  • 최근 다양한 어플리케이션에서 리튬 이온 배터리가 사용됨에 따라 이에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 전기 자동차(Electric Vehicles; EVs) 및 에너지저장장치(Energy Storage Systems; ESSs) 등의 개발로 대형 배터리 시스템이 요구되고 있으며, 이의 해석이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 18650 원통형 셀로 구성된 14S20P 배터리 모듈의 노화에 따른 전기적 특성 및 열 거동 변화를 분석하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 배터리의 장기적인 노화에 따른 파라미터 분석을 C-rate에 따라서 진행하였다. 이를 위해 배터리 등가회로 모델 기반의 파라미터를 추출하여 분석하였으며 이를 통해 배터리가 노화함에 따라 나타나는 특성을 분석한다.

  • 본 논문은 배터리 팩 기반 건전성 지표 수립을 위하여 24S1P 고용량 배터리 팩을 총 200cycle동안 열화 실험 하였으며, 배터리 성능과 직결된 내부저항과 방전 용량 및 미소 용량을 건전성 지표로 선정하였다. 선정된 파라미터를 전기적 특성 분석을 통해 열화에 따른 경향성을 분석하고 열화와의 상관성을 실험을 통해 확인하였으며, 이를 통해 건전성 지표로의 활용성을 제시한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 리튬 이온(Li-ion) 배터리의 열화과정 및 SOH(State-of-Health, 잔존수명) 판별방법에 대해 분석하였다. 리튬 이온 배터리의 SOH는 충/방전 주기의 횟수와 방법 및 전류에 따라 달라지며, 특히 온도에 따라 임피던스가 민감하게 변화하며, 그 과정에서 OCV(Open Circuit Voltage, 개방전압)가 변하게 된다. 따라서 온도변화와 배터리의 충/방전 과정에서 변화하는 임피던스의 특성과 그에 따른 OCV 변화를 고려하여 SOH 판별하는 방법과 리튬 이온 배터리의 열화 과정을 분석하여 소개한다.

  • Bowing of the vocal cords may be due to aging. atrophy. bilateral superior laryngeal nerve paralysis. injudicious vocal cord surgery, of an idiopathic cause. The bowing usually produces a dysphonia characterized by breathiness due to air escape : however, it can produce aphonia. This report reviews vocal function after surgical correction of bowing of the vocal cords for diagnosis and management. The vocal function of 13 patients with sulcus vocalis and 12 patients with vocal cord atrophy was evaluated with the use of a test battery of multidimensional evaluation items. The voice was improved postoperatively in most patients. The voice improvement was reflected objectively in maximum phonation time, mean air flow rate during phonation, stroboscopic findings. sound pressure level range and fundamental frequency range of phonation, and results of acoustic analyses of tape-recorded voice. The vocal function after surgical correction of the sulcus vocalis and vocal cord atrophy was improved postoperatively in most patient, but the results were not satisfactory.

  • 본 논문에서는 열화에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 연비 특성을 분석하기 위해 시뮬레이션을 통한 연구를 진행하였다. 전기적 특성 실험 기반으로 배터리 내부 파라미터가 열화에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석을 하고 이를 기반으로 하이브리드 차량모델을 통해 시뮬레이션을 진행하였다. 분석 결과를 통해 배터리 열화 상태에 따른 State-Of-Charge (SOC) 및 연비효율 그래프의 변화 추이를 비교하였다.

Development of Thermoplastic Carbon Composite Hybrid Bipolar Plate for Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries (VRFB) (바나듐 레독스 흐름전지용 열가소성 탄소 복합재료 하이브리드 분리판 개발)

  • The electrical contact resistance between the bipolar plate (BP) and the carbon felt electrode (CFE), which are in contact by the stack clamping pressure, has a great impact on the stack efficiency because of the relatively low clamping pressure of the vanadium redox flow battery (VRFB) stack. In this study, a polyethylene (PE) composite-CFE hybrid bipolar plate structure is developed through a local heat welding process to reduce such contact resistance and improve cell performance. The PE matrix of the carbon fiber composite BP is locally melted to create a direct contact structure between the carbon fibers of CFE and the carbon fibers of BP, thereby reducing the electrical contact resistance. Area specific resistance (ASR) and gas permeability are measured to evaluate the performance of the PE composite-CFE hybrid bipolar plate. In addition, an acid aging test is performed to measure stack reliability. Finally, a VFRB unit cell charge/discharge test is performed to compare and analyze the performance of the developed PE composite-CFE hybrid BP and the conventional BP.

  • Recently, life expectancy increased in the development of medicine, the need for health has increased. Market for medical equipment is growing rapidly to an increase in the interest in health and aging worldwide. It is a device intended for ultra sensitive cleavage process of bone during joint replacement surgery on a technical advanced surgery, finishing, and hole. Domestic demand of the hand piece is a necessary condition on an ongoing basis. However, hand piece was made on the basis of the experience of many years in the country Japan, Germany, and the United States has spread to more than 90% domestic market. Feel the need for the development of the hand piece in the country, many companies are trying to in-house production hand piece. In an attempt to solve the problems with the hand piece of the present, in this paper, it was supposed to be a study of rechargeable hand piece to replace the existing pneumatic.

  • The Variable Valve Timing(VVT) system for high performance is a key technology used in newly developed engines. The system realizes higher torque, better fuel economy, and lower emissions by allowing an additional degree of freedom in valve timing during engine operation. In this study, a model-based control method is proposed to enable a fast and precise VVT control system that is robust with respect to manufacturing tolerances and aging. The VVT system is modeled by a third-order nonlinear state equation intended to account for nonlinearities of the system. Based on the model, a controller is designed for position control of the VVT system. The sliding mode theory is applied to controller design to overcome model uncertainties and unknown disturbances. The experimental results suggest that the proposed sliding mode controller is capable of improving tracking performance. In addition, the sliding mode controller is robust to battery voltage disturbance.

  • This research notes dramatic increase of wheelchair usage along with rapidly aging population and handicapped people in Korea. Differentiated from existing electronic wheelchairs, we have invented an electronic wheelchair that is collapsible even when the battery is installed and a guardian can ride along with a patient. It is also easy to put in a small space such as car trunks. Additionally, we have improved stoic design to be preferable for patients. The model ensures there's neither abrupt acceleration nor sudden stop and, lastly, is much cheaper than other imported models.
