  • 기술집약형 중소기업의 기술사업화 활동은 초기 기술을 대상으로 사업화를 전개하는 경우가 많기 때문에 기술 및 시장 위험도가 상대적으로 높다. 따라서 개별 기업의 역량이나 전략만으로 설명되기 보다는 혁신시스템적 관점에서 파악할 때 실효성 있는 정책 방안을 제시할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술집약형 중소기업이 집적되어 있는 대덕연구개발특구 지역을 중심으로 이들 기업의 기술사업화 행태와 혁신시스템의 분석을 통해 그 특성을 밝히고 이러한 특성을 고려한 기술사업화 지원정책 방향을 도출하고자 하였다. 특히 현재 대덕연구개발특구의 기술사업화 시스템의 한계와 문제점을 국가수준과 지역 수준에서의 혁신시스템 전환기에 나타나는 '시스템 전환 지체'로 파악하고, 이러한 시스템 실패 극복을 위한 정책방향과 과제를 제안하였다.

Influence of post-pouring joint on long-term performance of steel-concrete composite beam

  • The concrete bridge decks are usually precast and in-situ assembled with steel girders with post-pouring joint in the construction practice of super-wide steel-concrete composite beam. But the difference of concrete age between the precast slabs and the post-pouring joint has been not yet considered for the long-term performance analysis of this kind composite beam. A simply supported precast-assembled T-shaped beam was taken as an example to analyze the long-term performance of steel-concrete composite beam with post-pouring joint. Based on the deformation coordination conditions of the old-new concrete deck and steel girder, a theoretical model for the long-term behavior of precast-assembled composite beam is proposed in this paper according to age-adjusted effective modulus method. Then, the feasibility of the proposed model is verified by the available test data from the Gilbert's composite beams. Parametric studies were preformed to evaluate the influences of the cross-sectional area ratio of the post-pouring joint to the whole bridge deck, as well as the difference of concrete age between the precast slabs and the post-pouring joint, on the long-term performance of the composite beam. The results indicate that the traditional method without considering the age difference would seriously underestimate the effect of creep and shrinkage of concrete bridge decks. The concrete age difference between the precast slabs and the post-pouring joint should be demonstrated for the life cycle design and long-term performance analysis of precast-assembled steel-concrete composite beams.

Soy food intake behavior by socio-demographic characteristics of Korean housewives

  • In this study, the soy food intake behaviors including perception and intake frequency of soybean foods by sociodemographic variables were analyzed in housewives. The perception of housewives for soy foods showed that soybean paste, soybean curd, and Dambuk were high in the descending order for nutritional quality and health promotion effect, and soybean paste received the highest score in taste and flavor. Soybean sprouts received the highest evaluation score in the economic aspect. In the aspect of safe food, soybean paste received the highest evaluation score, as mush as a traditional food. The analysis of perception by sociodemographic variables showed that soybean curd, Dambuk, and soybean sprouts had higher perceptions as education level increased, and soy milk had higher perceptions in subjects with younger age and with employment. In the intake frequency, more than 50% of the subjects had soybean curd, soybean sprouts, and soybean paste more than once a week. The analysis for correlation between the intake frequency of soy foods and the degree of perception showed that taste and flavor had high correlation with the intake frequency of soy foods except soybean sprouts. The intake frequency of soybean paste, Dambuk, and soy milk had positive correlations to familiarity and that of soy milk had positive correlations to nutrition and health perception, and those of soybeam paste, soybean sprouts, and soy milk had positive correlations to safe food perception. From the above results, housewives in Korea had very high perceptions to nutritional quality and health promotion effect of soy foods and the degree of perception and accompanied intake frequency had significant differences by age, education level, and economic level among sociodemographic variables.

Synthesis, Characterization, and Crystal Structures of Iron(Ⅱ) and Manganese(II) Complexes with 4,7-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-1-thia-4,7-diazacyclononane

  • A new synthesis has been developed for 1-thia-4,7-diazacyclononane and the complexation behavior of a particular derivative has been explored. The pentadentate ligand 4,7-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-l-thia-4,7-diazacyclononane ([9]$N_2SPY_2$) and its iron(Ⅱ) and manganese(Ⅱ) complexes were prepared and characterized. Magnetic moments of 5.17 and 5.90 μB respectively, indicate that the iron(Ⅱ) and manganese(Ⅱ) complexes are high spin. Charge transfer transitions (d-π*) occur for [Fe(Ⅱ)([9]$N_2SPY_2)(X)]^{n+}$at 27027, 25000, and 24390 cm-1 for X=$H_2O$, Cl-, and OH-, respectively. In acetonitrile solution, the cyclic voltammogram of the manganese(Ⅱ) complex exhibits a redox couple at 0.92 V vs. NHE while the redox potentials for [Fe(Il)([9]$N_2SPY_2)(X)]^{n+}$ are 0.70, 0.66, and 0.37 V vs. NHE for X=$H_2O$, Cl-, and OH-, respectively. The d-π* charge transfer energy and Fe(Ⅱ)/Fe(Ⅲ) redox potential for [Fe(Ⅱ)([9]$N_2SPY_2)(X)]^{n+}$ increase in the same order: $H_2O>Cl^- >OH^-$. The crystal structures of the iron(Ⅱ) and manganese(Ⅱ) complexes reveal that the metal ions are sixcoordinate, binding to four nitrogen atoms and a sulfur atom from the pentadentate ligand, as well as a chloride anion, with the chloride and sulfur atoms in cis positions. The two metals have similar coordination geometries, which are closer to trigonal prismatic than octahedral. In both iron and manganese complexes, the M-N($sp_3$) trans to Cl- is 0.07 Å longer than the one cis to Cl- , and M-N($sp^2$) trans to S is 0.05 longer than the one cis to S atom.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the recyclability of Shenlong in China using SWOT. The main analysis results are as follows. First, provided that the company's current capacity utilization rate is seriously insufficient, reducing staff is one among the effective ways. Second, Shenlong should open a web store to cater to young people's online shopping behavior, and further expand the brand visibility using national mainstream media and online shopping platforms like Taobao and JingDong to market Dongfeng Peugeot and Dongfeng Citroen on the whole network. Third, under the premise of maintaining the present best-selling models, Shenlong should appropriately reduce the amount of models, adjust the assembly capacity ratio of every model and every displacement in real time per the newest market trends, increase the agility of auto companies' production, and timely meet the wants of domestic consumers. Fourth, dual-brand coordination and channel integration are very necessary, and also the profitability and profitability of dealers are going to be further improved, thereby increasing sales. Fifth, target building new energy leading products of Shenlong, strive to attain the forefront of the industry within the sales of recent energy vehicles within 5 years, and gradually expand new energy vehicle products from passenger vehicles to passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles. Finally, the marketing field of Shenlong Automobile should achieve "three major changes", that is, change from a goal-driven type to a demand-driven type, cancel the bundling of outlet invoicing goals and delivery incentive tiers; start from basic capabilities, and set pragmatic and challenging goals; focus Channels, to realize following the activation of outlets, and single store sales increase.

Axial compressive behavior of concrete-encased CFST stub columns with open composite stirrups

  • The existing method to improve the coordination performance of the inner and outer parts of concrete-encased concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) composite columns by increasing the volume-stirrup ratio causes difficulties in construction due to over-dense stirrups. Thus, this paper proposes an open polygonal composite stirrup with high strength and high ductility CRB600H reinforced rebar, and seventeen specimens were constructed, and their axial compressive performance was tested. The main parameters considered were the volume-stirrup ratio, the steel tube size, the stirrup type and the stirrup strength. The test results indicated: For the specimens restrained by open octagonal composite stirrups, compared with the specimen of 0.5% volume-stirrup ratio, the compressive bearing capacity increased by 14.6%, 15.7% and 21.5% for volume-stirrup ratio of 0.73%, 1.07% and 1.61%, respectively. For the specimens restrained by open composite rectangle stirrups, compared with the specimen of 0.79% volume-stirrup ratio, the compressive bearing capacity increased by 7.5%, 6.1%, and -1.4% for volume-stirrup ratio of 1.12%, 1.58% and 2.24%, respectively. The restraint ability and the bearing capacity of the octagonal composite stirrup are better than other stirrup types. The specimens equipped with open polygonal composite stirrup not only had a higher ductility than those with the traditional closed-loop stirrup, but they also had a higher axial bearing capacity than those with an HPB300 strength grades stirrup. Therefore, the open composite stirrup can be used in practical engineering. A new calculation method was proposed based on the stress-strain models for confined concrete under different restrain conditions, and the predicted value was close to the experimental value.

Antibody radiolabeling with diagnostic Cu-64 and therapeutic Lu-177 radiometal

  • With the development of monoclonal antibodies, therapeutic or diagnostic radioisotope has been successfully delivered at tumor sites with high selectivity for antigens. Different approaches have been applied to improve the tumor-to-normal ratio by considering the in vivo stability of radioimmunoconjugates as a prerequisite. Various stable and inert antibody radiolabeling techniques for radioimmunoconjugate preparation have been extensively evaluated to enhance in vivo stability. Antibody radiolabeling techniques should be rapid and easy; they should not disrupt the immunoreactivity and in vivo behavior of antibodies, which are coupled with a bifunctional chelator (BFC) to stably coordinate with a radiometal. For the design of BFCs, radiometal coordination properties must be considered. However, various diagnostic radionuclides, such as 89Zr, 64Cu, 68Ga, 111ln, and 99mTc, or therapeutic radionuclides, such as 177Lu, 67Cu, 90Y, and 225Ac, have been increasingly used for antibody radiolabeling. In addition to useful radionuclides, 64Cu and 177Lu with the most accessible or the highest production rates in many countries should be considered. In this review, we mainly discussed antibody radiolabeling techniques and conditions that involve 64Cu and 177Lu radiometals.

인플루언서의 감정노동과 직무스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Influencers' Emotional Labor and Job Stress on Job Burnout)

  • 최근 인플루언서의 글로벌 시장이 급성장하고 있는 가운데 인플루어서가 주목을 받게 되면서 인플루언서의 근로 특성과 근로 환경에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 인플루언서의 감정노동, 직무스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 영향관계에서 긍정심리자본과 사회적지지가 직무소진에 조절효과가 있는지에 대해 실증적으로 살펴 보았다. 인스타그램을 통해 활동을 하고 있는 인플루언서를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시 하였고 구조방정식을 사용하여 통계처리와 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 긍정심리자본은 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 지지의 조절효과는 감정부조화와 직무소진 간의 관계는 채택되었으며, 표면행동과 직무소진 간의 관계외에 변수들과 직무소진간의 관계에 유의한 상호작용을 가지지 못한 것으로 나타났다.

2차로 마제형 터널 내 폭발 시 동적 거동 시뮬레이션 (Dynamic behavior Simulation for Explosion in Two-lane Horseshoe Shaped Tunnel)

  • 경제규모가 확장됨에 따라 급격히 증가한 폭발성 인화물질과 같은 위험물질 운송차량 사고로 터널과 같이 폐쇄적인 공간에서 피해사례가 증가하고 있다. 특히 도로터널의 경우, 장대화 추세와 도심부 환경를 보호측면에서 도심부 통과사례가 증가하고 터널통과 중 폭발과 같은 예상치 못한 극한 재난에 대한 구조물의 안전 확보는 매우 시급하다. 이와 같은 이유로 선진국에서는 이미 내폭에 대한 검토를 수행하고 있지만, 국내에서는 폭발 위험도에 대한 평가 및 대응책이 거의 전무하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도로터널의 폭발 안전성을 평가하기 위하여 도로를 운행하는 차량 가운데 폭발 하중이 가장 크다고 판단되는 비등액체팽창증기폭발(BLEVE)을 기준 폭발원으로 정하고, 폭발 시뮬레이션을 위해 등가TNT 폭발하중으로 전환하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한, 도출된 폭발하중을 적용하여 터널에 대하여 다양한 변수를 가정하여 동적거동 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 터널의 폭발 안전성을 분석하였다.

Repeated Neonatal Propofol Administration Induces Sex-Dependent Long-Term Impairments on Spatial and Recognition Memory in Rats

  • Propofol is an anesthetic agent that gained wide use because of its fast induction of anesthesia and rapid recovery post-anesthesia. However, previous studies have reported immediate neurodegeneration and long-term impairment in spatial learning and memory from repeated neonatal propofol administration in animals. Yet, none of those studies has explored the sex-specific long-term physical changes and behavioral alterations such as social (sociability and social preference), emotional (anxiety), and other cognitive functions (spatial working, recognition, and avoidance memory) after neonatal propofol treatment. Seven-day-old Wistar-Kyoto (WKY) rats underwent repeated daily intraperitoneal injections of propofol or normal saline for 7 days. Starting fourth week of age and onwards, rats were subjected to behavior tests including open-field, elevated-plus-maze, Y-maze, 3-chamber social interaction, novel-object-recognition, passive-avoidance, and rotarod. Rats were sacrificed at 9 weeks and hippocampal protein expressions were analyzed by Western blot. Results revealed long-term body weight gain alterations in the growing rats and sex-specific impairments in spatial (female) and recognition (male) learning and memory paradigms. A markedly decreased expression of hippocampal NMDA receptor GluN1 subunit in female- and increased expression of AMPA GluR1 subunit protein expression in male rats were also found. Other aspects of behaviors such as locomotor activity and coordination, anxiety, sociability, social preference and avoidance learning and memory were not generally affected. These results suggest that neonatal repeated propofol administration disrupts normal growth and some aspects of neurodevelopment in rats in a sex-specific manner.
