The study analyzed on fire resistance of high strength concrete followed by thickness of fireproof plaster board and change of adhesive method. In spalling characteristics after fire resistance test, all four-side covering concretes were left out of testing screens. Thus, serious spalling was happened by exposing their internal reinforcing rods. in partial testing screens, spalling was happened till the internal concrete of main reinforcing rod. Only, temperature history didn't have special differences among changes of adhesive method. However, thickness of fireproof plaster board is very important. Namely, mock member reinforcing 25mm general adhesive + Bending was 583℃ in the highest temperature of surface part and 479℃ in the highest temperature of the main reinforcing rod, which was relatively good temperature history.

In 2001, an independent official board was constituted in Japan to investigate aircraft and railway accidents. In the past 10 years, many accidents and serious incidents have been investigated and these official reports were published by the board, on which the author had sat for 9 years as boarding member. In the interim, there were several train disasters which mocked our trust in railways and also many apparent trivial incidents. In recent years, serious incidents, which a door of running rail cars opens suddenly with some trouble, happen 2 or 3 times in a year. For the past 10 years, such incidents have happened 14 times and 13 cases of them were closed by the board mentioned above. In these 13 cases, no one fell off the rail car, so that the death toll was none luckily. In this paper, these 13 serious incidents are picked up among all the reports published by the board and outlined using some tables. Especially, fall accidents of passengers are discussed mainly from the view point of impact force and duration time. Then, the equation of HIC (Head Injury Criteria) and the risk curves in terms of the HIC are dealt with properly.

The term allergy was originally defined by Clemens Yon Pirquet as ‘an altered capacity of the body to react to foreign substance’, which was an extremely board definition that included all immunological reactions. Allergy is now defined in a much more restricted manner as ‘disease following an immune response to an otherwise innocuous antigen’. Allergy is a member of a class of immune responses that have been termed hypersensitivity reactions; these are harmful immune responses that produce tissue injury and may cause serious disease. The aim of this study is to propose effective measures for shortage of manpower of dental technology laboratory in Gangwon province by means of examining not only the history of Gangwon association, present condition of transference of members of Gangwon association from 1990, of missing members and annual rate of participation in repair education with setting object of study into Gangwon association under the influence of the Korean Dental Technology Association but also the present condition of opening and closing laboratory, amount of business connection and condition of shortage of manpower and its field with setting object of study into 28 dental technology laboratories. Results from this study are like followings : First, Gagnwon association was established in 1984 as the eleventh in the line of the board, reorganization of board is conducted 8 times up to the eighth in the line of the board in 2001. board is composed of 16 persons including president and operated its term as 3 years. Second, a number of representative and ordinary member of Gangwon association has increased gradually from 1992 to 2001. in aspect of annual rate of participation in repair education, representative's is more higher than ordinary member's overall. the worst rate of whole members' is shown as 47.9% and the its best rate is shown as 92.0%. in addition, 70$\sim$80% rate of participation into repair education is shown most frequently as 8 times of whole 20 times from 1992 to 2001. Third, 29 authorized dental technology laboratories have registered in Gangwon association until march 2002 within 9 cities and counties. in consideration of establishment location. Gangneung city has most amount as 7 laboratories(24.1%), Wonju city has 5(17.2%), Samcheok city and Sokcho city, each has 4(13.8%), Chuncheon city has 3(10.3%), Donghae city and Taeback city, each has 2(6.9%) and Yangyang and Yongwol county, each has 1(3.4%). Fourth, amount of work personnel of laboratory in Gangwon province is 1$\sim$10 persons as the maximum value. 23 laboratories(82.1%) have their own work personnel as amount of 5 and below. in aspect of main business, most of laboratories focus on the Porcelain and Crown. and 16 laboratories(57.1%) have their own expensive equipments such as Milling. its also suggests that 16 laboratories(57.1%) suffer their shortage of working personnel. specifically, 6 laboratories(21.4%) suffer the highest shortage especially in Denture field, Fifth, whole number of Gangwon association is up to 101 members (28 representatives and 73 ordinary members) until December 31th 2001. amount of immune from repair education of Gangwon association until October 2001 is up to 10 persons, and missing members from 1997 is up to 18 persons, suspension of business is up to 4 persons. in aspect of transference from 1990, transfer-in is up to 21 persons and transfer out is up to 16 persons.

As school violence gets serious, the school system created the local board against school violence in order to respond to school violence effectively. Yet, there are not many studies about the effectiveness of the local board against school violence. A few studies investigated teachers' perception about the local board while the information about the school resource officers' perception is not known much. The current study surveyed school resource officers about their perception towards the function of the local board, its member, and the response of the principal to school violence. Participants are the school resource officers working for the four metropolitan police agencies(Seoul, Kyunggi, Busan, and Ulsan) in Korea, and were asked to answer to structured and open-ended questions. The results indicated that the officers thought the local board did not very well for the function of protecting the victim's rights. In addition, they believed that the participation of parents needs to be limited in the membership, and more experts should be included in the membership of the local board. They also thought the principals should be tough in dealing with school violence. The discussion includes ideas about improving professionalism of the membership and making changes on the related regulations.

This paper is a study to improve the fire-resistance capacity of reinforced concrete (RC) members strengthened by fiber-reinforced-polymer (FRP). The fire resistance of the RC members strengthened by FRP was evaluated through high temperature exposure test. In order to improve the fire resistance of the FRP reinforcing method, a fire-proof board was attached to the reinforced FRP surface and then the high temperature exposure test was carried out to evaluate the improvement of the fire resistance performance. It was confirmed that the resistance to high temperature of NSMR could be improved somewhat compared with that of EBR from the experiment that exposed to high temperature under the load corresponding to 40% of nominal strength. When 30 mm thick fire-resistance (FR) board is attached to the FRP surface, the surface of the reinforced FRP does not reach $65^{\circ}C$, which is the glass transition temperature (GTT) of the epoxy until the external temperature reaches $480^{\circ}C$. In particular, when a high performance fire-proof mortar was first applied prior to FR board attachment, the FRP portion did not reach the epoxy glass transition temperature until the external temperature reached $600^{\circ}C$.

Design of web site must include community considerations alongside technical design aspects. The main purposes of this study are to identify the community criteria for evaluating web site and to examine how business web sites include the community factors. To identify the evaluation criteria, the author reviewed recent literatures and made a table showing a summary result(see Table 1). appendix shows a sample form NASDAQ(n=82) and KOSDAQ(n=59) which were evaluated. Using the evaluation from with 189 items(Table 3), all sites were visited and review between August 28, 2000 and September 6, 2000. The auther’s evaluations were done from the perspective of community building in business sector. Table 4, summary data on the results of the study, shows that the level of application of the community concept is very low. Among the listed 18 items, only a few items are utilized at more than 50% level. Less than 10% items are Member Profile, Group Segmentation, Backstory, Forum, Chat, Fact-to-face Meeting, and Collaborative Design. the unbalanced utilization due to the lack of community concept in businesses are found. Korea firms are superior to NASDAQ firms in terms of Bulletin Board and FAQ; But Korean firms are inferior and remain at very low level in terms of Member Login, Education Materials, Backstory, Forum, and Integrating Off-line Activities which are core factors of community building.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate how well the 2020 vision presented by the Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea(ABEEK) had been achieved, and to objectively examine the social status. It was very necessary for the development of engineering education in Korea to provide room for improvement by diagnosing how well the ABEEK, one of the major engineering education communities, was achieving its own vision. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, research methods such as literature review, survey research, and expert advisory committee were used. To evaluate the level of achievement of the Vision 2020 of the ABEEK, the analysis was based on the response results of 61 people who had experience as a member of the steering committe. In addition, the vision and mission of the 23 countries that are currently signatory members of the Washington Accord were surveyed, and the social responsibility and financial independence of the 20 countries that joined the signatory member countries before 2020 were compared with each other. As a result of the analysis, the item of securing international equivalence in engineering education received the most positive evaluation, and the social compensation efforts for accreditied graduates received the least evaluation. The ABEEK was evaluated as having a medium level of social responsibility and a low level of financial independence. Based on the results of this research, we proposed ways the ABEEK to contribute to the improvement of Korean engineering education.

Initially, the system of outside director of cooperative has the object of consulting an external specialist. Recently, it takes a serious view of monitoring about securing clean management on the operating crisis. Nevertheless, in the field of NFFC(National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives), it is difficult that the system of outside director of cooperative attains that is initial object. And in the field of FC(Fisheries Cooperative), it isn't in force about the outside director of cooperative. Therefore, it is important to make a following system improvement. (1) The ratio of outside directors among the member of board of directors has to be increased. (2) Outside director's term of office has to be amended from lyears to 2years and the current method of selection should be reformed to be a strict one with high standard of requirement and substantial screening for membership. (3) Outside directors' wage system must be actualized by adopting incentive system' etc. A measure of appointing an executive in a similar business line or organizations to ours as an outside director must be considered. FC have to introduce the system of outside director. (4) A recognition of proper management of outside directors and putting in practice is essential.

Existing studies have shown consistent results that a diversification discount phenomenon occurs, which means that the value of the company decreases as the degree of diversification of a company increases. Nevertheless, it is explained by the agency theory as a factor that continues to promote diversification by companies. And in order to solve the agency problem, it is important to form an effective governance structure. In order to solve these problems, this study aims to study how the directors' concurrent information affects the monitoring effect of the board of directors through this affects diversification.To this end, research was conducted on KOSPI companies for 6 years from 2011 to 2016.As a result of the analysis, in the case of the concurrent appointment of the CEO and the inside director, there was a positive (+) effect, but the significance could not be confirmed. In the case of adjunct appointments as outside directors, positive results were confirmed that were significant for diversification.
