Evaluation of Dietary Risk Factors for Abnormal Serum Cholesterol in Korean Sedentary Male Adults

  • This study investigated whether dietary factors are more influential factor than other health behavior such as drinking, smoking and exercise on abnormal serum cholesterol level inspite of Korean dietary pattern differences compared to Europeans and Americans. A double case control study model has been used for the study design. One model consisted of high blood cholesterol cases and control. the other model consisted of low blood cholesterol cased and controls. 5.398 sedentary male workers who had taken medical examinations at a university hospital were used as the study subjects. Out of the study subjects, 36individuals with high blood cholesterol cases and 30 individuals with low blood cholesterol cases were selected. For the 66 individual control selection, the individual control selection, the individuals matching method was adopted. The food frequency method was used to collect the data for assessment of the dietary factors. A standardized questionnaire was used to investigate other health behavior. logistic regression analysis was employed to measure the relative importance between the factors considered. There were no statistically significant differences observed in nutrients consumption or other health behavior among the low, normal and high blood cholesterol groups, An overmatching effect had been suspected as the cause of those findings. However, the results of logistic regression analysis to identify the factors influencing high serum cholesterol showed that odd ratios of dietary factors such as tocopherol(3.0) and saturated fatty acid(1.6) were higher than I. I of smoking and 1.2 of drinking. Similar results were also observed incases of low serum cholesterol. The above findings imply that although the dietary pattern is quite different from that of Europeans and America, the dietary factor is still a significant factor for abnormal blood cholesterol in Koreans. Therefore, the dietary risk factor identified in high fat consumption populations are still relevant for the relatively healthy Korean as guideline for preventive health practices.   • In this report, we provide the focus on suggesting a method of estimating & measurement of CBM(Customer Behavior Model). Through the use of internet, a new trend of business for e-CRM on B2C Web Site which is now known as EC has emerged. The Purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the customers of a shopping mall and CBM characteristics. Result showed that there is a significant relationship between the some customers pattern of shopping mall and CBM, CVM(Customer Visit Model).

가계 소비.저축 및 근로.여가 형태와 출산율간의 인과관계분석 (Family Consumption-Saving and Work-Leisure Behavior As the Correlates and Determinants of Fertility in Korea)

  • There have been numerous studies in Korea and other countries of which the major hypotheses are identifying and dearibing the conditions under which the value of children has been formed. The present study proposes to view the formation of the value of children as a correlate of family's consumption-saving and work4eisure behavior pattern. The objectives of the proposed study are to identify the socio-economic and demographic factors determining the family's consumption-saving and work-leisure behavior pattern and to analyse the relationship between the value of children and this behavior pattern. The conceptual framwork of the analysis is that an individual family's socio-economic and demographic factors influence and shape the consumption-saving and work-leisure behaviors and these behaviors in turn influence and reflect the correlates and proximate determinants of the family'sfertility. In this paper, regression model is used to analyse the hypothesized relationship among the various variables. The regression methods used are first and second stage multiple regressions. In addition, MONOVA has been used to show the interactions. Data used are collected from the government publicactions. The major findings from this study are as follows: As the living Standard improves, n individual family's consumption of necessities and its working hours decline, while savings and leisure activities increase. The phenomena result in the fertility reduction as can be seen in the more developed conntries. Child-bearing and rearing activities are found to be the important component to determine the condumption-saving and work-leisure activies. The married women's labor participation, and the investment in education and health are also found to be the factors reducing fertility rate.

  • The study on mechanical behavior of the structure at the site includes experimental method and numerical analysis method. Experimental method is categorized into true-scale test and laboratory model test. A laboratory model test is to monitor the failure mechanism with a model simulated similar with a real ground so as to identify the quantitative result, while a true-scale model test is the approach which enables to identify the potential problems that may occur with a simulated construction situation similar with a real site circumstance. Thus this study was intended to carry out the experimental test of non open-cut excavation by pipe roof method which is mostly common in domestic sites. as well as was aimed at identifying the ground behavior occurred during pipe penetration using laboratory model test. Appropriate reduced-scale model was selected, taking into account of domestic geological characteristics and operation characteristics of traditional and high-speed rail trains and the qualitative evaluation of displacement was carried out based on a certain ground loss volume depending on excavation after categorizing trackbed settlement pattern by depth of top soil.

개인의 복합적인 특성에 따른 활동유형 분석 (A Study on Activity Type Based on Multi-dimensional Characteristics)

  • 활동기반 모형은 개개인의 다양한 일상 활동을 교통계획의 의사결정단위로 파악하고, 인간의 활동으로 인해 파생된 통행을 분석한다. 즉, 동일한 활동패턴 집단의 유형의 사회경제적, 상황적 특성에 따라 어떤 활동을 수행할 것인지를 결정하고 활동수행주체의 활동시간, 공간의 이동, 교통수단을 선택하는 행위에 대한 예측을 수행한다. 통행은 개인과 다른 사람들이 참여하여 이루어지는 복합적인 의사결정 과정으로 간주되기 때문에 이를 통한 활동기반모형은 교통수요 예측에 있어 보다 효율적이면서 현실에 부합한 수요추정을 수행 할 수 있다. 이러한 과정에서 개인의 하루 활동유형을 선택하는 과정은 매우 중요하며, 이에 따라 활동기반 모형의 통행이 발생된다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 개인의 활동유형 선택에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고, 개개인의 특성에 따라 활동유형 선택행태를 분석하였다. 먼저 통행사슬 유형과 활동목적을 검토하여 활동유형을 분류하고, 활동유형선택에 영향을 미치는 개개인의 사회경제적 특성변수를 도출하였다. 다음으로 활동유형별 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석 모형을 구축하여, 활동수행주체의 복합적 특성에 따라 선호되는 활동패턴에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 결론적으로 활동유형의 선택은 활동수행주체의 복합적인 특성에 의존하며, 장래 활동기반 교통수요 예측에 있어 개인의 복합적인 특성이 활동기반 모형의 활동스케줄 결정 과정에서 고려되어야 함을 시사하고 있다.

행동 패턴 기반 범죄 예측 모델 연구 (Crime prediction Model with Moving Behavior pattern)

  • 본 논문에서는 CCTV 기반의 행동인식과 ConvexHull을 이용한 손의 패턴 인지를 통한 이상행동을 판단하는 알고리즘을 제시하고 있다. CCTV를 이용한 기존 범죄 예방에는 주로 얼굴 인식이 쓰인다. 이는 화면에 보이는 얼굴과 기존 범죄자와 수배자의 얼굴 정보를 대조하여 대상의 위험도를 판단하는 방식으로, 앞으로의 범죄행동 예측에는 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 보다 다양한 상황을 예측하기 위해 대상의 팔과 다리, 몸의 기울기 등의 움직임과 손의 패턴을 파악하여 이상행동을 판단한다. 몸의 움직임이 일반적인 행동을 벗어났다고 판단될 때 대상의 행동패턴을 파악하여 폭력과 납치 등의 행동패턴과 비교하여 범죄를 예측할 수 있다.

Elastic stability of functionally graded graphene reinforced porous nanocomposite beams using two variables shear deformation

  • This paper is concerned with the buckling behavior of functionally graded graphene reinforced porous nanocomposite beams based on the finite element method (FEM) using two variables trigonometric shear deformation theory. Both Young's modulus and material density of the FGP beam element are simultaneously considered as grading through the thickness of the beam. The finite element approach is developed using a nonlocal strain gradient theory. The governing equations derived here are solved introducing a 3-nodes beam element, and then the critical buckling load is calculated with different porosity distributions and GPL dispersion patterns. After a convergence and validation study to verify the accuracy of the present model, a comprehensive parametric study is carried out, with a particular focus on the effects of weight fraction, distribution pattern of GPL reinforcements on the Buckling behavior of the nanocomposite beam. The effects of various structural parameters such as the dispersion patterns for the graphene and porosity, thickness ratio, boundary conditions, and nonlocal and strain gradient parameters are brought out. The results indicate that porosity distribution and GPL pattern have significant effects on the response of the nanocomposite beams, and the results allows to identify the most effective way to achieve improved buckling behavior of the porous nanocomposite beam.

Deep Learning-Based Companion Animal Abnormal Behavior Detection Service Using Image and Sensor Data

  • 본 논문에서는 영상 데이터와 센서 데이터를 활용한 딥러닝 기반의 반려동물 이상행동 탐지 서비스를 제안한다. 최근 반려동물 보유 가구의 증가로 인해 기존 푸드 및 의료 중심의 반려동물 시장에서 인공지능을 더한 펫테크(Pet Tech) 산업이 성장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인공지능을 통한 반려동물의 건강관리를 위해 영상 및 센서 데이터를 활용한 딥러닝 모델을 기반으로 반려동물의 행동을 분류하고, 이상행동을 탐지하였다. 자택의 CCTV와 직접 제작한 펫 웨어러블 디바이스를 활용하여 반려동물의 영상 데이터 및 센서 데이터를 수집하고, 모델의 입력 데이터로 활용한다. 행동의 분류를 위해 본 연구에서는 반려동물의 객체를 검출하기 위한 YOLO(You Only Look Once) 모델과 관절 좌표를 추출하기 위한 DeepLabCut을 결합하여 영상 데이터를 처리하였고, 센서 데이터를 처리하기 위해 각 센서 별 연관관계 및 특징을 파악할 수 있는 GAT(Graph Attention Network)를 활용하였다.

단면의 골재분포를 고려한 콘크리트의 휨균열 진전 거동해석기법 (An analysis method Flexural Crack Propagation Behavior of Concrete with Aggregate Distribution of Section)

  • This paper discusses 2D models of beams for simulating the fracture of brittle materials. A simulation of an experiment on a concrete beam subjected to bending, in which two overlapping cracks occur, is used to study the effect of individual beam characteristics and different arrangements of the beams in the overall network mesh. It was found that any regular orientation of the beams influences the resulting crack patterns. Methods to implement a wide range of poisson's ratios are also developed, the use of the mesh to study arbitrary micro-structures is outlined. The crack pattern that are obtained with mesh are in good agreement with the experimental results. Also, numerical simulations of the tests were performed by means of a model, and non-integer dimensions were measured on the predicted mesh damage patterns.

  • 본 논문에서는 모바일환경에서의 사용자 감정인지를 통한 개인화 서비스 지원에 필요한 위치기반 센싱 데이터의 전처리 기법과 사용자 감정 데이터의 구축 및 전처리를 위한 V-A 감정 모델에서의 감정 데이터 전처리 기법에 대하여 연구한다. 이를 위하여 그래뉼러 컨텍스트 트리 및 스트링 매칭 기반의 감정 패턴 매칭 기법을 사용한다. 또한 상황 인지를 통한 개인화 서비스를 위해 확률 기반 추론을 이용한 상황 인식 및 개인화 서비스 추천 기법에 대하여 연구한다.
