It is necessary to access managing human resources of hospitals with diversity in order to operate hospital organization successfully and efficiently. The research tries to analyze affecting factors of organizational effectiveness of hospital workers according to their positions. The research has been performed on the 836 hospital workers of 8 different positions in the Busan & Gyeong-nam area, utilizing SPSS version 19.0 for processing and analyzing the data. The major results of the research are as following. First, among such factors of organizational effectiveness as sense of belonging to work, pride, work settlement, wage satisfaction, job satisfaction, colleague perception, and unstable consciousness of their job, there is a meaningful difference according to the kinds of working institution and positions. Second, there was higher organizational effectiveness(a sense of belonging and pride) as to higher work settlement and wage satisfaction within all kinds of positions. In addition, there was higher organizational effectiveness(a sense of belonging and pride) as to higher job satisfaction and colleague perception within all kinds of positions except for physical therapist, general adminstration, facilities, nutrition, and etc. There was higher organizational effectiveness(a sense of belonging and pride) within all kinds of positions except for general adminstration, facilities, nutrition, and etc, as to lower job or work complaint.

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 성취지향성목표가 대학생활만족도와 대학 소속감에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하는 것이다. 3년에 걸친 종단 자료를 바탕으로 시간의 흐름에 따른 변화를 분석하기 위해 본 연구는 잠재성장 모형을 활용하였다. 그 결과는 성취목표지향성 개념 중 숙달접근과 숙달회피는 대학생활만족도 초기값에는 영향을 주고 있으나 시간의 흐름에 따른 변화는 없었다. 반면, 수행접근은 대학생활만족도의 초기값에 영향을 주지 못하였지만 시간이 흐름에 따른 변화율에는 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 그리고 수행회피는 초기값과 변화율 모두 영향을 주지 못하였다. 성취목표지향성 요인들이 소속감에 미치는 영향도 조사한 결과 숙달접근과 숙달회피는 대학생활만족도에 미치는 형태와 비슷하게 소속감 초기값에도 영향을 주었다. 다만 수행접근은 대학생활만족도의 변화율에는 영향을 주었지만 소속감 초기값에는 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

리더와 구성원 간 권한위임 등을 통해 구성원의 과업역량에 대한 자신감과 애착심을 고취시키는 임파워링 리더십에 대한 중요성이 대두되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 건설기업에서 임파워링 리더십이 구성원의 자기효능감과 소속감을 통해 직무열의와 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 부산, 울산, 경남 지역 건설기업 직원 271명을 대상으로 설문조사하여 구조방정식모형을 통해 가설검증한 결과, 임파워링 리더십의 정보공유, 참여적 의사결정 순으로 자기효능감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 솔선수범과 코칭 요인은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 임파워링 리더십의 정보공유, 솔선수범, 코칭, 참여적 의사결정 요인 순으로 소속감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감과 소속감은 직무열의와 직무성과에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

4차 산업혁명과 팬데믹은 비대면 서비스에 대한 의존도를 높이는 결정적인 계기가 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 디지털 네이티브 세대를 중심으로 각광 받고 있는 숏폼 브랜디드 콘텐츠에 대해 논의함으로써 비대면 마케팅에 대한 새로운 전략 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 특히 소셜 미디어 상에서 숏폼 브랜디드 콘텐츠를 공유하고 소통하는 사회적 시청 현상을 중심으로 노출 유형 (직접 시청 vs. 사회적 시청)이 숏폼 브랜디드 콘텐츠와 콘텐츠가 포함하고 있는 제품에 대한 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 더불어 인지된 소속감을 매개 변인으로 제시하고, 사회적 시청 과정에서 소비자가 인지하는 소속감이 노출 유형과 소비자 태도 간의 관계에서 유의한 매개 효과를 주는지 실험을 통해 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 노출 유형은 콘텐츠와 콘텐츠가 포함하고 있는 제품에 대한 태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 또한 인지된 소속감 역시 매개 변인으로서 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

A certain subclass $T_{\Omega}(n,\;p,\;\lambda,\;\alpha)$ of starlike functions in the unit disk is introduced. The object of the present paper is to derive several interesting properties of functions belonging to the class $T_{\Omega}(n,\;p,\;\lambda,\;\alpha)$. Coefficient inequalities, distortion theorems and closure theorems of functions belonging to the class $T_{\Omega}(n,\;p,\;\lambda,\;\alpha)$ are determined. Also we obtain radii of convexity for the class $T_{\Omega}(n,\;p,\;\lambda,\;\alpha)$. Furthermore, integral operators and modified Hadamard products of several functions belonging to the class $T_{\Omega}(n,\;p,\;\lambda,\;\alpha)$ are studied here.

The genomes of leptospiral field isolates from Korea belonging to serogroup Icterohaemorrhagiae (21 strains) and serogroup Canicola (1 strain) were analysed and compared by restriction enzyme analysis with EcoRI and HindIII as digesting enzymes. One isolate belonging to serogroup Canicola showed the same pattern as serovar portlandvere. All 21 isolates belonging to serogroup Icterohaemorrhagiae showed almost same patterns as Leptospira serovar lai from China, But with very slight differences 21 isolates could be classified into 8 subtypes and these grouping seems to reflect the differences in epidemiological niche. And also the geographical data consisted with the grouping into 8 subtypes. According to our results, we concluded that the restriction endonuclease analysis of chromosomal DNA will be an accurate and reliable method to compare and classify pathogenic leptospires.

Ten species of Galatheoidea (squat lobsters), belonging to two families, were collected in the Korean exclusive economic zone: Galathea balssi Miyake and Baba, 1964, Galathea orientalis Stimpson, 1858, Galathea pubescens Stimpson, 1858, and Galathea rubromaculata Miyake and Baba, 1967 belonging to Galatheidae; Bathymunida brevirostris Yokoya, 1933, Cervimunida princeps Benedict, 1902, Munida caesura Macpherson and Baba, 1993, Munida japonica Stimpson, 1858, Munida pherusa Macpherson and Baba, 1993, and Paramunida scabra (Henderson, 1885) belonging to Munididae. The present study comprises the morphological description of these ten species, including drawings and color photographs, a brief review of their regional records, and a key for their identification. Although all species are common in Japanese waters, G. balssi, G. rubromaculata, B. brevirostris, C. princeps, M. caesura, and M. pherusa are new to Korean marine fauna.

Investigated was the ground-walking Coleoptera at the moor and adjacent forest at 800 m and rice paddies at lower level of 50 m in altitude. There were 5 species belonging to 5 genera and 2 families, 4 species belonging to 4 genera and 3 families, and 17 species belonging to 11 genera and 2 families respectively. Diplous depressus (Gebler) was the dominant species at the moor and forest in distinctive numbers, while Pheropsophus javanus (Dejean) was the one at the paddies. Three investigated sites supported independently their ground-walking Coleoptera groups. The moor group seemed to fail in establishing the resident Coleoptera community. The fact may imply to be related a kind of the pioneer species in early dry succession that D. depressus was found in a considerable range between forest and moor. The Coleoptera groups of moor and forest was different from that of paddies in species structure.

Taxonomic studies on two bat species, Nyctalus furvus Imaizumi and Yoshiyuki 1968 belonging to the Vespertilionidae, and Tadarida teniotis (Rafinesque) 1814 belonging to the Molossidae collected at Busan, Korea were carried out. The former, which has been known as an endemic species in Japan, is newly recorded in the Korean fauna and the latter is a very rare species which has not been collected since 1928 (Ognev, 1928) until two females were collected at Busan in this study, although Kishida and Mori (1931) reported the occurrence of the latter with no collecting record. Due to the addition of the former to the South Korean bat fauna, the bat fauna is composed of a total of twenty one species and one subspecies belonging to three families.

당근검은잎마름병균인 Alternaria dauci KACC42997에 대해서 32개 살균제를 선발하여 균사생장 억제효과를 조사한 결과, '다2'군, '다5'군, '사1'군, '마2'군, '마3'군에 속하는 살균제의 균사생장 억제효과가 우수하였다. Iminoctadine tris-albesilate를 제외한 '카'군에 속하는 보호살균제와 '다3'군에 속하는 pyraclostrobin은 병원균의 포자발아를 억제하는 효과가 우수하였다. 균사생장 억제효과가 우수했던 숙신산탈수소효소 활성을 저해하는 '다2'군과 탈메틸효소 활성을 저해하는 '사1'군 살균제는 우수한 균사생장 억제효과를 보여주면서도, 포자발아 억제효과는 저조하였다. 하지만 '다5'군에 속하는 fluazinam은 균사생장 억제효과뿐만 아니라 포자발아 억제효과도 우수하였다. 특별히 '다2'군에 속하는 fluxapyroxad를 100 ㎍/ml 처리한 경우, 배지 상에서 포자형성을 47.1% 억제하였다. 구미, 평창, 제주 등에서 분리한 검은잎마름병균 집단의 '사'군, '다'군, '마'군 살균제에 대한 저항성 요인값을 비교하면, 제주 지역 병원균 집단의 저항성 요인값이 가장 낮았다. 평창 지역 균주 집단에서 '마2'군에 속하는 fludioxonil 저항성 균주가 2개 발견되었으며, 그들은 모두 iprodione과 procymidone에 대해서 교차저항성을 보였다.
