Existing internet auction systems have adopted the form which gives a win to the auction bidder who proposes the top bid price for the goods posted on the auction board. But they haven't been satisfying the automatical one-step processing for user's convenience because they must require continuous care of user for bidding and checking as well as neglecting the convenience of user interface while participating in the electronic bidding system. The AuctionBot system of Michigan Univ. is known as the representative internet auction system. It has merit allowing the various kids of bidding. But it does not support automatic a process which can replaces what user has to do using an agent. To improve this kind of user interface, we propose an automatic bidding price strategy algorithm which composes the auction system using agent and design for auto-bidding system using agent so that I can replace user's bidding activity. This mechanism gives an auction system the efficient bidding price strategy.

컴퓨터와 인터넷의 발전은 사용자들로 하여금 많은 정보들은 손쉽고 빠르게 접할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 이로 인해 사용자들의 정보 수집 및 활용의 수준 또한 높아져 방대한 분량의 정보가 이용되고 있으며, 원하는 정보를 얻는데 많은 시간이 소비되고 있다. 따라서 사용자들은 신속하고 정확하게 필요한 정보만을 요구하게 된다. 입찰정보도 그 대표적인 예로 볼 수 있는데 간단한 입찰정보의 제공만이 아닌 입찰정보의 분석과 결과물을 고객의 특성에 맞게 서비스를 제공해줌으로써 e-CRM 개념의 고객 맞춤형 입찰정보 형태로 변해가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 입찰정보를 사용하는 고객들의 특성을 입찰 성향에 근거하여 조사하고 결과를 토대로 입찰정보를 분석한다. 이를 토대로 고객들에게 신속하고 정확한 입찰정보를 제공해주기 위한 여러 기법들을 통합하여 최적의 입찰정보를 제공하는 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

웹 상에서 인터넷 경매시스템은 일반적인 경매처럼 상품을 제시하고 그 상품에 대해 경매 입찰자가 입찰(bid)을 제시함으로 해서 최종적으로 경매 시간 내에 가장 높은 입찰을 제시하는 경매 입찰자에게 상품이 낙찰되는 형식이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 사용자 인터페이스 부분에 있어서 편리성을 고려하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 경매 참여자에게 지속적인 입찰제와 확인 등의 여러 가지의 사용자 행위를 요구함으로 인해 전자상거래의 고객 편의를 위한 One-step processing을 만족시키지 못하고 있다. 미시건 대학의 AuctionBot 시스템은 미국의 대표적인 인터넷 경매 시스템으로 여러 형태의 경매를 수용할 수 있다는 면에서 장점을 가지고 있지만 사용자를 위한 지능적인 에이전트를 이용한 사용자 인터페이스 부분은 거의 고려하지 않은 시스템이므로 사용자의 편의성 면에서 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 지능적 에이전트를 이용해 사용자가 상품 정보를 경매 서버로 보내면 에이전트가 자동적으로 사용자를 위해 모든 처리를 해주는 경매 시스템을 구현하여 기존에 사용되었던 일반적인 경매 시스템의 단점을 보완하여 효율적인 입찰 가격 정책을 이용한 경매 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

현존하는 국내외 인터넷 경매시스템은 경매하고자하는 상품을 게시하고 그 상품에 대해 경매 입찰자들이 입찰(bid)을 제시함으로 해서 최종적으로 경매 시간 내에 가장 높은 입찰가를 제시하는 경매 입찰자에게 거래가 낙찰되는 형식이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 인터페이스 부분에 있어서 사용자의 편의성을 고려하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 경매 참여자에게 지속적인 입찰제시와 확인 등의 여러 가지의 사용자 행위를 요구하므로 전자상거래의 고객 편의를 위한 One-step processing을 만족시키지 못하고 있으며 사용자의 행위를 대신하여주는 에이전트를 이용한 자동 처리 부분은 거의 고려하지 않은 시스템이므로 사용자의 편의성 면에서 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 자동적으로 사용자를 위해 입찰 행위를 대신하여 주는 사용자 입찰 가격 전략 알고리즘을 제안하여 기존에 사용되었던 일반적인 경매 시스템의 단점을 보완하여 효율적인 입찰 가격 정책을 이용하며 또한, 모든 일련의 경매에 대한 사용자 행위를 MIME(Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) 프로토콜을 이용한 메일 양식에 응답만으로 모든 경매 서비스를 받을 수 있는 인터넷 경매 시\ulcorner템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다.

Despite of the introduction some sorts of the contract and the bid method like CM(Construction management) that will be efficient to manage the construction project. Korean agencies limit to control project management to do large public constructions. In the case of Taiwan, THSRC is apply J/V system in the public construction project, they are accomplishing that expend optimal the cost and save the construction time. To success J/V it has two factors, one is risk management and another is sharing information of construction project. Therefore, we will study to introduce J/V system to our construction project.

This paper presents a two-stage market auction model in a pool-based electricity market, which explicitly takes into account the system network security. The security network-constrained market auction model considers the use of corrective control to yield economically efficient actions in the post-contingency state, while ensuring a certain security level. Under this framework, the proposed model shows not only for quantifying the correlation between secure system operation and efficient market operation, but also for providing transparent information on the pricing system security for market participants. The two-stage market auction procedure is formulated using Benders decomposition (BD). In the first stage, the market participants bid in the market for maximizing their profit, and the independent system operator (ISO) clears the market based on social welfare maximization. System network constraints incorporating post-contingency control actions are described in the second stage of the market auction procedure. The market solutions, along with the BD, yield nodal spot prices (NSPs) and nodal congestion prices (NCPs) as byproducts of the proposed two-stage market auction model. Two benchmark systems are used to test and demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.

현재 전자입찰시스템에서 사용자 인증은 패스워드 기반의 PKI 기술을 사용하고 있다. 패스워드 기반 PKI 기술의 경우 개인키를 사용자가 기억하기 쉬운 패스워드를 이용하여 보호하고 있기 때문에 패스워드 노출에 대한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 또한 전자입찰시스템에서 타인의 공인인증서를 이용한 불법적인 사용이 증가하고 있다. 최근 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 바이오 인식을 이용한 PKI 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 바이오 인증을 위해 사용자가 입력한 바이오 정보를 템플릿으로 변환하게 되면 기존의 인증 기술보다 보안성이 강화된 사용자 인증 방식을 구축할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 바이오 인식에서 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 지문 정보를 이용하여, 지문보안토큰에 사용자 지문 정보와 인증서를 저장하여 사용자를 인증할 수 있는 전자입찰시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 지문 정보를 이용한 공개키 기반의 전자입찰시스템을 사용할 경우 사용자 인증 강화뿐만 아니라 전자입찰시스템에서 타인의 인증서를 이용한 대리인 입찰 문제를 해결할 수 있다.

공공건설공사 발주제도 운영에 있어 기술경쟁을 지향하는 턴키 및 대안방식 등 설계 시공일괄방식의 경우, 시설물의 품질향상 및 건설기술 발전에 기여하였음에도 불구, 계약되는 공사비가 설계 시공 분리발주방식을 적용하는 공사보다 높아 예산낭비 우려가 있다는 지적과 함께 수주독점, 입찰담합, 심의비리 등의 문제가 쟁점이 되고 있다. 그러나 실제 발주방식별 사업성과와 효과에 대해 정밀 비교분석한 사례가 없는 실정이며, 단순히 낙찰률 등 사업의 한정된 일반적 정보만으로 사업효과를 논의하고 판단하는 것은 자칫 오류를 범할 우려가 있다. 이에 공공 건설공사를 대상으로 계약에서 준공에 이르기까지 실제 집행한 공사비 자료를 광범위하게 조사하여 비용의 투입구조 및 변동추세 등 발주방식별 특성을 비교분석하고 공공건설공사 발주제도의 올바른 이해와 효율적 운영을 도모하고자 한다.

현재 대부분의 인터넷 경매시스템들은 기존 경매소의 기능들을 하나의 서버프로그램으로 통합하여 제공한다. 따라서 이들 시스템들은 기존 경매소의 기능들간의 독립성과 분산성 그리고 병렬성을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 또 이와 같은 인터넷 경매시스템들에서는 단지 경매 관리 기능의 일부만 경매서버프로그램에 의해 자동화하였을 뿐, 사용자들은 여전히 이들 경매서버프로그램에 원격으로 접속하여 직접 입찰을 하여야 한다. 따라서 사용자들은 특정 경매의 동적상황을 모니터링하고, 적절한 입찰가격을 결정하여 입찰하는 반복적인 작업을 계속하여야 한다. 현재 인터넷경배 시스템들의 또 다른 문제점은 다양한 경매 유형을 지원하지 못하고 있다는 점이다. 이들 시스템들의 대부분은 영국식 경매와 네델란드식 경매와 같은 단일 경매만 지원할 뿐 경매의 속도와 효율, 그리고 판매자와 구매자 모두의 이익면에서 단일경매보다 우수한 다중경매를 지원하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 기존 인터넷경매 시스템들의 한계점을 극복하고자, 본 논문에서는 에이전트 기반의 연속다중경매 시스템인 CoDABot를 설계하고 구현하였다. CoDABot는 연속다중경매를 지원하고, 사용자가 선택할 수 있는 다양한 입찰 에이전트를 제공하며, 서브시스템들간의 보다 많은 독립성과 분산성, 그리고 병렬성을 실현하도록 하나의 다중 에이전트 시스템으로 구현하였다.

The development of IT and explosively growing number of Internet users are rapidly spreading and developing e-commerce, while creating diverse on-line transaction methods such as a negotiation, a reverse auction, and a bid. Among these transaction methods, the transactions by means of a negotiation are being made for goods that have no posted price. In particular, the transactions by means of a negotiation are expected to be widely used in the B2B. In order to determine their transportation costs, shippers usually make negotiations with many transporters and logistics companies. And before long, these negotiations are expected to be made on an on-line automated negotiation system. Because of this, this study has tried to develop an automated negotiation methodology that is absolutely necessary for an on-line automated negotiation. This study has estimated and selected the evaluation functions for multi-lateral negotiators' proposals, thus developing an automated negotiation methodology. As a result of this study, a new direction for an automated negotiation has been suggested. Also we expect that this study will be widely used in the automated negotiation of diverse fields.
