggest the pre -occupancy evaluation method of the life safety performance for the architectural design based on prediction of occupants' egress behavior during building fires with computer simulation.

  • 건축전기설비기술사는 건축전력시설물을 취급하는 전문가로서 이론과 실무경험이 동시에 요구된다. 따라서 이론과 실무를 갖춘 기술사를 많이 배출하기 위해서는 기출문제 분석이 필요하며 이를 바탕으로 수험생이 효과적으로 준비할 수 있는 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 과년도와 최근 4년간의 출제경향을 분석하여 대학 교과과정과 기술사 시험과의 연관성을 조사하였다. 출제경향과 대학 교과과정간의 차이를 보완하기 위한 학습방법을 제안하였고, 또한 전력기술인의 재교육을 담당하는 기관의 실무능력 향상을 위한 교육과정을 소개하였다.

The effects of topography on local wind-induced pressures of a medium-rise building

  • Wind tunnel model tests were conducted for a residential apartment block located within the complex terrain of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). The test building is typical of medium-rise residential buildings in Hong Kong. The model study was conducted using modelling techniques and assumptions that are commonly used to predict design wind loads and pressures for buildings sited in regions of significant topography. Results for the building model with and without the surrounding topography were compared to investigate the effects of far-field and near-field topography on wind characteristics at the test building site and wind-induced external pressure coefficients at key locations on the building facade. The study also compared the wind tunnel test results to topographic multipliers and external pressure coefficients determined from nine international design standards. Differences between the external pressure coefficients stipulated in the various standards will be exacerbated when they are combined with the respective topographic multipliers.

  • In the 21st century, medical facility projects are required to operate appropriate digital technologies as the development of technology and the interests of various participants become more complex. In order for architects to successfully lead negotiations among various stakeholder groups, it is necessary to plan for effective communication through appropriate design reflecting their opinions and coordination of conflicts. For this purpose, building information modeling (BIM), which is a method of designing based on knowledge information related to medical facilities in the building database, can respond to change of order promptly and minimizes the occurrence of design errors can do. Recently, BIM technology and cloud computing technology in ICT have been combined and research on cloud BIM has been actively carried out. The use of cloud computing technology in BIM-based healthcare facility projects can effectively support decision making among project participants and has the advantage of sharing and collaborating on various forms of information generated during the design process, regardless of location and time. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to build of system that can support the design of medical facility using cloud computing technology in BIM.

빌딩시설 제어시스템용 안전한 망간 자료전송 방안 (Secure Data Transmission Scheme between Network for Building Facilities Control System)

  • 비 보안영역의 외부인터넷과 보안영역의 내부업무망간에 적용된 기존의 망간 자료전송기술을 빌딩시설관리 SCADA시스템 제어망에 그대로 적용할 경우에 다양한 문제들이 도출된다. 기존의 망간 자료전송기술은 모든 데이터를 대상으로 블랙리스트 기반의 보안기법이 적용되기 때문에 고 복잡성 및 고 비용이 수반된다. 하지만, 빌딩시설관리 SCADA제어시스템에서 유통되는 데이터의 특성은 소수의 정형적인 제어 데이터가 반복성과 주기성을 갖기 때문에 이를 대상으로 화이트리스트 기반의 보안기법 적용이 가능하다. 이를 통해서 망간 자료전송에 적용된 보안기술이 단순화되어 저 비용으로 빌딩시설관리 SCADA시스템 제어망 구축이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 정리하고 이를 해결하는 방안을 제시하여 빌딩시설관리 SCADA제어시스템에 특화된 빌딩 제어망 구축방안을 제안하였다.

경수로 사용후핵연료 건식 중간저장시설의 격납건물 크기에 따른 건물 벽면에서의 방사선량률 추이 예비 분석 (Preliminary Analysis of Dose Rate Variation on the Containment Building Wall of Dry Interim Storage Facilities for PWR Spent Nuclear Fuel)

  • 경수로 사용후핵연료 건식 중간저장시설 격납건물 크기에 따른 방사선량률 추이 분석을 위하여 격납건물 외부 벽면에서의 추정연간선량을 계산하였다. ORIGEN-ARP를 사용하여 농축도 4.5 wt%, 연소도 45,000 MWd/MTU 냉각기간 10년인 사용후핵연료를 대상으로 선원항을 생산하였으며, MCNP 코드를 사용하여 저장시설 및 격납건물에 대한 모델링 및 선량률 계산을 수행하였다. 연간선량은 격납건물 외부 벽면에서의 값으로 계산하였으며, 격납건물 벽과 최외곽 배열의 저장용기와의 간격을 50 m 이상으로 설정할 경우 10CFR72에서 제시하는 연간선량인 0.25 mSv 이하의 값이 계산되었다.

유료노인주거시설에 대한 투자 의사결정을 위한 수요자 요구 분석 (Customers' Needs Analysis for Investment Decision Making in Residential Facility for Retired Seniors)

  • It is expected that the market of residential facility for retired seniors will be a new investment field for construction firms. This study describes the questionnaire survey analysis results of potential customers' demand for the facility. For comparison purpose, direct construction cost was estimated by estimation experts. In addition, a case analysis was conducted to compare direct cost and indirect project cost with the experts' estimation. According to the questionnaire survey analysis, it is observed that there were significant differences in demand between groups which are classified by the regions, living expenditures, the level of property ownership and the scales of residence. From an investor's perspective, investment decision on residential facility for retired seniors should be made considering bothe the level of returns which can be generated from the investment and the customers' needs.
