Purpose: This article aimed to identify nurses' experience of practice in nursing homes. Method: Using phenomenological approach for qualitative research, the participants were 8 nurses who were working at nursing homse in C city. The data was analyzed by using phenomenological methodology by Colaizzi. Results: Five theme clusters were derived from the data. They were: burden (independent decision making in clinical situations, tension of as a multifunctional member); lowered self-esteem (exhaustion, relative self-evaluation is low, comparing with others); conflict (negative image of elderly, communication break with elderly family, monitoring of nursing home staff); worth (slight improvement of elderly health state, trust and recognition, intimacy); and self-reflection (need for knowledge extension, effort towards enhancing virtue, perception of importance in their health management). Conclusion: The results showed that nursing home nurses experienced negative aspects of various nursing practice, suggesting the ways to solve their negative experience.

Weibull analyses given to the initial mass function (IMF) deduced by Miller and Scalo (1979) have shown that the mass dependence of IMF is an exp$[-{\alpha}m]$- form in low mass range while in the high mass range it assumes an exp$[-{\alpha}\sqrt{m}]/\sqrt{m}$-form with the break-up being at about the solar mass. Various astrophysical reasonings are given for identifying the exp$[-{\alpha}m]$ and exp$[-{\alpha}\sqrt{m}]/\sqrt{m}$ with halo and disk star characteristics, respectively. The physical conditions during the halo formation were such that low mass stars were preferentially formed and those in the disk high mass stars favoured. The two component nature of IMF is in general accord with the dichotomies in various stellar properties.

Games such as baseball, soccer are scheduled by a given game type such as tournament, league or their mixed form. The objective of this paper is to find an efficient game-scheduling method with respect to traveling distance, break-time and other conditions. In this paper we first present two models which minimize traveling distance. The first model that a match is played once each other is solved by a heuristic method. In the second model that a match is played more than once, teams are paired by a modified 0 - 1 programming, and the pairs are rearranged in order to generate a number of workable schedules. Then Expert Systems is applied to solve breake-time and other conditions. In order to represent expertise's knowledge effectively, we present a new design of knowledge-base and data-base, inference engine including many rules and meta-rules which controls the global system. In knowledge-base, binary relation among various attributes is used to ease not only knowledge acquisition but also system execution.

We live in the building which made of concreat. If a fire break out in the building on a sudden, the heated concreat structual of the building were become very weak and bad poor. In this study, it was investigated by test for thermal expansibility and compressive strength of the highly heated concreat. The experiment was carried out in the temparature range of 150―75$0^{\circ}C$. The obtained results are as follow. 1. The heated concreat has weaken in compressive strength from about at 30$0^{\circ}C$. 2. The concreat heated over 45$0^{\circ}C$ is not proper for structual material. 3. The concreat expanded remarkable when it was heated about at 450―$600^{\circ}C$.

When The temperature of the joining of SCR rises major changes of characteristics are increase of leakage current, decrease of break-down voltage, and increase of turn off time. Because these changes promote the inferiority of SCR it(SCR) will get out of control and its life time will be shortened and finally it will be destroyed. In this paper, we will measure the changes of the characteristics in accordance with a rise in temperature. On the basis of the result we will find out the appropriate time to change SCR and we will use the result for the maintenance of SCR and increase of reliability of SCR.

Incase of not considered seismic design at transformer vault which is made of many informant electrical facility, facility is damaged, electrical fire breaks out and second damage is able to break out at generating earthquake. But seismic design yet is not applied to at transformer vault in the country. Regard to seismic design method of electrical facility installed in the building internal, we present the seismic design of electrical facility using "Building construction design standard" in internal and "Manual of seismic design and construction for Building Electrical facility" in japan. This paper will be used detail seismic design of pipe and facility. reliability inspection plan for seismic design and construction of electrical facility

Presently, there are some means of voyage estimations such as Hire base, Charter base, and Anticpated income and expenditure statement of voyage. The former two are the means of estimation for profit of a ship's voyage per a deadweight tonnage adn a month, and it is well used in the case of chartered ships. But it is somewhat meaningless for the shpowner who runs his ships for himself. The latter means for estimation is mainly used in western shipping, and do not set forth simpler way of comparing profit with another voyage or with another ship's employing in other route. And this paper has yielded an index of ship's voyage profit evaluation by building a model of ship's voyage evaluation formula, and the index may be used in evaluation of the new investigation of shipping as well as setting out a shiop in a voyage. The model has yielded a break even curve which may be used for deciding the amount of demurrage and the period of ship's port time for a specific voyage contraction.

Osteoporosis is a major underlying cause of bone fracture in postmenopausal women and older person in general, and so it is a major public health problem. It is a condition in which bone mass decreases, causing bones to be more susceptible to fracture. A trivial trauma can easily cause one or more bones to break in a person with severe osteoporosis. Physicians and patients alike are concerned with the optimum approach to the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis. The diagnostic method and proper use of agents, such as calcium, vitamin D, estrogen, and fluorides, as well as the role of exercise are issues that have generated major research efforts. So these are to be mentioned in this paper.

본 연구에서는 TVD기법을 이용한 천수방정식의 수치모형을 개발하였다. 본 모형은 시간과 공간에서 2차 정확도를 가지며 불연속면에서 수치진동을 억제할 수 있다. 풍상차분기법에 근거한 TVD기법은 Riemann 해의 계산이 수반되어야 하며, 여기서는 HLLC기법이 사용되었다. 개발된 모형의 적용성과 정확성을 검증하기 위해 단순화된 하도에서 댐 붕괴파와 포물형 수조에서의 흐름의 오르내림을 모의하였다. 수치해는 해석해와 잘 일치하였다.

This paper deals with the multiple attribute decision making problem when a decision maker incompletely articulates his/her preferences about the attribute weight and alternative value. Furthermore, we consider the attribute tree which is structured hierarchically. Techniques for establishing dominance with linear partial information are proposed in a hierarchically structured attribute tree. The linear additive value function under certainty is used in the model. The incompletely specified information constructs a feasible region of linear constraints and therefore the pairwise dominance relationship between alternatives leads to intractable non-linear programming. Hence, we propose solution techniques to handle this difficulty. Also, to handle the tree structure, we break down the attribute tree into sub-trees. Due to there cursive structure of the solution technique, the optimization results from sub-trees can be utilized in computing the value interval on the topmost attribute. The value intervals computed by the proposed solution techniques can be used to establishing the pairwise dominance relation between alternatives. In this paper, pairwise dominance relation will be represented as strict dominance and weak dominance, which ware already defined in earlier researches.
