Hair style was mean of visual symbol that display position or wealth about human life. Also, have spoken for cultural value as human body plastic art that speak for the age. I wished to study about modeling of hair style and interrelationship of color by analyzing systematically laying stress on color through contest creation work consisted in beauty art congress. Urpose of this study is as following. First, examines domestic' outside great council work head change by era, and studies Hair Work's change in work head. Second, Hair Color's change that appear in domestic' outside contest work head studies effect that get in work. Method of study runs parallel literature study and supporting research, utilized domestic' outside literature, connection paper, magazine, picture data etc. To literature study, and work picture data examined laying stress on work that is choosesed picture dataworld beauty use association (OMC) data etc. that appear in domestic' outside beauty art magazine to examine closely specification and stability of beauty art game style and participates in domestic and world beauty art contest. In this study, domestic' characteristic, and effect that collar gets in work head of collar that collects outside contest participating in an athletic contest hair style by ($1981{\sim}$until present) by year and appears in contest work head and in work since analyzing study forward $2007{\sim}2008$ year direction of collar. First, stream of whole color of the 1980s Brown gave highlight color point partially to basis, and was consisted of creative style and do Gold base color on the whole in Hair by Night item. Second, various Hair color was popularized in the 199Os, and Tuton's color appeared in beauty art game work, and I contributed to improve technique that step-up gradation color appears and does technique to highlight in neon orange in creative style and Hair by Night item by entrance on the stage of neuter gender color.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between importance and satisfaction of beauty contest using IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) by deriving the quality factors of contest for revitalize beauty contest. For the study, a survey was conducted on participants with experience participating in beauty contest, and the collected data were analyzed using a response sample t-test and a PIA matrix. The results are as follows. First, there was a difference in importance and satisfaction as the average of importance was high. Second, in the first quadrant of the IPA matrix, contents related to contest assignment were mainly shown. This was analyzed as an effective factor that can improve the quality of the competition. Third, in the second quadrant, factors related to contest review were distributed. Accordingly, measures are required to increase the expertise and transparency of review. Fourth, in the third quadrant, the contents of the contest operation are mainly shown, and the satisfaction level is low, but supplementing it will have an improvement effect. Fifth, in the fourth quadrant, the satisfaction of the ability improvement item was high, which is analyzed that the contest experience affects the improvement of individual skills. Through this, it is significant to be used as basic data to establish a plan for revitalizing beauty contest.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the dentofacial relationship of the Korean adult females who had excellent profile using roentgenocephalometry. The subjects were 35 females from 19 to 24 years of age selected among the professional models, beauty contest winners and performing stars. And, as the control group, 37 females from 18 to 23 years of age with normal occlusion and acceptable profile were selected. In both groups, each variable was measured and evaluated statistically introducing 24 reference points, 22 reference lines and 17 reference angles respectively. Conclusions from this study were as follows; 1. There was no significant difference between the two groups. But SNA and convexity angle which had indicated the maxillary protrusion were lesser in the professional models, beauty contest winners and performing stars than in ~he control group. 2. In the professional models, beauty contest winners and performing stars, the maxillary and mandibular incisors were more upright than in the control group. 3. The protrusion of the upper and lower lip was lesser in the professional models, beauty contest winners and performing stars than in the control group. 4. Professional models, beauty contest winners and performing stars revealed more straight profile than the control group and were similar to that of the Caucasian. 5. Generally, it was the tendency that the straight profile was accepted as esthetics.

The purpose of this study was to interpret consistently a phenomenon in Korean Women's ideal body with analyzing the change of the body of winners in beauty contests such as Miss Korea and Super Model. The method of this study was to investigate the objective data of body size of winners in beauty contests. The meanings in the change of Korean Women's ideal body are as follows. First, the body have got the commercial value with the start of Miss Korea contest and maximized its commercial purpose with the introduction of Super Model contest. While Miss Korea contestants are evaluated by their body, character, intelligence altogether, Super Model contestants are evaluated by body itself than other factors. So the body of Super Model is accepted as the highly value added commodity. Second, a tall height as a natural gift anions characteristic of the ideal body have become the significant factor of the myth of social and commercial success.

With an assumption that the view point of a given society and time on facial attractiveness can be inferred by analyzing winners of beauty pageant faces, the trends in the physical measures of miss Koreas were investigated. A classification model of affective facial impressions was used to obtain the physical measures of the faces and classifying them into a face-type category. The number of face images analyzed in the study were 171 winners of Miss Korea Contest. The results show that there has been a shift in the impression from 'mature' to 'babyish' for the Korean beauty-contest winners for the last 50 years.

Esthetic is one of the prime goal of the orthodontic treatment. It is represented by the word of harmony or balance. There is no absolute esthetic norm but it is important to study about it in orthodontic and orthognatic surgical treatment planning. The purpose of this study is to obtain the norm of Korean female adolescents who were candidates of 1986, 1987 Miss Korea Beauty Contest. The 77 individual samples were selected and studied by cephalometric analysis. Obtained results were as follows: 1 Korean esthetic norm was obtained. 2. Simple correlation coefficient was obtained between each measurements. 3. Holdaway ratio of Korean beauty was 3.3 : 1. 4. To compare with caucasian, profile of Korean beauty had less prominant nose, more prominant lip and deeper sulcus depth.

Miss Korea, who was Korea's first in the Miss Korea Contest in 1957, will be carried on social, cultural, beauty cosmetology as the most representative official beauty in the same age for immense effect on national interest. However, it has been said that the scholarly interest is dull of lack of objective means and irregular choice of terms in leading research. For this reason, this study will be examined the features of design components in Miss Korea dress and improved as basic research material of beauty cosmetology with comparison and analysis on fashion trend of the age. This study will be come up with views of result on the basis of the dress of Miss Korea award ceremony from 1970 to 2011, collecting photo material and decoding or analysis of preparatory research and main research with graduates and lectures through setting analysis instrument. As a result, the notable features of designing structural elements, which are shown in Miss Korea's dress fashion style are produced lovely, intellectual. sexy and luxurious feminine beauty. It has been remarkably seen that the wedding dress fashionable trends of the times are reflected in Miss Korea's dress on this study.

This study compares by gender the preference about ideal female height and body parts. Data was collected through a survey of 203 males and 236 females. The results are as follows: Males and females prefer 161~165cm as the ideal female height and 176~180cm as the ideal male height. In regards to the ideal height difference between couples, both males and females prefer males to be taller, with the head of the female at the same height as the neck of the male. Males and females prefer the shorter height than the ideal height of a fashion model and Miss Korea who got the prize from the korean beauty contest. In the case of Miss Korea, there has been a demand for tall women to participate in world beauty contests. However, this study shows that young people prefer a shorter height than the society expects. Males and females think the shoulder width is ideal when it is 2 times wider than the width of a face in regards to the preference of the ideal female body parts. There is a difference between males and females in the ideal breast size. Males prefer C-cup size while females prefer B-cup size. The ideal size of waist preferred is between 60~65cm to both males and females. The ideal shape of legs preferred to both males and females is a slightly muscular shape.

Emergence of new mobile communication services has generated new demand for spectrum. Because spectrum is a scarce public resource, demand for spectrum would exceed supply. As the demand for spectrum grows, the spectrum management policy becomes one of the most important issues in mobile telecommunications industry. Huge license charges for spectrum usage may obstruct the growth of mobile telecommunications industry. We analyze spectrum charges by international comparison for the case of 3G mobile telecommunication spectrum assignment. There are mainly two types of methods in spectrum assignment of 3G service, one is the auction and the other is the beauty contest. This article aims to analyze factors which influence on spectrum charges and to study the characteristic of spectrum charges of some selected countries. This study suggests the multiple regression model about spectrum charges.

In this paper, we present refarming plans and discuss about Radio Waves Law improvements to promote the efficient use of the 1.8 GHz(3GPP band 3) which is emerging as the best prime band for LTE-FDD service. We think it is important to make use of the entire band for mobile use in accordance with contiguity requirement, especially for LTE such as European countries, which is currently separated between different uses. We present two options with illustrative examples to enable that objective. And we identify several provisions in the Radio Waves Law expected to cause controversy when activates one between two options as the policy, and discuss improvements of those.
