본 연구에서는 쌍방향 시장에서 혼잡 비용의 처리 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법은 쌍방향 시장에서 시장의 참여자들은 혼잡을 고려하지 않고 서로 계약을 하며 만일 혼잡이 발생한다면 Independent System Operator(ISO)가 혼잡을 해결한다는 가정을 전제로 한다. ISO는 혼잡이 발생 시 조정 입찰(adjustment bidding)을 통해 전력을 매매하여 혼잡을 해소한다. 이때 ISO는 전력의 매매 비용을 최소화하도록 하는데 이 매매 비용을 혼잡 비용이라고 부른다. 그러므로 쌍방향 시장에서는 이 혼잡 비용을 시장의 참여자에게 공평하게 배분하는 방식이 중요한 문제이다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 여러 가지 방법이 제시되었으며 송전 제약에 대한 라그랑지 승수를 이용하는 방식도 그 중의 하나이다. 그러나 이 방식은 연속 혼잡이 발생하면 참여자에게 혼잡 비용을 정확히 배분할 수 없다. 여기서 연속 혼잡이란 혼잡 선로에 의해 다른 선로에 혼잡이 발생하는 경우를 말한다. 본 연구에서는 직류 조류를 이용한 다단계 방법을 제시하며 이 방법은 연속 혼잡을 단계별로 처리하여 기존의 방법의 문제점을 해결하였고 혼잡 비용이 참여자에게 공평히 배분되도록 하였다.

최근 인터넷 통신망의 급속한 발전으로 이를 각 분야에 이용하고자 하는 움직임이 활발하다. 그 중 오프라인(off-line) 상의 거래를 전자상거래(Electronic Commerce)로 전환함으로써 시간적, 공간적 제약을 극복하여 새로운 경제활동의 변혁을 주도하는 수단이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 인터넷 표준언어로 주목받고 있는 XML를 이용하여 효율적인 실시간 입찰 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

Reliability growth modeling can be a requirement when bidding on large military hardware systems. Under current reliability warranty legislature, the reliability growth model can be later translated into necessary reliability performance which must be demonstrated over an extended period of usage. In this paper the modeling situation is concerned with determining the number of spares needed to support a projected reliability growth both at the fightine and in a depot inventory. The model differs from existing models for logistics planning in that we allow for the phenomena of reliability growth. The model can also be used to determine central depot staffing requirements based upon a specified system utilization.

최근 컴퓨팅 기술과 통신 기술의 급속한 발전으로 클라이언트/서버 컴퓨팅 환경에서 네트워크 컴퓨팅 시대를 지나 인터넷 컴퓨팅 시대가 도래하고 있다. 인터넷 사용이 보편화되어 감에 따라 기업의 정보 시스템의 인터넷 기반의 인트라넷/익스트라넷 시스템으로 구축되어 가고 있으며 인터넷 환경에서의 기업과 소비자간 또는 기업과 기업간의 전자 거래 관련 응용 프로그램의 개발이 다양해 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 환경에서 기업과 기업간 전자 거래에 있어서 기업의 글로벌화를 통해 조달 업무의 투명성과 신속성 및 질적 향상을 추구할 수 있도록 제공하기 위한 웹 기반 전자 입찰 시스템을 구현하는데 있어서 클라이언트와 서버 및 데이터 베이스를 연동하기 위한 웹기술, 기업간의 문서 교환을 위한 XML/EDI 기술 및, 입찰과 계약과정, 조달과정에서 안전성 및 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해 공개키 암호화 기술인 PKI 기반 구조의 인증 및 전자서명을 활용한 보안 기능을 설계한다.

A potential breakthrough of the electrification of the vehicle fleet will incur a steep rise in the load on the electrical power grid. To avoid huge grid investments, coordinated charging of those vehicles is a must. In this paper, we assess algorithms to schedule charging of plug-in (hybrid) electric vehicles as to minimize the additional peak load they might cause. We first introduce two approaches, one based on a classical optimization approach using quadratic programming, and a second one, market based coordination, which is a multi-agent system that uses bidding on a virtual market to reach an equilibrium price that matches demand and supply. We benchmark these two methods against each other, as well as to a baseline scenario of uncontrolled charging. Our simulation results covering a residential area with 63 households show that controlled charging reduces peak load, load variability, and deviations from the nominal grid voltage.

This paper proposes an agent-based scheduling method fur semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities with hard inter-operation temporal constraints. The scheduling problem is to find the feasible schedules that guarantee both logical and temporal correctness. A proposed multi-agent based architecture is composed of scheduling agents, workcell agents, and machine agents. A scheduling agent computes optimal schedules through bidding mechanisms with a subset or entire set of the workcell agents. A dynamic planning-based approach is adopted for the scheduling mechanism so that the dynamic behaviors such as aperiodic job arrivals and reconfiguration can be taken into consideration.

This paper deals with the design and development of a real-time integrated communication architecture for heterarchical SFCS(Shop Floor Control System). In autonomous agent-based heterarchical SFCS, each functional unit of parts and resources is equipped with an intelligent controller (agent) that acts as the representative of the entity. The controllers communicate and negotiate with other controllers on a real-time basis through message passing and bidding protocol to achieve mutual agreements for task sharing. ICPL(Integrated Communication Protocol and Language) is proposed for this purpose. ICPL is a language and a protocol for supporting communication among intelligent controllers. Based on the speech act theory, this paper proposes a semantic description for ICPL that associates the description of the cognitive states of controllers with the use of language primitives (message_type). Semantics for the basic set of ICPL messages is described. Eventually, an ICPL-based communication architecture can provide the implementation of the distributed and heterarchical SFCS, and makes the intelligent controller transparent to the negotiation problem.

In the past, TR-cost was collected the combination of energy cost. When power market is restructured. TR-cost is collected the separated form of loss-cost, congestion-cost and maintenance-cost. One of thorn, loss-cost is computed by using TR loss-factor. We need correct and fair standards of loss factor to offer economical signal and to protect against confusions of investment and bidding. Therefore, we propose the method of minimizing system loss-cost that is based on fair and correct loss-factor.

Knowledge has been considered one of the important elements that determine our future. Competitive power of an enterprise has also been transformed from labor, capital, and technology-oriented to knowledge-oriented. Current construction environment is experiencing overall decrease of number of construction contracts due to opening of domestic construction market and economic slump, problems on methods of receiving orders/bidding, and change of costumers' attitude, which intensify competition, therefore many companies consider adopting knowledge management to secure their competitive power. However, there are difficulties in adopting knowledge management and increasing the use by establishing management plan, Performance Measurement, and knowledge maintenance system in reality. Therefore, this study is to provide assistance to successful realization of knowledge management by suggesting development plan of knowledge management that enables knowledge management more efficient with certain goals.

2009년 국내 한통신사가 아이폰 서비스를 시작하면서 국내에서도 스마트폰에 대한 관심이 급속히 증가 하였다. 2011년 현재 스마트폰 가입자가 일천만명에 육박하게 되었으며 이에 따른 다양한 서비스의 보급이 확대 되고 있다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 전자입찰 시스템은 스마트폰을 이용한 공공기관 입찰 시스템 설계 및 구축에 대한 연구이다. 스마트폰은 인터넷을 지원하는 것을 물론 편리한 인터페이스를 제공하고 있기 때문에 기존의 시스템에 비해 사용자의 편의성이 좋아지며, 특히 위치기반 서비스와 같은 기존에 불가능한 서비스의 제공도 가능하다.
