유사한 자원을 가지고 유사한 전략을 사용하는 기업들의 집합체로 정의되는 '전략 집단 (strategic group)' 개념은 기업과 산업의 중간에 위치하여 산업조직론과 전략경영의 접점이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 경영학 분야에서 주로 적용되었던 '전략 집단'의 개념을 방송채널사용 사업자(Program Provider) 산업에 적용하였다. 본 연구는 국내 PP시장에는 몇 개의 전략 집단이 존재하며, 집단 간 전략적 변수의 차이는 무엇이며, 전략 집단별 PP의 성과는 어떤 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 40개 상업 PP를 분석하였다. 전략 집단 분류 변수를 이용, 군집 분석을 실시한 결과 9개의 군집으로 분류되었다. 전략 집단 구분시 군집 형성에 상대적으로 기여도가 큰 변수는 운영 효율성(4.05), 가격(3.83), 규모, 즉 SO 송출수(3.56), 수신료 의존도(2.58), 수평 결합(2.16) 등의 순이었다. 전략 집단간 재무성과 간의 관계를 조사하기 위해서, 성과 변수 간에 분산 분석을 실시한 결과, 전략 집단 간에 가입자당 매출액은 유의적 차이가 있었지만, 매출액 영업 이익률, 현금흐름 비율은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 기존 연구에서는 역사가 오래된 PP가 성과가 높거나 전략 집단 형성에 크게 기여한다고 하였다. 그러나 이번 연구에서는 역사 변수 역시 집단 구분이나 성과에 큰 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 나타났다.

Mobile devices have been widespread and become very popular with connectivity to the Internet, and a lot of desktop PC applications are now aggressively ported to them. Unfortunately, mobile devices are often vulnerable to malicious attacks due to their common usage and connectivity to the Internet. Therefore, the demands on the development of mobile security systems increase in accordance with advances in mobile computing. However, it is very hard to run a security program on a mobile device all of the time due the device's limited computational power and battery life. To overcome these problems, we propose a novel mobile security scheme that migrates heavy computations on mobile devices to cloud servers. An efficient data transmission scheme for reducing data traffic between devices and servers over networks is introduced. We have evaluated the proposed scheme with a mobile device in a cloud environment, whereby it achieved a maximum speedup of 13.4 compared to a traditional algorithm.

In this paper for developing and implementing the HD level triple streaming hybrid security camera which output the three type of video outputs(HD-SDI, EX-SDI, Analog). We design the hardware and program the firmware supporting the main and sub functions. We use MN34229PL as image sensor, EN778, EN331 as image processor, KA909A as reset, iris, day&night function part, A3901SEJTR-T as zoom/focus control part. We request the performance test of developed security camera at the broadcasting and communication fusion testing department of TTA (Telecommunication Technology Association). We can get the three outputs (HD-SDI, EX-SDI, Analog) from the developed security camera, get the world best level at the jitter and eye pattern amplitude value and exceed the world best level at the signal/noise ratio, and minium illumination, power consumption part. The HD level triple streaming hybrid security camera in this paper will be widely used at the security camera because of the better performance and function.

NCS is the nation-wide standard designed to standardize and systematize the capability(knowledge, technology and attitude) required for personnel to undertake their task in industrial site according to industry field and level of the task. In order to cope with rapidly changing labor market, individual has to be equipped with ability required for each relevant duty field. And company also requires worker to have basic working ability, professional knowledge or technical capability for relevant duty. Especially, the core competency, a fundamental element for all tasks, has been recognized as critical part not just in social level but also in company level. In that sense, the necessity of adding the core competence into regular education program has been vastly demanded. This study mainly deals with development of NCS-based learning module for information capability that most of industrial field want their employee to be equipped as basic skill. And, in particular, education achievement analysis for computer application capability, a subordinate capabilities of information capability, and its application method are mainly described.

본 논문에서는 영상 정보와 오디오 정보 분석을 이용하여 TV 골프 방송 프로그램에서 중요 이벤트 구간을 검출하고 요약 하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘에서는 입력되는 TV 골프 동영상을 영상 신호와 오디오 신호로 분리한 후에, 연속적인 오디오 스트림을 내용 기반의 오디오 구간으로 분류한 뒤 오디오 이벤트 구간을 검출하고, 이와 병렬적으로 영상정보에서 선수들의 플레이 장면을 검출한다. 플레이 장면 검출에 있어서는 방송 환경이나 날씨 등의 변화하는 다양한 조건에 대해 플레이 장면에 대한 오프라인 모델과 함께 경기 내에서 발생한 온라인 모델에 대한 학습을 혼합 적용함으로써 검출 성능을 높였다. 오디오 신호로부터 관중들의 박수소리와 스윙 사운드를 통해 검출된 오디오 이벤트와 플레이 장면은 이벤트 장면 검출 및 요약본 생성을 위해 사용된다. 제안된 알고리즘은 멀티 모달 정보를 이용하여 이벤트 구간 검출을 수행함으로써 중요 이벤트 구간 검출의 정확도를 높일 수 있었고, 검출된 이벤트 구간에 대한 요약본 생성을 통해 골프 경기를 시청하는 사용자가 원하는 부분을 빠르게 브라우징하여 시청하는 것이 가능하여 높은 사용자 만족도를 얻을 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 PSNR 관점에서 비디오 프로그램들 사이의 상대적인 화질을 정확하게 제어하는 선택적 화질 제어 시스템을 제시한다. 제안된 화질 제어 시스템은 하나의 일정 비트율 (CBR) 채널을 통해 전송되는 모든 프로그램들의 전송 비트율의 합을 일정하게 게 유지하면서도 각 비디오 프로그램에 대해서는 미리 설정된 상대적 화질을 유지하도록 가변 비트율 (VBR) 압축을 허용하는데, 이는 중앙 제어부에서 VBR 비디오 압축을 수행하는 비디오 부호기들을 동시에 제어하여 달성된다. 본 논문에서는 부호기/복호기 버퍼와 전체 전송 비트율에 대한 제약 조건의 해석에 근거한 버퍼 제어 방법도 제시한다. 다양한 실험을 통해 제안된 화질 제어 시스템은 비디오 버퍼의 넘침과 고갈을 방지하고 화질 제어의 오차가 0.1 dB를 넘지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다.

디지털 방송 시스템 구축에 있어서 시스템 출력단의 기저대역 신호와 RF 신호가 포함하고 있는 MPEG-2 TS(Transport stream) 영역의 데이터를 분석하는 것은 시스템 경로상의 오류 유무와 그 위치를 파악하거나 유추하는데 중요한 자료를 제공한다. 송출되는 스트림은 RF(Radio frequency) 영역과 TS 영역에서 각각 여러 종류의 오류를 포함할 수 있으며, 이러한 오류를 정정하는 것은 셋톱 박스와의 정합, 안정된 수신성능 보장, 그리고 시청자 편의 등의 측면에서 매우 주요하다. 본 논문에서는 2001년부터 시작되어 현재 관악산에서 송출되고 있는 국내 지상파 디지털 TV(DTV, ATSC) 5개 채널중 지상파 방송 3사의 채널을 선택하여 이 채널의 MPEG TS 스트림상에서의 오류, PSIP(Program and System Information Protocol) 상에서의 오류, RF 영역에서의 오류 등 DTV 시스템에서 발생 가능한 오류들을 2001년 12월부터 2달 동안 측정하고 분석하였으며, 미국에서 측정한 RF 및 TS 스트림의 측정 및 분석 결과와 비교하였다.

Recently, female announcers in the baseball programs on television are drawing attention to their fashion. This study analyzes the shape, color, material, detail, and accessory of female announcers in the baseball programs broadcasted by KBS N SPORTS, MBC SPORTS+, SBS Sports, and XTM. The characteristics of their fashion were classified into reliability, popularity, differentiation, attractiveness, and dynamics. The analysis showed that the fashion of the female announcers of KBS N SPORTS showed reliability in shape, color, material, accessory, popularity, and differentiation in detail. For MBC SPORTS+, the popularity was shown in shape, color, material, and attractiveness was shown in detail. For SBS Sports, the differentiation and attractiveness were shown in material, and the differentiation and dynamics were shown in accessory. For XTM, the attractiveness and dynamics were shown in shape, the differentiation and dynamics were shown in color, the dynamics were shown in material, and the popularity was shown in accessory.

The purpose of this research was to investigate perception, knowledge, and practice level for school food hygiene and need for hygiene education with 300 students of elementary schools in Daegu. The average of correct answer percentage on knowledge about food hygiene of the respondents was 65.3%. For practice level of personal hygiene in school food, the average score was 3.75 out of 5 points. The ratio of educational experience of hygiene and dietary behaviors at home was 73.2%. Almost half of the respondents answered that 'food ingredients' should be the most hygienic. About 90% of the respondents recognized 'hand washing' had effect on prevention of foodborne illness. In addition, the respondents wanted to get the information about food hygiene from 'cooking practice at school', 'school broadcasting', 'education program on TV', and 'school newsletter' in order. These results suggest that continuous education on food hygiene for elementary school students are required and supervision to let them have proper hygiene habit is needed.

본 논문에서는 2.65GHz 위성 DMB 대역의 마이크로스트립 안테나를 설계 및 제작하고 이 특성을 바탕으로 단말기에 응용가능한 안테나를 설계하고 제작하였다. 2.65GHz 위성 DMB 대역의 마이크로 스트립 안테나를 CST Microwave Studio 프로그램으로 설계하고 시뮬레이션 특성을 기술하였다. 그리고 마이크로스트립 안테나를 이용하여 단말기에 이용될 수 있게 안테나를 설계 제작하였으며 실제 제작된 안테나의 성능을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 실제 상용화 되고 있는 안테나와 비슷한 성능이 나타났고 안테나가 이용될 수 있는 대역도 광대역의 특성을 보였다.
