학령전기 자녀 아버지의 양육행동 (Paternal Rearing Behaviors of Preschool Children's Fathers)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine paternal rearing behavior according to rearing characteristics and demographic characteristics. This study is designed as descriptive survey. This study's subjects are 200 people who live in Daegu, Gyeongbuk, Seoul and Gyeonggido and they have preschool children of 3-6years old. They live with their children together and they are bringing up their children with a spouse, and they agreed with this study. It was measured by the instrument that 3 nursing scholars modified for content validity based on 18 items which developed parental behavior questionnaire of Bigner(l977). The data were analyzed by the SPSS/PC program with descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA test. It was used Scheffe' test as post-hoc measurement. As a result of analysis is the following. 1. The results that are measured paternal rearing behavior by mean and standard deviation are that 'activity of play interaction' score was the highest($280{\pm}.59$), and then 'activity of daily living'($2.41{\pm}.58$), and then 'activity of discipline'($2.40{\pm}.93$). The lowest area was 'activity of outhouse'($225{\pm}.85$). As examined paternal rearing behaviors by item, 'express physical affection to children' was the highest and the next items is 'consult with wife about children's rearing problem.'. Item that was shown the lowest score was 'wash children's dress'. 2. Compared paternal rearing behaviors level by demographic characteristics, that showed Significant differences among the fathers job type(F=3.492, p=.005), family monthly income (p=2.011, p=.047), children's number(F=4.641, p=.011). 3. Compared paternal rearing behaviors level by rearing characteristics, that showed significant difference in the satisfaction of marred life (F=3.932, p=.021). In spite of Paternal rearing behavior can influence on children's health and health activity, that is apt to exclude in various family health educational program development and application in nursing field. Therefore, nursing researches about paternal rearing behavior will have to be needed to study in the future.

  • 산업계 수요에 따른 중국 공학교육의 주요 개혁 동향들을 고찰하였다. 중국 공학교육 개혁의 추진 배경은 소련식의 전문교육과 문화대혁명의 영향으로 산업계의 고급 기술자가 부족하고 연령상의 단절이 있으며 졸업생들의 현장 적응력이 부족했기 때문이었다. 이에 따라 80년대부터 다양한 경로를 통해 산업계 수요에 맞는 신규 인력의 공급을 확대하고 기존의 산업계 기술자를 재교육하기 시작하였다. 이공계 대학의 입학 정원이 크게 증가하였고 대학원 입시에서 실무 경험자를 우대하는 정책을 실시하였다. 국가 교육위원회 주도로 산업계 수요에 맞는 고급 기술자의 양성 경로를 탐색하고, 이를 토대로 산학 협동의 공정석사 양성 방안을 실험하였다. 공과대학의 주요 개혁 동향으로는 우수학생의 양성, 복수 학위 제도, 현장 실습 강화, 학. 석사 통합 운영, 논문 석. 박사 제도, 산학 협동 인력 양성, 실험 대학, 성인 대학, 지방분교의 운영 등이 있다. 21세기를 앞두고 이러한 개혁 동향이 더욱 가속될 것이다.

In fact, it's not only making atmosphere that could give relaxation and rich life but also supporting commodity and many kinds of information to effect the sale's effectiveness, so the various alternative need to be checked out to treat the difference of atmosphere. importance of space composition plan considerating specific character is confirmed each commercial area of alternatives. In this study, we want to provide the most important standard of space composition of several visible or invisible environment factor making an bakery store. commercial rights are defferentiated between center commercial land and dwelling commercial land and we can strengthen the competitveness by bringing inspect, analysis, comparison about product make-up price each commercial land in space organixation of in-store actively in the 21 century's new bakery competition. In the 21st century, we should recognize we are in the new period about these a aggressive goal of maximization of sales and performed space construction through plan specialization to build reasonably and effectively. composition plan for store space as composition rate of product would be basic plan. so when the opening store is decided it need to be basic composition plan space which Is proper to situation of area.

공예분야 사회적기업의 성공요인 분석: 인도 인더스트리 크래프트의 사례를 중심으로 (A Success Factors Analysis on Social Enterprise in the Field of Crafts: Focused on the Case of Industree Crafts in India)

  • 이 논문은 인도의 공예분야 사회적기업 인더스트리 크래프트가 정부 보조금 의존에서 벗어나 지난 30년간 어떻게 수익을 창출하고 글로벌 사회적기업으로 지속가능한 성장이 가능했는지를 분석한 논문이다. 분석을 통해 도출한 성공요인들은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 요인은 이해관계자들의 가치 창출로서 사회적 미션을 목표로 각 이해관계자들의 가치를 최우선 고려하였으며 가치를 상호간 공유했다는 점이다. 두 번째 요인은 독특한 내부경영방식으로서 더 많은 부가가치 창출을 위해 조직체계에 독특한 비즈니스 모형과 4P전략을 도입하고 생산자집단의 자립을 돕는 경영방식을 도입했다는 것이다. 세 번째 요인은 학습 및 혁신문화 조성으로서 변화를 두려워하지 않고 끊임 없이 새로운 디자인 전략을 세워 도전하고 시행착오를 조직학습으로 이끈 학습문화를 구축했다는 점이다. 마지막 네 번째 요인은 시의적절한 재정 및 자원의 확보로서 규모 확대 시기 때마다 민간기업과의 제휴 및 투자 유치, 충분한 기술인력자원 확보 등 적절한 재정 및 자원을 확보했던 점을 들 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 선불 또는 후불 교통카드 사용에 있어서 사용불가 카드 또는 사용 가능 카드 정보만을 구성하여 시스템 운영의 응답 시간을 단축하여 선별하는 방법과 그 시스템에 관한 것으로 기존의 카드 방식에서 제안하고 있는 방법의 차이점을 개선하므로 정보를 구성하고 있는 용량을 개선하여 처리 용량 대비 업데이트 속도를 개선하여 시스템의 효율성을 향상 시키고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 각각의 파일은 다수의 섹션으로 구성하고 또한 각 섹션은 다수개의 블록으로 구성하고 각 블록은 다수개의 셀 단위의 크기로 분할하여 구성한 인덱스 부와 사용 불가 또는 사용 가능 카드 정보 중에 더 낮은 비율을 차지하는 정보로 구성하는 데이터 부의 영역으로 구성하여 시스템의 성능을 개선하였다.

주제전문사서 양성을 위한 협력모형구축에 관한 연구 - 도서관 관련 주체들의 역할을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Cooperation Model of Subject Specialist Upbringing Plan : Focusing on the Role of the Subjects Related to Library)

  • 본 연구는 도서관 관련 주체들 즉, 기관 단체 및 협회, 학계, 그리고 도서관 현장의 주제전문사서 양성을 위한 협력 모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 주제화적용 대학도서관과 주제전문사서의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 각 주체들의 역할과 협력 방안을 조사하였다. 주제전문사서의 양성을 위해서는 도서관 관련 주체들의 개별적 노력과 함께 이들의 협력과 공동대응이 이루어질 때 가능하다. 즉, 도서관 관련기관, 단체 및 협회는 주제전문사서와 관련된 정책 및 재정적 지원에 대한 주도적 역할을 수행하고 학계는 주제전문사서를 위한 다양한 교육 프로그램을 설계 운영해야 한다. 또한, 도서관 현장은 주제전문사서의 양성을 위한 동기부여와 교육기회를 제공하고 이들의 채용과 대우를 위한 제도마련을 위해 노력할 필요가 있다. 이와 함께, 도서관관련 주체들의 대표로 구성된 주제전문사서양성위원회를 구성해 주제전문사서 양성과 확보를 위한 각각의 역할을 조율하고 협력방안을 모색할 필요가 있다.

직무스트레스가 근로자들의 신체적 불편감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Job Stress on Workers' Physiological Somatic Complaints)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to determine factors affecting workers' physiological somatic complain using the Job Stress Model proposed by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). Method: Data were collected from the 1st to the 30th of December 1999. The subjects were 2.123 workers employed at 155 work sites. Collected date were analyzed through SAS/PC program. Result: According to individual characteristics, younger and women groups showed significantly higher physiological somatic complaint than elder men groups. By work condition, groups with higher physiological somatic complaint included workers of irregular shift work. Dark lighting, improper temperature in winter, improper ventilation, inappropriate humidity, unpleasant work environment and crowded work place were significantly related with physiological somatic complaint. By work-related factor, physiological somatic complaint was high in those with higher variance in work load, quantitative work load, role conflict, job burden, role ambiguity and future ambiguity. On the other hand, physiological somatic complaint was low in those with little underutilization of ability. As for the relationships between physiological somatic complaint and non-work related factors, physiological somatic complaint was high in workers who had a side job, were bringing up infants alone, cleaned the house alone, cared for the elderly and disabled persons, were studying, were volunteering at another organization, and were spending 5-10 hours in religious activities per week. Physiological somatic complain was in significantly negative correlations with overall social support, supervisory support and family support, but in significantly positive correlations with co-worker support. Conclusion: The main predictors of physiological somatic complain were gender, shift work pattern, overtime work, ventilation, role ambiguity, role conflict, future ambiguity, job control, variance in work load, overall social support, worker with side job, worker who cleans the house alone, worker who is studying. These predictors explained 19.10% of the total variance of physiological somatic complain.

  • This study examined discourses on “wise-mother and good-wife” in the 1920s - 1930s by analyzing the magazine “Shinyeosung.” This study found the following: 1 “Wise-mother and good-wife” was the ideal type for the “new women” during the colonial period. Hut the role of a mother was far more important than that of a wife. 2. The dominant discourse at the time was that the “genuine” new woman was defined by her motherhood, and she could not have a job because raising children was the most Important task for her. Hut in fact, new women wanted to be a wife through free love and marriage. They wished to be a good-wife in the “new (modern) family” for their loving husbands. 3. The Ideas of “wise-mother” and “good-wife” arose from disparate backgrounds. A woman had to nurture her maternal aptitudes; but had to suppress her passion for free love and marriage. Although she had to learn Western methods of bringing up children instead of the traditional one, she was expected to practice traditional virtues of a wife, not Western attitudes. The role of a mother was decided by experts, but that of a wife was decided by husbands. The function of a good-wife was merely a clever handling of her husband, whereas the function of a mother was considered to require professional knowledge. 4. New women could differentiate themselves from “old women” through the roles of wise-mother and good-wife; nonetheless, those roles were forced by society. They did not have any other viable choices.

간호관리자 역할의 성공적 수행을 위한 연구 (Nursing Managemant, Strategies for its success)

  • In the past, management had been done over nurses rather than nursing and this brought the existence of general manager and as a result, nurse-manager's position and role are being threatend. For the up-bringing of nursing to firm professional recognition in the 21st century, it is firmly believed that nursing managers are to be in the position to play the role of general manager with professional qualifications; personal qualities and exact understandings on the role and function of each tier group under her/his management. 124 top(3 nursing superintendents), middle-range(23 supervisors) and unit managers(98 head-nurses) from 3 university hospitals in Seoul were interviewed in order to investigate their belief in the role, professional qualifications, personal qualities as well as the strategy for the development of their leadership qualities. The frame of reference for the interview were developed by the researcher in reference to relevant literatures. It was the common belief that qualifications o[ top-managers and mid-managers require an educational background of master's preparation or higher and clinical career for at least 15 years for top-managers and 5 -10 years for mid-managers. The personal qualities required by nurse managers include; leadership, initiative, judgement, self-confidence, flexibility, open-mindedness and strong motivation. Achievment-orientedness would greatly help them become excellent managers. On the other hand, [or more effective management, managers of each teir group are to fully understand their role and perform "their job responsibilities ie. Top managers are supposed to study with emphasis on organization, function and conceptual s~ill while mid-managers concentrate their effort on the development of skills for direction, guidance and human relationship. Unit managers also supposed to have abilities to manage their function with emphasis on development of clinical performance skill, for direction on operative aspects. The strategies for the development of leadership qualities include program-planning at individual instutional level as well as local, national and international level. Nurse-managers are to be motivated and encouraged to participate in the programs in order to effectively communicate within tier groups.oups.

학교급식 프로그램의 영양교육적 효과 -급식교 및 비급식교 어린이의 식생활에서 본- (Effect of Nutrition Educatioh of School Lunch Programs -On Dietary Pattern of Elementary School Children in Pusan Area-)

  • This paper proposes to research on the actual conditions of dietary life of some children with similar living standard. They were in the 4th and 5th grades of two elementary schools located at Tongrae-ku Pusan City and the survey period was from March to April in 1989. One part was 0 elementary school childern with school lunch and the other part was ones in K elementary school without school lunch. This survey shows the effect of nutrition education of school lunch on the intake of food and nutrient the pattern of food consumption and untrient intake and the knowledge level of nutrition and results in calling attention to the importance of school lunch and the necessity f its expanded paractice and bringing up some problems to be solved in order to excute more improved program of school lunch. As the results of analysis first the school lunch group demonstrated desirable pattern of food consumption and nutrient intake school lunch aims at by the effect of nutritional education of the scheduled school lunch program and turned out to be superior in food and nutrient intake. physical index and level of nutrient knowledte to the non school lunch group. Secondly since both groups show the lack of calcium intake it is necessary to establish a meal plan to increase calcium source and in order to improve the quality of school lunch it is desirable to plan a program considering proper amount of meal service by age and sex selection of menu based on preference research various cooking methods and and food mixing fit for standard food consitiution of school lunch.
