  • 본 논문은 편집디자인 실무 현장에서 이루어지는 Corporate Brochure의 제작 시 고려 대상과 컨셉 도출 과정 및 디자인 접근방법을 다루었다. 웰메이드(Well-made) Brochure라함은 업의 개념에 맞는 전략적 핵심키워드의 선점, 소구 타겟에 맞는 적절하고 고급스러운 은유, 직접화법과 간접화법의 적절한 조화, 그것을 담아낼 수 있는 창의적이고 이유 있는 디자인을 Brochure 한 권에 담아 놓는다는 의미이다. 따라서 Brochure를 바라보고 분석하는 시선 또한 변화해야 한다. 1. 해당기업의 시장 환경과 업계의 Positioning 및 Needs에 대한 정확한 진단이 전제 되고 있는가? 2. 과제에 대한 해결방안과 기업이 원하는 문제해결 및 기대효과를 충족시키는가에 대한 검증 및 Topic선점. 3. 1번 2번 항목의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경쟁사 및 선진사의 사례와 글로벌트랜드를 반영하고 있는가? 4. 고유의 Issue와 글로벌 트랜드를 담을 만한 디자인 언어와 차별화를 위한 수사(修辭)적인 시각적 아이디어가 적절한가? 이러한 분석적인 관점에서 편집물을 조망 한다는 것은 편집디자인을 단지 텍스트와 조형의 평면 레이아웃적 조화라는 표피적인 관점에서만 보려하는 구태를 벗어날 수 있으며, 추후 비슷한 당면과제에 합리적인 Solution을 제공할 수 있는 근거로서 의미를 둘 수 있다.

Effects of Positioning Education Program through Oral Explanations or Brochures for Parents of Premature Infants with Brain Lesions and the Satisfaction Level of Physical Therapy at Discharge

  • Purpose: This study examined the effects of a positioning education program through the brochure or oral explanations for the parents of premature infants with a brain lesion and investigated the satisfaction level of physical therapy of parents of premature infants with a brain lesion. Methods: Forty parents of premature infants with a brain lesion participated in this study. The recruited premature infants were randomized into groups A (n=20) and B (n=20) for the purpose of the positioning education method through brochure or oral explanations. The level of satisfaction and recognition for the positioning education program was investigated by the parents of 12 month old infants. The gross motor function, measure-88, was examined at three months, six months, nine months, and twelve months of the corrected age. Results: No significant differences in the recognition of the position education program, level of satisfaction of the environment, and the attitude of the therapist were noted (p>0.05). Significantly high levels of satisfaction with the program of group B given the brochure were noted. The gross motor function measure-88 was also similar in both groups (p<0.05). Conclusion: This study suggests that the parents were satisfied with the positioning education program of the brochure. The differences in educational methods did not affect the development of premature infants.

대학 홍보용 브로셔(brochure)의 편집디자인 분야에서 다양성과 통일성을 고려한 그리드 시스템(grid system) 사용에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Girl System use with unity and diversity in the field of Editorial Design for the University Advertising Brochur)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 대학 신입생들에 대한 입학 홍보를 위해 제작된 브로셔의 편집디자인에 대해 연구하려는 것이다. 대학 홍보용 브로셔의 역할과 기능이 편집디자인의 측면에서 설명 되었는 바, 특별한 관심이 브로셔의 편집디자인에서 큰 주의를 요해야 하는 그리드 시스템에 주어졌다. 본 연구에서는, 그리드 시스템에 따라 단일 그리드 시스템, 멀티 그리드 시스템, 비 그리드 시스템 등의 세 범주로 나누어 각 대학의 브로셔의 사례들을 분석하였다. 분석을 통해 그리드 시스템을 사용한 브로셔들이 그렇지 않은 것보다 더 효과적이었음이 발견되었는데, 특히 내용전달과 디자인 측면에서 그러하였다. 따라서 그리드 시스템은 현재 대학 홍보용 브로셔의 편집디자인과정 에서 매우 결정적인 도구가 분명하다는 점이 증명되었다. 그리드 시스템의 사용기준에 대한 제안 역시 편집디자인의 레이아웃의 통일성과 다양성을 위해 제시되었다. 그래서 본 연구는 내용의 표현에 있어 균형과 디자인의 예술적 구조를 포함한 그리드 시스템의 가능한 발전과 더불어 이러한 주요 핵심원리에까지 확대되었다. 덧붙여 대학 홍보용 브로셔의 창조적인 적용을 위해 그리드 시스템과 시각재료 사이의 관련성이 본 연구의 마지막 결과로 설명되었다.

The Effects of E-Brochure Functions and Attitudes to E-Brochures on Self-Efficacy and Salespeople Job Satisfaction in Pharmaceutical Companies

  • Today, companies are making efforts to improve the performance of workers by utilizing various IT-based mobile and internet devices. In pharmaceutical companies, salespeople are using the e-brochure to search for diverse expertise in real time. Through the e-brochure, pharmacists and doctors can be provided with the information they need, thereby increasing confidence in pharmaceuticals and salespeople. Salespeople can also use e-brochures to improve their work performance and to be more satisfied with their jobs. This study examines which functions of e-brochures satisfy salespeople and what attitudes to the e-brochures they need to have. This paper explains the effect of satisfaction and attitude to the e-brochures on job satisfaction through self-efficacy with statistical analysis. As a statistical result, the functions of e-brochures (professional knowledge, massive amount of data, easy searching, information updates, and the reflection of feedback) and attitudes to the e-brochures (importance, intention to use, belief in improvement, efficacy to use, and negative cognition) influence on self-efficacy of salespeople. Further, self-efficacy has mediating effects on the relationship between the functions of e-brochures / attitudes to e-brochures and job satisfaction. Exceptionally, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was not significant in relation to information updates / reflection of feedback and job satisfaction. These results will explain what functions should be focused for the future development of e-brochures. It will also suggest what attitudes the salespeople should have about e-brochures. Through these efforts, salespeople will be able to utilize new technology of e-brochures to satisfy their jobs and improve their performance.

건설사업장 산업재해 피해 저감을 위한 비상사태 대응방안 (Emergency Response Strategy for Mitigating Industrial Disasters on Construction Site)

  • Construction sites have various risks, and safety managements are enforced based on the law such as Industrial Safety and Health Act, etc. Safety management by the law saves lives and preserves health of workers by removing and understanding risks in advance. When the emergency situation has come, poor response causes loss of lives and physical damages. This study suggests basic strategy that can mitigate the industrial disaster in all construction sites. A survey was conducted to identify the current safety consciousness and to evaluate first aid ability of coworkers. Finally, four measures were suggested: (1) designating muster points; (2) hiring occupational health managers; (3) increasing the first aid ability of coworkers; and (4) carrying safety brochure. The proposed suggestions can be helpful in mitigating the construction disaster, and in responding the major accident efficiently within a short time.

신용장통일규칙(UCP)상 운송주선인 운송서류의 수리요건에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Acceptance Conditions of a Freight Forwarder's Transport Document under UCP)

  • There can be analyzed severally on the acceptance conditions of freight forwarder's transport document under UCP. First, Bills of Lading issued by forwarding agents will be refused. This can be seen in the article 20 of 1933 Revision UCP(Brochure 82) and the article 20 of 1951 Revision UCP(Brochure 151). Second, Unless specifically authorized in the credit, Bills of Lading issued by forwarding agent will be rejected. It is prescribed in the front part (a) of article 17 of 1962 Revision UCP(Brochure 222) and the article 19 of 1974 Revision UCP(Publication No. 290). Third, Acceptance conditions are different according to the type of transport documents, that is either Bill of Lading or not. It is prescribed in the art 25 and article 26 of 1983 Revision UCP. Unless otherwise stipulated in the credit, transport document issued by a freight forwarder will be rejected unless it is the FIATA Combined Transport Bill of Lading approved by the International Chamber of Commerce or otherwise indicates that it is issued by a freight forwarder acting as a carrier or agent of a named carrier. On the other hand, unless otherwise stipulated in the credit, marine bill of lading issued by a freight forwarder will be rejected, unless it indicates that it is issued by such freight forwarder acting as a carrier, or as the agent of a named carrier. Fourth, transport documents issued by a freight forwarder will be accepted. This can be found in the article 30 of 1993 Revision UCP(ICC Publication No. 500) and the article 14 l of 2007 Revision UCP(ICC Publication No. 600). According to the former unless otherwise authorized in the Credit, transport document issued by a freight forwarder will only be accepted if it is appears on its face to indicate the name of the freight forwarder as a carrier or multimodal transport operator or its agent. The latter prescribed that a transport document will be accepted if it is issued by a freight forwarder by a agent of carrier or freight forwarder itself.

수술환자를 위한 동영상과 소책자를 활용한 자가통증조절장치 교육의 효과 (The Effects of Preoperative PCA Education with Multimedia and Brochure on Pain Management in Surgical Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of preoperative PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia) education on pain, patient attitude, and patient satisfaction in surgical patients. Methods: The study was a quasi-experimental research design. The participants were 54 patients who were admitted for surgery at I hospital in G city, Korea. Of the 54 patients, 26 were assigned to the experimental group and the rest to the control group. The PCA education was provided in the nurses' station, individually to patients in the experimental group the day before their operation. Multimedia and brochure, and a real PCA model were used. The control group received only verbal education about PCA. Results: The postoperative pain scores were significantly different for lapse of time in the experimental group compare to the control group. Patient attitude toward using pain medicine was significantly more positive in the experimental group than in the control group. The postoperative patient satisfaction with pain management was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group. Conclusion: The study findings indicate that preoperative PCA education could be an effective nursing intervention for pain management of surgical patients.

  • 세계화, 정보화, 개방화 등으로 대변되는 오늘날의 불확실하고 변화 무방한 경영환경은 규모나 업종에 관계없이 모든 기업들로 하여금 과거와는 다른 경쟁무기를 강구할 것을 강요하고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 발맞추어 기업들은 인터넷, 특히 World Wide Web (WWW)의 활용에 지대한 관심을 기울이고 있다. 기업들이 WWW의 활용에 관심을 기울이는 목적은 여러 가지가 있을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업들의 이러한 활동을 분석해 보기 위하여 미국의 대기업, 미국이외 지역의 대기업, 그리고 대형 Website들에 있어서 7가지 마케팅 활동을 위한 WWW의 활용도에 초점을 맞추었다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면, 미국의 대기업과 미국이외 지역의 대기업은 주로 기업의 홍보(Public Relation)에, 대형 Website들은 주로 사용자들의 site 방문을 장려(Encouragement)하는데 WWW을 활용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 본 연구는 미국의 대기업들은 대화형 안내책자 (Interactive Brochure)에도 WWW을 적극 활용하고 있으며, 대형 Website들과 미국이외 지역의 대기업들은 직접판매와 고객화 (Direct Sales and Customization)를 위한 WWW의 활용측면에서 상당히 다른 형태를 보여주고 있음을 보여주고 있다.

대장암 수술 후 퇴원 환자에게 적용한 컴퓨터 기반 애니메이션 동영상 교육의 효과 (Effects of a Discharge Education Program using Computerized Animation Video for Post-operative Colon Cancer Patients)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the effects of a nurse-led education program using computerized animation video for post-operative colon cancer patients. Methods: a total of 163 patients and 51 nurses were participated in this study. With a non-equivalent control group post-test design, patients were divided into three groups (77 got traditional education, 46 were applying brochure, 40 were watching video). Twelve-item animation video and brochure about the management after discharge for post-operative colon cancer patients were developed based on patient survey and the items of Korea Healthcare Accreditation. Results: The computerized video watching group had better satisfaction than the others, but there was no significant difference about comprehension. When video was applied, satisfaction, usefulness, application, and perceived patients' comprehension of nurses were all increased. Conclusion: This video education program was developed by nurses and it had a special thing for patient to access the same program even after discharge using the authorization system. It would be helpful for nurses to be more concentrated on the direct care for hospitalized patients as well as for patients to provide self-care at home. This program would be adjusted into more various diseases and settings.

공동주택에서 주방후드 소음과 풍량 측정 (Measurement noise and air flow of kitchen hood in the apartment)

  • Kitchen hood was used exhausting contaminants and heat during cook. But many people do not use it easily because of the noise. Therefore this study was measured the noise when kitchen hood was working according to air flow mode. Because there are no measuring and analyzing standards in the setting house, it was referred to KS C 9304(Korean Standard). The result was shown the higher sound level than 45dB. Also it was compared the air flow that measured in the house and specified the brochure during the operation of the hood.
