A Study on the Estimation of SOC(State of Charge) for Pb Battery Using Initial Charging Voltage (납축전지의 충전 초기 전압을 이용한 충전상태 평가에 관한 연구)

  • 본 논문에서는 납축전지의 충전 초기 전압변화를 이용한 축전지의 상태와 충전상태를 비교 평가하는 방법을 연구하였다. 12V/1.2Ah의 납축전지를 대상으로 NI사의 DAQ 장치로 충방전 실험 장치를 구축하고 LabVIEW로 프로그램을 작성하여 축전지의 전압과 전류를 측정하였다. 축전지가 노화된 경우 충전 초기 전압이 급격히 상승하였고, 충전 전류는 정상적인 축전지에 비해 상대적으로 적게 나타났다. 실험 결과를 바탕으로 축전지의 충전상태를 평가하였다.

  • All artificial infernal organs which are using electric energy supply energy with inductive couple. Transcutaneous energy transmission system enhance survival chance of the patients and quality of life by reducing volume and mass. In this research, we used both tune in transmission system in state of fixing cycle in order to increase the voltage gain and the current gain and to reduce effect of leakage inductance. Also to maximize the effect of resonance, a constant frequency duty cycle control method is used. Test is progressed with litz wire which is set up with various sizes of core to minimize size of converter. This research aimed in analysis of transcutaneous energy transmission system and in measuring of stability and efficiency of Lithium-ion battery charge which are using transmitted energy.

  • This paper deals with the broadband electromagnetic emission test of a hybrid electric vehicle. The hybrid electric vehicle's powertrain system consists of an internal combustion engine and an EV traction motor. Depending on the SOC of the traction battery, these modes change automatically in the running state. The Korea electromagnetic compatibility regulations of KMVSS and UN WP.29 stipulated the evaluation method of hybrid electric vehicles. This study analyzes and compares two test results: internal combustion and electric motor mode. Some problems of test conditions are described and an improved test method is proposed for measuring broadband emissions of a hybrid electric vehicle. As a result, we expect this paper to be used as a consideration for improvement when test specifications are revised in the future.

  • Recently, conducting polymer has been much attracted as novel materials because of its electronic behavior and functional application by doping process. In this paper, we electrochemically synthesized polyaniline films under potential sweep conditions, which exhibit high electric conductivity about 200 S/cm. Specific energy of 600 Wh/kg and Ah efficiency 98% were achieved during the charge/discharge cycling using liquid electrolyte system. On the other hand, consequences of the cycling were 260 Wh/kg and 95% Ah efficiency using polyethylene oxide(PEO) based solid-state electrolyte system.

  • This paper analyzes the characteristics of the power system of Jeju island in 2014, which has wind farms with the support of BESSs (Battery Energy Storage Systems). In the simulation, the electrical loads are predicted based on Korea Power Exchange's data and the wind turbines are considered with new installed plans within 2014. The situation that some wind farms are forced to disconnect from the grid instantaneously is considered. The BESSs are controlled by using SOC (State of Charge) and power smoothing control algorithm. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • Spinel structured $LiMn_2O_4$ is more economic and environmental friendly to be used as commercial active material for secondary battery compared to Co-oxide material active material, but spinel structure of $LiMn_2O_4$ is unstable and its capacitance decreases with increase of cycle. Therefore, the purpose of our sturdy is to improve the stability of $LiMn_2O_4$ spinel structure and increase its capacitance by using substituents or dopants. $LiMn_2O_4$ powder was synthesized by charging substituents or dopants mole fractions, and temperatures. Crystal state, structure and specific surface area of the synthesized powder were measured and also characteried electrochemically by measuring its impedance, charge-discharge capacitance and etc.

  • The purpose of this study is to research and develop solid polymer electrolyte(SPE) for all-stolid-state lithium battery. We investigated conductivity, electrochemical properites and impedence spectroscopy of poly(ethylene oxide)[PEO]/poly(vinylidene fluoride)[PVOF] blend electrolytes and charge/discharge cycling of LiCoO$_2$/SPE/Li cell. By adding PVDF and plasticizer to PEO-LICIO$_4$electrolyte, its condustivity was higher than that of PEO-LiCIO$_4$electrolyte. Also PEO$_4$PVDF$_4$LiClO$_4$PC$_{5}$EC$_{5}$ remains stable up to 4.4V vs Li/Li. The discharge capacity of the LiCoO$_2$composite cathode was 92mAh/g based on LiCoO$_2$.EX>.

  • 리튬 이온 배터리가 전기 자동차 및 다양한 어플리케이션에 적용됨에 따라 배터리 관리 시스템(BMS)의 중요도가 높아지고 있다. 리튬 이온 배터리의 SOC(State of Charge) 및 단자전압 추정은 BMS에서 필수적이며 다양한 알고리즘을 통해 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비지도 학습 알고리즘인 뉴럴 네트워크의 학습을 위해 특성 파라미터(Characterstic Parmeter)를 선정하였으며, 특성 파라미터의 학습을 통해 리튬 이온배터리의 단자 전압 및 SOC를 추정하였다.

  • 주위온도, 사용연한 및 운전점 등에 의해서 동작특성이 변화되는 배터리의 SOC(State of Charge)를 정확하게 추정하는 것은 매우 어려운 과제이다. SOC를 추정하기 위해서는 배터리의 복잡한 비선형적인 특성을 고려한 등가 모델의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문은 SOC 추정을 위해 최근까지 수행되었던 연구를 검토하고, SOC 추정을 위해 개발된 배터리 모델 및 추정기법을 비교 분석하고, PSIM 시뮬레이션 연구 결과를 제시한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 비례-적분(PI) 제어의 상태관측기를 구성하여 리튬폴리머 배터리의 충전량(SOC)을 추정하는 기법에 대해 설계한 뒤 실험을 통하여 검증하였다. 리튬폴리머 배터리는 1차 R-C 등가모델로 단순화하여 표현하였고, PI상태관측기를 Matlab/Simulink에서 설계하였다. 상온($25^{\circ}C$)에서 양방향 DC-DC 컨버터를 이용하여 리튬폴리머 배터리에 FTP-72 충 방전 사이클의 전류패턴을 인가한 뒤 SOC 추정기법을 검증하였다. PI상태관측기는 임의의 초기 SOC 상태에서도 오차율 2%이내로 SOC를 추정하여 모델링 에러나 외란에도 강인한 특성이 있는 것을 확인하였다.
