임상간호사의 기본심리욕구, 셀프리더십, 직무스트레스가 간호업무 성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Clinical Nurses's Basic Psychological Need, Self-Leadership and Job Stress on Nursing Performance)

  • 본 연구는 임상간호사의 기본심리욕구, 셀프리더십, 직무스트레스가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구다. 연구대상자는 2016년 2월부터 2016년 3월까지 P시와 D도에 소재한 3차 의료기관에 근무하는 간호사 160명을 할당표집 하였으며, 자료수집은 자가보고 설문지법을 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0프로그램으로 t-test와 분산분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석의 방법을 이용하였다. 연구결과 간호업무성과는 일반적 특성 중 연령, 결혼여부, 임상경력, 직위, 근무형태에 따라, 셀프리더십은 연령, 결혼여부, 종교, 임상경력, 직위와 근무위형에 따라, 직무스트레스는 직위에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 간호업무성과는 기본심리욕구(r=.59, p<.001), 자율성(r=.31, p<.001), 유능감(r=.68, p<.001), 관계성(r=.48, p<.001, 셀프리더십(r=.58, p<.001) 및 직무스트레스(r=.19, p<.05)와 정적상관 관계가 있었다. 간호업무성과에 대하여 기본심리욕구(${\beta}$=.43), 셀프리더십(${\beta}$=.33), 직무스트레스(${\beta}$=.21)은 47.3%의 설명력을 보였다. 본 연구결과 기본심리욕구, 셀프리더십, 직무스트레스는 간호업무성과를 향상시키는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러므로 임상간호사의 간호업무 향상을 위한 간호사의 기본심리욕구와 셀프리더십을 증가시키기 위한 프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

기본심리욕구와 산후우울의 관계: 배우자지지, 결혼만족도의 매개 효과 (The Relationship between Basic Psychological Needs and Postpartum Depression: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Spousal Support and Marital Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구에서는 자기결정성이론과 선행 연구들을 바탕으로, 자기결정성이론 중 하나인 기본심리욕구가 배우자 지지와 결혼 만족을 매개로 산후 우울에 간접적인 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다. 이를 위해 출산 후 1년 이내의 자녀를 양육하는 산모 313명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 구조방정식 모형(SEM)을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 가설모형과 측정모형은 모두 자료에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 모든 변인간 경로를 설정한 가설모형과 비교했을 때, 배우자 지지에서 산후 우울로 가는 경로를 제외한 경쟁모형이 적합도에서 차이가 없으면서 비교적 간명해 이를 최종 모형으로 선택하였다. 최종 모형에서의 구체적인 경로를 살펴보면, 기본심리욕구의 좌절은 산후 우울에 직접적으로 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 기본심리욕구의 좌절은 배우자 지지와 결혼 만족을 통해 간접적으로 산후 우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또, 결혼 만족은 배우자 지지와 산후 우울의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이같은 결과를 바탕으로 산후 우울과 관련한 상담에서 기본심리욕구 충족 상태와 배우자와의 관계, 결혼 만족 정도를 우선 파악하는 것이 도움이 될 것으로 확인되었다.

사서교사의 자율성 지지가 중학생의 학교도서관 만족도와 지속의도에 미치는 영향 - 기본심리욕구의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Influence of Teacher-Librarians' Autonomy Support on Middle School Library Users' Satisfaction and Continuance Intention: The Mediating Role of Three Basic Psychological Needs)

  • 본 연구는 사서교사의 자율성 지지가 학교도서관 만족도와 지속의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 자기결정성이론(self-determination theory)을 적용하여 사서교사의 자율성 지지와 학교도서관 만족도의 관계에서 기본 심리욕구(basic psychological needs)의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 331명의 중학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 회귀분석 및 Hayes의 병렬다중매개분석을 통해 연구모형을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 사서교사의 자율성 지지는 직·간접적으로 학생들의 학교도서관 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 기본심리욕구의 하위요인 중 자율성과 유능성은 사서교사의 자율성 지지와 학교도서관 만족도 사이에 유의한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 학생들의 학교도서관 만족도는 지속의도에 유의한 영향을 나타냈다. 본 연구는 학생들의 학교도서관 이용 동기에 영향을 미치는 요인으로써 사서교사의 역할을 제시하고 학교도서관 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

골관절염 대상자를 위한 자기관리 모바일 앱 개발 및 효과 (Development and Evaluation of a Self-management Mobile App for Adults with Osteoarthritis)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop a self-management mobile app for adults with osteoarthritis based on a self-determination theory to use it as a nursing intervention tool, and to evaluate the effects of the developed mobile app on adults' basic psychological needs, indexes of osteoarthritis, self-management and quality of life. Methods: The 56 participants were randomly assigned to either the experimental group (n=28) or the control group (n=28). The participants of the experimental group used a self-management mobile app for 12 weeks after the pretest, and two posttests were taken at the end of every 6 weeks. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0 for Chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, and repeated measures ANOVA. Results: Basic psychological needs, indexes of osteoarthritis, self-management, and quality of life score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: Our findings suggest that mobile app intervention can support improvements in psychological needs, symptoms of osteoarthritis and quality of life in adults with osteoarthritis. It is recommended that the developed mobile app be used as a nursing intervention tool for adults with osteoarthritis in the community.

망진에서 바라보는 화장문화의 심리학적 접근 (Study on the psychological analysis of Makeup in the Inspection)

  • This study is to identify culturally the psychological effect of men and women's make-up, to examine men and women's tendency toward make-up and to figure out relationships between their psychological properies and its functions in modern society for the psychological analysis of Inspection(望診). This study has verified that makeup has a positive effect on their interpersonal relationships, psychological reation and self-confidence as well as it meets their fundamental aesthetic needs. The makeup of the psychological action on men and women is different as eroticism, feminism and etc. The social and cultural backgrounds of make-up are the needs of a variety of fashion, trend of public opinion, a cultural difference and etc. And further studies about psychological reason why they wear makeup need to be made. Makeup has an effect on their looks and it has a psychological effect of being able to decorate and move their mind. Finally, it is anticipated that the study for psychological approach to makeup could contribute on the study for positive makeup treatment and basic foundation of Inspection(望診) and physiognomy(觀相) in Oriental medicine.

대학생이 지각한 부모애착과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 부모-자녀관계 기본심리욕구의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Basic Psychological Needs in Parent-Child Relationships between Perceived Parental Attachment and the Life Satisfaction of College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between perceived parental attachment and the life satisfaction of college students, focusing on the mediating role of psychological basic needs(autonomy, competence and relatedness). The Participants of this study were 208 college students. The result was statistically treated using SPSS 21.0 program, Amos 21.0. Additionally, PROCESS Macro was used to verify the significant mediating effect. Results from structural equation modeling analyses indicated that a research model produced a better fit to the data than a alternative structural model. The final SEM model fit indices of $x^2$(df), CFI, TLI, RMSEA were met the acceptable criteria of model fitness. In other words, among the goodness-of-fit indexes of the final study model, $x^2=261.075$(p<.001), RMSEA is .082, TLI equals .925, CFI equals .940. The results showed the following: First, Parental attachment has a direct effect on autonomy, competence and relatedness. Also competence and relatedness have a direct effect on the life satisfaction. Second, Competence and relatedness showed a mediating effects on Parental attachment and the life satisfaction. The implications of these results were discussed and the further studies were suggested.

자기결정이론 기반 온라인 학습 참여도 향상에 관한 연구: 심리적 욕구충족 및 디지털 상호작용을 중심으로 (Research on Improving Online Learning Participation based on Self-Determination Theory: Focusing on Psychological Need Satisfaction and Digital Interaction)

  • In the post-pandemic era, colleges and students keep passion for learning online sine its unique advantages. This study explores how students' basic psychological needs drawn from self-determination theory, connect to interaction, and learning engagement in the context of online learning. While prior research explored students' intentions, digital interactions, and engagement in online learning, this study aims to come up with a united conceptual model drawing the three basic psychological needs and interaction and their effects on learning engagement. 178 response data collected through a questionnaire survey, were analyzed using PLS-SEM. Findings indicate that online learning interaction enhances intrinsic motivation, leading to higher learning engagement. Autonomy emerges as the most influential psychological need on learning engagement. This study integrates self-determination theory with online learning interactions and engagement and offers practical insights. Future research should examine long-term outcomes and diverse student populations.

산부의 간호요구와 간호원의 간호활동과의 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of Reported Nursing Needs and Nursing Care During Labor and Delivery)

  • Contemporary nursing is concerned with meeting patients physical psychological and secio-economical needs and with helping persons to sore their own problems. At the time of confinement and delivery, women often have physical and psychological disco- mort related to fear, tension or anxiety. Pain related to these causes varies with the individual woman. Effective nursing care to meet individual needs during labor and delivery is important if nurses are to understand and relieve woman's physical and psychological pain. A questionnaire prepared for the purpose by the investigator was administered to 162 women in two general hospitals, one in Seoul and one in TaeGu, during August 1 and September 20, 1975 and to the 13 delivery-room nurses who cared for them. It was hoped that the study would contribute to comprehensive nursing care during labor and delivery and to improve maternal and child health. 1. The sample of mothers ranged in age from 18 to 39; the majority were from 25 to 29 years old (54.3%). Most of them were housewives (87.6%). Sixty-three percent had high school or higher education. They had a range of one to seven deliveries. Sixty-one percent were primiparas Most had some prenatal care (87.6%). 2. The age of the group of nurses ranged from 22 to 39. Ten were 22 or 23. Five of the 13 had from six to ten months experience in the de]ivory room. Twelve were single and ten had a religious affiliation. 3. Both primiparas and multiparas thought equally that physical and psychological care, nursing skills and attitudes were important during labor and delivery, but did not relate basic nursing care directly to normal delivery. Need for nursing care was rated more highly by primiparas (2.83-3.48) than by multiparas (2.51-3.17) (p〈0.05). 4. There was no difference in need for nursing care according to the educational level of the women nor according to whether they had a religious affiliation or not (p〉0.05). 5. There was no difference in the reported nursing care given regarding of the educational preparation of the nurses (p〉 0.05). 6. There the reported nursing needs of the women and the reported nursing care given were compared, physical and psychological nursing care directed toward protecting the mother and fetus and a safe do]ivory were considered important by both groups. Neither group related simple nursing care directly to protection of the mother and fetus or to a safe delivery. The women rated highly their needs for nourishment (3.05) and having a relative with them (2.90) for emotional support but there was little evidence (2.39) that the nurses provided care to meet these needs (p〈0.05). In conclusion, the nursing needs of the women during the three stages of labor and the nursing care given were generally similar. The women had more psychological needs than physical needs but in comparison, nurses gave a little more physical than psychological care. The results point up the need to make adjustments in labor and delivery room nursing care the nurse should Prepared to pay more attention and bigger consideration in psychological comfort care than physical care.

골프 참여자의 기본적 심리욕구와 운동정서, 그리고 운동지속행동 간의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relationship of Golf Participants' Basic Psychological Needs, Exercise Emotion, and Exercise Adherence Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 골프 참여자들의 기본적 심리욕구, 운동정서, 그리고 운동지속행동 간의 구조적 관계를 실증적으로 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 최종 230부의 설문지들을 연구의 분석 자료로 활용하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같이 요약되었다. 첫째, 골프 참여자들의 기본적 심리욕구와 운동정서의 관계에서 자율성, 유능성 및 관계성은 긍정적 정서를 높이는데 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 유능성만이 부정적 정서를 낮추는 것으로 나타났으며, 자율성과 관계성은 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 검증되지 못했다. 둘째, 골프 참여자들의 자율성, 유능성 및 관계성은 운동지속행동을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프 참여자들의 운동에 대한 긍정적 정서는 운동지속행동을 높이고, 운동에 대한 부정적 정서는 운동지속행동을 낮추는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 간접효과에서는 기본적 심리욕구의 자율성, 유능성, 관계성 모두 정서를 매개하여 운동지속행동에 유의한 영향을 준다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 운동지속행동으로부터 신체 활동의 진정한 가치를 찾고, 행복한 삶을 영위하는데 여러 면에서 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자한다.
