A study on the Improvement Plan of Construction Site Management In Korea (국내 건설 현장관리업무의 개선방안에 관한 연구)

  • In the modern age. Building is getting higher and larger according to owner and social demands. Now when we are facing the need of the cost down and the reduction of economic loss. In this paper, the characteristics of the present conditions of site management were investigated with the field survey. And The Purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of construction planning in site management. The method of site management. however depends on experience of a construction manager. in order to solve this situation, it is necessary to create a method of site management that is adequate for the condition of construction. By cultivating excellent sub contractors, we can expect precise construction with a few experts. improvement in qualify of construction from standardization, computerization of each process. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize site management work in Korea.

  • Apartment houses maintenance like remodeling in at issue and the importance is getting higher. On this study, we analyzed a variety of the influence factor affected building's maintenance expenses. circumstance influence factor about maintenance expenses is classified into region(big city, small and medium city), (area of high snowfall), (downpour region), (earthquake region), location(waterfront, inland province), using condition(mixed use, single use), frequency of use(kindergarten, middle school, high school), architecture method(reconstruction, construction).

  • BIPV(Building Integrated PV) system can expect dual effects that reduce expenses for establishment of PV system by adding new function as outer covering material of building expect producing the electricity. But, there are many generation differences according to the exterior environmental facts(solar cell away, design and installation condition of interactive inverter system) Therefore, it is difficult to optimum design. Consequently in advance design system, we experiment 3kW BIPV(Building Integrated PV) generation. We concrete PV system efficient application of variable. BIPV system that is proposed in this paper, was established in Solar Energy research center of Chosun University, composed with system. This research is a basic study for application of building integrated photovoltaic system for builing.

Comparison of Mechanical Properties and Form Accuracy in FDM 3D Printing Based on Building Conditions (FDM 방식 3D 프린팅에서 제작 조건에 따른 기계적물성치와 형상정밀도의 실험적 비교)

  • In this study, we experimentally evaluated the mechanical properties and geometric form accuracy in FDM 3D printing processes based on the printing direction, building direction, and layer thickness. The specimen test results showed that the tensile strength increased by over 33% in the printing direction compared to the direction perpendicular to printing and the tensile strength becomes larger as the layer thickness decreased. Furthermore, the tensile and impact strengths in the building direction were significantly reduced due to the difference in the interlayer joining and bonding strengths of the fused material. Additionally, shrinkage of the material due to phase change induced curl distortion especially in thin and long 3D-printed products, which increased as the layer thickness increased.

  • A variety of evaluation application and initiatives on the adoption of Building Information Modelling (BIM) have been introduced in recent years. Most of which however, focused mainly on evaluating design to construction phase-processes, or BIM utilization performances. Through studying existing publications, it is found that continuous utilization of BIM data throughout the building's life cycle is comparatively less explored or documented. Therefore, this study looks at improving this incomplete life cycle condition with the concept that accumulated BIM data should be carried forward and statistically quantified for cross comparison, in order to facilitate practitioners to better improve the projects the future. Based on this conceptual theory of moving towards a closedloop BIM building life cycle, this study explores, through existing literature, the use of cloud based computing as the means to quantify and adaptively utilize BIM data. Categorization of BIM data relations in adaptive utilization of BIM data is then suggested as a initial step for enhancing cross comparison of BIM data in a cloud environment.

Adhesion Performance of Electromagnetic Induction Heating Pixture for the Integration with a Waterproof & Root Barrier Sheet and a Roof Green Unit System (방수·방근시트와 옥상녹화 박스유닛 시스템의 일체화를 위한 전자기 유도가열 융착 고정구의 부착성능)

  • A currently used roof green system with multi layers has a low constructability. Therefore a new integrated waterproof & root barrier sheet and roof green box unit system was developed using steel plate fixture and cone type fixture by electromagnetic induction heating method. This study was proceeded to evaluate adhesion performance of two types of fixtures on Engineering PE, TPO, PVC sheet in a normal condition, repeated heating and cooling condition. As a result, adhesion load on Engineering PE sheet showed the highest value. The adhesion loads of steel plate fixture showed higher value as heating temperature was getting higher. However adhesion loads of cone type fixture showed opposite tendency. Regarding to the test conditions, test results of normal condition, repeated heating and cooling condition showed same value. The cone type fixture using butyl tape showed 7 times lower adhesion load than that of cone type fixture using electromagnetic heating and 28% lower adhesion load in a repeated heating and cooling condition than a usual condition.

  • Recently, by-products from concrete industry are generated in large quantities because of urban redevelopment. Accordingly, waste concrete powder(WCP) inevitably generated in the course of crushing, screening, and separating the waste concrete also show high emission and be increasing gradually, but which is mostly buried with waste concrete aggregate. This is a basic research to increase the value added utilization rate of WCP. We have examined strength characteristic of extruding panel with WCP, depending on the curing methods. The result of study shows similar strength to the base specimen in autoclave curing condition. And in autoclave curing condition, the specimen with WCP of 20% and 30% satisfy the target strength of 14MPa.

Spalling of Concrete with Compressive strength and heating rates (압축강도 및 가열속도에 따른 콘크리트의 폭렬성상)

  • In this study, spalling property were evaluated from concrete with compressive strengths of 30MPa, 90MPa, 180MPa, applied with fast heating condition(ISO-834 standard heating curve) and slow heatign condition(1℃/min). As a result, the spalling property of concrete was shown differently with compressive and heatign rate. And It could be separated three as non spalling, surface spalling and explosive spalling.

  • This study is aimed to utilize for basic material of concrete quality management through evaluate properties of fresh and hardened concrete with the aggregate quality. As a result, fine aggregate's slump change of between one grade was 8~82% and in case of coarse aggregate, slump change of between one grade was 2~22% on same mixing condition. The unit water for same workability condition, unit water was increased 16kg/㎥ with decreasing of one grade for fine aggregate and unit water was increased 5kg/㎥ with decreasing of one grade for coarse aggregate.

Temperature Rise of Steel bars Located in a Gang Form Before Placing Concrete During Hot Weather Condition (서중환경시 갱폼 거푸집 내부 철근의 온도변화)

  • This study investigates the temperature rise of reinforcement bars located in the middle of the form (for reinforcement concrete) during hot weather condition. The temperature was measured for three consecutive days before placing concrete. Test results showed that the temperature started to increase at 7:00 AM before sun rised, and peaked at around 2:00 PM. It was found that the thinner the diameter of a reinforcement bar, the higher is the speed of temperature rise and drop of the bar. The peak level of temperature for D13, D19, D25 and D32 was 54.4℃, 55.2℃, 56.4℃ and 60.2℃, respectively.
