Proposal of Big Data Analysis and Visualization Technique Curriculum for Non-Technical Majors in Business Management Analysis (경영분석 업무에 종사하는 비 기술기반 전공자를 위한 빅데이터 분석 및 시각화 기법 교육과정 제안)

  • Big data analysis is analyzed and used in a variety of management and industrial sites, and plays an important role in management decision making. The job competency of big data analysis personnel engaged in management analysis work does not necessarily require the acquisition of microscopic IT skills, but requires a variety of experiences and humanities knowledge and analytical skills as a Data Scientist. However, big data education by state-run and state-run educational institutions and job education institutions based on the National Competency Standards (NCS) is proceeding in terms of software engineering, and this teaching methodology can have difficult and inefficient consequences for non-technical majors. Therefore, we analyzed the current Big Data platform and its related technologies and defined which of them are the requisite job competency requirements for field personnel. Based on this, the education courses for big data analysis and visualization techniques were organized for non-technical-based majors. This specialized curriculum was conducted by working-level officials of financial institutions engaged in management analysis at the management site and was able to achieve better educational effects The education methods presented in this study will effectively carry out big data tasks across industries and encourage visualization of big data analysis for non-technical professionals.

  • Lately, the development and utilization of technology of the Internet of Things(IoT), and Fintech have been on the rise and amid the emerging convergence of system and service, mobile payment system and location based service technology have received much attention. Considering the fact that smartphone users are currently utilizing mobile payment frequently, many corporations are introducing various methods to the market for easy payment process of consumers by grafting various technologies, and by utilizing the technology based on BLE technology and location based technology, it is emerging as new method applied to payment service such as ZEP, for easy payment process. And by checking the existence of security threats and studying the attack techniques in these payment services, we strive to suggest a method of response based on big data platform.

  • Computing technology and networking technology in the era of the 4th industrial revolution are rapidly evolving into an intelligent information society. AR, VR, and MR technologies, which are dual immersive media fields, are being applied in many convergence technologies, especially! The development of the health and healthcare field is actively progressing. In the field of health and healthcare, there are many problems due to aging of the population, increase in chronic progress, lack of infrastructure, and lack of professional manpower. services in the field are adopted. Therefore, this study applies cognitive evaluation through a computing system to the mild cognitive impairment, designs and develops a cognitive judgment platform using augmented reality based on the cognitive judgment technology system design, and integrates AI and BigData-based intelligent cognitive rehabilitation in the future. It is used as basic data for service platform development.

  • Recently, solving industrial and social problems and creating new values based on big data and AI is being discussed as the main policy goal. The new government also set the digital platform government as a national task in order to achieve new value creation based on big data and AI. However, studies that summarize and diagnose discussions over the past five years are insufficient. Therefore, this study diagnoses the discussions over the past 5 years using the 4th industrial revolution as a keyword. After collecting news editorials from 2017 to 2022 by applying the text mining technique, 9 major topics were discovered. In conclusion, this study provided implications for the government's task to prepare for the future society.

  • The Fourth Industrial Revolution has differentiated technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT(Internet of things), big data, and mobile. As the civilization develops more and more, humanity enjoy the cultural activities more than economic activity for the food and shelter. The platform structure based on the advanced information technology of the present will expand the cultural contents area in a variety of ways. Cultural contents respond sensitively to changes in consumer and will be useful experiences of human activities. Therefore, it should be noted again that the contents industry should not be limited to the discussion of the application of the fourth technology, but should be produced with emphasis on useful experiences of human being. In other words, the discussion of human activities around cultural contents should be focused on how to apply beyond the use of fourth industrial technology. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the basis of the successful storytelling of the planning stage to connect the fourth industrial technology and human useful experience as a method for developing cultural contents, and to build and propose a model as a strategic method. This study analyzes domestic and foreign cases made by using big data among the visual contents which show continuous increase of consumption among culture industry field, and draws success factors and limit points. Next, we extract what is the successful matching factor that influenced consumer 's consciousness, and find out that the structure of culture prototype has been applied in the long history of mankind, and presents it as a storytelling model. Through the above research, this study aims to present a new interpretation and creative activity of cultural contents by presenting a storytelling model as a methodology for connecting creative knowledge, away from the general interpretation of social phenomenon applied with big data.

Study of Efficient Algorithm for Deduplication of Complex Structure (복잡한 구조의 데이터 중복제거를 위한 효율적인 알고리즘 연구)

  • The amount of data generated has been growing exponentially, and the complexity of data has been increasing owing to the advancement of information technology (IT). Big data analysts and engineers have therefore been actively conducting research to minimize the analysis targets for faster processing and analysis of big data. Hadoop, which is widely used as a big data platform, provides various processing and analysis functions, including minimization of analysis targets through Hive, which is a subproject of Hadoop. However, Hive uses a vast amount of memory for data deduplication because it is implemented without considering the complexity of data. Therefore, an efficient algorithm has been proposed for data deduplication of complex structures. The performance evaluation results demonstrated that the proposed algorithm reduces the memory usage and data deduplication time by approximately 79% and 0.677%, respectively, compared to Hive. In the future, performance evaluation based on a large number of data nodes is required for a realistic verification of the proposed algorithm.

Perceptions and Trends of Digital Fashion Technology - A Big Data Analysis - (빅데이터 분석을 이용한 디지털 패션 테크에 대한 인식 연구)

  • This study aimed to reveal the perceptions and trends of digital fashion technology through an informational approach. A big data analysis was conducted after collecting the text shown in a web environment from April 2019 to April 2021. Key words were derived through text mining analysis and network analysis, and the structure of perception of digital fashion technology was identified. Using textoms, we collected 8144 texts after data refinement, conducted a frequency of emergence and central component analysis, and visualized the results with word cloud and N-gram. The frequency of appearance also generated matrices with the top 70 words, and a structural equivalent analysis was performed. The results were presented with network visualizations and dendrograms. Fashion, digital, and technology were the most frequently mentioned topics, and the frequencies of platform, digital transformation, and start-ups were also high. Through clustering, four clusters of marketing were formed using fashion, digital technology, startups, and augmented reality/virtual reality technology. Future research on startups and smart factories with technologies based on stable platforms is needed. The results of this study contribute to increasing the fashion industry's knowledge on digital fashion technology and can be used as a foundational study for the development of research on related topics.

  • In the past few decades, great progress has been made on understanding the interaction between nutrition and health status. But despite this wealth of knowledge, health problems related to nutrition continue to increase. This leads us to postulate that the continuing trend may result from a lack of consideration for intra-individual biological variation on dietary responses. Precision nutrition utilizes personal information such as age, gender, lifestyle, diet intake, environmental exposure, genetic variants, microbiome, and epigenetics to provide better dietary advices and interventions. Recent technological advances in the artificial intelligence, big data analytics, cloud computing, and machine learning, have made it possible to process data on a scale and in ways that were previously impossible. A big data platform is built by collecting numerous parameters such as meal features, medical metadata, lifestyle variation, genome diversity and microbiome composition. Sophisticated techniques based on machine learning algorithm can be used to integrate and interpret multiple factors and provide dietary guidance at a personalized or stratified level. The development of a suitable machine learning algorithm would make it possible to suggest a personalized diet or functional food based on analysis of intra-individual metabolic variation. This novel precision nutrition might become one of the most exciting and promising approaches of improving health conditions, especially in the context of non-communicable disease prevention.

  • The term, eGovernmen or e-Government, uses technology communications devices such as computers and the Internet to provide public services to citizens and others. The eGovernment or e-government provides citizens with new opportunities to access the government directly and conveniently, while the government provides citizens with directservices. Also, in these days, cloud computing is a feature that enables users to use computer system resources, especially data storage (cloud storage) and on-demand computing power, without having to manage themselves. The term is commonly used to describe data centers that are available to many users over the Internet. Today, the dominant Big Cloud is distributed across multiple central servers. You can designate it as an Edge server if it is relatively close to the user. However, despite the prevalence of e-government and cloud computing, each of these concepts has evolved. Research attempts to combine these two concepts were not being made properly. For this reason, in this work, we aim to produce independent and objective analysis results by separating progress steps for the analysis of e-government cloud service platforms. This work will be done through an analysis of the development process and architectural composition of the e-government development standard framework and the cloud platform PaaS-TA. In addition, this study is expected to derive implications from an analysis perspective on the direction and service composition of the e-government cloud service platform currently being pursued.

  • Currently, there is increasing demand for weather information, however, providing meteorology and climate information is limited. In order to improve them, supporting the meteorology and climate big data platform use and training the meteorology and climate big data specialist who meet the needs of government, public agencies and corporate, are required. Meteorology and climate big data requires high-value usable service in variety fields, and it should be provided personalized service of industry-specific type for the service extension and new content development. To provide personalized service, it is essential to build the collaboration ecosystem at the national level. Building the collaboration ecosystem environment, convergence of marine policy and climate policy, convergence of oceanography and meteorology and convergence of R&D basic research and applied research are required. Since then, demand analysis, production sharing information, unification are able to build the collaboration ecosystem.
