고객의 잠재가치에 기반한 증권사 수수료 정책 연구 (Analysis of Brokerage Commission Policy based on the Potential Customer Value)

  • In this paper, we use three cluster algorithms (K-means, Self-Organizing Map, and Fuzzy K-means) to find proper graded stock market brokerage commission rates based on the cumulative transactions on both stock exchange market and HTS (Home Trading System). Stock trading investors for both modes are classified in terms of the total transaction as well as the corresponding mode of investment, respectively. Empirical analysis results indicated that fuzzy K-means cluster analysis is the best fit for the segmentation of customers of both transaction modes in terms of robustness. We then propose the rules for three grouping of customers based on decision tree and apply different brokerage commission to be 0.4%, 0.45%, and 0.5% for exchange market while 0.06%, 0.1%, 0.18% for HTS.

증권거래 채널 선택에 영향을 미치는 소비자 요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Consumer Factors Influencing the Choice of Channel in the Brokerage Transaction)

  • 본 연구는 증권거래 채널의 선택에 영향을 미치는 소비자 요인을 파악하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 오프라인 채널이 관계마케팅이 실현되는 채널이라는 관점과 온라인 채널은 인터넷 거래라는 관점에서 14개의 소비자 요인을 추출하였다. 자료 분석 결과 14개의 가설변수 가운데 8개 변수가 두 집단간에 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 대인 성향, 위험감수 성향, 투자 규모, 가격민감도, 인터넷 사용 시간, 혁신성, 정보 프라이버시 민감도, 내재적 정보 욕구 등의 변수에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 유의하게 나타난 변수들을 독립변수로 하는 판별분석 결과는 이들 변수들 가운데에서도 특히 위험감수 성향, 인터넷 사용 시간, 정보 프라이버시 민감도 등의 변수들이 두 집단을 구분하는데 유용함을 보여주고 있다.

  • 부동산 거래는 본원적으로 인간과 부동산과의 조화 및 관계개선이 요청되는 것이나 거래과정에 따라서 불의의 거래사고가 발생하여 오히려 그 관계가 악화되는 경우가 많다. 우리나라 부동산 거래관행은 부동산 거래와 관련해 체계적인 도움을 받기 매우 어렵고, 부동산을 거래하면서 필수적으로 검토해야 하는 권리관계 역시 세밀하고 정확하게 분석하기에는 한계가 있을 수밖에 없다. 따라서 부동산 거래로 인한 피해예방 및 손해배상제도를 보완하고, 중개거래활동에 있어 현재의 부동산 중개제도의 문제점을 해소하기 위해서 부동산 거래사고의 근본적인 원인중의 하나로 지적되는 공인중개사제도의 질적향상과 전문성을 제고할 것을 제안한다.

공동물류 환경의 혼합추천시스템 기반 차주-화주 중개서비스 구현 (Hybrid Recommendation Based Brokerage Agent Service System under the Compound Logistics)

  • Compound logistics is a service aimed to enhance logistics efficiency by supporting that shippers and consigners jointly use logistics facilities. Many of these services have taken place both domestically and internationally, but the joint logistics services for e-commerce have not been spread yet, since the number of the parcels that the consigners transact business is usually small. As one of meaningful ways to improve utilization of compound logistics, we propose a brokerage service for shipper and consigners based on the hybrid recommendation system using very well-known classification and clustering methods. The existing recommendation system has drawn a relatively low satisfaction as it brought about one-to-one matches between consignors and logistics vendors in that such matching constrains choice range of the users to one-to-one matching each other. However, the implemented hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system can provide multiple choice options to mutual users with descending ranks, which is a result of the recommendation considering transaction preferences of the users. In addition, we applied feature selection methods in order to avoid inducing a meaningless large size recommendation model and reduce a simple model. Finally, we implemented the hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system that shippers and consigners can join, which is the system having capability previously described functions such as feature selection and recommendation. As a result, it turns out that the proposed hybrid recommendation based brokerage service system showed the enhanced efficiency with respect to logistics management, compared to the existing one by reporting two round simulation results.

온라인 중고거래 중개자에 관한 문제점과 개선방안 (A Study on the Improvement of Online Secondhand-Goods Transaction)

  • The e-commerce market has been more diversified via B2B or P2P, and the size of this market has gradually been expanded as well. A noteworthy phenomenon is the P2P market, which has shown a rapid, approximately 200-fold or more increase in size since 2005. Specifically, the online secondhand-goods market that makes transaction easier and more convenient has attained a fast growth as well, but either sellers or buyers of secondhand goods are properly protected due to a lack of legal regulations on secondhand-goods transaction. The purpose of this study was to examine problems with online secondhand-goods transaction and to suggest some reform measures. There is something wrong with the legal status of brokers for secondhand-goods sales. According to the current law, individual brokers are neither mail-order sellers nor mail-order brokers. So they don't have lots of liabilities, and it means that the burden of risk is all imposed on buyers. Therefore it's suggested that individual brokers should be defined as 'involved operator of electronic commerce' so that proper liability might be imposed on them.

The Hedonic Method in Evaluating Apartment Price: A Case of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

  • The study examines factors affecting apartment prices in the real estate market of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The study uses primary data based on surveys of customers who have traded successfully, and collects transaction data from real estate trading companies that are the top investors in Ho Chi Minh City real estate market. The collected data include 384 observations in a total of 24 districts, detailing that each district surveyed on a minimum of four projects, each project carried out a survey on a minimum of four apartments. The survey collected 339 valid questionnaires for analysis and model testing. This study employs multivariate regression with the data of 339 observations. The research results reveal that five significant factors affect positively the price of apartments in Ho Chi Minh City - apartment area, toilet and bedroom, apartment floor, reference price, and apartment interior. Besides, there are three significant factors affecting negatively the price of apartments - next price trend, distance to city center, and potential building. From the results, the research proposes solutions in the pricing of apartments in the real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City - better information system, a real estate transaction index, and stricter management of small brokerage activities.

블록체인 기술을 이용한 안전 거래 시스템 구축(사례:중고자동차) (Construction for Safe Transaction System using Blockchain Technology(Case:Used Car))

  • 온라인 상에서의 전자 상거래 관리 시스템은 점차 증가하고 있으며 다양한 항목에서 거래가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 온라인 상에서의 중고 거래시 자동차와 같은 고액 거래에서는 판매자와 구매자 간의 신뢰성이 매우 중요하다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 기존의 중고 거래 시스템에서는 사기를 방지하거나 판매자를 신뢰할 수 있는 장치가 미흡하다. 본 논문은 중고 거래시 발생하는 신뢰성 향상을 위해 블록체인 기반의 중고 거래 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 여러 분야의 중고 거래가 있지만 가장 금액이 큰 중고 자동차에 대한 거래 관리 시스템을 개발함으로써 안전 거래 시스템을 향상시켰다. 본 시스템은 이더리움 기반의 스마트 컨트랙트를 이용하여 제 3자의 개입 없이도 신뢰성을 보장하는 방식이다. 스마트 컨트랙트를 활용해서 중고자동차 거래에 필요한 계약을 설계하여 기존의 중고차 거래 시 거래 참가자의 노력과 시간을 감소시킴과 동시에 안전한 거래가 가능하도록 하였다. 그리고 본 시스템은 구매자와 판매자 간 정보의 비대칭성을 완화시키고 제 3자가 개입하지 않는 유통과정의 중개수수료를 절감 및 예방하였다.

  • 유부동산 시스템의 설계는 부동산의 광범위한 자료 수집으로 신뢰성 있는 정보를 적시에 제공하고, 부동산 가격 결정, 부동산 정책 등을 즉각적으로 반영하고 활용할 수 있게 한다. 오늘날 부동산 구매자의 취향이 다양해짐으로써 그동안의 판매자 중심의 시장에서 구매자 중심으로 바뀌고 있다. 부동산 중개 업무를 담당하고 있던 부동산 중개인의 영역범위가 점점 축소되고 있는 것은 부동산 정보화 시스템 구축의 영향을 받는다. 시대적인 환경의 변화는 부동산 거래 방식의 변화를 가져와 부동산 유통 시장의 변화를 주도하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 공학의 부동산 컨텐츠 시스템 구축을 위한 설계로 웹 공학 기반의 새로운 인터넷 시대를 주도하고, 웹 서비스정보를 제공하여 부동산정보 시스템의 활성화를 수행하는데 그 목적이 있다.

웹기반 사이버트레이딩시스템의 충성도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Loyalty to Web Based Cyber Trading Systems)

  • Recently, e portion of on-line stock brokerage has been rapidly increased to be more than 50%, on the basis of contracted money. The usage of wCTS(Web Based Cyber Trading Systems) has now got into the steady state over the initial diffusion stage, which means wCTS has got more-than-half customer base in on-line service. Therefore, brokerage service providers have their competitive strategic focus on customer retention through the enhancement of customer loyalty. This study provides framework and survey results on explanation of wCTS user's loyalty, what and how factors affect wCTS user's loyalty. We adopt the results of early studies on information technology acceptance and diffusion such as TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) and IDT(Innovation Diffusion Theory). We also referred loyalty theory of marketing area and studios on CTS usage. We categorized explanation factors as three groups characteristics of users, characteristics of system, social environment. And we assumed that these three factors could affect the loyalty through two parameters : customer satisfaction and trust to the system. This study firstly shows that the ease of use and usefulness, the major factors of TAM. can also be applied to the loyalty of wCTS with resulting that the usefulness is more important than the ease of use In wCTS. Secondly, it shows that the innovative and risk-sensitive user has the lower degree of loyalty. Thirdly, it shows that the satisfaction and trust impact the loyalty simultaneously, the trust particularly impacts more strongly than the loyalty, due to the characteristics of monetary transaction in wCTS. This study provides meaningful results to the other on-line EC service fields as a first empirical research regarding the loyalty to wCTS which is a typical on-line EC service.
