With the increase of single-parent families in the Korean society, the perception of the function and structure of the family is changing. Thus, a public transition toward embracing single-parent families as another form of family is necessary. This study focuses on the families of divorced female single-parents using Walsh's family resilience framework with a strengths-based perspective. It aims to provide the basic data necessary for deducing policy-related and practical ways of supporting the families and for developing programs that help divorced female single-parent families maintain and reinforce resilience. Qualitative analysis was used as the research method. A preceding literature review was also carried out to collect data. The major findings of this study include the following: First, it was found that the average age of divorce is around 30-40, with children of school age. The mothers' level of education was relatively high, ranging from high school graduates to graduate school students. On Rothwell and Cohen's happiness scale, their objective level of happiness was higher (74.1) than that of the average Korean (64). Second, it was found they were very careful to avoid violence in everyday life as an after-effect of domestic violence, which was the major cause of their divorce. Third, their positive and optimistic attitudes about life even in adversity can be interpreted as Walsh's belief systems taking a more important role among other characteristics of family resilience.

This study estimated quantitatively the loss of the fisheries due to China's illegal fishing that prevailed in the EEZ of the country in recent and has been an object to present a basic data in the implementation of government policy as to strengthen the enforcement capacity, setting up the direction of the crackdown of Chinese through to figure out an objective loss according to that. The analyzed result of this study setting a reasonable scenario, fisheries resources reduction is estimated about 67.5 million ton and the estimated amount of the loss is about 1.3 trillion won. This is 21.2% of about 318.3 ten thousand tons of the total fishery production of the country and accounts for 61.9% compared to coastal and offshore fisheries production. Therefore it is a very serious problem due to China's illegal fishing in Korea fisheries sector. It is significant to the point that estimating the qualitative and quantitative losses that can achieve a realistic and effective policy.

Purpose: This qualitative study aimed to understand older adults' perspectives on successful aging and develop a model of a successful aging process, within the Korean socio-cultural context. Methods: This study used a Grounded Theory approach. Through theoretical sampling, 14 participants were selected from older adults at a public health center and a volunteer institution in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. Results: The basic social process identified was "expanding the aging self", which was preceded by three phases, namely, adjusting to the changes, developing the valuable self, and embracing the environment. Participants used 2-3 strategies for successful aging in each phase. For adjusting to the changes, participants used strategies such as "adopting a positive attitude", "accepting the changes", and "being at the center of life". To develop the valuable self, "re-identifying capacities", "having something to do", and "advancing to a healthy lifestyle" were used. Participants embraced their environments with "sharing with others" and "embracing younger generations". The causal condition for expanding the aging self was the changes in participants' physical, mental, or psychosocial situations. Conclusion: These findings suggest a theoretical foundation for the development of potential nursing interventions to promote self-care management and the interpersonal relationship for successful aging among Korean elderly individuals.

Purpose: The symptoms and impairments caused by cerebral palsy usually require long-term treatment, resulting in a substantial burden on the family of affected children. This study explored the experiences of fathers with prematurely-born children with cerebral palsy, with a focus on how such experiences influenced their families. Methods: A qualitative case study method was used. Nine subjects were recruited from April 2018 to June 2019 at one hospital, and each was interviewed three times by a neonatal nurse. Results: Five core experiences of fathers were identified: "regret for an insufficient initial response", "confronting my child born as a premature baby", "the position of being a dad who can't do anything", "the process of treatment like a tunnel with no exit", and "a father's getting meaning in life through children". These stories covered an individual's timeline and family interactions. Conclusion: Our findings suggest that fathers of prematurely-born children tend to suppress their emotions; therefore, a novel intervention program to encourage fathers' emotional expression and to support healthier interactions with their families is needed. Moreover, our findings could contribute basic information for the construction of a community-based support system to aid families, including prematurely-born children and other persons with impairments.

In order to explore the job crafting experience of millennial safety workers, this study conducted a qualitative case research with five safety workers of S Energy from March 26 to September 27, 2021 . As a result of the analysis, task crafting showed 'matching one's strong suit with a given task', 'expanding work knowledge using social network service (SNS)', and 'making changes in job performance methods for preemptive safety management activities'. Also, Cognitive crafting showed 'recognition of social vocation as a safety job', 'recognition of a role to grow as a safety management expert', and 'cognitive changes from means of organizational adaptation to enjoyment and energy of life'. At the same time, in relation crafting, 'establishment of amicable relationships through SNS in non-face-to-face and rapid communicating situations', 'safety management made through with mutual cooperations between business people', and 'reborn as a mutual safety net in business relationships' appeared. These can be used as basic data to accumulate the theoretical basis for job crafting research of millennial safety workers and to improve their job satisfaction. A follow-up study was proposed for safety workers with occupations of various kinds.

Purpose: Visual communication is the act of using elements and components that can be seen. Some of the elements include images, illustrations, drawings, and videos. The purpose of this research is to check if there is the meaningful role of visual communication for emotional marketing plan. Research design, data and methodology: The present author firstly tried to obtain prior knowledge based on numerous previous literature through qualitative content method, investigating and searching related topic in 'Scopus' and 'Google Scholar' which is one of the most famous database. This methodology has already been proved the credibility and conformability by prior researchers. Results: The current study looks at four basic aspects that will assist in analyzing the findings and results from different peer-review articles. The section will cover social media, videos, podcasts, and ads. Conclusions: Several studies also affirmed that increased use of the internet and internet for marketing causes psychological issues among adolescents. Only adults should view some of the marketing ads, but if they pop into an adolescent browser, it may cause some harmful effects. Therefore, the study concluded that moderation of online visual adverts should be done to ensure only the targeted customers view the advert.

본 연구는 임상실습전의 간호학생을 대상으로 핵심기본간호술을 통해 간호의미를 파악하기 위한 질적연구이다. 본 연구의 참여자는 현재 M대학교 간호학과 재학 중인 3학년을 대상으로 임상실습경험이 없고, 핵심기본간호술기수업을 후의 면담을 통해 분석되었다. K시 일개 대학의 3학년 재학생으로 핵심기본간호술을 처음 실시한 학생을 17명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 3개의 범주와 19개의 주제모음으로 도출 되었다. 3개의 범주에는 1. 도움의 의미 2. 두려움의 극복, 3.간호술기습득 기회로 이었으며, 결론은 임상실습전 첫 핵심기본간호술은 서로에 대한 도움으로 간호의 진정한 의미를 알아가는 시간이었으며, 반복되는 연습으로 어려움을 극복할 수 있었고, 새롭게 알게 된 핵심간호술기의 습득은 자신감을 가지는 경험하게 되는 효과적인 과정으로 나타났다. 이는 간호대학생의 본질적인 간호의 철학을 가지는데 기초자료로 활용 될 수 있으며, 핵심기본간호술기 수행능력 향상에 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

본 연구의 목적은 질적연구방법을 활용하여 스포츠 코치들이 어떠한 경험을 통해 코칭효능감을 느끼게 되었는지를 현상학적으로 탐구하고, 이를 통해 코칭효능감의 원천 요인을 도출하는 데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 5년 이상의 경력을 가진 스포츠 지도자 15명을 유목적적 표집으로 선정하여 심층면담을 실시하였고, 수집된 자료를 전사와 코딩, 범주화와 의미화 등의 질적 자료 분석 절차를 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 코칭 성공 경험, 사회적지지, 코칭 관련 선수 경험, 코칭 전문지식, 선수 피드백 등 5개의 요인으로 스포츠 코칭효능감 원천 요인이 도출되었다. 도출된 원천 요인들은 코칭효능감 발달을 위한 교육적 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

There are two broad classes of user studies, in terms of their purposes or a n.0, pplications. One class might be termed basic studies, in which the purpose is to create or obtain knowledge regarding information needs and uses with no particular a n.0, pplication. The second type of study might be termed a n.0, pplied. The aim of second type is preparing standards to evaluate and improve existing information systems or to design new systems. The trends of user study tend toward basic research from a n.0, pplied ones. Furthermore, not only the broad-based studies change with special setting up and subdivided studies, but also the scopes of user study vary social scientist, human scientist, and even common users from limited natural scientists and technologists earlier. The aims of this paper is to summarize continuously pointed problems of user studies and to survey the state of the arts by reviewing the trends of user studies. The major problems of user studies are terminology, conceptualization, and methodology. These terms are essential to this study, and very important to decide the research fields and to select a method of survey, respectively. And in order to predict the user needs, studies of 'information needs' are inevitable instead those of 'information demands' which principally studied till nowadays. On the other hand, to reduce the problems of user studies, it is needed more qualitative studies ever than before and cooperation with other areas, for example, behavioral 'science, psychology, communication science and so forth.

This study investigates and analyzes (1) the status of neighborhood commercial facilities, (2) the location of neighborhood commercial facilities and (3) the users' viewpoint of them for the purpose of establishing the revitalizing factors of neighborhood commercial facilities within permanent rental housing complexes. This study attempts to determine the factors that revitalize neighborhood commercial facilities through quantitative factor analysis based on the analysis of the basic status and purpose of neighborhood commercial facilities using the basic status of permanent rental housing complexes and the quantitative data on neighborhood commercial facilities within these complexes. A survey investigating the residents' perception of neighborhood commercial facilities was conducted to analyze the qualitative aspects neighborhood commercial facilities within permanent rental housing complexes. The factors affecting the revitalization of neighborhood commercial facilities were analyzed by quantifying the actual problems perceived by the users and the elements of their use patterns. From these analysis results, it was found that the factors are not independent from one another, but organically affect one another. It is expected that more meaningful data will be obtained if future studies conduct correlation analysis and weighted value analysis on each factor based on the findings of the present study.
