This paper constructs a data base to create the Hull lines prior to piece manufacture and nesting steps with a personal computer using the data of created as the advanced software, TRIBON. The lines are plotted smoohtly, which are called the spline. The S/W is excellentlt estimated on the ptrcision among shipping exclusive S/W, which are currentlyused So, the S/W is mainly used as as shipping CAD program. High-cost H/W and high-performance S/W(TRIBON etc.) sre used with the bases of technique and capital power in the big shipbuilding yard; but small but small and medium-sized shipbuilding yard and related companycan't purchase dueto the high-cost product. To bring upthe small and medium sized shipbuilding yard lacking little competitive power, the data base S/W is joined with the CADRA of graphic S/W and is developed to create the Hull lines to be needed on as automatic cutting process usiing the personal computer.
Btcoin has made a big progress through anonymity, decentralized authority, sharing economy, multi-ledger book-keeping, block-technology and the convenient financial vehicle. Bitcoin has the characteristics of mining and supply by decentralized suppliers, limited supply quantity and the partial money-like function as well as gold. The paper studies the hedge and safe-haven of Bitcoin and gold on daily frequency data over the period of July 20, 2010-Dec. 27, 2017 employing Asymmetric Vector GARCH. It finds that gold has the hedge and safe-haven against inflation and capital markets while Bitcoin has the weak hedge and the weak safe-haven. It shows insignificant effects of inflations of US and Korea on the volatilities of Bitcoin and gold. It also suggests the necessity of clearing of vagueness behind the anonymity for fair and transparent trade through the law application in the absence or fault in law (Lucken im Recht). following the spirit of the living constitution (lebendige gutes Recht oder Vorschrift). The relevant institutions are hoped to be given some of obligations such as registration, minimum required capital. report, disclosure, explanation, compliance and governance with autonomous corresponding rights. The study also suggests the reestablishment of the relevant financial law and taxation law. The hedge would not be successfully accomplished without the vigilant cautions of investors.
Due to the social problems including recent economic crisis and unemployment rate increase, the demand of business foundation market has been increased and, in the meantime, on the basis of the business foundation support policy of the government including youth foundation support policy and Small & Medium Business Administration foundation planning, business foundation market has been showing steady growth trend. With this enlargement of foundation market, as the accompanied increase of franchise market is expected, it is considered that the importance of more realistic and concrete research about franchise market be larger than before. This study considered brand image, main office support, foundation cost, information search activity as the advanced variable of effect on brand selection and established the cause of effect on brand selection by improving the existing advanced research, and its result is as follows. First, according to foundation business kind, age, sex, yes or no of marriage, there is some difference III the thought about brand image and foundation possibility. Second, Second, the most important factor of franchise contract intention is economical specificity. It is difficult to consider brand image, franchise support and information search activity as the property having a big effect on preliminary founder, and it was shown that the cost for franchise management(Consistency with initial foundation cost and self-capital, promotion cost, management fund, facility/equipment reinvestment, etc.) is an important property. Specially, it was shown that consistency with initial foundation cost and self-capital is the most important factor for preliminary founder.
Lake Biwa Canal was a dream project that reminds us the passion and innovation of Kyoto Citizens more than water supply. It is a modernization project combining engineering knowledge and scientific technology, which started transportation by ship through big-scale civil construction as well as supplying electricity as the first waterpower plant in Japan, and it overcame the physiographic limit through adopting unique method of waterway transportation. Lake Biwa Canal, which has tangible and intangible culture heritage value as the traditional space of Kyoto, the Old Capital of 1200 years, conceives a cultural meaning that is connected through various mutual relation as well as scientific technologic factor. Lake Biwa Canal is not only the function for supplying water to gardens and temples of Kyoto region, but it is also a cultural fruit that is formed by complex causal relationship of various contents such as geographical and environmental background, the phases of the times, local development policy, political circumstances and religions. This study is aimed at interpreting the value of Lake Biwa Canal multilaterally by the convergence of cultural and technological aspects through the view of the world which the age tried to pursue, focusing on the construction of Lake Biwa Canal which was accomplished in the process of promoting the modernization of Kyoto.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the characteristics of start-up CEOs on the performance of investment attraction from the perspective of Series A investment. The results of the study are as follows. First, when the educational level of start-up CEOs was high and startup CEOs had start-up experience and investment attraction experience, venture investors such as venture capital had a significantly positive (+) effect on the investment for start-ups. This was systematically significantly positive even when control variables were introduced. When start-up CEOs had work experiences, there was no significantly positive effect on the total investment amount for start-ups but a significantly positive (+) effect on the average investment amount. Second, the standardization coefficient of total investment amount was larger in the case of start-up experience than that in the case of investment attraction experience while the standardization coefficient of average investment amount was larger in the case of investment attraction experience than that in the case of start-up experience. This suggests that the start-up experience is important for the total investment amount while the investment attraction experience is important for the average investment amount. Third, when the sales of start-ups were high at the time of Series A investment, the total investment amount and the average investment amount were also significantly high. Even if early start-ups are less profitable or have losses, the start-ups with a certain level of sales seem to be attractive investment targets for venture capital. The results of this study are useful for the investment decisions of venture capital and the financing strategies of start-ups. The implications for pre-CEOs preparing for start-ups art that the total amount of investment will increase if they have expertise through degree acquisition, challenge start-ups, gain start-up experience and implement investment attraction. Even if CEOs of start-ups do not have start-up experience, the average amount of investment for start-ups can increase if they have work experience in related industries.

The purposes of this study are to investigate the formation and the change of apparel retail structure historically with the viewpoint that the retail structure is affected by the process of economic development. This study was done by literature research method and the result of this study is the following. The tailor and seamstress shops, the first clothing shops in Korea, were replaced by ready-made shops, because mass production system which had developed with the industrialization of Korea increased the advantage of economy of scale compared to handicrafts individual one. After that, the production system of apparel industry had been efficient continuously, while retail system had not. The retailing of famous brand apparel conducted by exclusive franchise store caused supplier oriented markets where the opinion and the desire of consumers were not reflected. While the retailing of the unknown brand apparel handled by small retail stores were inefficient. As the apparel industry matured in 1990s, various types of new stores appeared such as specialty stores, discount stores, TV home shopping, internet shopping, outlet malls, and big fashion stores in Dongdeamoon. These new stores have features of seeking profits in mass merchandising. As these large retail stores grow, the apparel retail structure of Korea is changing from a fragmented market to a vertically integrated one. This change is shown by the decrease of stores per inhabitants. With the change of environment, the apparel retail system which has lagged behind comparatively is expected to develop into more efficient system based on the large capital investment which raise the advantage of economy of scale.
The purpose of this study is establishing how to build the area of local agents and regional offices in the oil company using GIS technique by reviewing on the spatial distribution pattern and characteristics of the sales area of oil products. Location-allocation and spatial interaction model are cooperated in order to establish sales area of petroleum products distribution system. Location-allocation model is used in the capital region where local agents are concentrated on like Kyoung-gi local agent. Spatial interaction model is used in the rest of the area in Korea to analyze the sales range of the regional offices in oil company. Each office made a big difference in registered cars and population because of the level of petroleum consumption in each sales area.
The fourth industrial revolution calls for an integrated talent by improving working-level skills within the big framework of creativity and convergence. Therefore, university education focuses on solving the problem of practical ability education by improving employment ability. Based on this improvement in practical skills, this study is based on the field-based design curriculum of Capstone. Currently, the Capstone Design Course is being implemented at most universities, extending its scope to the fields of engineering, humanities, social studies and arts. However, there is a limit to the core concept of Capstone design education and capacity education developed in line with the foreign educational environment and applied directly to our nation's university education. In terms of overseas cases, the core focus is to develop practical, design, and prototype capabilities by forming a team among all grades and multidisciplinary institutions to support the capital and manpower of the industry. However, the nation's industrial linkage and curriculum have difficulties in carrying out multi-disciplinary education. In this study, students were asked to team up and solve the challenges that the industry needs based on the expertise acquired in the lower grade curriculum by applying majors and 3D printing through the first and second semester courses of the fourth grade to address these limitations. In addition, business skills for the process of creativity and leadership experience in our country through a suitable design capstone class to review the efficiency of education by applying a model. In order to achieve the purpose of Capstone design subject, the goal setting, class model composition, class model application, verification and evaluation, and final class model development procedures were carried out. Through this process, it will be used as a basic material for educating design class capstone design.

Over the last 20 years, membrane separation processes, such as reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration and microfiltration, have been widely adopted by different industries. Commercial uses of membrane have displaced conventional separation processes, such as distillation, evaporation, precoat filter and so on. Membrane separation processes are often more capital and energy efficient when compared with conventional separation processes. Membrane devices and systems are almost always compact and modular. These are the well-known advantages of membrane separation processes. The disadvantage of the membrane process is that the process does not have scale merit and thus the membrane process is suitable for the small and middle size applications. Energy saving is, of course, the biggest advantage of the membrane process, and in many industries the membrane processes are employed because of this reason. Membrane process has other big advantage. In many applications membrane processes provide much higher quality of product than conventional processes. The example is ultrapure water production by membrane processes in semiconductor industry. Conventional technologies never offer such good quality of pure water. If you can obtain both energy saving and higher quality of product at the same time by membrane processes, this is the best application of membrane processes. One example is the concentration of orange juice by membrane, which has already been commercialized in Japan. Comparing with the conventional vacuum evaporation process, juice concentrated by the membrane process has much better taste and flavor and the energy consumption in the membrane process is much less than the evaporation process. In this paper, first membrane separation technology will be classified and then Japanese membrane manufacturers and new modules and devices under development in Japan will be introduced. Fourth energy saving in membrane process will be discussed and finally practical applications of membrane processes in Japan will be shown.
This paper investigates spatio-temporal changes in the international system of linkages among multinational corporate domestic decision-making centers and their overseas subsidiary centers for the period 1974-1991. During this period advances in information technologies and an ever increasing interdependent world economy have permitted the globalization of resource transfers, production techniques, service provision and financial transactions. Based on a network theory of internationalization, the study idenifies the dispersion of multinational control centers and the diversification of their linkage patterns. These tendencies are led by small and medium sized quaternary places as well as the rapid growth of service industries. Corporate headquarters cease to be tied together to big corporate and governmental centers but will disperse over time at global, national and regional level. Using information statistics, this paper confirms the dispersion patterns of capital flows and diversification of multinational control linkages. With an increasing trend toward a multicentric world system and the associated diecline of the global hegemony of a small number of largest cities, multinational control linkages should continue to disperse.
