e-Learning 수용의도의 결정요인에 관한 연구:서비스 편의성을 중심으로 (A Study on Determinants of e-Learning Acceptance Intention: Focused on Service Convenience)

  • As education environment is changing rapidly and competition of education industry is more intensive, the importance of service view about education is increasing as a differential competitive advantage. This study attempted to investigate the impact of service convenience as a different competitive advantage on e-learning acceptance by using TAM. The purpose of this study is to examine how five-dimensional service convenience constructs(decision convenience, access convenience, transaction convenience, benefit convenience, post-benefit convenience) affect consumers' perceived usefulness, attitude and usage intention. For this study, data were gathered from respondents who bought or used e-learning services and analyzed by structural equation model. Among the five-dimensional service convenience constructs, two constructs(benefit convenience, post-benefit convenience) affected consumers' positive perceived usefulness, attitude and usage intention about e-learning service. The results show that management and investment to improve benefit and post-benefit service convenience make consumers' positive attitude and usage intention about e-learning service.

추구혜택과 패션이미지가 제주지역 패션문화상품 갈옷 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Benefit thought and Fashion Image on Purchase Intention fo Gal-ot)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to identify the effect of clothing benefit sought on fashion image sought and 2) to determine the effects of fashion image and benefit sought on purchase intention of Gal-ot. The data were collected via a self-administered questionnaire from 172 female tourist(20 to 50 ages) in Cheju and analyzed by factor analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis and logistic regression analysis. Four factors of benefit sought were identified : Practicality/economic-value, aesthetics, reputation, and souvenir-value. Six factors of fashion image were found and labeled as: Sexy/feminine, wild/mannish, easy/simple, Cheju image, ecology and natural image. The effects of benefits sought(Practicality/economic-value, aesthetics, reputation and souvenir-value) on fashion image(Sexy/feminine, easy/simple, Cheju and natural image) were found. There were also significant effects of benefit sought(souvenir-value) and fashion image(Cheju image) on purchase intention of Gal-ot.

신체만족도에 따른 다차원적 신체이미지와 의복추구효용 (Multiple Body-Image and Clothing-Benefit Sought according to Body-Cathexis)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate multiple body-image and clothing-benefit sought according to body-cathexis. The questionnaire was administered to 458 female college students in Daegu and Kyungpook. The results were obtained as follows. Most respondents were dissatisfied with their body, especially with lower parts and weight. Among three factors of multiple body-image, degree of appearance-conscious was high, but degree of weight control and physical attractiveness were evaluated low. According to body-cathexis, differences were found in degree of weight control and physical attractiveness between groups. Respondents sought practical use of one's clothing most and comfort, figure flaws compensation, in turn. According to body-cathexis, differences were found in 4 factors of clothing-benefit sought, those were figure flaws compensation, sex appeal, individuality, practical use between groups. Between the factors of multiple body-image and the factors of clothing-benefit sought, positive or negative correlations were found, so it indicated that one's body-image was effected on clothing-benefit sought.

보건진료원 활동의 비용-편익 분석 (Cost-Benefit Analysis on Community Health Practitioner)

  • Purpose : The purpose of the study were to describe outcomes of CHP activities, and to evaluate the economic validity of CHP through a cost-benefit analysis. Method : The sample size was 272. Data were collected using a researcher developed questionnaire from November 1999 to March, 2000. Result : The mean age of CHPs was 39.6 (SD-36). In regard to marital status, 90.8% of the respondents were married. 72% of the CHPs had associate degree. Among CHP activities, providing medical services was 50%, followed by home care visits 20% and health promotion services 20%, preventive services 10%. Total costs per month incurred to CHP activities was \3,053,437($2,442.7). Total benefits per month was \6,711,525($5,369.2). Hence, net benefit was calculated as \3,658,089($2,926). Conclusion : Cost-benefit ratio was 2.20, which provides the evidence of the economic viability of CHP program. The result of cost-benefit analysis, however, would more strongly support the economic value of CHP if intangible benefits of CHP activities such as decreases in pain and suffering and increased quality of life, could be counted.

농작업 편이장비 안전인증의 비용-편익 분석 (Cost-benefit Analysis in Certification of Devices and Equipments Used in Farm Work)

  • This study focuses on the benefit-cost analysis of certification of more than eight hundred devices and equipments used primarily in farm work. Specifically, EPA-suggested averting behavior approach was used for the analysis. Cost-benefit analysis indicates that there will be a net cost of 30 billion won for the first year since the introduction of the certification system. It is expected, however, that net benefit of 568 billion won after 11 years and the accumulated net benefit will reach to 3,867 billion won. These results validate the introduction of safety certification systems for devices and equipments used in farm work sites.

Who Buys Our Brand? The Influence of Consumption Values and the Congruity with Brand Benefits on Brand Identification, Trust and Loyalty

  • This paper explores how the positive effect achieved when consumption value matches brand benefit can increase brand loyalty. Prior research on consumption value mainly focused on perceived value; these studies omit consumers' views of consumption value. Therefore, this study examines the effect of congruence between consumption values (functional, emotional, social, and ethical value) and perceived brand benefits (enabling, enticing, symbolic, and socially responsible benefits) on consumers' brand identification, trust, and loyalty. We find a positive effect on brand identification and brand trust when a consumer's value is similar to a brand benefit, particularly between functional value and enabling benefit, and ethical value and socially responsible benefit. However, congruence between consumption value and perceived brand benefit only had an indirect effect on brand loyalty by mediating brand identification and trust. This study provides a basis for implementing a marketing strategy to build brand assets and increase brand loyalty by providing consumers with the value they want in a diversified market.

재가노인복지사업의 비용편익 분석 (The Cost-benefit Analysis of the Community Care Service Centers for the Elderly)

  • Government provides financial support to the 74 Home help service centers, 36 Day care service centers, and 18 Short stay service centers for the elderly. The number of service centers that receive financial support from the government is far less to meet the potential demand for the community care services. This paper applies cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the net social benefit of the services provided by the 3 types of the community care service centers sponsored by the government to justify the expansion of the government support. The benefit is calculated as community care services are provided privately in the market without financial support from the government. The potential market price is regarded as the benefit or value provided to the elderly. The price levels that potential users are willing to pay for these services are surveyed in the Census for the Elderly by the KIHASA, 1998. The market prices for the community services are generated by equating limited amount of service supply, as in number of users in one year in 3 types of community care service centers, and potential demand for the services. Market prices are multiplied to the number of users of 3 types of community centers to get the total benefit. Total operating cost of the community care service centers is regarded as cost. According to the cost-benefit analysis, Home-help service centers generated net social benefit of 137 billion Won, Day Care service centers generated 15 billion Won, and Short stay service centers generated 6 billion Won. Significant amount of net social benefit indicates that government should increase level of financial support to these service centers.

청주시 도시정보시스템의 비용편익분석 연구 (A Study on Benefit Cost Analysis of Chungju UIS)

  • 최근 도시정보시스템(urban information system, UIS)이 구축되고 실질적인 활용도가 높아 감에 따라 UIS는 지자체 정보화의 핵심수단으로서 보편화되어 가고 있다. 그러나 지하매설물관리를 중심으로 도시정보화가 추진되고 행정조직 내부수요만을 중심으로 운영해 갈 경우 UIS의 비용편익구조는 취약해질 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 국가 GIS팀이 도시정보화의 시범도시로 선정한 청주시의 UIS를 대상으로 비용과 편익을 분석하였다. 청주시 UIS의 경우, 초기에는 도시계획종합정보시스템을 구축하여 비용부담이 그리 크지 않았다. 1993년 GIS의 구축을 시작하여 2002년에는 UIS의 완성을 이루기까지 10년 만에 플러스 순편익을 발생하여 비교적 건전한 비용편익구조를 갖는 효율적인 UIS모델이었다. 그러나 1998년부터 중앙정부의 재정지원으로 지하시설물 수치지도화 사업을 추가하면서 UIS의 비용편익구조가 취약해져 2015년에야 긍정적인 순편익이 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대하여 이 연구는 비용편익비율의 분석, 할인율 모바일 GIS 등을 적용한 민감성 분석을 실시하고 있다.

자전거전용차로 설치에 따른 기대효과 추정 (서울시 사례를 중심으로) (Estimating Potential Impact of Bike Lane Implementation (Case study of Seoul Metropolitan City))

  • 지구온난화 등 기후변화로 지구가 위기를 맞이하고 있으며, 이에 따라 온실가스 감축은 시대의 흐름으로, 교통수단 중 자전거는 가장 빨리 이 목표를 가능하게 해주는 수단이다. 자전거 이용 활성화를 위해서는 자전거 인프라가 부족한 현 시점에서 자전거 전용도로를 새로이 건설하는 것이 효과적이나, 공간확보가 어려우므로 도로다이어트가도시 내에서 자전거전용차로를 확보하기 위한 가장 현실적인 대안이다. 그러나 도로다이어트에 대한 효과분석이 이루어진 사례는 거의 없다. 본 연구에서는 도로다이어트에 의한 자전거전용차로 설치 시 자전거수단분담률 변화에 따른 각 수단의 전환율을 산정하였으며 이로부터 편익을 추정하였다. 현재 자전거의 수단전환 모형이 구축되어 있지 않아 자전거로의 전환량 목표를 설정한 후 다른 수단의 전환량을 모형을 이용하여 추정하였다. 사례지역으로 서울을 선정하였으며 SECOMM 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 기존의 통행시간 절감편익 이외에 건강증진, 환경오염, 에너지절감 편익 등을 고려하였다는 것이 타 연구와의 가장 큰 차이점이라 볼 수 있으며, 도로다이어트의 시행으로 수단들의 총 통행시간이 증가하지만 자전거의 분담률이 5% 정도가 되면 상쇄하는 것으로 분석되었다. 분담률이 2% 일 때 통행시간 절감편익은 (-)이지만 전체 편익은 (+)이며 분담률이 5%를 넘어설 때엔 통행시간 절감편익도 (+)가 되는 것으로 분석되었다.

혁신도시이전 공공기관의 카풀 도입 편익분석 (Benefit Analysis of Carpool Service in Public Agencies Transferring Innovation Cities)

  • 자동차 보급률이 증가함에 따라 교통 혼잡과 관련된 문제가 대두되고 있으며 선진국을 중심으로 카풀 등의 공유교통이 주요 관심사로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 혁신도시 이전공공기관의 기관 내 종사자를 대상으로 중 장거리 출 퇴근 시에 카풀을 도입할 경우에 발생하는 편익을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 이전공공기관의 카풀 이용 수요를 추정하고 교통류 모형을 이용하여 카풀을 도입함에 따라 감소하는 교통량에 따른 통행속도를 추정하였다. 편익은 직접편익과 간접편익으로 구분하였으며 분석결과, 직접편익과 간접편익은 연간 약 230억 원, 565억 원의 편익이 발생하는 것으로 나타나 향후 장래 교통수요관리를 위한 카풀 도입의 기초연구로 활용할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.
