  • As the era of big data, which is the foundation of the fourth industry, has come, most related industries are developing related solutions focusing on the technologies of data storage, statistical analysis and visualization. However, for the diffusion of bigdata technology, it is necessary to develop the prediction analysis technologies using artificial intelligence. But these advanced technologies are only possible by some experts now called data scientists. For big data-related industries to develop, a non-expert, called a citizen data scientist, should be able to easily access the big data analysis process at low cost because they have insight into their own data. In this paper, we propose a system for analyzing bigdata and building business models with the support of easy-to-use analysis system without knowledge of high-level data science. We also define the necessary components and environment for the prediction analysis system and present the overall service plan.

  • The role of the Internet of Things in the Fourth Industrial Revolution is in the era of collecting data at the end and analyzing big data through technology to analyze the future or behavior. Therefore, due to the nature of the IoT, it is vulnerable to security and requires a lightweight security protocol. The spread of things Internet technology is changing our lives a lot. IT companies all over the world are already focusing on products and services based on things Internet, and they are going to the era of all things internet that can communicate not only with electronic devices but also with common objects. People, people, people and objects, things and things interact without limitation of time and space, collecting, analyzing and applying information. Life becomes more and more smart, but on the other hand, the possibility of leakage of personal information becomes greater. Therefore, this study proposed security threats that threaten the protection of personal information and countermeasures, and suggested countermeasures for building a secure IoT environment suitable for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

  • With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and big data, a lot of medical data is effectively used, and the diagnosis and analysis of diseases has entered the era of intelligence. With the increasing public health awareness, ordinary citizens have also put forward new demands for panic disorder health services. Specifically, people hope to predict the risk of panic disorder as soon as possible and grasp their own condition without leaving home. Against this backdrop, the smart health industry comes into being. In the Internet age, a lot of panic disorder health data has been accumulated, such as diagnostic records, medical record information and electronic files. At the same time, various health monitoring devices emerge one after another, enabling the collection and storage of personal daily health information at any time. How to use the above data to provide people with convenient panic disorder self-assessment services and reduce the incidence of panic disorder in China has become an urgent problem to be solved. In order to solve this problem, this research applies the context awareness to the automatic diagnosis of human diseases. While helping patients find diseases early and get treatment timely, it can effectively assist doctors in making correct diagnosis of diseases and reduce the probability of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.

  • In the era of untact, the "Chabak" using cars as accommodation spaces is attracting attention as a new form of travel. Due to the advantages, including low costs, convenience, and safety, as well as the characteristics of the vehicle enabling independent travel, the demand for Chabak is continuously increasing. Despite the rapid growth of the market and related industries, little academic has investigated this trend. To establish itself as a new type of travel culture and to sustain the growth of related industries, it is essential to understand the public perception of Chabak. Therefore, based on the marketing mix theory and big data analysis, this study analyzes the public perception of Chabak. The results showed that Chabak has established itself as a consumer-led travel culture, contributing to the aftermarket growth of the automobile industry. Additionally, consumers were found to be increasingly inclined to enjoy travel economically and wisely, and actively share information through social media. This initial study on the new travel trend of Chabak is significant in that it employs big data analysis on a theoretical basis.

  • As a data analysis tool which is becoming popular in the Big Data era, R is rapidly expanding its user range by providing powerful statistical analysis and data visualization functions. Major advantage of R is its functional scalability based on open source, but its scale scalability is limited, resulting in performance degrades in large data processing. RHadoop, one of the extension packages to complement it, can improve data analysis performance as it supports Hadoop platform-based distributed processing of programs written in R. In this paper, we evaluate the validity of RHadoop by evaluating the performance improvement of RHadoop in real medical big data analysis. Performance evaluation of the analysis of the medical history information, which is provided by National Health Insurance Service, using R and RHadoop shows that RHadoop cluster composed of 8 data nodes can improve performance up to 8 times compared with R.

  • Purpose The opportunities and approaches to big data have grown in various ways in the digital era. Business analytics is nowadays an inevitable strategy for organizations to earn a competitive advantage in order to survive in the challenged environments. The purpose of this study is to analyze the intellectual structure of business analytics literature to have a better insight for the organizations to the field. Design/methodology/approach This research analyzed with the data extracted from the database Web of Science. Total of 427 documents and 23,760 references are inserted into the analysis program CiteSpace. Author co-citation analysis is used to analyze the intellectual structure of the business analytics. We performed clustering analysis, burst detection and timeline analysis with the data. Findings We identified seven sub- areas of business analytics field. The top four sub-areas are "Big Data Analytics Infrastructure", "Performance Management System", "Interactive Exploration", and "Supply Chain Management". We also identified the top 5 references with the strongest citation bursts including Trkman et al.(2010) and Davenport(2006). Through timeline analysis we interpret the clusters that are expected to be the trend subjects in the future. Lastly, limitation and further research suggestion are discussed as concluding remarks.

  • As the 4th industrial era is in full swing, the public's interest in related technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and block chain is increasing. As artificial intelligence technology is used in various industrial fields, the need for research methods incorporating artificial intelligence technology in related fields is also increasing. Evidence collection among digital forensic investigation techniques is a very important procedure in the investigation process that needs to prove a specific person's suspicions. However, there may be cases in which evidence is damaged due to intentional damage to evidence or other physical reasons, and there is a limit to the collection of evidence in this situation. Therefore, this paper we intends to propose an artificial intelligence-based evidence collection system that analyzes numerous image files reported by citizens in real time to visually check the location, user information, and shooting time of the image files. When this system is applied, it is expected that the evidence expected data collected in real time can be actually used as evidence, and it is also expected that the risk area analysis will be possible through big data analysis.

  • To keep pace with other powerful nations in this era of the era of digitalization and to emerge stronger in the world, the defense forces of South Korea aim to innovate and prepare themselves for digital battlefields of possible wars in the future. The resources in the defense sector, which is the core of defense intelligence, is based on an intelligent mission collaboration tactical network system via cyber, command, control, communication, and computer (C4), and military and non-human weapons. Defense intelligence depends on the degree of the convergence of advanced Information and communication technologies (ICTs). Considering this aspect of defense intelligence, We plan to determine the application status of defense blockchain technology and examine the feasibility of applying blockchain technology and the core of applied technology. Generally, a key feature of blockchain technology is its data integrity in untrusted environments. There are various types of core technologies for the blockchain depending on the target areas of application in the defense sector, and it is also essential to derive new application strategies for core technologies that are applied in combination with other ICT technologies. We plan to demonstrate new defense ICT converged technologies (DNAB2: Data, Network, AI, BigData, Blockchain) and DNAB2-As-Services in the defense strategy.
