관광객행동특성 분석을 통한 백제문화제 발전 및 개선방안 (The Development of Baekje Cultural Festival & Reform Measure by Using Tourist Behavior Characteristic Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 경제적 부가가치를 높일 수 있는 관광자원 중에서 두드러지는 자원중의 하나인 지역축제에 관한 연구이다. 지역축제들이 적극적 이벤트로 잘 포장되어 개발될 때 관광객들이 그 지역주민과 커뮤니케이션을 공유하게 되며, 결국에는 문화적 체험을 할 수 있는 고부가가치 관광자원이 될 수 있다. 지역을 대표할 수 있는 축제인 부여 백제문화제는 제 51 회 대회가 2005 년 10월 3 일 ${\sim}$10월 5 일(3일간)간 지속적으로 개최되고 있는 커다란 지역문화제라고 할 수 있다. 전국 3 대 문화제중 하나인 백제문화제는 지역단위 행사가 아닌 전 국민이 함께 느끼고 즐기며 배울 수 있는 전국 최고의 전통문화축제를 지향하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부여 백제문화제 방문객들에 대한 주요 선택속성 요인들을 찾아내고, 밝혀낸 선택속성 요인을 근거로 대응일치분석을 통하여 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 선호도를 살펴보고 이에 따른 방문객 유치증대에 기여하고자 한다 또한, 축제 선택속성 요인이 재방문 의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 밝혀내고, 우리나라의 대표적인 지역문화축제라고 할 수 있는 부여 백제문화제의 문제점 및 장 단점을 분석하여 향후 지역축제 개최시 보다 많은 관광객유치와 관광수입을 올릴 수 있는 개선방안을 강구하고자 한다.

응급전문간호사의 교육과정안 개발 (Development of Curriculum for the Emergency Clinical Nurse Specialist)

  • Various accidents and injuries are currently occurring in Korea at increasingly high rates. Good quality emergency care service is urgently needed to cope with these various forms of accidents and injuries. In order to develop a sound emergency care system, there need to be a plan to educate and train professionals specifically in emergency care. One solution for the on going problem would be to educate and train emergency clinical nurse specialists. This study on a strategy for curriculum development for emergency clinical nurse specialist was based on the following five content areas, developed from literature related to the curriculum of emergency nursing and emergency care situation : 1. Nurses working in the emergency rooms of three university hospitals were analyzed for six days to identify categories of nursing activities. 2. Two hundreds and eleven nurses working in the emergency rooms of 12 university hospitals were surveyed to identify needs for educational content that should be included in a curriculum for the clinical nurse specialist. 3. Examination of the environment in which emergency management was provided. 4. Identification of characteristics of patients in the emergency room. 5. The role of emergency clinical nurse specialist was identified through literature, recent data, and research materials. The following curriculum was formulated using the above mentioned process. 1. The philosophy of education for emergency clinical nurse specialist was established through a realistic philosophical framework. In this frame, client, environment, health, nursing, and learning have been defined. 2. The purpose of education is framed on individual development, social structure, nursing process and responsibility along with the role and function of the emergency clinical nurse specialist. 3. The central theme was based on human, environment, health and nursing. 4. The elements of structure in the curriculum content were divided to include two major threads, I, e., vertical and horizontal : The vertical thread to consist of the client, life cycle, education, research, leadership and consultation, and the horizontal thread to consist of level of nursing (prevention to rehabilitation), and health to illness based on the health care system developed by Betty Neuman system model. 5. Behavioral objectives for education were structured according to the emergency clinical nurse specialist role and function as a master degree prepared in various emergency settings. 6. The content of the curriculum consisted of three core courses(9 credits), five major courses(15 credits), six elective courses(12 credits) and six prerequisite courses (12 credits). Thus 48 credits are required. Recommendations : 1. To promote tile quality of the emergency care system, the number of emergency professionals, has to be expanded. Further the role and function of the emergency clinical nurse specialist needs to be specified in both the medical law and the Nursing Practice Act. 2. In order to upgrade the qualification of emergency clinical nurse specialists, the course should be given as part of the graduate Program. 3. Certification should be issued through the Korean Nurses Association.

Evaluation of the National Train-the-Trainer Program for Hospice and Palliative Care in Korea

  • Background: To evaluate the effectiveness of the National Train-the-Trainers Program for Hospice and Palliative Care Experts (TTHPC) sponsored by the National Cancer Center of Korea between 2009 and 2012. This program was developed to improve the teaching skills of those in the field of hospice and palliative care (HPC). Materials and Methods: Training was offered in eight 1-day sessions between 2009 and 2012. The effect of the program was measured using Kirkpatrick's model of educational outcomes. First, levels 1 and 2 were evaluated immediately after the 1-day program (n=120). In 2012, the level-3 evaluation test was administered to trainers who offered at least one HPC training (n=78) as well as to their trainees (n=537). Results: The level-1 evaluation addressed participant reactions to and satisfaction with the program. Participants (n=120) were generally satisfied with the content, the method, and the overall course (mean range: 3.94-4.46 on a five-point Likert scale). The level-2 evaluation (learning) showed that participants gained knowledge and confidence related to teaching HPC (4.24 vs. 4.00). The level-3 evaluation (behavioral), which assessed trainers' application of teaching skills to HPC, showed that trainees rated the teaching methods of trainers (mean range: 4.03-4.08) more positively than did trainers (p<0.05). Female trainers were more likely than were male trainers to plan sessions in consideration of their trainees' characteristics (4.11 vs. 3.58; p<0.05), and nurse trainers were more likely than physician trainers to use a variety of instructional methods (4.05 vs. 3.36; p<0.05) Conclusions: We conducted systematic evaluations based on Kirkpatrick's model to assess the effectiveness of our train-the-trainers program. Our educational program was practical, effective, and followed by our HPC experts, who needed guidance to learn and improve their clinical teaching skills.

게임중독 및 관여 수준에 따른 남자 청소년 게임사용집단의 분노표현양상과 인지적 특성 비교 (Comparison of Anger Expression Style and Cognitive Characteristics among Male adolescent game users depending on the level of Game Addiction and Engagement)

  • 본 연구는 게임중독성향을 중독과 관여의 두 차원에서 이해하고, 남자 청소년들의 게임중독 및 관여 수준에 따라 분노표현양상과 인지적 특성에 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 고등학교 남학생 420명을 대상으로 게임중독/관여, 분노표현양상의 파악을 위한 분노행동, 인지적 특성의 파악을 위한 비합리적 신념 척도를 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 게임중독은 자기표현 및 회피를 제외한 분노행동요인들 및 모든 비합리적 신념요인들과 유의미한 정적상관을 나타낸 반면, 게임관여는 직접표출, 회피, 자기비하를 제외한 요인들과 유의미한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 게임중독 및 관여 수준에 따라 세 집단으로 분류하여 분노행동과 비합리적 신념의 차이를 비교한 결과, 중독 고위험-저관여 집단의 사회적 지지추구가 가장 낮고 분산과 자기비하가 가장 높았으며, 중독 저위험-고관여 집단에 비해 자기표현이 낮고 호감/인정에 대한 집착이 높았다. 중독 고위험-고관여 집단은 좌절감이나 불편에 대한 인내력이 가장 낮았고, 분노경험을 반추하고 직접 표출하는 경향이 가장 높았다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 게임중독 고위험 청소년의 관여 수준에 따른 상담적 개입방안을 논의하였다.

동촌유원지의 이용실태 및 변동분석 (Analysis on the Use Behavioral Patterns and Use Fluctuation over the Tong-Ch′on Amusement Park)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish more rational and practical planning theory for amusement park. It analyze and consider the fluctuation of people who come and use the Tong-Ch'on amusement park. The results drawn from this reserch work are as follows; 1. The main visitors of the Tong-Ch'on amusement park are students in their twenties and thirties, and people whose incomes are below 300,000 Won a month. The purpose of visit is for a rest rather than for amusement and user prefer summer, while the user is so rare in wintertime. Those phenomena observed are somewhat different from the real purpose of a amusement park which is on purpose to make profits by offering entertainments to the users. So planner should pay attention to the three points. They are varieties, seasonable diversification and fantastic character of facilties, in the amusement park. 2. The access time of the Tong-Ch'on amusement park was 41 minutes, the use frequency was 4 times a year and resident time was 164 minutes. In the choice of space, there were much differences according to tole user's age, job, degree of education, companion type and purpose of use. 4. There are considerable correlation between use fluctuation and some factors. The factors are season(summer, winter) as a time, temperature, cloud amount, duration of sunshine, weather(rainy-day) as a climate and a day of the week(weekday, holiday) as a social system. The important variables are temperature, cloud amount, duration of sunshine and a day of the week(weekday, holiday) to estimate the user of amusementpark. 5. 1 can reduce the following two types of regression models. 1) log$\sub$e/ Y1 = 6.9114 + 0.l135 TEM + 0.00002 SUN -0.4068W1 + 0.4316 W3 (R$^2$= 0.94) 2) log$\sub$e/ Y2 = 7.2069 + 0.l177 TEM - 0.0990 CLO + 0.4880 W3 (R$^2$=0.95) Y; Number of User TEM; Temperature CLO; Amount of cloud SUN; Duration of Sunshine W1; Weekday W3; Holiday Those model is in order to estimate the user for management of Tong-Ch'on amusement park and use on the computation of facility sloe for reconstruction. Besides the amusement park, city park and outdoor recreation area could estimate of user through this method. But, I am not sure about the regression models because I did not apply the regression models to the other amusement park, city Park or outdoor recreation area. Therefore, I think that this problem needs to be studied on in the future.

소비자 추구혜택과 관심도 및 태도가 기능성건강식품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Consumer's Benefits and Attitudes on the Functional Health Food Purchasing Intention)

  • 본 연구는 소비자가 기능성건강식품을 구매하는데 있어서 소비자 추구혜택, 관심도 및 태도가 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였으며, 소비자의 구매의도 행동패턴을 조사하여 맞춤형 제품 개발을 위한 마케팅전략 수립 등, 경쟁력 제고의 기틀을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상인 기능성건강식품에 대한 범위는 생체조절 기능성식품인 건강기능식품은 물론, 기능기호성식품, 기능성영양식품까지 포함하여 기능성건강식품으로 조작 명명하고 분석에 적용하였다. 연구수행을 위하여 전국에 거주하는 20대~60대의 건강기능식품을 섭취한 사람들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 2016년 9월에 353부의 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 인구사회학적 특성을 통제변수로 하는 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 심리적 추구혜택, 둘째, 기능성 건강관심도와 건강관심도, 셋째, 건강관리 태도와 건강식품 태도가 기능성건강식품 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 소비자 전반의 요구를 파악하고 일반화시키는데 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다. 아울러 실증적인 소비자 행동관련 분석 결과를 제공하므로 기능성식품 소재개발 등 국내외 기능성건강식품 산업의 양적 질적인 성장에 기여할 것으로 사료되는 바이다.

가상협업을 위한 프로세스 모형 (A Process Model for Virtual Collaboration: Theoretical Synthesis and Empirical Exploration)

  • When individuals collaborated in virtual settings, communication is medicated through a variety of communication technologies, and is associated not only with communication effectiveness but also with socio-emotional interactions among group members. In this regards, scholars have examined how technology-mediated communication systems can be designed and used to facilitated communication interaction. However, the empirical results of the previous studies have revealed inconsistencies in the effects of communication media on users' behavioral or attitudinal responses, and on their viable effectiveness in organizations. Some studies claim that computer-mediated communication(CMC) is task-oriented but not suitable for emotional expression since it hinders close interpersonal interaction. On the other hand, some studies argue that individuals are able to develop interpersonal relationships more effectively in a CMC environment than in an FtF-environment. Due to the different perspectives, a theoretical gap exists, and it leads to the inconsistent research findings. The purpose of this paper is to combine the two different perspectives into single unified model, thereby providing a more realistic and comprehensive understanding about virtual collaboration. The present study here sought to answers the following questions with organizational communication perspective: What are the major components of virtual collaboration? What factors affect the performance of virtual collaboration? And what kind of managerial efforts should organization make in order to facilitate CMC media effectiveness in virtual collaboration? Although there is a certain belief that new media, namely technology-mediated communication support would create new opportunities, the problem of "how" or "why" has been an important question that is still not fully addressed. In this regards, we collectively reexamined previous literatures with major issues which are still controversial and integrated various theoretical activity within computer-mediated communication domain: task-oriented approach, socio-emotional approach, and evolutionary psychological approach. Our first contribution is to develop a framework for virtual collaboration by combining two different perspectives into a single unified model, providing a more realistic and comprehensive understanding. The second main contribution is the joint modeling of both social presence and cognitive effort, and the effects on two distinct but important communication outcomes(i.e., take performance and relational development). We tested the research hypotheses which were developed based on the various CMC theories using data gathered through a self-administered mail survey of 127 individuals of 69 virtual workgroups. The proposed model was supported, providing preliminary evidence that the tension between two opposite view should be integrated. The results show that the individual's psychological processes(social presence and cognitive effort) in a virtual environment significantly mediated the effect of CMC inputs (media richness, user adaptation, and shared contest) on the CMC outputs (task performance and relational development). Furthermore, this study shows that the lack of perceived media richness of CMC media can be complemented by user adaptation and shared context. Based on the results, we discuss how communication system should be designed and implemented so as to promote virtual interaction as well as how a virtual workgroup should be composed to complement the lack of media richness. A virtual collaboration using CMC media may create new value by overcoming the logistical constraints. On the other hand, it may also generate various managerial risks such as communicational depersonalization, process dissatisfaction, and low cohesion. Therefore, this study suggests that organization managers should carefully choose the CMC mediums and monitor individual member's cognitive and affective psychological processes during virtual collaboration to reduce potential risks in virtual collaboration.

고객의 암묵적 이상형을 반영하여 배우자 선택기준을 동적으로 조정하는 온라인 매칭 시스템: 의사결정나무의 활용을 중심으로 (A Matchmaking System Adjusting the Mate-Selection Criteria based on a User's Behaviors using the Decision Tree)

  • 본 연구는 고객이 명시적으로 기재한 배우자 선택기준을 고객의 행동에 기반한 암묵적 선호도를 활용하여 동적으로 조정하는 온라인 데이트 시스템을 제안한다. 최근 미혼남녀를 소개시키는 온라인 데이트시스템에 대한 사용이 증대되면서, 많은 온라인 데이트 서비스 업체들이 더욱 정확한 매칭 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 고객에게 직접 배우자 선정기준을 기재하도록 요구하고 있다. 그러나, 많은 고객들이 자신의 이상형을 명확히 밝히지 않거나, 상황에 따라서 이상형을 조정하기 때문에 고객의 배우자 선택기준을 정확히 파악하는데 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 고객이 명시적으로 기재한 이상형뿐만 아니라, 고객이 과거 상대 이성에게 보낸 메시지 기록을 분석하여 파악된 암묵적 이상형을 반영하여 매칭을 수행하는 온라인 데이트 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 고객의 행동 데이터가 일정 수 이상으로 축적되면, 이를 데이터마이닝의 의사결정나무 기법으로 분석하여 고객의 암묵적 이상형을 파악하였으며, 이를 동적으로 반영하여 배우자 선택기준을 조정한다. 제안된 매칭 시스템은 Decision Tree based Matchmaking System(DTMS)이라고 명명하였으며, 본 연구에서는 DTMS 시스템을 설계하고 사용자 인터페이스에 대한 프로토타입을 구현하였다.

경기도 일개 지역사회 대표집단에서 고호모시스테인혈증의 유병률 및 관련요인에 대한 단면조사연구 (Prevalence of Hyperhomocysteinemia and Related Factors in a Community-based Health Examination Survey: A Cross-sectional Study)

  • Background : Many previous studies have shown that elevated homocysteine in the serum is a well known risk factor for cardiovascular disease and this is associated with other risk factors for cardiovascular disease, but any Korean data on this is limited. Objectives : This study aimed to calculate the prevalence of hyperhomocysteinemia and to analyze the relation between elevated homocysteine and the lifestyle factors of Korean adults. Methods : We conducted a cross-sectional survey that included 650 men and 743 women (age range, 20 to 79 years) who were residents of Gwangju City in Gyeonggi-do. These subjects participated in the health interview and examination survey from November to December 2005. The total homocysteine, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, and triglyceride in the serum were measured. All the participants had their body composition measured such as height and weight, and we obtained health-related behavioral information through the self-entry questionnaire. Results : Very right-handed skewed distributions of homocysteine were shown in men and women. The prevalence of hyperhomocysteinemia was 22.6% in men and 13.7% in women in Gwangju city. On the multiple logistic regression analysis, hyperhomocysteinemia was associated with age (OR=1.02, 95% CI=1.01-1.04), male gender (OR=1.60, 95% CI=1.02-2.52), severe general physical activity (OR=0.32, 95% CI=0.15-0.69) and nutrient consumption (OR=0.49, 95% CI=0.31-0.76). Conclusions : There is a great prevalence of hyperhomocysteinemia in adults of Gwangju City, Korea and it was associated with both genetic factors and lifestyle risk factors. This study can suggest that comprehensive lifestyle modification is needed in order to diminish the prevalence of hyperhomocysteinemia and to prevent CVD.

체육인재의 경력유형별 융합적 역량모델 개발 연구 (A Study on Development of Integrated Sports Talents' Competency Model By Career Type)

  • 이 연구는 체육인재 경력현황과 분석을 통해 체육인재의 경력유형별 역량모델을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 체육인재는 체육행정, 심판, 지도자, 스포츠정보분석가, 글로벌 스포츠인재로 제한하였고, 문헌분석, 경력개발 유형 및 경력경로 가이드 설계, 경력유형별 인터뷰를 연구방법으로 활용하여 전문가 적합성 검토를 거쳐 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 연구 결과 공통역량, 전문역량, 글로벌 전문역량으로 구분되었으며, 공통역량은 글로벌, OA활용 등 6개, 전문역량은 5개 경력유형별로 29개, 글로벌 전문역량은 2개로 국제스포츠인재 대상 스포츠외교, 국제협회 및 연맹진출 준비로 구성되었다. 둘째, 모든 역량에는 역량정의 및 행동지표가 함께 개발되었으며 향후 체육인재 역량 수준 진단 및 역량기반 경력개발 아카데미 교육과정 수립에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
