동적 분기 예측을 지원하는 임베디드 코어 자동 생성 시스템의 설계와 구현 (Design and Implementation of an Automatic Embedded Core Generation System Using Advanced Dynamic Branch Prediction)

  • 본 논문은 분기 예측을 지원하는 임베디드 코어 자동 생성 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 동적 분기 예측모듈에 히스토리/분기방향 flag가 추가된 BTAC(Branch Target Address Cache)를 포함하여 타겟 어플리케이션의 수행 속도를 향상 시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 시뮬레이션으로부터 해당 어플리케이션의 분기 정보를 추출하고 이를 토대로 BHT(Branch History Table)와 BTAC의 entry를 결정한다. 제안된 분기 예측의 효율성을 검증하기 위해서 동적 분기 예측 모듈을 포함하는 ARM9TDMI 코어를 SMDL로 기술하고 코어를 생성하였다. 실험 결과는 entry의 수에 따라 면적은 60%까지 증가하였고 어플리케이션의 수행 사이클과 BTAC의 miss rate는 평균 1.7%, 9.6%씩 감소하였다.

Isolation and Characterization of Microsatellite Markers in Tsaiya Duck

  • An enrichment library of GATA-repeats from genomic DNA was constructed in this study to isolate and characterize microsatellite loci in Tsaiya duck (Anas platyrhynchos). Thirty-three microsatellite markers were developed and used to detect polymorphisms in 30 Tsaiya ducks. A total of 177 alleles were observed and all loci except APT022 were polymorphic. The number of alleles ranged from 2 to 9 with an average of 5.5 per microsatellite locus. The observed and expected heterozygosity of these polymorphic markers ranged from 0.07 to 0.93 with an average number of 0.60 and 0.10 to 0.86 with an average number of 0.61, respectively. Among the polymorphic markers, the observed heterozygosities of 23 loci were higher than 0.50 (69.70%). The polymorphism information content (PIC) in the 32 loci ranged from 0.09 to 0.83 with an average of 0.57. Seven of the 33 duck microsatellite loci had orthologs in the chicken genome, but only APT004 had a similar core repeat to chickens. These microsatellite markers will be useful in constructing a genetic linkage map for the duck and a comparative mapping with the chicken can also provide a valuable tool for studies related to biodiversity and population genetics in this duck species.

  • 본 시험은 한국잔디의 실생묘 이식 재배에 따른 적정 이식 시기를 구명하기 위해 수행하였다. 정식시기가 지연됨에 따라 잔디의 생육저하를 초래하였고, 생육특성을 고려할 때, 이식 시기는 7월 초순이전에 하는 것이 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 단일 조건이 지속되는 7월4일 이후부터 정식 묘의 포복 분지경수를 비롯한 마디수, 포복경의 총길이 등에서 급격한 생장 감소 현상을 나타냈다. 특히 제2직립경부터는 포복 분지 경수의 감소를 초래하였다.

  • Text recognition in natural scene images is a challenging problem in computer vision. The accurate identification of ship number characters can effectively improve the level of ship traffic management. However, due to the blurring caused by motion and text occlusion, the accuracy of ship number recognition is difficult to meet the actual requirements. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a dual-branch network based on the CRNN identification network. The network couples image restoration and character recognition. The CycleGAN module is used for blur restoration branch, and the Pix2pix module is used for character occlusion branch. The two are coupled to reduce the impact of image blur and occlusion. Input the recovered image into the text recognition branch to improve the recognition accuracy. After a lot of experiments, the model is robust and easy to train. Experiments on CTW datasets and real ship maps illustrate that our method can get more accurate results.

저농도 액비처리에 따른 밤나무 생장 및 결실특성과 과실품질 (Growth and Fruiting Characteristics, and Nut Qualities of Castanea crenata by Low-Concentrated Liquid Fertilizer)

  • 밤나무의 수고와 근원경은 액비처리구와 화학비료처리구에서 가장 많은 생장량을 나타냈으며 수관폭 생장량은 동-서방향과 남-북방향에서 각각 액비처리구와 화학비료처리구에서 우수하였다. 결과지의 총 길이와 착구부~정단부의 길이생장은 액비처리구에서 가장 우수하였으며 기부~착구부의 길이는 액비처리구와 화학비료처리구에서 동일하게 가장 길게 생장하였다. 결과지의 기부직경과 착구부의 상하부직경은 모두 액비처리구에서 가장 두껍게 생장하였다. 본 연구의 5개의 생장지수(결과지발생지수, 길이생장지수, 착구부상하직경비율, 직경생장지수, 굵기지수)에서 길이생장지수만이 액비처리구에서 가장 높고 나머지 모든 지수는 화학비료처리구에서 가장 높았다. 결과모지당 가지발생수와 소약지 개수는 무처리구와 액비처리구에서 많았으며 처리간 유사한 경향을 보였다. 결과모지당 결과지수는 화학비료처리구와 유기질비료처리구에서 많았으며, 결과지당 착구수는 유기질비료처리구와 액비처리구에서 많았다. 과실의 중량과 수량을 기준으로 한 상품화 비율은 무처리구(87.5%)와 화학비료처리구(84.6%)에서 높았으나 액비처리구의 상품화 비율은 각각 84.3%와 82.7%로 평균 수준이었다. 평균입중과 총착구수는 각각 액비처리구와 화학비료처리구로 가장 우수하였다. 함과수는 처리 간 차이는 없었으며 본당수확량은 화학비료처리구(8.2 kg)와 액비처리구(8.0 kg)에서 다수확성을 보였으나 처리간 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 과실의 중량과 수량을 기준으로 등급을 구분한 결과, 액비처리구에서 대립 이상의 비율이 각각 43.5%와 34.3%로 가장 높아 액비처리에서 고부가가치의 고품질 밤이 가장 많이 생산되었다.

Liquid entrainment through a large-scale inclined branch pipe on a horizontal main pipe

  • T-junction structures play an important role in nuclear power plant systems. Research on liquid entrainment is mostly based on small-scale branch pipes (d/D ≤ 0.2) and attention paid to large-scale branch pipes (0.33 < d/D < 1) is insufficient. Accordingly, this study implements a series of experiments on the liquid entrainment of T-junction with different angles (32.2°,47.9°,62.3°,90°) through a large-scale branch (d/D = 0.675). The onset liquid entrainment is related to the gas phase Froude number Frg, the dimensionless gas chamber height hb/d and the branch pipe angle 𝜃. As Frg increases, hb/d also rises. With a constant hb/d, the onset liquid entrainment changes from droplets entrainment by the gas phase to that by the rising liquid film. The steady-state liquid entrainment is related to w3g, h/d and 𝜃. With constant w3g and h/d, the branch quality grows as the branch angle increases. With a certain h/d, the branch quality increases, as the w3g number increases.

연속분포 HMM에서 평행분기 음성단위를 사용한 단어인식율 향상연구 (On the Use of a Parallel-Branch Subunit Mod디 in Continuous HMM for improved Word Recognition)

  • 단어인식의 성능향상을 위하여 평행분기 음성단위(subunit) 모델의 사용을 제안하였으며 연속 분포 HMM에서 이 모델은 각 음성단위를 확률분포함수 (mixture components)를 이용하여 분기시킴에 의해 얻어진다. 제안된 방법을 사용한 결과에 따르면 기존에 제안된 평행분기 [1] 음성단위 모델이나 단일분기 모델보다 높은 인식률을 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 각 음성단위에 대해 활률분포함수나 분기수의 적절한 결합을 통해 높은 인식률을 얻는데 이 1036 한국어 결리단어가 인시실험에 사용되었다.

다경인삼의 근형질특성과 경수발현빈도 (Root Characters and Freguency of Multi-stem Ginseng)

  • The Present study was undertaken to obtain the basic information on the development of multistem varieties of ginseng. The root weight per plant of multi-stem ginseng was hi燥or than that of single stem ginseng, and it was found that the greater variance due to the growing area was clear in the frequency of multistem plant. The broad heritability estimate for the number of steams was lower with the increase of the age of ginseng. The number of stems per plant was positively correlated with the number of branch roots, number of dormancy buds, and root weight. However, the root diameter was negatively correlated with the number of stems is per plant. Based on path analysis, the number of branch roots and dormancy buds showed the maximum indirect positive effects on the number of stems.

  • Meltdown, Spectre 등 하드웨어의 취약점을 이용하는 side-channel 공격이 주목을 받으면서 주요 microarchitecture 구조에 대한 철저한 이해의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 현대 마이크로프로세서에서 branch prediction이 갖는 중요성에도 불구하고 세부적인 사항은 거의 알려지지 않았으며 잠재적 공격에 대비하기 위해서는 반드시 현재 드러난 정보 이상의 detail을 탐구하기 위한 시도가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 Performance Monitor Counter를 이용해 branch 명령어를 포함한 프로그램이 실행되는 동안 Branch Prediction Unit에 의한 misprediction 이벤트가 발생하는 횟수를 체크하여 인텔 하스웰, 스카이레이크에서 사용되는 branch target buffer의 구조를 파악하기 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 연구를 통해 해당 프로세서의 BTB의 size, number of way를 추정할 수 있었다.

국내 백화점의 패션매장 구성과 브랜드 전개현황 분석 (A Study on The Conditions of The Department Stores in Seoul -Emphasis on the Layout of the Fashion Zone and Brands-)

  • This study analyzed the trends of fashion market in 15 branch stores of 3 major department stores in Seoul. The purposes of this study were to classify fashion zone and brands in each floor of the department stores, and to analyze the rate which a fashion brand was located department store. The results were as follows : 1. There were sundry goods on main floor, women\`s clothings on 2-4th floor, sports & golf wears and infants & children\`s clothings from 6th floor to the top in most department stores. 2. Lotte Chamshil branch had the largest number of fashion brands in it, the nest was Lotte Main store and followed by Hyundai Chunhoe branch, Shinsegae Gangnam branch, Hunndai Shinchun branch, Lotte Gangnam branch, Hyundai Main store, Hyundai Muyeuk-Center branch, and Lotte Youngdeungpo branch, etc. 3. The fashion categories of the Lotte Department stores were segmented as the Casuals (character, young, young basic, career, town, jean, city), Young worlds, Imported beautique, Madams, Designers(beautique), Intelligences, Unisex, Ladies formal wears, the Seasonables, and the Formals, Missy Careers. This was the most various fashion market segments among 3 major department stores. This store had 667 Women\`s fashion and Casual brands. The Chamshil branch and Main store were intensified the Casual & sundry goods on 5th floor. 4. The fashion categories of the Hundai Department stores were segmented as Women\`s wears, Women\`s casuals, Young-Adult, Young live, Women\`s former wears, Royal beautique and Young characters. It was less segmented than other Department stores. Total number of Women\`s fashion and casual brands were 471 brands. The market segmentation of fashion zone was well done at Chunho branch and Shinchun branch. It was intensified that Fashion sundry goods at Muyeuk-Center branch and The Women and Young fashion zone at Chunho branch. 5. The fashion categories of the Shinsaegae Department stores were segmented as Casuals (young, young character, X-, missy, career, character), Imported beautique, Designer\`s characters, Young basics, Elegance, Missy, Young weave, Original brands. This store had 304 Women\`s fashion and Casual brands. Shinsaegae has also developed it\`s own brand(PB items) and classified as the Original zone which differentiated it from other Departments. 6. The Deco was the most popular brand in the department stores, the next were Micha/Botticelli, and followed by Darks/System/lzzat Baba, Givy/Obzee/Lee won jae/Kim yeon Joo, and so on. The target of 6 out of 10 brands which were included in here were career women of age 20 to 30 ages. The price rate were from 200,000 won to 300,000 won.
