요즘 전자상거래 고객들은 쇼핑몰에 있어 물품들의 가격 정보를 수집하는 비교쇼핑 에이전트들의 도움을 받아서 구매 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 그러나 사용자는 가격이외의 다양한 구매 조건을 만족하는 제품 정보들을 추천하는 에이전트의 개발을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 에이전트 기반의 전자상거래를 실현하기 위해 다양한 사용자 요구에 적합한 도서 정보를 검색하고 추천하는 멀티에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 본 멀치에이전트 시스템은 온라인 서점 고객들을 돕기 위해 구현되고 테스트되었다. 실험 결과 전자상거래를 이용하는 구매자에게 여러 온라인 서점의 다양한 도서판매 조건에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 추천할 수 있게 되었다.

본 연구에서는 SOA와 웹서비스의 개념을 살펴보았고, SOA를 구현하는 웹서비스의 주요 프로토콜인 SOAP, REST, SRW/U, OAI-PMH에 대한 기술을 분석하였으며, 국내외 도서관에서 SOAP과 REST 기반 웹서비스 구축사례를 각각 제시하였다. 또한 국내외 도서관에서 Web 2.0 기술을 활용한 Library 2.0 적용사례와 SOA 기반 웹서비스 프로토콜의 Library 2.0 적용방법을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 REST 기반 Open API를 이용하여 도서관 OPAC, 온라인서점, 웹 포털, 종합목록 등을 결합한 메타검색 시스템의 구축과 활용을 통한 Library 2.0 적용방안을 제안하였다.

This study was conducted to analyze the nutrition education and diet contents presented in toddler picture books. The study was conducted from August to October 2015 and examined five of Korea's major online bookstores. Finally, we analyzed 296 books, and 67 books contained dietary life contents. The contents of nutrition education were mainly about eating an even diet and keeping good table manners. However, contents of specific, practical dietary guidelines were not included. Therefore, it is recommended to eat a variety of vegetable side dishes at every meal, eat on time and not eat salty, sweet and fatty foods. Most parenting styles on feeding practice for nutrition education were dictatorial. To make parenting styles more effective, the parents' style should be more desirable. In order to provide internal motivation for toddlers and have a positive education effect, teaching methods on eating using picture books should be presented in a positive way. Food often appearing in picture books were vegetables, but green leafy vegetables were hardly observed. Foods that frequently showed up in picture books were pastries, which reflect Westernized food culture.

이 연구의 목적은 정보의 생산량이 늘어나고, 이용자의 정보요구가 세분화되어 가는 시점에 정보를 세분하여 체계적으로 목록하고, 이를 검색 환경에 반영하여 표현함으로써 목록의 기능을 확대해 보고자 하는 것이다. 그래서 이 연구는 기존의 목록규칙에서 발행년의 기술표기 변천 과정을 살펴보고, 현재의 온라인서점의 목록을 통해서 기술요소를 살펴보며, 자료 식별과 검색에 도움이 될 수 있는 발행사항의 하위요소에 발행년 뿐만 아니라 발행월을 기술해야할 필요성을 제시하였다. 또 발행월에 대한 목록규칙과 MARC의 기술 예시를 제시하여 보았다.

Recently, alleys, villages and traditional market spaces have been recreated as complex cultural spaces due to urban renewal or village community policies. However, previous studies only refer to buildings such as museums and libraries in dealing with complex cultural spaces. The purpose of this study is to suggest the recreated complex cultural space as a natural convergence type and analyze its characteristics. Therefore, this study aims to reestablish the concept and type of the newly created complex cultural space. For this study, Busan Bosu-dong Bookstores Alley, Daegu Kim Gwangseok-street, Andong Traditional Market and Andong Shin-sedong Mural Village were selected as research examples. As a result of the study, the natural convergence space reflects the locality of the contents constituting the space, and the various values are convergenced. And this type of space is being reborn as an advanced case of urban regeneration and serves as a representative tourist destination in the region. As a next study of this study, we proposed social studies such as quantitative research and qualitative research.

The role of the library is as a public institution that provides academic information to a variety of people, including students, the general public, and researchers. These days, as the importance of lifelong education is emphasized, libraries are evolving beyond simply storing and lending materials to complex cultural spaces that share knowledge and information through various educational programs and cultural events. One of the problems library user's faces is locating books to borrow. This problem occurs because of errors in the location of borrowed books due to delays in updating library databases related to borrowed books, incorrect labeling, and books temporarily located in different locations. The biggest problem is that it takes a long time for users to search for the books they want to borrow. In this paper, we propose a system that visually displays the location of books in real time using an AI vision sensor and LED. The AI vision sensor-based book location guidance system generates a QR code containing the call number of the borrowed book. When the AI vision sensor recognizes this QR code, the exact location of the book is visually displayed through LED to guide users to find it easily. We believe that the AI vision sensor-based book location guidance system dramatically improves book search and management efficiency, and this technology is expected to have great potential for use not only in libraries and bookstores but also in a variety of other fields.

납본시스템 기반의 유통 플랫폼을 설계하였다. 도서관이 출판플랫폼이어야 한다는 기존 논문의 완결작업으로 국립중앙도서관의 납본 시스템과 연계하여 전국의 도서관망을 체계적으로 묶은 전자책 유통 플랫폼이다. 목적은 전자책을 하나의 유통 공간으로 묶어내고 자연스럽게 독자를 규합함으로써 국내 출판사, 저자, 서점 및 다양한 출판/구독 서비스를 수행중인 플랫폼들의 가상 플랫폼으로서의 역할을 수행하기 위함이다. 전제를 전자책의 판매가 아닌 임차 개념이지만 이와 무관하게 플랫폼은 유효하다. 뿐만 아니라 플랫폼을 출판/독서와 연관된 모든 구성원의 이익을 대변하기 위하여 사회적 협동조합의 형식을 취하였다. 납본시스템 기반의 유통 플랫폼은 현실과 타협한 가장 이상적인 비즈니스 모델이다. 개념적 (Conceptually)으로는 출판 콘텐츠 관련 산업의 서비스는 독립적으로 운영되면서 협동공간인 납본시스템으로부터 모든 콘텐츠가 공급되는 모형이며 기술적(Technically)으로는 중앙의 전자책 데이터베이스가 모든 콘텐츠의 흐름을 장악하지만 가상적 (Virtually)으로 출판 콘텐츠 관련 산업이 그 흐름을 제어하는 형식을 취한다.

This research aims to find planning issues on reuse of an industrial heritage as a cultural cluster and to suggest planning factors which can be referred when designing the similar cases. Analysis standards were formed through reviewing of precedent literatures, and the selected cases(i.e Shanghai M50, Yokohama BankART1929, and Incheon ArtPlatform) were analyzed to identify both physical and nonphysical planning characteristics. By combining analyses, the following results were obtained; (1) The demand and supply of the arts coexist in one place, and the studios and galleries are designed with high ceilings; (2) The regional and historical characteristics are revealed from preserving major architectural elements of previous buildings, and open spaces are provided to promote a variety of activities for local residents; (3) Various strategies to overcome disadvantage in location are developed, and the concepts of design can be easily recognized by buildings' exterior as the reused industrial heritage and the cultural cluster; (4) Diverse supports for artists make it possible to gather many competent artists, and the cooperative networks among artists play a pivotal role in the development of cultural cluster; (5) The cluster runs educational programs reflecting the needs of local residents, and builds a strong relationship with the local community by supporting regional art industry or developing linked programs; (6) The cluster serves various functions such as cafes, pubs, restaurants, art shops, and bookstores, and hosts appealing events and festivals to attract many people even who are not interested in arts.

본 연구는 온 오프라인의 경쟁이 치열한 출판물 유통환경에서 차별화된 서비스 개념으로 운영되고 있는 반디앤루니스 센텀시티점에 대한 사례 연구이다. 반디앤루니스는 국내에 14개의 오프라인 서점과 온라인 서점을 갖고 있는 대형서점 중 하나이다. 본 연구의 목적은 반디앤루니스의 O2O 서비스와 서비스 디자인에 대한 독특한 시례와 관행을 통해서 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 반디앤루니스의 역사, 서비스 컨셉, 가치, 성과 등을 다양한 매체를 활용해 찾고, O2O서비스와 서비스 디자인에 대한 기존 연구들을 살펴 보았다. 즐거운 고객 경험을 제공하기 위해서는 고객의 관점에서 서비스를 디자인해야 하며, 고객이 오랫동안 머물 수 있도록 고객의 라이프 스타일을 고려한 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 빅데이터, 사물인터넷, 인공지능(AI)의 시대에 온 오프라인의 경계를 허물고 고객 경험을 향상시킬 수 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 정보 통신기술을 활용한 서비스 디자인 혁신이 필요할 것이다.

'1+N'은 현재 복합형 서점의 경영 모드이다. 본 연구는 우선 고객의 기본적 상황과 수요를 조사하였고, 서점 내의 10가지 공간 중 고객의 4가지 기본적 행위를 검토하였다. 다음 서비스 디자인의 3가지 연구 도구와 실내 디자인의 3가지 디자인 요소를 상대적으로 대응하여 '복합형 서점 실내 디자인 기본 분석 프레임'을 수립하였다. 그리고 사례와 '복합형 서점 실내 디자인 기본 분석 프레임'과 결합하여, 고객과 서점이 상호작용하는 자세한 프로세스, 터치포인트와 실내 디자인 프로젝트를 찾아냈다. 디자인 맹점을 찾아 상응하는 해결책을 추출하고 이를 바탕으로, '서비스 디자인 개념에 기초한 복합형 서점 실내 디자인 연구 모델'을 제안하였다. 여기에는 복잡한 공간의 실내를 디자인할 때 주목해야할 요소 및 각 요소 간의 뚜렷한 연관성을 포함하고 있으며, 복합형 서점 실내 기능 구역의 디자인 내용과 서비스 품질검사, 디자인의 공백점을 찾을 수 있다.
