중년층의 배경변인에 따른 노인주거특성에 대한 선호 (Preference of elderly housing characteristics depending on middle ages background)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the middle-aged housewive's background characteristics influencing on the preference of elderly housing, depending on four aging-situations. The characteristics of the elderly housing dealt in thes study were geographical location. specially planned feature for the elderly, house type, the size of housing, housemate, the distance from the living quarter of their children, and whether they want to live in the rental house. The subject were 526 middle-aged housewives from middle-income householde living in the capital area. Questionnaires were sent through mail to the householde which tesponded positively on the information brochure about this study sent before. The characteristics of the elderly housing which perferred to was influenced by their age and socio-economic status, such as schooling, job, income, and the size of housing. This result suggests that it must be considered to develop various types of the elderly housing depending on socio-economic status.

대학홍보대상의 세분화 가능성에 관한 탐색적 연구 -홍보활동과 이미지를 기준으로- (Relative importance of university promotion activities and images)

  • The objectives of this study are to examine what are the important promotion activities and images when students choose the university. In order to this research, 277 students drawn from university in pusan area are utilized and 5 hypotheses are analyzed by t-test, anova and regression analysis. The principal findings of empirical study are as follows (1) the most important promotion activities are ranked as follows 1) advice from other peoples(family and teacher are ranked highly) 2) publicity 3) university brochure 4) guide magazine for university 5) university homepage etc. Against our expectation, TV (radio) ad. transit ad. newspaper ad. are ranked lowly among the factors. (2) this study reveals that the most important university images are possibility of good job employment and future growth, confidence, ability of research and lecture, specialization of major etc. but history and tradition, scale of uni. are ranked lowly among the factors. (3) this study reveals that seven universities those are analyzed have different images. In order to achieve the more effective promotion strategy, universities may strengthen their good images and make better their weak images. I have a conviction that the findings above can be applicable for university promotion strategy.

모바일과 프로젝션 맵핑을 이용한 팝업 관광책자 (Popup-based Sightseer's Pamphlet using a Mobile and its Projection Mapping)

  • 본 논문에서는 디지털 기기를 나타내는 모바일과 아날로그를 나타내는 팝업북을 통해 각 지역의 유명한 광관 명소나 지역적인 정보를 표현하는 컨텐츠를 제시하고자 한다. 팝업북 각각의 페이지에는 그 지역의 지형을 아웃라인으로 만들고 그 안의 평면에 3D로 지형을 구현한다. 사람들이 가지고 있는 모바일로 관광책자 Application을 실행한 뒤 데이터베이스에 저장된 해당 지역 데이터를 전송받아 지역 페이지로 실시간으로 바뀌게 되고 Application 안에는 명소가 있는 지역이나 건물이 담겨있어 버튼을 터치하면 그 명소가 팝업북 안에 프로젝션 맵핑으로 보여지고 그 옆에는 교통수단 및 특산품 등 다양한 정보를 담을 수 있다. 이러한 프로세스를 통한 새로운 관광 책자로 사용자들은 제한적인 정보를 담고 있는 책자를 넘어 3D로 실시간으로 볼 수 있어 더 효과적으로 여행 정보를 얻을 수 있다.

수술실 간호인력 대상 수술부위 감염관리 교육의 효과 (The Effect of Educational Training on Surgical Site Infection Management for Operating Room Nursing Staff)

  • Purpose: This study tested the effectiveness of brochure- and video-based education on managing surgical site infections by operating room health personnel. Methods: From April 20 to May 4, 2021, 34 operating room health personnel were subjected to training on surgical site infection management using brochures and educational videos. A survey was then conducted on knowledge, perception, and adherence regarding surgical site infection management. Results: After receiving training on surgical site infection management, the knowledge score increased significantly (15.15±2.09 vs.19.70±1.96, p<.001). However, the perception and adherence scores were already near perfect before the intervention and did not further increase after the intervention. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop and utilize continuous and substantive educational programs to improve perception and adherence of surgical site infection management.

I$^{131}$ 치료에 대한 정보제공 프로그램이 갑상선암 환자의 불안과 면역기능에 미치는 효과 (Effects of the Information Providing Program of $I^{131}Treatment$ on the Anxiety and Immune Response of Patients with Thyroid Cancer)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the information providing program of $I^{131}$ treatment on the pre-treatment anxiety and immune response of patients with thyroid cancer. Method: The used design was a nonequivalent control group design with pretest and post-test. Subjects of this study were 54 patients who had received a total thyroidectomy. They were given a information providing program with a brochure before 4 weeks of the hospitalization for $I^{131}treatment$, with problem solving phone counseling before 2 weeks of the hospitalization. Collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN program. Result: Hypothesis one, "The anxiety score of an experimental group would be lower than the score of a control group" was supported(t = -2.12, p = .03). Hypothesis two, "The level of cortisol of an experimental group would be lower than the level of a control group" was supported(t = -3.19, p = .00). However, hypothesis three "The level of T, B and N-K cells of an experimental group would be higher than the level of a control group" was not supported. Conclusion: The information providing program of $I^{131}$ treatment effectively decreased the anxiety of patients with thyroid cancer.

  • The wedding business in getting specialized and subdivided lately. Due to this current the importance and the necessity of the software for wedding business emerged. So far people who were preparing for their wedding have usually picked up their wedding dress from the pictures on the brochure at the wedding dress shop. But it costs the customers time and money and most of all they can not satisfy their customers with the completed wedding dress sometimes. Moreover customers pay a lot of money for the wedding dress just because they wear the wedding dress once in their whole life. This is unreasonable actually. To solve these problems to help the customers choose their wedding dress that they really like and to provide the wedding dress with good price we developed this software. The purpose of this research is to help people who will marry soon save their time and money in this busy world by showing the shape of the wedding dress before the dress is completed. They can see if the dress goes well with them before it is sewed by seeing the imaginary wedding dress on the computer screen. We are trying to maximize the customer's satisfaction with this research. It is the idea of this research to differentiate this new concept of wedding dress from other existing concepts by grafting this software on companies' accumulated experience in marketing and diffusing this software through the country.

  • 본 연구는 프로축구 관람결정요인이 관람만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 대상으로서 2006년 국내 프로축구 정규시즌의 대전월드컵 경기장 직접관람자를 모집단으로 설정하였으며, 유층집락무선표집법을 이용하여 총 400부의 설문지를 배부하였고, 그 중 388부가 실제 분석에 사용되었다. 자료 분석을 위한 통계기법으로는 다중회귀분석이었다. 이와 같은 연구 절차를 거쳐 얻어진 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관람결정요인은 시설만족에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 관람결정요인은 경기내용만족에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 관람결정요인은 팬서비스만족에 영향을 미친다.

  • Lots of audience turn their eyes upon musical to satisfy various cultural desire. It is popular culture that was watched in culture contents industry. The stage costume which turn audience's eyes in musical the most is the sight art of stage to express visually actor(actress)'s personality, mental state, administrative position, age and the distinction of sex. This study researches designed stage costume which was based on time backgrounds and historical facts of reinvented clothes and its ornaments in Egypt by 'Sonia Rykiel' through musical, 'ten commandments' with special times. We collected home and abroad documentary records, Internet data. Moreover we viewed performance to analyze stage costume and brochure photograph data to study. In consequence the stage costume of musical 'ten commandments' found its way out of traditional clothes and its ornaments largely. We can recognize the stage costume as the most important part in drama by explaining the content on drama as costume through reinvented shape with modern sense and by taking charge of the principal part to lead atmosphere. In addition, thanks to the creative work of designer for stage costume, we can realize important intermediation to make higher artistic value of musical.

실물실습을 이용한 통증자가조절기 교육 프로그램이 부인과 복강경 수술환자의 수술 후 통증에 미치는 효과 (Effects of PCA (Patient Controlled Analgesics) Education Program including Practicum on Post-op Pain of Gynecologic Laparoscopic Surgery Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of the patient controlled analgesics (PCA) education program (including practicum) on post-op pain suffered by patients who have undergone gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods: The research was designed for a nonequivalent control group before and after the test design. The subjects of this study were 54 in all and were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The program consisted of a brochure for PCA use and a practicum with an actual PCA instrument. Data were collected with questionnaires and observations and were analyzed on the basis of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, ${\chi}^2$ and t-test. Results: Complaints regarding pain by the experimental group were significantly less than those of the control group in both post-op 24-hour and post-op 48-hour reporting. The experimental group pressed the PCA button much less frequently than the control group in post-op 24 hours. However, there were no significant differences in side effects between the two groups. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, this PCA education program can be useful in the clinical nursing field and helpful for patients who use PCA.

Breast Cancer Prevention Information Seeking Behavior and Interest on Cell Phone and Text Use: a Cross-sectional Study in Malaysia

  • Background: Breast cancer is the most common cancer and the second principal cause of cancer deaths among women worldwide, including Malaysia. This study focused on media choice and attempted to determine the communication channels mostly used and preferred by women in seeking information and knowledge about breast cancer. Materials and Methods: A cross sectional study was carried out to examine the breast cancer prevention information seeking behavior among 450 students at one private university in Malaysia. Results: The mean age of respondents was $25{\pm}4.3years$. Common interpersonal information sources were doctors, friends, and nurses and common channel information sources were television, brochure, and internet. Overall, 89.9% used cell phones, 46.1% had an interest in receiving cell phone breast cancer prevention messages, 73.9% used text messaging, and 36.7% had an interest in receiving text breast cancer prevention messages. Bivariate analysis revealed significant differences among age, eduation, nationality and use of cell phones. Conclusions: Assessment of health information seeking behavior is important for community health educators to target populations for program development.
