셀프리더십의 유형에 따른 튐웍, 직무만족 및 조직몰입과의 관계에 관한 연구: 특급호텔 Wine & Dining 을 중심으로 (Relationship in Teamwork, JobSatisfaction and Organizational Commitment according to the Type of Self-leadership: Deluxe Hotel' s Wine & Dining)

  • 본 연구는 셀프리더십이 팀웍과 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 것이다. 조사 및 분석을 위하여 2008년 10월 1일부터 25일까지 서울에 위치한 특급 호텔의 wine & dining에 근무하고 있는 직원들을 대상으로 420부의 설문을 배포하였으며 그 중 356부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구 결과 셀프리더십의 행위중심적 전략과 자연보상 전략은 팀웍에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 팀웍은 직무만족과 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 반면에 건설적 사고 패턴 전략은 팀원에 어떠한 영향도 미치지 않았다. 본 연구의 시사점은 특급호텔 wine & dining에 근무하고 있는 직원들에게 셀프리더십에 대한 교육을 진행한다면 직원들의 셀프리더십이 증진되며, 직원만족과 조직몰입에 긍정적 효과를 미칠 수 있다는 것이다. 또한 이는 궁극적으로 고객만족에 긍정적 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다.

  • 이 연구는 사회복지시설 종사자들을 대상으로 하여 외부의 일방적인 간섭과 통제가 아닌, 구성원들 스스로가 담당업무에 대하여 스스로 목표를 설정하고 문제를 해결하는 등 직무수행에 대한 자율성과 자기결정력을 확보시켜 주는 셀프리더십에 대한 탐색적 연구에 초점을 두었다. 이를 위해 사회복지시설 종사자들의 셀프리더십(행동지향 전략, 자연적 보상전략, 건설적 사고전략)이 증가될수록 임파워먼트와 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미침으로써 구성원들의 직무수행의 효율성을 높일 수 있다는 인과모형을 설정하였다. 따라서 이 연구는 향후 이를 기반으로 셀프리더십이 임파워먼트와 직무만족에 미치는 영향관계를 실증분석을 통하여 규명해 봄으로써 인적자원관리의 효율성을 증진시키기 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공할 수 있는 기반 연구라는 측면에 그 의의를 두고자 한다.

Finding the Causal Relationship between Self-Leadership Strategies, Academic Performance and Class Attendance Attitudes : Comparative Research between Korean and Indian Students

  • A number of organizations have had big interests in studies concerning leadership and in academic areas, in not only management but also psychology. Until now, leadership has been accentuated by managers or team leaders especially. Recently, however, the concept of self-leadership directing one's own activities through self-control or self-management is being focused on in practices and in academia. This study is to investigate the influence between self-leadership strategies and learning performance in IT classes mediated by attitude of attendance focused on the social science students in two universities (Korea (121 samples) and India (106 samples)). And this research tried to compare difference between two university students. Research results can give us direction of task-taking attitudes in firms or learning attitudes in teaching organizations and implications to human resource managers who are in charge of improving learning performance or productivity.

일반 간호사의 직무 스트레스 반응에 대한 결정 요인 (A study on the determinants of job stress responses of the staff nurses)

  • Purpose : This paper was attempted to identify the job stress related factors among the staff nurses and to provide the basic data concerning development of stress management program focused on hospitals. Method : The subjects were 309 staff nurses at two general hospitals in Seoul. Data were collected with self-reported questionnaires and analyzed by SPSS-PC+10.0 for descriptive analysis, ANOVA, stepwise multiple regression, factor analysis. Results : The subjects exhibit significantly highest level of 'the participation in decision making factor'. The mean score of 'control coping strategies' was higher than 'avoid coping strategies'. The mean scores of social support and stress responses were high. The main factor that affected the stress responses was 'the job characteristic factor' and it was explained 23.0% out of the total variance of the stress responses. Also, it would be explained 42.6% out of the total variance of the stress responses with 'the control coping strategies, work overload factors, social support, and participation in decision making factors'. Conclusion: For developing the hospital- focused stress management program for staff nurses, 'the participation in decision making factors' and 'the job characteristics' should be considered. Also, the organizational efforts and supports should be required to support and use of 'control coping strategies' of nurses

대상집단 중심의 보건교육을 통한 대사증후군 관리 (Participants-focused health education for the management of Metabolic Syndrome)

  • Objectives: This study aims to identify participants-focused health education approaches for the management of metabolic syndrome. Methods: Data for metabolic parameters of 855,282 Koreans in 2012 were extracted and analysed from the data base of Korea Association of Health Promotion. Literature and documents including study protocols, program contents, evaluation reports and published articles were reviewed in relation to increasing effectiveness and efficiency of health education for managing metabolic syndrome. Results: Health education program should be based on participants-focused perspectives, in which clients' demographic characteristics, composition patterns of metabolic risk factors, and readiness of change are appreciated. Development of theory-based strategies for healthy behavior change and evidence-based program components are also important factors in designing and conducting health education intervention. Multiple health behavior intervention can offer a new paradigm for more comprehensive and efficient health education. Implementation fidelity needs to be systematically evaluated and strengthened to improve the validity of the health education efforts. Conclusion: Enhancing participants-focused health education is the responsibility of health education specialists in promoting the management of metabolic syndrome.

셀프리더십과 비판적 사고성향이 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Self-leadership and Critical Thinking Disposition on College Adaptation among Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study examined the effects of self-leadership and critical thinking disposition on adaptation to college among nursing students. Methods: A descriptive study was conducted with 325 nursing students using a self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a t-test, one way ANOVA, $Scheff{\dot{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20.0. Results: The mean score of college adaptation was 3.22. Significant predictor variables affecting adaptation to college were satisfaction in major (${\ss}=.45$, p<.001), behavior-focused strategies (${\ss}=.16$, p<.001), leadership level (${\ss}=.15$, p=.003), and grade (${\ss}=.11$, p=.016). The explanation power of this regression model was 32.2% and was statistically significant (F=64.60, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that an effective college adaptation program should be developed by including improvement of satisfaction in major, behavior-focused strategies, and leadership level.

교사의 놀이성과 놀이신념, 놀이교수효능감이 문제행동지도전략에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Early Childhood Teachers' Playfulness, Teachers'Positive Play Beliefs and Teaching Efficacy on Play on Teachers' Strategies of Problem Behavior Guidance)

  • 이 연구는 놀이가 영유아의 발달과 학습에서 차지하는 의미와 중요성에 비추어볼 때 교사의 문제행동지도를 놀이지도와의 관련성속에서 탐색해보는 것이 필요하다는 문제의식에 기초하여 교사의 놀이성, 놀이신념, 놀이교수효능감과 문제행동지도과의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울시와 충청남도에 근무하는 어린이집 교사 151명을 대상으로 교사의 놀이성과 문제행동지도전략, 놀이신념과 문제행동지도전략의 관계를 살펴보고, 이들 관계에 놀이교수효능감이 매개역할을 하는지 알아보았다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사 놀이성은 예방적 문제행동지도전략과 긍정적 반응 문제행동지도전략에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 놀이신념은 예방적 문제행동지도전략과 긍정적 반응 문제행동지도전략에 정적 영향을 미쳤고, 부정적 문제행동지도전략에는 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째 교사의 놀이성과 놀이신념은 매개변인인 놀이교수효능감에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 교사의 놀이교수 효능감은 놀이성과 예방적 문제행동지도전략 간의 관계, 놀이성과 긍정적 반응 문제행동지도전략 간의 관계를 매개하였다.

Challenges Experienced Use of Distance-Learning by High School Teachers Responses to Students with Depression

  • Trustless, depression, happiness is a normal human emotion that everyone experiences at times. People face problems and hard circumstances every day due to an environment, social life, or traumatic developments in their lives. This study focused on a particular type of inconsistency patterns of behavior that experiences' students during the school time. Some students find depression interferes with their learning and test taking to such an extent that their grades are seriously affected. This study examined the awareness and readiness of a sample of Saudi Arabian high school teachers to recognize, understand, and respond to the ways in which students may respond to testing situations with depression. Findings suggest teachers learn from experience to use both direct and indirect ways to identify students with depression; employ test preparation and test taking strategies to help students reduce depression; and reach out to parents for additional assistance where teacher strategies are not sufficient.

수학 교과에서의 주목하기(Noticing)에 관한 이해 (The Understanding on the Noticing in Mathematics Education)

  • There have been gradually a few studies on Noticing in the domestic and international area. For the purpose of increasing the concern on teacher noticing and pursuing the affluent studies on the noticing, this study tried to explore and understand the background, the meaning, and the properties of the teacher noticing while summing up the views of the various researchers. As a result, the teacher noticing could be defined as a cognitive process which is focused on mathematical objects, students' mathematical thinking, students' emotions, teaching strategies, classroom environment and interprets them to determine how to react. From this, noticing might be cognitive process which is a combined form of the objects and cognitive behavior, while the objects whom teachers notice covers up the mathematical objects and the teaching objects. Eventually, this study expects to serve as a basis to foster the in-depth understanding of teacher noticing and to derive the follow-up studies.
