This study aims to understand the actual conditions of adolescents with allergic diseases and factors related to mental health. It is intended to provide basic data for disease management. As for the research method, big data of the 16th Youth Health Behavior Survey were analyzed secondary, and x²-test was used using the SPSS 25 program8, odds ratio and 95% confidence interval were calculated to determine the degree of association, and multi-logistic regression analysis was performed. Studies have shown that 37.1% of adolescents with allergic diseases have stress perception, 27.6% of depression experience rate and 12.5% of suicidal thoughts, and the likelihood of stress perception, depression experience, and suicidal thoughts among adolescents with allergic diseases was higher. As a result of this study, it was found that the presence or absence of allergic diseases in adolescents has a significant effect on mental health, and we intend to use it as basic data for prevention and research on diseases that can lead to mental illness and adolescent mental health.

In this study, Author supposed that consumer preferences for domestic cosmetics may be different depending on the level of social support and advice & inducement from people around them, and analyzed whether these variables have mediating effects in the impact relationship between cosmetic-related factors and consumer preferences. For data collection, a questionnaire was conducted on women under 40 years of age living in the metropolitan area and analyzed through AMOS8 structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, it was found that advice & inducement had a very significant mediating effect on the consumer preference for domestic cosmetics, but social support did not have a mediating effect. Therefore, in order to increase the consumer preference for domestic cosmetics, it is necessary to find a way to activate the advice & inducement of the people.

The purpose of this research is to suggest diverse directions for eco-friendly knit designing through analyzing the characteristics of Stella McCartney's knit designs. The first stage of the research was to explore the characteristics of eco-friendly fashion design based on literature review. The next stage was to categorize the characteristics of eco-friendly design found in Stella McCartney' knit fashion based on the precedent analysis. The data collected showed 274 examples from 40 Stella McCartney collections, including Spring, Resort, Pre-Fall, and Fall Ready-to-wear collections between 2013 and 2022. All information was collected using www.vogue.com. As a result, the characteristics of Stella McCartney's knit design were classified into four directopms: 1) Perpetual Naturalism, 2) Cultural Complexity, 3) Practical Functionality, and 4) Subcultural Reproducibility. The first characteristic, 'Perpetual Naturalism' values the continuous symbiosis between animals and human beings, thereby protecting global environmental value. Stella McCartney's knit design continuously showed a longing for nature's beauty through fashion design, which allowed people to enjoy the meaning of symbiosis between human beings and animals. Second, 'Cultural Complexity' is the characteristic that appears in Stella McCartney's knit fashion design when collaborating with various artists and/or mixing traditional knit motives inspired by traditional cultures and retro moods. Third, 'Practical Functionality' is the design characterisitic that allows items to be worn for a long time as it is comfortable, simple, and practical. Stella McCartney's knit designs pursue easy-to-wear designs that are comfortable and have practical designs with simple details. Lastly, 'Subcultural Reproducibility' showed in Stella McCartney's knit designs reflect Hippie culture, which pursued a rejection of conventional values, and promoted sustainable energy. This culture peaked in the 1960s and 1970s, when 'Beatles' were mainly working. Additionally, retro styled knit designs inspired by other various music genres from the 1980s and 1990s appeared in this category as well.

In this study, we assessed anti-oxidant activity, anti-microbial, inhibition of biofilm formation and inflammatory factors(nitric oxide, interleukin-6, interleukin-8) inhibitory effect of Perillae semen hydrothermal extract(PSW) and three kinds of Perillae semen supercritical fluid extract(PSSs) extracted by controlling temperature with no variation of pressure. Compared with PSW, PSSs had significantly lower minimal inhibitory concentrations(MICs) against Staphylococcus aureus(S. aureus) and the ability of PSSs to inhibit formation of biofilm was also superior. PSSs reduce the production of inflammatory mediator and inflammatory cytokines significantly compared to PSW. We suggest, therefore, Perillae semen supercritical fluid 45℃ extract which showed the best anti-microbial, inhibition of biofilm formation, and inhibition of inflammatory factors production among the supercritical fluid extracts could be used for protecting patients with atopic dermatitis from pruritus and transepidermal water loss as a functional ingredient from nature.

In this study, oregano was extracted by supercritical extraction and hydrothermal extraction method. In vitro experiments such as antimicrobial and antioxidant activity test were performed. As a result of the disc diffusion method, only the supercritical extracts formed a clear zone. The MIC for S. aureus was found only in the supercritical fluid extracts and it was 1000 ㎍/mL. The hydrothermal extract's MIC is 125 ㎍/mL for C. acnes. Through biofilm inhibition assay, we found that the supercritical fluid oregano extracts inhibit the biofilm of S. aureus by more than 70% even at low concentrations of 125 ㎍/mL. On the other hand, the antioxidant ability of the hydrothermal extract was better than that of the supercritical fluid extracts. Furthermore, we tried to make a skincare ingredient for atopic dermatitis by utilizing the S. aureus biofilm inhibitory ability of oregano supercritical fluid extracts. Liposome was used to overcome the low solubility of the oregano supercritical fluid extracts and increase stability.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of balance training on metabolic syndrome indicators and functional fitness. For this purpose, a 12-week balance training was conducted for 16 elderly women who usually complain of back and shoulder pain. In addition, of the 16 subjects, 8 were classified into the exercise group and 8 into the control group, and the effectiveness of the training program was verified. As a result of examining the metabolic syndrome index and functional fitness before and after 12 weeks of balance training, the following results were obtained. First, a significant interaction was shown in the metabolic syndrome index before and after 12 weeks of balance training. Second, there was a significant interaction in functional fitness before and after 12 weeks of balance training. This confirmed that balance training had a positive effect on functional fitness along with positive changes in metabolic syndrome in elderly women. In the future, it is necessary to clarify the effect of balance training through the expansion of the training period and measurement variables.

Pycnogenol is used as a dietary supplement based on various medical research studies suggesting health benefits. In recent years, it has also been used in cosmetic products, but the clinical research on its dermatologic effects has been insufficient. This study was designed to determine the effectiveness of pycnogenol topically applied to skin of individuals with acne in their teens and twenties. Cosmetics containing 0.2% pycnogenol were applied to a group of 11 clinical subjects for 6 weeks and their skin conditions were assessed. The group that used cosmetics with pycnogenol showed decrease in P-Acnes, acne causing bacteria, phorphyrin index, a metabolite, and the pigmentation and redness index. This study confirms that pycnogenol extract is effective dermatologically in decreasing acne bacteria and reducing redness and pigmentation of skin affected by acne.

In order to promote active sales growth in the rapidly changing modern society's makeup market, it is now time to analyze makeup colors closely in line with current trends. Therefore, in this study, professional women from Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do were treated and analyzed with the statistical SPSS 21.0 package program for colors such as makeup base, eyebrow, lip, and cheek, and the reasons for their preference. As a result of the study, yellow makeup base, black eyebrow, red lip, and red cheek color were preferred. This study will be provided as basic data for the development of various makeup patterns and novel makeup color items, and it is believed that it will contribute directly or indirectly to increased sales while gaining an edge in the modern makeup market.

This study analyzed the effect of aesthetic elements of characters on viewing immersion and re-watching intentions in Chinese historical dramas. For the empirical study, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0 based on the questionnaire of 330 Chinese who watched the historical drama . As a result of the study, it was found that the character aesthetic elements of Chinese historical dramas with hair and costumes had a positive effect on viewing immersion and re-watching intentions. In addition, it was found that viewing immersion had a mediating effect on the relationship between aesthetic factors and re-viewing intention. It is expected that continuous character creation can be expected through various aesthetic elements such as hair and clothes to increase the value of dramas in the future.

In this paper, we investigated the implementation of a hairstyle recommendation system based on big data and deepfake technology. The proposed hairstyle recommendation system recognizes the facial shapes based on the user's photo (image). Facial shapes are classified into oval, round, and square shapes, and hairstyles that suit each facial shape are synthesized using deepfake technology and provided as videos. Hairstyles are recommended based on big data by applying the latest trends and styles that suit the facial shape. With the image segmentation map and the Motion Supervised Co-Part Segmentation algorithm, it is possible to synthesize elements between images belonging to the same category (such as hair, face, etc.). Next, the synthesized image with the hairstyle and a pre-defined video are applied to the Motion Representations for Articulated Animation algorithm to generate a video animation. The proposed system is expected to be used in various aspects of the beauty industry, including virtual fitting and other related areas. In future research, we plan to study the development of a smart mirror that recommends hairstyles and incorporates features such as Internet of Things (IoT) functionality.
