간호학생들의 시각장애인 봉사체험 연구 (Nursing Students' Lived Experience of Blind Person)

  • This is a Phenomenological study to describe the experience of nursing students on blind persons. Report and individual interviews were conducted on subjective experience of 5 nursing students. Data were analyzed through Giorgi's method in which meaningful statements. The results were from significant statements on reports and interview. These were clustered into 17 theme and 4 central meaning. Nursing Students started practice with prejudice, fear, and expectation at the same time. They also experienced complicated feelings (expansion of consciousness, growth of self, expansion of emotion, true presence)for the blind person. Make a situational structural description from theme and central meaning. Make a general structural description from situational structural description.

  • The present study was based on developing an AI based model to facilitate the academic registration needs of blind students. The model was developed to enable blind students to submit academic service requests and tasks with ease. The findings from previous studies formed the basis of the study where functionality gaps from the literary research identified by blind students were utilized when the system was devised. Primary simulation data were composed based on several thousand cases. As such, the current study develops a model based on archival insight. Given that the model is theoretical, it was partially applied to help determine how efficient the associated AI tools are and determine how effective they are in real-world settings by incorporating them into the portal that institutions currently use. In this paper, we argue that voice-activated personal assistant (VAPA), text mining, bag of words, and case-based reasoning (CBR) perform better together, compared with other classifiers for analyzing and classifying the text in academic request submission through the VAPA.

시각장애 학생의 Web 교육 현황 분석 (Analysis of Education about Web For the Blind Student)

  • Web is becoming a necessary element of information acquisition methods for us who live in an information and knowledge-oriented society, as it is today. It is deriving a revolutionary change on various parts of our society, such as education, culture, etc. Also due to epoch-making development and diversification of web-related technologies and content types, the knowledge, technique and complexity of web users also accompanied it. In this research web-related education of schools for the visually handicapped and current situation of web access of such students are seized, their problems related to web access are analyzed, and efficient alternatives for web implementation to solve those problems were suggested. On the other hand, since this research is a survey targeting information and computer related teachers of 12 schools for the visually handicapped within Korea, it has the restriction that it does not include the analysis of current state of charity facilities which are not regular education institutions. Moreover, the content of the survey is composed by considering totally blind students, thus more detailed survey should also be conducted for weak-sighted students as well.

3D 프린팅 구조물 기반 블라인드박스를 이용한 실습교육이 다차원 방사선영상해독력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Practical Training Using 3D Printed Structure-Based Blind Boxes on Multi-Dimensional Radiographic Image Interpretation Ability)

  • 본 연구에서는 3D 프린팅 구조물 기반 블라인드박스를 이용한 실습교육이 다차원 방사선영상해독력에 미치는 교육적 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상은 2020년부터 2022년까지 3년간 진행된 디지털의료영상학 실습에 참여한 방사선학과 2학년의 83명(남자: 49명, 여자: 34명)이었다. 학습방법은 3D 프린팅 기술을 이용하여 자체 설계한 블라인드박스 내 구조물을 출력하였다. 이를 엑스선 촬영한 한 후 소그룹별로 블라인드박스 내 구조물영상을 분석한다. 분석 결과로 3차원구조물을 지점토로 자체 제작하고 엑스선 촬영한 후 블라인드박스 내 구조물영상과 일치하는지 비교한다. 평가방법은 수업성실도(평소 수업태도, 예·복습 정도, 학습목표이해도), 방사선영상해독력(엑스선감쇠개념, 대조도개념, 윈도우닝개념, 3차원해독력), 수업만족도(흥미도, 외부추천도, 수업몰입도)를 5점 리커트 척도로 무기명 자기 기입방식으로 설문조사하였다. 그 결과 모든 평가항목이 남녀 간의 유의한 차이 없이 높은 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 블라인드박스를 이용한 실습교육은 3D 프린팅 기술을 활용한 방사선교육공학의 의미있는 사례로써 학생들의 문제해결능력 향상과 전공과목의 만족도를 증대시키는 콘텐츠로 활용되기를 기대한다.

시각장애청소년을 위한 3D 프린팅 촉각수학교재 모델 개발 연구 - 함수 지도와 관련하여 - (A Study on 3D Printed Tactile mathematics textbook for Visually Impaired Students)

  • 시각장애를 극복하고 주어진 환경에서 찾을 수 있는 장점을 활용하여 학문적인 중요한 기여를 해온 수학자들의 사례에 대한 연구 결과가 최근에 소개되었다. 이 연구를 통해 한국에서 소아마비나 뇌성마비 등의 신체적 장애를 극복하고 수학자로 성장한 예는 확인할 수 있었으나 시각장애인이 수학을 전공하여 수학 교사나 교수 또는 수학과 관련된 전문직에 진출한 경우가 전무하다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 따라서 연구자는 선진국과 달리 한국에서 시각장애인 학생들이 수학을 전공하여 전문직에 진출할 수 없었던 이유에 대하여 생각해 보고, 이런 상황을 극복하기 위하여 시각장애청소년들이 좀 더 직관적으로 수학에 접근할 수 있는 방안을 연구한다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 시각장애인 학생들이 수학을 만지고 느끼면서 수학에 대한 관심과 실제 학습 내용의 직관적 이해를 돕는 하나의 도구로 3D 프린팅을 활용한 촉각수학교재와 교사용지도서 개발(제작 보급)을 위한 모델을 제안 한다. 이는 시각장애청소년 특수교사 부모의 교재활용을 수학교육 측면에서 지원함으로써 시각장애청소년의 수학에 대한 학습력을 신장시키고, 수학에 대한 자신감을 향상시키며, 수학을 이미지화하여 상상하는 수학교육 환경을 도모 할 것으로 본다. 특히 수학적 재능을 갖는 시각장애청소년들이 앞으로 수학을 전공하여 수학 관련 전문직으로 진출하는 모델을 만드는데 도움이 될 것으로 여겨진다.

의과대학생을 위한 죽음학 수업 (Course on Death and Dying for Medical Students)

  • The aim of modern medicine is to prolong life by fighting death. Doctors have traditionally believed that this was an ethical good deed. The negative connotation surrounding death has led to the avoidance of terminally ill patients. But in a modern society where death is medicalized, doctors have to see dying patients every day and are in a state of guilt from implementing meaningless life-sustaining treatments. Therefore, medical schools should allow medical students to embrace a new perspective through death education. Yonsei University Medical College has implemented death education since 2017 as an optional class for first and second year medical students. Students watch videos related to death once a week for 6 weeks and submit their reflections by e-mail. The professor reads the students' reflections and gives them weekly feedback. Through this coursework, students realize that death is not a medical event, but rather a part of life and completion. The ultimate purpose of death education is to transform blind life-absolutist identity into narrative identity.

Double-blind test에 의한 Moltase 의 효력평가(?力評價) (Clinical Evaluation of Efficacy of Moltase by Double-blind Test)

  • 소화불량(消化不良)을 호소(呼訴)하는 학생(學生) 및 환자(患者)에게 placebos 투여(投與) 및 double-blind test에 의하여 식욕부진(食慾不振), 구역, 구토, 트림, 공복통(空腹痛), 상복부통(上腹部痛), 상복부포만감(上腹部飽滿感), 복부팽만(腹部膨滿), 변비(便秘), 설사(泄瀉) 등의 증상(症狀) 및 위산도(胃酸度)에 대한 Moltase의 효력(?力)을 평가(評價)할 것을 시도(試圖)하여 1) 전반적(全般的)으로 Moltase투여(投與)가 placebos 투여(投與)보다 소화불량증상(消化不良症狀)을 소실(消失) 또는 경감(輕減)시키는 효력(?力)이 켰으며 특히 상복부통(上腹部痛), 상복부포만감(上腹部飽滿感), 복부팽만(腹部膨滿) 및 식욕부진(食慾不進)에 대하여 현저(顯著)한 치료효과(治療?果)가 있으며, 2) 유리위산(遊離胃酸)을 증명(證明)치 못하였던 9명(名)의 환자중(患者中) 6명(名)에서 Moltase 복용후(服用後) 유리위산(遊離胃酸)을 증명(證明)케 되었다.

  • In a double-blind test performed for 33-days on healthy students 2 capsules daily of Geriatric Pharmaton (ginsengextractvitamins and diethylaminoethanol) and of Gerikomplex Vitamex (ginsengextract viatmins but no diethylaminoethanol) showed a significant positive effect on psychomotor activity and simultaneous capacity. With the two methods used no difference between the prerarations could be demonstrated.

장애학생을 위한 대학캠퍼스 옥외매개시설의 실태에 관한 조사 분석 (The Survey Analysis on the Exterior Connection Facility Conditions of University Campuses for Handicapped Students)

  • Campus facilities were recently remodeled to provide the substantial learning rights of handicapped students in many campus to embody the dignity and value as man. So this study aims to identify the exterior connection facilities for handicapped students of S and D campuses. The summaries of this research are as follows. Installations of even crossing area(1.5mx1.5m) per 50m and even rest area(1.5mx1.5m) per 30m in walking or access ramp. Improving in accordance with exterior connection facility repairing master plan in S campus. Bringing down an angle degrees of the inclined walking or access ramp in D campus. Installation of exterior braille guide sign for blind students. All handicapped students must be guaranteed the same learning rights as normal men to remove obstacles as the upper mentioned imperfections in using exterior campus facilities.

간호학생에게 적용한 행위기법 중심의 자기이해 프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of a Self-Awareness Program Using Action Methods for Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is a) to develop a self-awareness program using various action methods and b) to experiment the effects of that on self-concept, the self-perception and the self-esteem in nursing students. Method: The subjects of this study were 37 nursing students. Using one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental research design, we conducted the experiments of a self-awareness program during the period of six weeks from March through May of 2004. Results: The scores of the posttest on self-concept, self-perception and self-esteem in nursing students were significantly higher than those scores of the pro-test. Conclusion: The results of our experimentation showed that a self-awareness program using various action methods was very effective to enhance self-concept, self-perception and self-esteem in nursing students. In particular, different action methods of psychodrama were shown to be a useful tool in exploring the areas of blind self and unknown self.
