생애주기비용의 간접비용 산출을 위한 Regression Model의 개발 (Development of Regression Model to evaluate the indirect costs of Life-Cycle Costs)

  • Though the concept of Life-Cycle Cost (LCC) itself is not new, its effectiveness for planning, design, rehabilitation and maintenance/management of civil infrastructures is becoming increasingly recognized. For the decision problems as in the case of the LCC of plant facilities, equipments, bridge decks, pavements, etc., the Life-Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) is relatively simple, and thus its practical implementation is rather straightforward. However, when it comes to major infrastructures such as bridge, tunnels, underground facilities, etc., the LCCA problem becomes extremely complex because lack of cost data associated with various direct and indirect losses, and the absence of uncertainty data available for the assessment as well. As a result, the LCC studies have been largely limited only to those relatively simple LCCA problems of planning or conceptual design for making decisions. Accordingly, in the recent years, the researchers have pursued extensive studies on the LCC effectiveness mostly related to LCC models and frameworks for civil infrastructures. Moreover, recently the demand on the practical application of LCC effective decisions in design and maintenance is rapidly growing unprecedently in civil engineering practice. Indirction cost is very important on LCC formulation. But that is very difficult and complicate the estimation every LCC. The objective of this paper is to suggest efficient regression model for the estimation of indirect cost approach to the practical application of LCC for the design and rehabilitation of civil. infrastructures considering traffic, traffic network, detour condition, and workzone condition. In this paper, it performed the sensitivity analysis and correlation analysis of parameter for development of regression model of inflection cost.

생태하천으로 조성된 반석천의 물새류 출현특성 (Appearance Characteristic of Waterbirds in Banseok Ecological Stream)

  • This study was conducted as a basic research to create a sound and vital ecological environment in the city compared to the appearance characteristics of Gap stream(G-stream), which are the main stream of Banseok stream(B-stream), by analyzing the characteristics of waterbirds, including Wild Spot-billed Duck (S-Duck), that live in B-stream built as ecological stream. The waterbird survey was conducted by the line census for 3.2km, Jukdong-bridge to Jamiseon-bridge, from January to August 2018. The analysis of the survey was conducted with Relative species density(RD) of the emerging waterbird species, the Species diversity and Density Per Unit area for 100㎡(DPU). The waterbird survey results of B-stream was conducted 65 times. The five types of water birds that appeared during the survey were Spot-billed Duck(Anas poecilorhyncha), Teal(Anas crecca), Little Egret(Egretta garzetta), Great Egret(Egretta alba), and Grey Heron(Ardea cinerea). As a result, for S-Duck at B-stream, RD was 89.9%, monthly species diversity was simple as 0.3801 in January, 0.5943 in February and 0.3501 in August. The DPU of the S-Duck was 0.165/100㎡ in the B-Stream survey section which was 4.9 times higher than the main stream section, G-stream. The non-freezing zone of the city's small stream is expected to play an important role as a winter stop for wild birds such as S-Duck during the freezing period of the huge stream. For this reason, considering the ecological characteristics of wild waterbirds such as S-Duck when creating ecological stream, a: space and linear selection of waterways which can minimize the impact of natural enemy and increasing the number of walkers, b: management water-friendly plants in the low flow channel, c: arrangement walking-bicycle road will be necessary.

자연형 하천복원계획 수립을 위한 생물상 조사 및 분석 (A biota research and analysis for Close-to-nature stream restoration planning)

  • The purpose of this study was a biota research and analysis for Close-to-nature stream restoration planning of Shinchun. The summary of this study is as follows; 1) The vascular plants in research area recorded of 45 species and insect fauna recorded of 34 species of 8 orders. As a result of table of community classification, the communities were two group; Quercus variabilis community(I), Pinus densiflora-Quercus variabilis-Quercus dentata community(II). 2) As a result of analysis on correlation of tree species, the level of significance in positive correlation between Quercus dentata and Corylus heterophyll aindicated 1% and between Pinus densiflora and Lespedeza bicolor also indicated 1%. 3) As a result of DBH analysis, it is expected that Quercus variabilis and Quercus dentata will dominateover other species in competition and its succession continuously maintains from now on in community I. In community II, it is assumed that there is a high possibility of changing into community of Quercus such as Quercus mongolica, Quercus dentata, and Quercus variabilis. 4) As a result of analysis on insect fauna, insect fauna consists of 94% of whole species as 32 species, 23 families, 8 orders. And 7 species, 7 families 4 orders was found in highly urbanized area, the vicinity of Sang-Dong bridge. 5) As mentioned above, Based on A biota fundamental research, Close-to-nature stream restoration planning were full of suggestions: i) Designating ecosystem preservation area, ii) Making Close-to-nature stream revetments, iii) Making pool-and-riffle, vi) Making decks for observation and walks for nature experience, v) Creating wetland biotope. Through these methods, it is necessary to promote bio-diversity and lead people to the space for eco-learning.

Advanced performance evaluation system for existing concrete bridges

  • The management of existing concrete bridges has become a major social concern in many developed countries due to the large number of bridges exhibiting signs of significant deterioration. This problem has increased the demand for effective maintenance and renewal planning. In order to implement an appropriate management procedure for a structure, a wide array of corrective strategies must be evaluated with respect to not only the condition state of each defect but also safety, economy and sustainability. This paper describes a new performance evaluation system for existing concrete bridges. The system evaluates performance based on load carrying capability and durability from the results of a visual inspection and specification data, and describes the necessity of maintenance. It categorizes all girders and slabs as either unsafe, severe deterioration, moderate deterioration, mild deterioration, or safe. The technique employs an expert system with an appropriate knowledge base in the evaluation. A characteristic feature of the system is the use of neural networks to evaluate the performance and facilitate refinement of the knowledge base. The neural network proposed in the present study has the capability to prevent an inference process and knowledge base from becoming a black box. It is very important that the system is capable of detailing how the performance is calculated since the road network represents a huge investment. The effectiveness of the neural network and machine learning method is verified by comparing diagnostic results by bridge experts.

랜드마크를 고려한 농업용저수지 최적정비모델의 개선 (Improvement to Optimum Equipment Model of Agricultural Reservoir Considering Land Mark)

  • Recently, the Yedang reservoir needs reflecting the demands of the public and administration, including change of reservoir status and paradigm shift of users, as well as planning programs to activate the area as a special health zone for tourism, leisure, recreation and experience at the local government level. Previous Optimum Equipment model (OEM) preferentially considers the creation of waterfront. This study shows the operation model for readjustment of water supply facilities according to the limit of the level of the beneficiaries. Results show the renovation cycle of Yedang tourist resort and the suspension bridge through developed model simulation. In addition to securing quantity for the supply of agricultural water and the function of water protection, the multi-function of the agricultural reservoir shall be re-evaluated to enhance the diverse availability of the agricultural reservoir. The county office should also boost various availability at various levels to revitalize the local economy, such as producing pleasant and safe places and offering safe food for people.

Mechanism for Bank Erosion and Local Scouring in Estuary of the Hangang River

  • The levee and bridge pier in estuary of the Hangang River are exposed in a dangerous condition due to bank erosion and local scouring occurred since the summer season in 2011. At first, it is presumed that the high sandbar formed in river channel of the study area was an important element in the occurrence of bank erosion and local scouring. It can be presumed that the record-breaking depth of freezing due to cold wave for the long term during the winter season between 2010 and 2011 as well as the heavy intensive rainfall of 2011 had a decisive effect on the first damage of A section. The second damage of B section mainly occurred around the bridge pier constructed on the high water channel before it was washed away during the winter season between 2011 and 2012. It is considered that the second damage was caused by ice formation and ice floes.

  • 국내 도로건설사업에 있어서 개략공사비 산정 기준은 건설교통부 및 기획예산처, 한국도로공사 등에서 제시하는 평균 건설단가를 기준으로 활용하고 있다. 이때 도로의 등급, 구조물 추간의 구성 비율 등에 따라 공사비를 도정하고 있으나 다양한 공사 특성을 반영하고, 지속적인 공사비 갱신의 기준 등에 한계를 가지고 있다. 대규모 재원이 투입되는 건설공사의 공사비를 합리적인 방법으로 적정하게 예측하는 것은 사업비 관리 측면에서 필수적인 요소는 기술이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기획단계에서 가용한 정보를 활용하여 공사비를 예측할 수 있는 사에 기반추론 PSC BEAM교의 개략공사비 산정모델을 개발하였다. 제시된 공사비 예측모델을 검증하기 위하여 표본교량을 대상으로 공사비를 추정한 결과 $-11.92%{\sim}3.20%$의 추정편차를 나타내었으며, 기존 개략공사비 산정 기준에 비해 신뢰도가 향상되었다.

교량의 경관조명연출디자인 평가항목 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Selection of the Valuation Items of the Environmental Illumination Design for a Bridge)

  • 도시 공간에서의 교량경관 조명연출의 목적은 교량과 주변의 수변 공간을 아름답게 연출할 뿐만 아니라 사람과 자동차에 대하여 안전성 및 쾌적성을 확보함과 동시에 야간경관의 심미적 공간을 연출한다. 또한 환경과의 조화, 그리고 지역의 문화성, 역사성, 상징성과 융합하여 도시의 새로운 아이덴티티를 창출하기 위한 것으로서, 관광자원으로서의 부가가치를 높일 수 있으므로 최근에는 정부가 적극적으로 교량 경관조명을 활성화시키고 있으나 매뉴얼화 된 디자인과 설계기준의 부재로 교량의 예술적, 문화적 품위가 저하되고 있는 실정이므로 조속히 우리풍토에 적합한 교량 경관조명의 설계지침과 평가방법 등 이 확립되어야 하겠다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 도시미관을 향상시키기에 최적의 장소로 여겨지고 있는 한강의 교량 중 조명시설이 설치된 교량을 평가 대상으로 채택하여, 문헌고찰과 설문조사를 중심으로 예비평가항목 구성단계 및 전문가 검증 단계를 거쳐, 평가항목별 상관분석 및 인자분석 결과, 평가항목을 인자해석에 의해 중요변인으로 하고 분산 분석과 평균값 비교를 통해 중요 항목과 일반항목으로 구분하였고, 이를 바탕으로 전문적이고 표준화된 평가를 유도할 수 있는 교량형식별 경관조명의 평가항목을 도출하였다.

RC라멘교의 기본설계단계 개략공사비 산정모델 (The Conceptual Cost Estimate Model on Preliminary Design Phase for RC Rahmen Bridge)

  • 건설공사에 소요되는 공사비의 개략적인 산정은 건설프로젝트의 계획단계뿐만 아니라 기본설계단계에서 예산을 확정하기 위해서 필수적이다. 현재 국내의 개략공사비 산정모델은 단위길이당 단가 또는 단위면적당의 단가를 이용하여 계산하는 선형적인 단순 모델로써 오차율이 너무 큰 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 과다한 오차율의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 RC라멘교의 특성을 고려하였으며 공사비의 변동특성에 따라 그룹핑(Grouping) 및 대표물량방식 그리고 합성단가를 사용한 모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과 실제 설계공사비와의 오차를 상당히 줄일 수 있었으며 따라서 발주처나 용역업체에서 RC라멘교의 예산을 산정하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

특허 분석을 통한 해양공간 정책 시뮬레이터 기술개발 동향 연구 (A Study on the Development Trend of Marine Spatial Policy Simulator Technology through Patent Analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 해양공간 통합관리 수단의 지원책으로 활용되는 해양공간 정책 시뮬레이터 기술에 대한 한국, 중국, 일본, 미국, 유럽 등 주요 5개국에 대한 정량분석을 위한 유효특허 1,474건을 도출하고, 연도별, 국가별 특허출원 동향 및 워드 클라우드 분석을 통해 국내 기술 경쟁력 및 국내·외 기술 트렌드를 파악하였다. 분석 결과 해양공간 정책 시뮬레이터 기술의 경우 중국(1,254건, 85.1%) 주도의 특허출원이 활발하게 이루어지고 있으며, 세부 기술별로는 어업환경 변화예측 및 활용 시뮬레이터(AC)가 392건(26.6%)으로 가장 높은 것으로 나타난다. 핵심 키워드 변화를 통해 최근에는 다중 데이터의 수집과 데이터의 탐지, 예측, 평가 등으로 기술 트렌드가 이루어지고 있음을 확인하였으며, 중국 주도의 시장 독과점 및 선점에 대비하기 위해 주변 기술에 대한 특허출원 고려 및 표준화 선점 등의 연계 전략을 통한 대비와 정부 차원의 해양공간 정책 시뮬레이터 기술 연구개발에 대한 적극적인 정책적 지원이 필요함을 진단하였다.
