The application of the knowledge from the Human Genome Project to clinical medicine will be through both industrial drug development and the application of pharmacogenomics (PG) to patient care. The slow uptake of clinical innovations into clinical practice can be frustrating, but understanding the history of acceptance and sustaining medical innovation is critically important to position PG to succeed. This primarily means that PG tests must have legitimacy; they must be thoroughly validated, must be cost-effective, must be widely accepted by medical practitioners, must be supported by public policy, and must have a way of being easily incorporated into current medical practice. They must also lead to actionalble decisions by health care providers for their patients. Innovative PG assays should be tested in the best US laboratories, and reimbursement for testing must be accepted at the federal and state level. The companies providing these PG tests should be capable of supporting the interpretation and use of the test throughout medical practice. Advances such as the addition of PG information to drug labeling and the routine use of validated biomarkers to determine choice of cancer chemotherapy have been made. The PG research community must pay attention to the principles that have been previously described for acceptance and sustaining medical innovations in order for PG to be widely accepted in clinical medical practice.

Cost-volume-profit analysis shows the relationship between these factors. The figures expressed in a break-even chart can be used planning control and decision making. The relation ships can also be helpful in understanding how all costs must be covered in menu pricing. Involved in these relationship is the contribution to overhead and profit, or contribution ratio. This study used the food service operation of H hotel. Assumed the FC would be 10% of the High Volume, the VC would be 76% of the high volume. And in the CVP of individual meals, selected labor cost of the VC, assumed labor cost would be 35% of the volume.

Companies had to be more intelligent in order to survive in the rapidly changing environments. We need to make a decision to build the Information System to support their decision making. But, how can we know the new system would be better than the old system in making us intelligent? The answer is we can do it with the concept of Intelligence Density. In this study, Intelligence Density concept will be introduced, and the way how it can be applied to the information system will be presented. I think Intelligence Density should be studiedmoretohelpmanagersmakerightdecisions.

The Container crane is mainly used in the harbor. But in spite of this wide use, it is a fact that there are still areas for automation, concerning the operator and the control system. If the encoding function is enhanced, then control effect can be increased to some extent. Since the distance from the hoist to the trolley cam be measured, the moving distance from the loading and unloading can be minimized. If this is applied to the real system, hazard elements can be eliminated and in given time since more unloading can be done, congestion can be reduced.

This thesis introduce the organization system and office regulation of standardization administrative organization for the change of times, also suggest improvement plan for its effective management. The main improvement plan refer to the standardization administrative organization\`s work, this thesis suggest, 1. Readjustment of national standardization system and effective reorganization for standards information organization. 2. For industrial standards system, the korea industrial standards should be maintained uniform system, So decentralized korea industrial standard at government ,must be unified and maintained to unique policy for its effective improvement. 3. To strengthen with international standards organization, a institutional device, budget funds, and expert should be backed up. 4. For training and education of expert, Refer to the performance of one\`s duty, the proper expert should be chosen and posted. Also, systematic training and education system for expert must be developed, So they can be on duty continuously, Finally, this thesis suggest that the necessity of systematic and unique policy must be established for high position at international area. Since the limitation of data, the future research will be performed for budget funds and personnel setup.

The birth of the clone animals is influencing the frontier of research of animal biotechnology. It has effects on research of animal biotechnology itself by necessitating setting of new research subjects, modifications of the strategy of ongoing research projects, and challenges to schemes formerly considered impossible. In my talk, such topics including mass production of fertile ova and oocyte maturation will be discussed. (1) Oocytes are needed for the production of a clone by nuclear transplantation. Mitochondrial DNA inherited via the oocyte are involved also in the morphogenesis. Therefore, oocytes from the same animal must be used as recipients to produce genuine clones by nuclear transplantation. Experimenting on the assumption that selective oogenesis can be avoided, and apoptosis of oocytes can be prevented, by using ovarian angiogenic factos will be introduced. (2) It is important to clarify the factors of oocytes involving in reprogramming of somatic cells. Such factors are thought to be expressed in oocytes during oogenesis and oocyte maturation. Therefore, molecular mechanisms of oogenesis and oocyte maturation must be clarified extensively. Topics in this field including our recent advances will be discussed. (중략)

This Study is performed to research a customer satisfaction to a Franchisee on the food franchise industry. In future, the food industry will be complicated and various. So customer needs also will be complicated. Consequently. a study of customer satisfaction will be researched continuously for corresponding an industrial transfiguration and a customer variety. The result of this study, a Franchisee satisfaction on the food franchise industry is evaluated below the average. This result can be happened by the scale of food franchise industry. However actually it has caused by the lack of Franchisee management mind, the capability of head office, and the lack of competitive power. The mind of service for customer, hygiene and cleanness mind, and the lack of marketing strategies and strategic management can not be satisfied of customer. Also customer value creation can not be made. So the education training and marketing strategies for Franchisee on the food franchise industry have to be requested. And a continuous study for customer satisfaction that correspond with the characteristics of industrial classification be raised.

분산 송전송실정보에 의한 전력시스템의 경제운용=The transmission loss information produced in a line may be shared by both end buses connected to the line. Then, the loss may be seen as if it is discretely produced at both buses. Likewise, all transmission losses can be considered as if they are discretely produced at every bus distributed. The bus transmission loss equation can be defined, in which the loss information about connected lines are contained. This formulation can greatly enhance the computational efficiency for the economic control of both real powers and voltages. It requires solutions of two linear matrix equations, one for the calculation of incremental transmission losses and the other for the determination of voltage levels to be controlled. The Proposed approach is demonstrated through three sample systems and it is found that the solutions can be obtained after three iterations regardless of system sizes. This implies that only one-step search would be required for the solution if real informations would be available. Results are compared with those of optimal power flows.

This study was performed to identify the current problem of The National Qualification Examination for Dental Technician and to provide suggestion for improvement of The National Qualification Examination System. This study was based on the questionaries answered by the professors in the department of dental technology of college and the members of Korea dental technician's society. The result could be summarized in the following. 1. The examination should be held not only in Seoul but in other areas simultaneously. 2. Prepartation of The National Qualification Examination should be entrusted to a committee composed of selected members of The Korea Dental Technician Association and selected members of professors in the department of dental technology. 3. The carrving practical examination should be continued and the method of grading should be change to ensure fairness, objectivity and balance. Specially colored wax can be used to prevent cheating in test. 4. The examination on the subject of "The Introduction Dental Anatomy" should be different for dental technicians and dental hygienists. And the subjects need to be divided into "Dental Morphology" and "Oral Anatomy".
