We prove an extended version of asymptotic behavior of the orthonormal cardinal refinable functions from Blaschke products introduced by Contronei et al [2]. In fact, we show the orthonormal cardinal refinable function ${\varphi}_{k,q}$ converges in $L^p(\mathbb{R})$ ($2{\leq}p{\leq}{\infty}$) to the Shannon refinable function as ${\kappa}{\rightarrow}{\infty}$ uniforml on a class $\mathcal{Q}_{A,B}$ of real symmetric polynomials determined by positive constants $A{\leq}B$.

Suppose $T_{\varphi}$ is a 2-hyponormal Toeplitz operator whose self-commutator has rank $n{\geq}1$. If $H_{\bar{\varphi}}(ker[T^*_{\varphi},T_{\varphi}])$ contains a vector $e_n$ in a canonical orthonormal basis $\{e_k\}_{k{\in}Z_+}$ of $H^2({\mathbb{T}})$, then ${\varphi}$ should be an analytic function of the form ${\varphi}=qh$, where q is a finite Blaschke product of degree at most n and h is an outer function.

In this study, we construct timelike ruled surfaces whose Disteli-axis is constant in Minkowski 3-space 𝔼³₁. Then we attain a general system characterizing these surfaces, and also give necessary and sufficient conditions for a timelike ruled surface to get a constant Disteli-axis.

Field orientation of rotating field machines is influenced by various machine parameters. Most unpleasant are those parameters which vary during machine operation, such as the stator and rotor resistances. Permanent influences of resistance variation in steady state operation could have serious consequences. Also transitory influences are often disturbing. In this paper a control method for a current-fed synchronous machine is presented in which both permanent and transitory parameter influences are suppressed as much as possible.

An HPLC method was developed to resolve the enantiomers of shikonin derivatives of the Lithospermi Radix. The optimum mobile phase on a Chiracel AD column was 5% isopropanol in n-hexane with folw rate of 1 ml/min. Establishment of this method made possible to determine the ratios of shikonin/acetylshikonin or alkanin/acetylalkanin in the same root. The correlation of the ratios of these substance pairs appeared characteristic for the country where they were originated from. All of the Korean species showed significantly higher ratios of shikonin/acetylshikonin and alkanin/acetylalkanin than the Chinese ones. this method would be useful to determine the orgin of Lithospermi Radix.

In this work, we study the conditions between null geodesic curves and timelike ruled surfaces in dual Lorentzian space. For this study, we establish a system of differential equations characterizing timelike ruled surfaces in dual Lorentzian space by using the invariant quantities of null geodesic curves on the given ruled surfaces. We obtain the solutions of these systems for special cases. Regarding to these special solutions, we give some results of the relations between null geodesic curves and timelike ruled surfaces in dual Lorentzian space.

A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed for the qualitative and quantitative determination of benzophenanthridine alkaloids from the methanol extracts of Hylomecon hylomeconoides and H. vernale (Papaveraceae). Achiral and chiral methods were adapted for the separation of 6-methoxydihydrosanguinarine (1), 6-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine (2) and dihydrosanguinarine (3). The achiral reversed phase HPLC method made it possible the simultaneous separation and determination of 1, 2 and 3 within 20 min on ODS column using acetonitrile-phosphate buffer (50 mM, pH 7.0) (50 : 50, v/v). The separation and determination of 1 and 2 enantiomers was available using chiral columns. The same amount of (+) and (-)-enantiomers of 1 was found from the methanol extract of specimen, indicated that 1 could be the artifact produced by the reaction of sanguinarine with methanol. H. hylomeconoides showed higher level of 1 and 3 in compared with H. vernale, especially in root samples permitting the possibility of chemical discrimination between two species.

For a positive singular measure ${\mu}\;on\;{\partial\triangle},\;let\;{L_{+}}^1(\mu)$ be the set of measures v with $0\;{\leq}\;{\nu}\;{\ll}\;{\mu}\;and\;{{\psi}_{\nu}}$ the associated singular inner functions. Let $R(\mu)\;and\;R_0(\mu)$ be the union sets of $\{$\mid$\psiv$\mid$\;<\;1\}\;and\;\{$\mid${\psi}_{\nu}$\mid$\;<\;0\}\;in\;M\;{\setminus}\;{\triangle},\;{\nu}\;\in\;{L_{+}}^1(\mu)$, respectively. It is proved that if $S(\mu)\;=\;{\partial\triangle}$, where $S(\mu)$ is the closed support set of $\mu$, then $R(\mu)\;=\;R0(\mu)\;=\;M{\setminus}({\triangle}\;{\cup}\;M(L^{\infty}(\partial\triangle)))$ is generated by $H^{\infty}\;and\;\overline{\psi_{\nu}},\;{\nu}\;{\in}\;{L_1}^{+}(\mu)$. It is proved that %d{\theta}(S(\mu))\;=\;0$ if and only if there exists as Blaschke product b with zeros $\{Zn\}_n$ such that $R(\mu)\;{\subset}\;{$\mid$b$\mid$\;<\;1}\;and\;S(\mu)$ coincides with the set of cluster points of $\{Zn\}_n$. While, we proved that $\mu$ is a sum of finitely many point measure such that $R(\mu)\;{\subset}\;\{$\mid${\psi}_{\lambda}$\mid$\;<\;1}\;and\;S(\lambda)\;=\;S(\mu)$. Also it is studied conditions on \mu for which $R(\mu)\;=\;R0(\mu)$.
