Hair style was mean of visual symbol that display position or wealth about human life. Also, have spoken for cultural value as human body plastic art that speak for the age. I wished to study about modeling of hair style and interrelationship of color by analyzing systematically laying stress on color through contest creation work consisted in beauty art congress. Urpose of this study is as following. First, examines domestic' outside great council work head change by era, and studies Hair Work's change in work head. Second, Hair Color's change that appear in domestic' outside contest work head studies effect that get in work. Method of study runs parallel literature study and supporting research, utilized domestic' outside literature, connection paper, magazine, picture data etc. To literature study, and work picture data examined laying stress on work that is choosesed picture dataworld beauty use association (OMC) data etc. that appear in domestic' outside beauty art magazine to examine closely specification and stability of beauty art game style and participates in domestic and world beauty art contest. In this study, domestic' characteristic, and effect that collar gets in work head of collar that collects outside contest participating in an athletic contest hair style by ($1981{\sim}$until present) by year and appears in contest work head and in work since analyzing study forward $2007{\sim}2008$ year direction of collar. First, stream of whole color of the 1980s Brown gave highlight color point partially to basis, and was consisted of creative style and do Gold base color on the whole in Hair by Night item. Second, various Hair color was popularized in the 199Os, and Tuton's color appeared in beauty art game work, and I contributed to improve technique that step-up gradation color appears and does technique to highlight in neon orange in creative style and Hair by Night item by entrance on the stage of neuter gender color.

본 연구는 미용 기능경기대회의 활성화를 위해 국내에서 개최되는 미용 기능경기대회의 품질요인을 도출하고, IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)를 적용하여 중요도와 만족도의 영향 관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구를 위해 미용 기능경기대회 참여경험이 있는 참가자를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 대응표본 t-test와 PIA 매트릭스를 사용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중요도와 만족도에서 중요도의 평균이 높게 나타나 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, IPA 매트릭스의 일 사분면에는 대회 과제와 관련된 내용이 주로 나타났다. 이는 대회 품질을 높일 수 있는 효과적 요소로 분석되었다. 셋째, 이 사분면은 대회심사와 관련된 요인이 분포되었다. 이에 심사의 전문성과 투명성을 높이는 방안이 요구된다. 넷째, 삼 사분면은, 대회운영 내용이 주로 나타났으며, 만족도가 낮은 요소이지만 보완하면 개선 효과가 있을 것이다. 다섯째, 사 사분면은, 능력향상 항목의 만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 이는 대회 경험이 개인의 실력향상에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석된다. 이를 통해 미용대회의 활성화 전략을 위한 방안을 제시할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되는 데 의의를 둔다.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the dentofacial relationship of the Korean adult females who had excellent profile using roentgenocephalometry. The subjects were 35 females from 19 to 24 years of age selected among the professional models, beauty contest winners and performing stars. And, as the control group, 37 females from 18 to 23 years of age with normal occlusion and acceptable profile were selected. In both groups, each variable was measured and evaluated statistically introducing 24 reference points, 22 reference lines and 17 reference angles respectively. Conclusions from this study were as follows; 1. There was no significant difference between the two groups. But SNA and convexity angle which had indicated the maxillary protrusion were lesser in the professional models, beauty contest winners and performing stars than in ~he control group. 2. In the professional models, beauty contest winners and performing stars, the maxillary and mandibular incisors were more upright than in the control group. 3. The protrusion of the upper and lower lip was lesser in the professional models, beauty contest winners and performing stars than in the control group. 4. Professional models, beauty contest winners and performing stars revealed more straight profile than the control group and were similar to that of the Caucasian. 5. Generally, it was the tendency that the straight profile was accepted as esthetics.

The purpose of this study was to interpret consistently a phenomenon in Korean Women's ideal body with analyzing the change of the body of winners in beauty contests such as Miss Korea and Super Model. The method of this study was to investigate the objective data of body size of winners in beauty contests. The meanings in the change of Korean Women's ideal body are as follows. First, the body have got the commercial value with the start of Miss Korea contest and maximized its commercial purpose with the introduction of Super Model contest. While Miss Korea contestants are evaluated by their body, character, intelligence altogether, Super Model contestants are evaluated by body itself than other factors. So the body of Super Model is accepted as the highly value added commodity. Second, a tall height as a natural gift anions characteristic of the ideal body have become the significant factor of the myth of social and commercial success.

한 시대의 얼굴매력에 대한 관점을 미인대회 당선자들의 얼굴분석을 통해 알 수 있다는 가정 하에 물리적 특징에 기반 한 미스코리아 당선자들 얼굴의 변화추세를 알아보았다. 얼굴인상감성모형을 이용하여 각 미스코리아 얼굴의 물리적 특징을 측정하고 얼굴유형을 분류하였다. 분석대상은 미스코리아 171명이었다. 얼굴매력의 변화추세를 알아보기 위해 1950년부터 2005년까지 미스코리아의 얼굴 변화를 살폈다. 분석결과 미스코리아는 지난 50년간 성숙한 인상에서 앳된 인상으로 바뀐 것으로 나타났다.

Esthetic is one of the prime goal of the orthodontic treatment. It is represented by the word of harmony or balance. There is no absolute esthetic norm but it is important to study about it in orthodontic and orthognatic surgical treatment planning. The purpose of this study is to obtain the norm of Korean female adolescents who were candidates of 1986, 1987 Miss Korea Beauty Contest. The 77 individual samples were selected and studied by cephalometric analysis. Obtained results were as follows: 1 Korean esthetic norm was obtained. 2. Simple correlation coefficient was obtained between each measurements. 3. Holdaway ratio of Korean beauty was 3.3 : 1. 4. To compare with caucasian, profile of Korean beauty had less prominant nose, more prominant lip and deeper sulcus depth.

1957년부터 시작된 미스코리아 대회에서 선발된 미스코리아들은 당 시대를 대표하는 공식적인 미인으로서 전 국민적 관심을 받아왔으며, 사회, 문화, 미용 예술학적 분야 등에서 지대한 영향을 미쳐왔다. 반면에 학문적 관심은 초기 단계에 머물고 있어, 일부 선행연구들 조차도 연구도구의 객관성과 용어의 통일성 등이 결여되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 미스코리아의 드레스 패션 스타일에 나타난 디자인 구성요소의 특징을 살펴보고, 시대별 유행경향과의 관계를 비교 분석하여 미의식 기초자료로서의 활용가치를 높이고자 한다. 본 연구는 1970년부터 2011년까지 미스코리아 시상식 드레스를 기준으로 해당 사진자료들을 수집하고, 관련 전공 교수들과 대학원생들의 예비조사와 본 조사를 거쳐 판독 분석하여 나온 의견을 토대로 연구결과를 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 미스코리아 드레스 패션 스타일에 나타난 디자인 구성요소의 특징들은 미스코리아의 사랑스럽고 지적이며 때로는 섹시하고 고급스러운 여성미를 돋보이고자 연출되었으며 시대별 유행경향과의 관계는 당시대의 웨딩드레스의 유행경향이 미스코리아 드레스에 많이 반영되었음을 본 연구를 통해 확인하였다.

This study compares by gender the preference about ideal female height and body parts. Data was collected through a survey of 203 males and 236 females. The results are as follows: Males and females prefer 161~165cm as the ideal female height and 176~180cm as the ideal male height. In regards to the ideal height difference between couples, both males and females prefer males to be taller, with the head of the female at the same height as the neck of the male. Males and females prefer the shorter height than the ideal height of a fashion model and Miss Korea who got the prize from the korean beauty contest. In the case of Miss Korea, there has been a demand for tall women to participate in world beauty contests. However, this study shows that young people prefer a shorter height than the society expects. Males and females think the shoulder width is ideal when it is 2 times wider than the width of a face in regards to the preference of the ideal female body parts. There is a difference between males and females in the ideal breast size. Males prefer C-cup size while females prefer B-cup size. The ideal size of waist preferred is between 60~65cm to both males and females. The ideal shape of legs preferred to both males and females is a slightly muscular shape.

경제적 가치가 급증하고 있는 주파수자원은 희소성으로 인하여 효율적으로 배분하는 것이 전파관리의 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 특히, 지나치게 높은 수준의 주파수 할당대가는 초기 투자비용을 증대시켜 경쟁력 있는 시장 형성과 원활한 서비스 제공을 저해하는 요소가 되며, 이에 따라 소요되는 비용은 소비자 요금으로 부당하게 부과될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주파수 이용대가를 국가별로 비교하여 현재 우리나라의 주파수 할당대가 수준을 분석한다. 세계적으로 주파수 할당대가의 산정방법은 3세대 이동통신(3G 서비스, IMT-2000)의 사업자 선정을 기준으로 판단할 때 비교심사제도와 경매제도로 나누어 진행되어오고 있으며, 방법에 따라 주파수 이용대가의 결과는 다양하게 나타났다. 본 논문에서는 ITU, OVUM 등의 자료를 바탕으로 27개 국의 3G 서비스 주파수 할당대가 산정 결과를 정리한다. 또한 주파수 할당대가 산정 시 영향을 미치는 요인을 관련 선행연구를 토대로 선정하여 회귀분석을 실시한다.

본 논문에서는 FDD 방식 LTE 서비스의 핵심 대역으로 중요성이 부각되고 있는 1.8 GHz(3GPP 밴드 3)의 효율적 이용을 위한 주파수 재배치 방안을 제시하고, 이를 효과적으로 추진하는 데 있어 문제가 될 수 있는 전파 법령상의 조항 및 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 논한다. 본 논문에서는 용도 간에 혼합적으로 이용되고 있는 1.8 GHz 대역을 유럽 국가들과 유사한 형태로 전체 대역을 이동 통신 용도로 특히 LTE 용도로 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 주파수의 인접성 요구 조건이 만족되도록 재배치시켜 광대역화 하는 것이 중요하며, 이를 가능하게 하는 방안으로 2가지의 대안을 예시적인 설명과 함께 제시한다. 그리고 각 대안을 정책사항으로 추진할 경우에 논란이 예상되는 전파 법령상의 여러 조항들을 식별하고, 이를 해소하기 위한 방안에 관하여 논한다.
