  • Generally the window of the building is an objective of mining and having a distant view and also for a circulation it will can open and shut because becomes the structure insulation, the meat detailed drawing it does a very difficult portion, it is. And, recently the use of heat recovery ventilator has increased rapidly for improvement of air Quality and energy saving in building. But, the high efficient heat exchange will be more increasable than water vapors which were only occurred residential active. Purpose of this study is measurement of thermal performance about heat-recovery system integrated window. The result of the window thermal resistance is 1.80 $W/m^2K$ by KS F 2278. Air tightness is 5.96 m3/m2h at 4 Pa by KS F 2292.

초고층 주거복합건물의 기단부 계획특성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristic of Super-Tall Mixed-Use Residential Building in the Outdoor Transition Zone)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze architectural plans of lower part of super tall mixed-use residential building for understanding its functions for urban. The area of this research are limited to super tall mixed-use residential building which were built in Seoul, Kyoung-gi area, and new towns. For this purpose, theories for super tall mixed-use residential building and non-housing parts were researched, and characteristics of selected cases for field research were analyzed by studying drawing materials. The research focused on scale, type of building, included programs for public spaces, and characteristics of location. As a result, every cases were designed as 'outdoor transition zone-centered type', and for urban function, non-housing facilities were condensed to increase convenience. In addition, ratio of non-housing part were incresesed with public spaces design for residents, and various programs were inserted.

To reduce the loss of the energy which leads, to an air conditioning energy and an expense increase problem the color which the interior furniture and the clothing due to the augmentation and the corpse ultraviolet rays of the unpleasant feeling which is caused by with the transient one solar energy influx which leads the window will burn, it joins in the window and it confronts and the novel solution is demanded.

부산지역 빌딩 분포 상세화에 따른 중규모 순환 특성 (Characteristics of Mesoscale Circulation with the Detailed Building Distribution in Busan Metropolitan Area)

  • In order to clarify the impacts of thermal difference in atmospheric boundary layer due to the different sophistication of building information in Busan metropolitan areas, several numerical simulations were carried out. ACM (Albedo Calculation Model) and WRF (Weather Research and Forecasting) was applied for estimating albedo and meteorological elements in urban area, respectively. In comparison with coarse aggregated and small buildings, diurnal variation of albedo is highly frequent and its total value tend to be smaller in densely aggregated and tall buildings. Estimated TKE and sensible heat flux with sophisticatedly urban building parameterization is more resonable and valid values are mainly induced by urban building sophistication. The simulation results suggest that decreased albedo and increased roughness due to skyscraper plays an important role in the result of thermal change in atmospheric boundary layer.

  • 본 논문의 모의 실험에 사용한 자연순환식 급탕 시스템과 지금까지 발표된 것 과의 차이점은 다음과 같다. 집열기의 집열성능 계산에 Close의 모델은 시스템의 평 균 온도를 이용하였으며, Mertol의 모델은 집열기의 성능을 일정하게 하여 자연순환식 급탕 시스템의 성능을 계산하였다. 그리고, Young의 모델은 집열기 입구 및 출구 유 체의 평균 온도로 집열기의 집열 성능을 계산하였다. Shitzer, Ong의 연구에서 밝혀 진 바와 같이 집열기 집열판의 온도와 유체 온도는 서로 다르므로, 본 논문에서는 이 것들에서 오는 오차를 줄이기 위해 집열기 순환 유체의 평균 온도와 집열판의 온도를 해석적으로 구하여 집열기의 성능과 순환 유체의 성질 계산에 이용하였다.

  • Nowadays, a source of all water, which has been spent by a lot of people, is the rainwater The rainwater is directly relating human being' life. According to how to use rainwater. human being' life is abundant or poor. Due to the lack of underground filtration quantity, the water circulation of the city is discontinued and the underground ecosystem is destroyed. This study suggest that the unused underground space of building and temporary structure can be used into rainwater storage tank in the facility to use rainwater. Moreover, in this study, while the building is constructed, It is showed that the water used in construction can be replaced in the rainwater.

주상복합건축물의 심의평가에 관한 연구 -서울시 건축(1)심의를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Architectural Evaluation for the Commercial-Residential Complex - Focused on the Seoul Building Design Review -)

  • In this Study, it was investigated what the critical elements of the Architectural Review by the Seoul Building Design Committee were. The critical elements selected by the members of committee were systematically analyzed. They were based on the 169 cases reviewed by the Building Design Committee. The committee consists of Professors, famous architects, architectural experts and official members. Thus, the critical elements selected by the committee can be regarded as the important criteria for the forthcoming architectural reviewing process. The critical elements selected by 960 members of the committee were classified by the frequency. The results in this study showed that the critical elements were ordered as follows: (1)floor plan, (2)landscape gardening, (3)form, (4)open space, (5)structure, (6)plan for preventing disasters, (7)circulation for men and cars, (8)facilities, (9)parking, (10)revision of drawings and documents. These criteria of the architectural evaluation established by the Seoul Building Design Committee can be applied to the fundamental preparation of the architectural review.

  • Recently, ecological area rate system become effective due to enlargement of recognition and high intellectual standard and for ecological circulation in urban areas. Ecological area rate system is to control environmental quality of life what has grown worse in urban districts and corresponds to purposes of green building certification criteria for environmentally sound and sustainable development. Therefore, purposes of this study are to present suggestions through research of theory and comparison between ecological area rate system and green building certification criteria.
