유아교사의 문제행동지도 효능감에 대한 개인적 변인과 대인관계 변인의 영향 (Effects of Individual and Interpersonal Variables on Early Childhood Teachers' Efficacy of Problem Behavior Guidance)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of individual and interpersonal variables on early childhood teachers' efficacy of problem behavior guidance. Individual variables consisted of teachers' socio-demographic characteristics, experience of training course on problem behavior guidance and warm-hearted attitude. Interpersonal variables consisted of intimacy with colleagues, support from the principal of a kindergarten, parental partnerships. Subjects were 122 early childhood teachers in Busan. Major findings were as follows. There were significant differences in teachers' efficacy of problem behavior guidance with respect to teachers' age, teaching experience, position, marriage status, experience of training course on problem behavior guidance, warm-hearted attitude, intimacy with colleagues, and support from the principal of a kindergarten. In other words, a higher level of teachers' efficacy of problem behavior guidance was shown in the teachers who were older, highly experienced, or in higher positions. In addition, teachers who were married, had completed a training course on problem behavior guidance, had a higher warm-hearted attitude, had a intimacy with colleagues, or had a support from the principal of a kindergarten were found to have higher efficacy of problem behavior guidance. As results of examining relative effects of individual and interpersonal variables on efficacy of problem behavior guidance, the influential variables are teaching experience, warm-hearted attitude, support from the principal of a kindergarten, and position in that order.

영유아교사의 반응성이 문제행동지도전략에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Teachers' Responsiveness Early Childhood Teachers' Strategies of Problem Behavior Guidance)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of teachers' responsiveness on teachers' strategies of problem behavior guidance. Teachers' responsiveness variables consisted of acceptance, sensitivity, consistency, warmth and teachers' strategies of problem behavior guidance variables consisted of positive proactive strategies, positive reactive strategies, negative reactive strategies. Subjects were 151 early childhood teachers in Seoul and Chungcheungnam-do. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression and hierarchical multiple regression. The main results of this study were as follows. Teachers' acceptance, sensitivity, consistency, warmth were positively related to teachers' positive proactive strategies and positive reactive strategies of problem behavior guidance. On the other hand, teachers' warmth was negatively related to teachers' negative reactive strategies. As results of examining relative effects of teachers' responsiveness on positive proactive strategies of problem behavior guidance, the influential variables were warmth and acceptance. The relative effects of teachers'responsiveness on positive reactive strategies of problem behavior guidance, the influential variables were sensitivity and acceptance. The relative effects of teachers' responsiveness on negative reactive strategies of problem behavior guidance, the only influential variable was warmth.

  • The Purpose of this study was to examine the difference among peer orientation according to socio-demographic variables and mothers' rearing behavior of early adolescents and to analyze the effect of these variables influencing peer orientation. The subjects were 399 students-sixth grade and second grade in middle school students, living in Gwangju. The major findings were as follows : 1. Peer orientation of early adolescents showed partial differences according to the socio-demographic variables and mothers' rearing behavior. Peer advice seeking showed significant difference according to child's grade, reasoning guidance, affection and active-education of mother. And extreme peer orientation was difference in the child's grade, sex. family type, reasoning guidance and over-protection of mother. 2. The order in the effective power of variables on peer orientation of early adolescents was as following. Peer advice seeking was influenced by the child's grade and affection that were explained about 21%. And extreme peer orientation was influenced by reasoning guidance. over-Protection. the child's sex, and family type that were explained about 17%. In conclusion, Mothers' rearing behavior was influenced on peer orientations. Above all children's peer orientations are need for the improvement mothers' behavior reasoning guidance. affection.

부모 듣기 지도 프로그램이 청각장애아동의 언어 능력과 의사소통 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Parent Involvement Auditory Training Program on Communication Ability of Children with Hearing Impairments)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the parents listening guidance program, which allows the parents to understand their hearing impaired children and how to listen at home, on the communication skills of the hearing impaired children. The research subjects were 3 hearing impaired children who did not accompany with the intellectual, emotional and behabioral problems, and the listening guidance has been performed for their parents for 3 months through the listening guidance program. The changes in the communication skills in the hearing impaired children were observed comparing before and after the education. In the results, first, the receptive language skill of the hearing impaired children was improved after than before the parents listening guidance. Second, the expressive language skill of the hearing impaired children was improved after than before the parents listening guidance, too. Third, in the communication behavior of the hearing impaired children, the phonation and the speech production were increased together with the gesture after the parents listening guidance. In conclusion, it is deemed that the parents listening guidance program would have positive influence on the communication behavior of the hearing impaired children.

부모가 자녀에게 행하는 구강건강관리행동에 따른 아동의 구강건강상태 (The oral health status of the preschool child according to the oral health management behaviors performed by their parents)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of parents' oral health management behavior towards children on children's oral health. Methods: Dental examination were done to 82 children, and a survey was conducted to 82 parents of them. This researcher conducted multiple regression analysis to figure out how parents' oral health management behavior towards their children influences their oral health condition. Results: Among the kinds of parents' oral health management behavior towards their children, when they received a lower score in guidance for dietary control, children tended to have more dt index. Among the kinds of parents' oral health management behavior towards their children, guidance for tooth brushing and guidance for oral care influenced their children's O'leary index. When they received a higher score in guidance for tooth brushing and guidance for oral care, their children's O'leary index became lower. Conclusions: This study has found that parents' dietary guidance provided to children influences their dt index, and O'leary index, one of the major causes of dental caries, is influenced by parents' guidance for tooth-brushing and guidance for oral care. Therefore, we should realize that according to the degree of parents' interest in children's oral care, children's state of oral health can be changed, and parents should acquire proper knowledge about oral health and instruct and train their children desirably.

초등학교 비만아동 및 정상체중아동의 식행동과 어머니의 식행동 지도 (The Dietary Behavior of Obese and Normal Weight Elementary School Children with Maternal Guidance for Their Dietary Behavior)

  • This study was conducted to investigate whether there were any differences in the body image perception, dietary behavior and maternal dietary guidance between an obese group (“OG”) and a normal weight group (“NWG”), and furthermore, to provide basic informations for comprehensive educational programs for obese children. For this purpose, the questionnaire method was used. The subjects were 1,501 elementary school children, in the 4th to the 6th grades in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, and Andong, and their mothers (1,459). The percentage of the children who misperceive their body image was higher among the girls (30.4%) than the boys (22.6%) The average scores for balanced dietary behavior as assessed by the children was higher in the OG than in NWG; the average scores for dietary control as assessed by their mothers was higher in the NWG than in the OG. The scores for dietary behavior as assessed by the children was different from those as assessed by their mothers. Assuming that the mothers would give more correct and balanced answers, the development of a reliable questionnaire for dietary behavior that could be more accurately answered by the children is necessary. Maternal dietary guidance for dietary control was more frequently given in the OG as compared with the NWG and more frequently in girls as compared with boys ; while that for balanced diet was more in the NWG as compared with the OG. The worse the mothers estimate of the dietary behavior for their children, the more they tried to guide their children in dietary behavior. It is recommended that the children should be taught to correctly recognize the degree of their obesity, and receive the appropriate educational program accordingly, including the maternal dietary guidance.

행동유도법에 대한 보호자의 인식도 조사 (A Survey of Guardian's Attitudes toward Behavior Guidance Techniques)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 실정에 맞는 행동유도법에 대한 보호자의 인식도를 조사하여 어린이 환자와 보호자, 그리고 치과 의사간의 긍정적인 관계를 설정하는데 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 117명의 보호자에게 소아치과에서 사용되는 행동유도법에 대해 구두로 설명한 후 설문지를 작성하게 하였다. 설문지에 포함된 행동유도법은 다음과 같다: 말-시범-시행법, 음성조절법, 기구에 의한 보호안정법, 의료진에 의한 보호안정법, 아산화질소-산소 흡입진정법, 의식하 진정법, 전신마취법. 106명의 보호자의 설문지가 분석을 위해 채택되었다. 말-시범-행동법에 대한 인식도가 가장 높았다. 그 뒤로 음성조절법, 의료진에 의한 보호안정법, 아산화질소-산소 흡입진정법, 기구에 의한 보호안정법, 의식하 진정법, 전신마취법 순으로 낮아졌다. 보호자의 연령, 성별, 환자의 나이, 환자의 성별, 환자의 치과 경험 유무, 치과 방문의 종류, 의료진의 직위는 보호자의 행동유도법에 대한 인식에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 보호자들은 의사소통을 통한 행동유도법(말-시범-시행법, 음성조절법)을 가장 긍정적으로 생각하며, 전신마취법에 의한 행동유도법을 가장 부정적으로 생각하는 것으로 나타났다.

세종시 유치원의 식생활지도 실태에 대한 영양사와 학부모의 인식 (Perception of Kindergartens Dietitians and Parents for Actual Dietary Guidance in Kindergartens of Sejong City)

  • This study aimed to investigate the dietary guidelines from the dietitians and parents' perceptions in kindergarten. The survey was carried out by 39 dietitians and 320 parents in kindergarten of Sejong city from April 18 to May 14, 2019. Approximately, 48.6% of dietitians responded that the amount of food provided was adjusted according to the age and weight of the infant. Both dietitians and parents responded the most to 'to build the right eating habits' as the reason for dietary guidance. As a guiding method for infants who sneaked unpleasant food, 62.9% of dietitians responded 'teach them about the wrong behavior on the spot', and 63.7% of parents stated 'talk about wrong behavior later'. The necessity of linking the dietary guidance between kindergarten and the family was recognized by dietitians and parents. The most important content for the linkage of the dietary guidance was 'correct eating manners and attitude'. The biggest problem in the dietitian's dietary guidance was the guidance on an unbalanced diet. Our results indicated differences in the dietary guidance contents of dietitians' and parents' perception of importance. Apparently, it is considered essential to link kindergarten with the family to provide correct and effective guidance for children.

무선 센서 네트워크 기반의 화재 대피 유도 연구 (A Study of Fire Shunt Guidance Based on Wireless Sensor Networks)

  • 본 논문은 센서 네트워크를 이용하여 실시간으로 건물 내부의 화재 정보를 감시하고, 화재 발생 시 적절한 대피 경로를 제안하는 화재 대피 유도 시스템 모델을 제안한다. 이 시스템 모델은 센서 경보 모듈(sensor alert module), 행위 제안 모듈(behavior suggestion module), 비상 장치 제어 모듈(emergency device control module) 등으로 구성된다. 센서 경보 모듈은 센서 네트워크에서 수집한 정보를 주기적으로 감시하고, 규칙기반 알고리즘을 이용하여 화재 여부를 판별한다. 그리고 행위 제안 모듈은 센서 경보 모듈이 생성한 위험 센서 목록(danger sensor list)을 가지고 화재지역을 파악하여 화재 위치에 따른 비상등의 방향을 제시하고, 비상 장치 제어 모듈은 제시된 비상등의 방향에 따라 관련 비상 장치를 제어하거나 화재 상태를 도시한다. 이 시스템의 동작을 검증하기 위해 가상으로 무선 센서 네트워크의 데이터를 생성하여 인터넷 웹 기반의 화재 대피 유도 시스템을 구현하여 실험한다. 향후 본 연구를 통하여 대형 건축물에서 화재 발생과 같은 긴급 상황 발생할 경우 사람들을 안전하게 보호할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

소아청소년의 비약물적 행동유도 (Non-Pharmacological Behavior Guidance in Pediatric Dentistry)

  • Attitudes of parents toward behavior guidance techniques used in pediatric dentistry have changed for decades. Some techniques were regarded acceptable with authority of dentists' assistance, but now face the objection of caregivers. For the way of breeding is changing, dentist should understand the situation and try to communicate with caregiver for eliminating misunderstanding of the procedures that could induce lawsuit for abusive techniques. Most of all, dentist should try to find the best method for the patient and help to overcome the fear and anxiety. The meaningful knowledge driven from clinical experience should be shared with other dentists to build up sound theoretical foundation.
