  • Initial hull form of 3 G/T and $20{\sim}25$ knots class coastal leisure boat is newly developed. The performances, which are resistance, trim and sinkage, are investigated at high speed circulating water channel (CWC). Wave patterns are observed together to make clear the relation between the resistance performance and the wave characteristics.

  • This paper deals with the development of structural test facility for the strength assessment of marine leisure boat built from carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) materials. The structural test facility consists of test jig, load application and control system, and data acquisition system. Test jig, and load application and control system are designed to accommodate various size and short span to depth ratios of single skin, top-hat stiffened and sandwich constructions in plated structural format such as square and rectangular shapes. A lateral pressure load, typical and important applied load condition to the plates of the hull structure for marine leisure boat, is simulated by employing a number of hydraulic cylinders operated automatically and manually. To examine and operate the structural test facility, five carbon/epoxy based FRP square plates having the test section area of $1m^2$, which are part of CFRP marine leisure boat hull, are prepared and they are subjected to monotonically increasing lateral pressure loads. In the test preparation, considering the symmetry of the plates geometry, various strain gauges and linear variable displacement transformer are used in conjunction with data acquisition system utilizing LabVIEW. From the test observation, the responses of the CFRP hull structure of marine leisure boat are understood by obtaining load to deflection and strain to load curves.

소형 고속정의 운항한계에 대한 연구 (A Study on Operating Limit Analysis for Small High-speed Boat)

  • 본 연구는 소형 고속정의 운항한계를 검토하기 위하여 수행되었다. 일반적으로 내항성능의 검토는 선형의 결정 단계 전에 이루어지지만 본 연구는 선박의 건조가 완료된 후에 이루어졌다. 검토 결과, 종동요, 수직 및 수평가속도, 슬래밍의 운동성능은 특정한 조우각을 제외하고는 만족하였으나 갑판침수의 경우에는 해석을 수행한 모든 조건에서 만족하지 않았다. 이것은 대상선박의 크기가 소형이기 때문에 선박의 속도나 파도와의 조우각보다는 해상상태가 설정한 내항성능 기준의 만족 여부에 더 큰 영향을 미쳤기 때문으로 보인다.

GIS-GPS 기술을 이용한 저수지 수심측정 무인보트의 자율항법시스템 개발 (Development of Automatic Cruise System of Unmanned Boat for Surveying Water Depth in Reservoir Using GIS-GPS Technologies)

  • In this paper, an automatic cruise system of unmanned boat was developed for surveying water depth in reservoir using GIS (geographic information system)-GPS (global positioning system) Technologies. the automatic cruise system consisted of an automatic path generation program (APGP) and an automatic boat control program (ABCP). A grid processing method with $3{\times}3$ roving window in GIS function was used to develop the APGP. For development of the ABCP, GPS and its coordinate calculation technique were introduced. The developed system was tested to verify the applicability for a sample reservoir, Misan reservoir located on Ansan city of Kyunggi province. From the test results, this study found the APGP generated cruise path automatically according to input condition on grid size of 5 m, 10 m, and 20 m, as well as, the ABCP also tracked well the cruise paths with high position accuracy. Another verification result on surveying time for 20 ha of water area also showed that the new system could survey water depth of reservoir quickly, including very high quality of spatial resolution.

이소인 중형기선저인망어업의 원가실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cost State of Medium Size Two-boat Trawler Fishery)

  • The results analyzed of the actual state of medium size two-boat trawler fishery based on the cost expended in 1975 are as follows: According to the calculation of interest, the total cost of this fishery comes to ₩ 55,353,807, and in this account, the production cost comes to ₩ 49,747,383 (89.9%) and the material cost comes to ₩ 27,027,662(48.8%), the labour cost comes to ₩ 10,381,013 (18.8%) the expenses, ₩12,338,708(22.3%) and commision and interest comes to ₩ 5,606,424 (10.1%). As above the fishery comes is 90% of production cost for the expense of production. The ratio of cost element to the total cost 100 is as follow: Fuel: 23.6%, allocation: 14.3%, fishing gear: 14.1%, boat repair: 13.0%, fish box: 8.5%, ice: 14.1%, commission: 6.9%, food cost: 4.5%, interest: 3.2%, transportation fee: 2.8%, consumption: 2.6%, tax: 2.5%, depreciation: 2.4%, administrative expense: 1.6%. The unit cost of catches to each box, including the interest, cames to ₩ 2,167 and not calculating the interest it comes to ₩ 2,098. The cost production to each kg comes to ₩ 114 including interest, without interest, it comes ₩110. When the production cost comes to 90.6%, it comes to 9.4% of total revenue. The reason which this fishery brings low income is that the boats are almost old and semi-diesel engine is used. So, fuel expense and repaire expenses needs too much. Acconding to above this fishery needs to replace new boat and new engine. And new are for this fishery needs to bring under cultivation in order to bring good income with the new method for this fishery. Specially, this fishery brings low income from July to September because of its rest from labour. And so, the expenses, item, and account of money, and the trust money the cost element are not showed in August.

  • Stainless steel has been stably used closed by passivity oxidation films(Cr₂O₃) is made by neutral atmospheric environment. However, passivity oxidaton films of the surface of stainless steel occasionally comes to be destroyed in seawater which is influenced by an environment having galogen ion like Cl‾, then, localization corrosion comes to occur Stainless steel 304 for shaft system material of the small-size FRP fishing boat on seawater environments made an experiment on simulation of sacrifical anode(Al, Zn). Through these experiment and study, following results have been obtained ; According to the field inspection and corrosion simulation, the corrosion on the 2nd class stainless steel shaft(STS304) in FRP fishing boat has been verified to occur by crevice corrosion and galvanic corrosion etc., According to the comparison and analysis of Stainless steel 304 was severely corroded, but, protected shaft specimen was not totallay corroded. This result is assumed to be made by the facts that anodic reaction, Fe → fe²++ 2e¯, has been restricted by the cathodic protection current of sacrificial anode material.

  • 한국 제주도와 대마도 주변해역을 중심으로 고등어와 정어리를 주어획대상으로 선단조업을 하고 있는 건착망어업의 어선의 성능, 어패의 크기, 어획성능, 조업해역별 단위노력당 어획량등을 조업어선의 톤급별로 분석, 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 망선의 총톤수(x)와 건착망의 면적(y)간에는 y=538.8x+99657.3의 관계가 있었다. 2. CPUE의 계절변동지수는 11~4월은 기분보다 높고, 5~10월은 낮은 현상을 나타내었다. 3. 각 해역에 있어서 톤급별 어획성능지수는 톤급별, 해역별 CPUE는 1%의 유음수준에서 차가 인정되었다. 4. 톤급별 망어패의 효율은 A와 D급선 보다 B와 C급선이 높은 현상을 나타내었다

BCP의 증착 조건에 따른 광학적 특성 및 전도 기구에 미치는 영향 (Influence of the Optical Characteristics and Conductive Mechanism depending on the Deposition Condition of BCP)

  • In a triple-layered structure of ITO/N,N'-diph enyl-N,N'bis(3-methylphenyl)-1,1' - biphenyl-4,4'-diamine(TPD)/tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum($Alq_3$)/(2,9-Dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline(BCP)/Al device, we have studied the electrical and optical characteristics of organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs) depending on the deposition condition of BCP layer. Several different sizes of holes on boat and several different deposition rates were employed in evaporating the organic materials. And then, electrical properties of the organic light-emitting diodes were measured and the performance of the devices was analyzed. It was found that the hole-size of crucible boat and the evaporation rate affect on the surface roughness of BCP layer as well as the performance of the device. When the hole-size of crucible boat and the deposition rate of BCP are 1.2 mm and $1.0\;{\AA}/s$, respectively, average surface roughness of BCP layer is lower and the efficiency of the device is higher than the ones made with other conditions. From the analysis of current density-luminance-voltage characteristics of a triple layered device, we divided the conductive mechanism by four region according to applied voltage. So we have obtained a coefficient of ${\beta}_{ST}$ in schottky region is $3.85{\times}10^{-24}$, a coefficient of ${\beta}_{PF}$ in Poole-Frenkel region is $7.35{\times}10^{-24}$, and a potential barrier of ${\phi}_{FN}$ in Fower-Nordheim region is 0.39 eV.

마이크로 채널 반응기에서 메탄올의 수증기 개질반응을 통한 수소 제조 (Hydrogen Production by Methanol Steam Reforming over Micro-channel Reactor)

  • 상용촉매인 Johnson Matthey사 KATALCO 83-3 촉매를 이용하여 마이크로 채널 반응기 (micro-channel reactor: MCR) 형태에 따른 메탄올 수증기 개질반응을 통한 수소제조반응 특성 연구를 수행하였다. 반응온도 200${\sim}$300$^{\circ}C$, 공간속도 3,000${\sim}$10,000 $hr^{-1}$, 촉매 크기 0.05${\sim}$2.2 mm 조건을 갖는 고정층 반응기에서 반응활성 실험을 수행한 결과, 촉매 크기 0.35 mm에서 최적의 반응활성을 나타났다. 이 결과를 토대로 stacked bed, boat bed 등 마이크로 채널 반응기 형태에 따른 반응활성을 연구한 결과, stacked bed type 마이크로 채널 반응기가 더 좋은 반응활성을 가짐을 알 수 있었다.
