  • Recently, various computing technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and IoT are developing. In particular, artificial intelligence-based deepfake technology is being used in various fields such as the content and medical industry. Deepfake technology is a combination of deep learning and fake, and is a technology that synthesizes a person's face or body through deep learning, which is a core technology of AI, to imitate accents and voices. This paper uses deepfake technology to study the creation of virtual characters through the synthesis of animation models and real person photos. Through this, it is possible to minimize various cost losses occurring in the animation production process and support writers' work. In addition, as deepfake open source spreads on the Internet, many problems emerge, and crimes that abuse deepfake technology are prevalent. Through this study, we propose a new perspective on this technology by applying the deepfake technology to children's material rather than adult material.

  • Conventional exhibition management information systems recommend tourist attractions that are close to the place in which an exhibition is held. Some recommended attractions by the location-based recommendation could be meaningless when nothing is related to the exhibition's topic. Our goal is to recommend attractions that are related to the content presented in the exhibition, which can be coined as content-based recommendation. Even though human exhibition curators can do this, the quality is limited to their manual task and knowledge. We propose an automatic way of discovering attractions relevant to an exhibition of interests. Language resources are incorporated to discover attractions that are more meaningful. Because a typical single machine is unable to deal with such large-scale language resources efficiently, we implemented the algorithm on top of Apache Spark, which is a well-known distributed computing framework. As a user interface prototype, a web-based system is implemented that provides users with a list of relevant attractions when users are browsing exhibition information, available at http://bike.snu.ac.kr/WARP. We carried out a case study based on Korean Tourism Organization Linked Open Data with Korean Wikipedia as a language resource. Experimental results are demonstrated to show the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed system. The effectiveness was evaluated against well-known exhibitions. It is expected that the proposed approach will contribute to the development of both exhibition and tourist industries by motivating exhibition visitors to become active tourists.

  • this paper, a data modeling method based on decision-making conditions is proposed for making combat and battlefield management systems to be intelligent, which are also a decision-making support system. A picture of a robot seeing and perceiving like humans and arriving a point it wanted can be understood and be felt in body. However, we can't find an example of implementing a decision-making which is the most important element in human cognitive action. Although the agent arrives at a designated office instead of human, it doesn't support a decision of whether raising the market price is appropriate or doing a counter-attack is smart. After we reviewed a current situation and problem in control & command of military, in order to collect a big data for making a machine staff's advice to be possible, we propose a data modeling prototype based on decision-making conditions as a method to change a current control & command system. In addition, a decision-making tree method is applied as an example of the decision making that the reformed control & command system equipped with the proposed data modeling will do. This paper can contribute in giving us an insight of how a future AI decision-making staff approaches to us.

This study started from the question of 'What role should home economics education play in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution?'. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is characterized by AI, cloud computing, Internet of Things(IoT), big data, and Online to Offline(O2O). It will drastically change the social system, science and technology and the structure of the profession. Since the dehumanization of robots and artificial intelligence may occur, the 4th Industrial Revolution Education should be sought to foster future human resources with humanity and citizenship for the future community. In addition, the implication of education in the fourth industrial revolution, which will bring about a change to a super-intelligent and hyper-connected society, is that the role of education should be emphasized so that humans internalize their values as human beings. Character education should be established as a generalized and internalized consciousness with a concept established in the integration of the curriculum, and concrete practical strategies should be prepared. In conclusion, home economics education in the 4th industrial revolution era should play a leading role in the central role of character education, and intrinsic improvement of various human lives. The fourth industrial revolution will change not only what we do, or human mental and physical activities, but also who we are, or human identity. In the information society and digital society, it is important how quickly and accurately it is possible to acquire scattered knowledge. In the information society, it is required to learn how to use knowledge for human beings in rapid change. As such, the fourth industrial revolution seeks to lead the family, organization, and community positively by influencing the systems that shape our lives. Home economics education should take the lead in this role.

  • Core technologies that lead the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, such as artificial intelligence, big data, and autonomous driving, are implemented and serviced through the rapid development of computing power and hyper-connected networks based on the Internet of Things. In this paper, we implement two different models for drivable area segmentation in various environment, and propose a better model by comparing the results. The models for drivable area segmentation are using DeepLab V3+ and Mask R-CNN, which have great performances in the field of image segmentation and are used in many studies in autonomous driving technology. For driving information in various environment, we use BDD dataset which provides driving videos and images in various weather conditions and day&night time. The result of two different models shows that Mask R-CNN has higher performance with 68.33% IoU than DeepLab V3+ with 48.97% IoU. In addition, the result of visual inspection of drivable area segmentation on driving image, the accuracy of Mask R-CNN is 83% and DeepLab V3+ is 69%. It indicates Mask R-CNN is more efficient than DeepLab V3+ in drivable area segmentation.

  • Thanks to the growth of computing power and the recent development of data analytics, researchers have started to work on the data produced by users through the Internet or social media. This study is in line with these recent research trends and attempts to adopt data analytical techniques. We focus on the impact of "internal marketing" factors on firm performance, which is typically studied through survey methodologies. We looked into the job review platform Jobplanet (www.jobplanet.co.kr), which is a website where employees and former employees anonymously review companies and their management. With web crawling processes, we collected over 40K data points and performed morphological analysis to classify employees' reviews for internal marketing data. We then implemented econometric analysis to see the relationship between internal marketing and market capitalization. Contrary to the findings of extant survey studies, internal marketing is positively related to a firm's market capitalization only within a limited area. In most of the areas, the relationships are negative. Particularly, female-friendly environment and human resource development (HRD) are the areas exhibiting positive relations with market capitalization in the manufacturing industry. In the service industry, most of the areas, such as employ welfare and work-life balance, are negatively related with market capitalization. When firm size is small (or the history is short), female-friendly environment positively affect firm performance. On the contrary, when firm size is big (or the history is long), most of the internal marketing factors are either negative or insignificant. We explain the theoretical contributions and managerial implications with these results.

The 4th Industrial Revolution, the characteristics of the landscape industry and urban regeneration were considered and the methodology was established and studied including the technical classification system suitable for systematic research, which was selected as a framework. First, the 4th Industrial Revolution technology based on digital data was selected, which could be utilized to increase the value of the virtuous circle for the landscape industry. From 'Element Technology Level', and 'Core Technology' such as the Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Robot, 'Peripheral Technology', Virtual or Augmented Reality, Drones, 3D 4D Printing, and 3D Scanning were highlighted as the 4th Industrial Revolution technology. It has been shown that it is possible to increase the value of the virtuous circle when applied at the 'Trend Level', in particular to the landscape industry. The 'System Level' was analyzed as a general-purpose technology, and based on the platform, the level of element technology(computers, and smart devices) was systematically interconnected, and illuminated with the 4th Industrial Revolution technology based on digital data. The application of the 'Trend Level' specific to the landscape industry has been shown to be an effective technology for increasing the virtuous circle values. It is possible to realize all synergistic effects and implementation of the proposed method at the trend level applying the element technology level. Smart gardens, smart parks, etc. have been analyzed to the level they should pursue. It was judged that Smart City, Smart Home, Smart Farm, and Precision Agriculture, Smart Tourism, and Smart Health Care could be highly linked through the collaboration among technologies in adjacent areas at the Trend Level. Additionally, various utilization measures of related technology applied at the Trend Level were highlighted in the process of urban regeneration, public service space creation, maintenance, and public service. In other words, with the realization of ubiquitous computing, Hyper-Connectivity, Hyper-Reality, Hyper-Intelligence, and Hyper-Convergence were proposed, reflecting the basic characteristics of digital technology in the landscape industry can be achieved. It was analyzed that the landscaping industry was effectively accommodating and coordinating with the needs of new characters, education and consulting, as well as existing tasks, even when participating in urban regeneration projects. In particular, it has been shown that the overall landscapig area is effective in increasing the virtuous circle value when it systems the related technology at the trend level by linking maintenance with strategic bridgehead. This is because the industrial structure is effective in distributing data and information produced from various channels. Subsequent research, such as demonstrating the fusion of the 4th Industrial Revolution technology based on the use of digital data in creation, maintenance, and service of actual landscape space is necessary.
