여자 중·고등학생의 개인주의-집단주의에 따른 교복태도와 교복선택기준 (Attitude toward Uniform and Evaluation Criteria toward Uniform according to Individualism-collectivism of Middle and High School Girls)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify individualism-collectivism into groups and analyze the difference of attitude toward uniform and evaluation criteria toward uniform. Questionnaires are being administered to 369 middle and high school girls in Deagu province. The Frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA, Duncan-test, and t-test are used for data analysis. Individualism-collectivism factors are found to be other focus, individuality focus, competition consciousness, love of family, and self-esteem. Attitude toward uniform are categorized into fashion pursuit, symbol of role, conformity, color, and neatness. Evaluation criteria toward uniform is categorized into 7 factors: practicality, care, promotion, aesthetics, service, brand focus, and regulation focus. Individualism-collectivism are classify into three groups such as high individualism-collectivism, low individuality, and high individuality. Individualism-collectivism shows a significant correlation with the sub-variable attitude toward uniform and evaluation criteria toward uniform. The groups show a significant difference in the attitude toward uniform and evaluation criteria toward uniform. There is a significant difference among individualism-collectivism, attitude toward uniform, and evaluation criteria toward uniform by the middle and high school girls.

중국 진출 국내 패션 브랜드의 통합적 마케팅 커뮤니케이션(IMC) 전략 (The Integrated Marketing Communication(IMC) Strategy of Korean Fashion Brands Which Enter into Chinese Market)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the current situation of IMC strategies of Korean fashion brands which enter into Chinese market and to propose the efficient IMC strategies. Twenty Korean fashion brands which enter into Chinese market were selected and in-depth interviews with the managers were conducted. First, advertising is focused on magazines, and outdoor advertising, advertising in departments' magazines, distributing catalogs, and star marketing are performed in some cases. Brands often execute sales promotion activities such as price deduction, offering coupons, and presenting gifts. PR activities like events and sponsorship marketing which targets uncertain public or loyal customers are performed. PPL is conducted passively though it can be very effective. CRM is not operated systematically and customer management is conducted through tele-marketing and direct mail by shop managers. Web sites of brands have insufficient contents and are operated ineffectively. VMD follows brand's basic policy, but in cases of agents whose copyrights are transferred or branches which are place in areas where managing them is hard, shop managers operate their stores by themselves. Finally, because of socialistic consciousness, the perception about service of sales people is lacked.

남성 정장 구매행동에 관한 연구 (제1보) -20∼40대 남성을 중심으로- (A Study on Men's Suit Purchasing Behavior (Part I) -Focusing on Men in Their 20's∼40's-)

  • This study was attempted to examine male consumers'suit purchasing Behavior of subdivided groups according to apparel shopping orientation in men's suit purchasing and to suggest basic information applicable to marketing. The sample was taken from 705 men who were aged twenties through forties living in and suburbs. A total of 655 questionnaires were used in the final statistical analysis using factor analysis, reliability test, ANOVA, Duncan test, and X$^2$-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The dimensions of apparel shopping orientation were composed of economical, brand/store loyalty, fashion consciousness and convenience shopping orientation. 2. The dimensions of apparel store attributes were composed of atmosphere and service, convenient shopping, fashion and sale promotion, price, quality and reputation. 3. Three groups were classified after group analysis of four factors in male consumers'apparel shopping orientation: group focusing on convenience (47.2%), group focusing enjoyment of shopping(31.0%), and group focusing economic aspects(21.8%). Additionally differences of the three groups were examined according to importance of store attributes, use of information sources, purchasing Behavior, clothing evaluation criteria and demographic variables.

대학생 소비자의 라이프스타일에 따른 녹색소비행동에 관한 연구 (Green Consumption Behavior According to the Lifestyles of College Students)

  • This study examined green consumption behavior according to the lifestyles of college students. The data were collected from 314 college students in Yeungnam region by a self-administered questionnaire. Frequencies, Cronbach's alpha, factor analysis, cluster analysis, chi-square tests, one-way analysis of variance, Duncan's multiple range tests, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analyses were conducted by SPSS Windows V.18.0. According to the result of factor analysis, lifestyles were categorized into six factors: thrift-saving type, enthusiastic activity type, brand ostentation type, freedom-seeking type, material oriented type, and practice-seeking type. Cluster analysis showed respondents belonged to one of four groups: thrift practice group, indifference group, freedom-seeking group, and material ostentation group. The levels of green purchase behavior, green usage behavior and green disposal behavior of the respondents was not high. The thrift practice group showed higher levels of green purchase behavior, green usage behavior, and green disposal behavior. Finally, according to multiple regression analyses, environmental consciousness, knowledge about green consumption, lifestyle groups were the significant factors affecting green consumption behaviors. These results imply that green consumption education for college students should be activated to induce green life.

패션스타일 지향성의 선행변수 (Antecedents of dressing style)

  • Understanding consumers' being well and stylishly dressed is a key for marketers' success in ever changing fashion industry. The purpose of this study is to identify the antecedents of dressing style. As antecedents, personal values and clothing-related variables were considered: this study included physical appearance, materialism, and individualism as personal values and quality conscious, price conscious, and brand conscious as clothing related variables. It was hypothesized that personal values influence dressing style both directly and indirectly through clothing related variables. Data were gathered by surveying university students in Seoul, using convenience sampling. Three hundred eleven questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis using SPSS and confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis using structural equation modeling. The results showed that all the fit statistics for the variable measures were quite acceptable. In addition, the overall fits of the model suggest that the model fits the data well. The hypothesized relationship test also showed that individualism among personal values directly influences dressing style and that only price consciousness among clothing-related variables influences dressing style. With respect to the relative importance, individualism showed the largest standardized regression weight. The results suggest effective product, price, and promotion strategies for marketers whose target market is style conscious consumers.

1-2인가구의 라이프스타일과 소형주택 요구도에 관한 연구 (A Study on 1-2 Person Household's Lifestyle and Needs of Small Houses)

  • The main objective of research is to present research outcomes in relation to the development of small size housings for 1 to 2 person households that have been increasing at a rapid pace due to many socio-economic factors. The method of this research was used by questionnaires. The effective numbers of survey questionnaire was 215, and the survey analysis has been made by using of SPSS win 12.0. The conclusions drawn from the research can be summarized as follows: 1) 1 to 2 person households can be typified by nine key characteristics according to the questionnaire designed to explore lifestyles and demands for new housing types. The nine lifestyles include information seeking urban dwellers, well-being oriented, practical trend followers, urban culture lovers, brand lovers, active listeners, easy life seekers, self-centered, and heavy consumers. 2) Occupants may need less space than they anticipate when more user-friendly and space conscious products and services are implemented. 3) There is a great potential market for small size housings if more convenient features and services are provided.

A Study on Promotional Plans of Local Business by using SNS (Social Network Service): Focused on Naver Band, Blog, Kakao Talk and Facebook

  • This study investigated solutions of not only weak organization but also poor communication with customers from point of view of SNS such as Naver blog, Naver band, Kakao Talk and Facebook to promote local business market. The study gave strategies: First, SNS marketing strategy shall be used to do public relations and communicate in accordance with features of each SNS. Naver Blog that is opened SNS shall be used to do public relations and to invite new customers, and Kakao Talk that is closed SNS shall be used to increase customers having high loyalty, and Facebook that has both properties of SNS, that is to say, openness and closure, shall be used to raise effects of word-of-mouth to make use of new sales window. The communication can find out customers' needs to provide customers with customized services. Second, Naver Band and/or cafe shall be opened to increase link and friendliness and to have community consciousness realizing common goal and to destroy merchants' helplessness and individualism and to make change of the market for the place of community. Changes among the merchants may get better ideas to do events continuously and to get more SNS marketing effects and synergy. Third, the merchants shall make change not momentarily but continuously by making efforts steadily. Good communication in and out of the market may create inherent brand value to differ from super chain and/or SSM and to increase sales as well as traditional market image and to attain customers' loyalty.

패션 명품 확장 브랜드의 코스메틱에 대한 MZ세대의 양면적 소비 의도에 미치는 영향 변인에 관한 연구 (An Identification of Determinants to Ambivalent Purchase Intention of Fashion Luxury Brand Expanded Cosmetic for MZ Generation)

  • 본 연구는 MZ세대가 추구하는 가치 소비가 패션 하우스의 코스메틱 소비 상황을 고려해 가치 소비에 대한 이해와 이들의 성향에서 관찰되는 양면적 소비 의도에 영향을 미치는 선행요인을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 연구 모형과 연구 가설을 통계적 유의수준에서 검증하기 위해 MZ세대를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 표본(총 286명)으로부터 수집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형 분석을 사용하였다. 그 결과, 감정적, 사회적 소비 가치는 MZ세대의 소비 의도에 큰 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 첫째, 자아존중감은 감정적 소비 가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 통계적 유의수준에 나타났다. 둘째, 물질주의는 감정적, 사회적 소비 가치에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공적 자기의식은 사회적 소비 가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, MZ세대들은 패션 하우스의 뷰티 브랜드에서 제시하는 뷰티 트렌드를 추구하고, 높은 소비 가치로 지각하며, 패션 하우스의 코스메틱을 사용함으로써 사회적으로 차별화될 수 있다는 과시적 소비성향을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 세계화 및 정보화 시대에 접어들면서 시장 환경에 많은 변화가 나타나고 있다. 인터넷의 보급과 글로벌 네트워크의 등장으로 세계 어디서나 정보 습득과 상거래가 가능해졌기 때문이며, 소비자의 의식수준과 기호를 동질화시켜 새로운 트렌드와 라이프스타일이 동시에 정착되고 있는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 웰빙 소비자와 로하스 소비자의 이론적 개념을 정립해 보았다. 사전 설문조사를 통해 로하스 단계의 소비자를 분류하였으며, 웰빙 브랜드와 일반 브랜드의 의. 식. 주 업체를 선정하여 업체의 웹 디자인을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 로하스 소비자들이 느끼는 웰빙 감성, 감성과 이성의 인지도, 긍정과 부정, 또한 심리적 감성 인지도, 웹 디자인을 통한 선호도 변화를 통해 그들의 가치관과 트렌드를 파악하여 웹 디자인이 나아 가야할 방향을 모색하였다. 연구를 통해 얻어진 결론은 첫째, 소비자들은 웰빙 브랜드의 웹 페이지에서 일반 브랜드의 웹 페이지 보다 웰빙에 대한 감성을 느낄 수 있다. 둘째, 웰빙 브랜드의 웹 페이지에서는 감성보다는 이성을 인지하고 있다. 셋째, 웰빙 브랜드의 웹 디자인이 일반 브랜드의 웹 디자인 보다 호감과 친근감 즉 긍정적인 면에서 좀 더 높은 점수를 얻었으며, 심리적 감성인지가 높아도 웹 디자인에 대한 선호도에 크게 영향을 미치지는 못한다. 넷째, 웰빙 브랜드가 일반 브랜드보다는 기본적인 선호도가 높으며, 웹 페이지를 방문 후 선호도 역시 높았다. 다섯째, 웰빙 브랜드의 웹 디자인을 통한 감성 형용사를 추출한 결과 동적, 정적 어느 곳에 치중하지 않은 약간 심미적인 쪽의 그래프를 표시할 수 있었다. 위의 조사 결과를 통해 앞으로 점차 변화 되어가는 소비자들을 산업저인 차원에서 적극적으로 이용하기 위한 전략을 세우는 데 작은 기초가 되길 바란다.

ZMET을 이용한 국내 소형 SUV 디자인 이미지 평가 (Evaluation of Domestic Small SUV Design Image Using ZMET)

  • 2019년 SUV의 경이적인 판매량으로 내수판매 시장에서 세단을 추월하였고 세계 SUV의 강세는 향후 지속적으로 전망한다. 국내 K-기업은 SUV 시장에서 소형 SUV를 공격적으로 출시하면서 선도하고 있는 상황이다. 단순한 라인업으로 SUV의 존재가 아닌 브랜드 이미지로서 그 가치를 인정받고 이를 평가가 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 국내소형 SUV 디자인 이미지 평가를 통해 소형 SUV의 잠재고객과 구매자의 구매의사 결정은 SUV 모델의 기능적 속성 보다는 감성적 특성과 브랜드의 상징성 그리고 이미지에 의해 이루어진다는 점이다. 최종 소비자의 구매 심리에 대한 잠재의식을 은유추출기법을 통해 고객들이 니즈에 맞는 소형 SUV 디자인 이미지 평가 연구를 하고자 하였다. 국내 완성차 소형 SUV 디자인 이미지로 구매의도를 갖거나 구매를 하는 소비자들이 연계성을 갖는 지 알아보고자 하였다. 소비자가 이미지를 느끼며 표현함에서 일차적인 애매모호한 메시지를 잠재된 의식을 은유추출기법인 ZMET을 통해 고객들의 사고와 행동에 영향을 줄 수 있다는 연구의 결론을 추출하였다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 향후 SUV에서 제시되는 이미지가 고객들의 사고와 행동에 영향을 줄 수 있도록 소형 SUV 개발에 있어 디자인 가이드로 활용되었으면 한다.
