스마트폰 동영상을 활용한 자기성찰 실습이 간호학생의 핵심 간호술 수행자신감, 실습만족도, 학업적 자기효능감 및 성취도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Self Reflective Practice using Cellular Phone Video Recordings on Self-Confidence in Performance, Practice Satisfaction, Learning Self-efficacy and Core Basic Nursing Skills Achievement among Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 스마트폰 동영상을 활용한 자기성찰 실습이 간호학생의 핵심 간호술 수행자신감, 실습만족도, 학업적 자기효능감 및 성취도에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위함이다. 연구설계는 비동등성 대조군 사후 유사 실험연구이며 연구대상은 중재에 참여한 실험군 43명과 참여하지 않은 대조군 43명으로 총 86명이었다. 자료수집은 2018년 3월 2일부터 5월 30일까지 이루어졌으며, 핵심간호술 수행자신감, 실습만족도, 학업적 자기효능감은 자가 기입식 설문조사 방식으로, 핵심기본간호술 성취도는 2명의 연구자에 의한 관찰평가로 수집하였다. 자료분석은 ${\chi}^2$-test 및 independent t-test를 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과를 통해 스마트폰 동영상을 활용한 자기성찰 실습에 참여한 실험군과 참여하지 않은 대조군에서 실습 자신감(t=2.170, p=.033), 학업적 자기효능감(t=3.096, p=.033), 핵심 기본 간호술 성취도(t=2.817, p=.007)는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었지만 실습만족도는 두 군 간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 스마트폰 자기성찰 실습이 간호 교육현장에 도입되어 간호교육의 목표달성에 기여하기 위해 적극 활용되길 기대한다.

  • 기본간호학 교과목은 간호대학생이 임상실습을 하기 전에 간호실무를 경험하는 교과목으로 이론과 실습으로 구성되어 있으며, 기본간호술기는 대상자의 건강문제를 해결하는데 있어서 핵심적 간호술기이다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 기본간호술기 수행능력과 관련된 영향요인을 분석하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 간호학과에서 기본간호학 교과목을 수강하는 학생 중 연구 참여에 동의한 총 181명을 대상으로 하였으며, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자기기입식 질문지법으로 자료수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성 중 입학동기, 전공만족도, 실습 흥미도에 따라 기본간호수행능력에서 차이가 나타났다. 간호대학생의 기본간호술기 수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 비판적 사고성향, 자율실습 도움정도 이었으며, 이들 변인은 기본간호술기 수행능력 총 변량의 23.8%를 설명하였다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 기본간호술기 수행능력을 증진시키기 위해서는 비판적 사고 향상을 위한 다양한 교수법의 활용과 자율실습을 활성화 하기 위한 교과목 운영 방법을 제언한다.

기본간호학 실습 교육에서 웹 기반 학습의 효과 - 무균술 실습교육을 중심으로 - (Effectiveness of Web-Based Learning in Basic Nursing Practice Education - focusing on Asepsis technique practice -)

  • Purpose: This study was done to compare the effectiveness of web learning versus traditional education for learning Asepsis technique in Basic Nursing Practice. Method: This research was a quasi-experimental study. The participants were 60 students who were taking Basic Nursing at a nursing college in G city. Thirty students each were assigned to the experimental and the control group. Data were collected between September 26 and 30, 2005, The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Independent t-test and ANCOVA Results: The mean score for competence in Asepsis technique practice in the experimental group was 24.73 and in the control group 22.80. This result was statistically significant(t = 3.723, P = .001). The mean score for knowledge in the experimental group was 42.93 and in the control group 38.93. This result was statistically significant(t = 2.119, P = .038). The mean score for satisfaction with degree of study in the experimental group was 55.50 for the pre-test and 56.17 for the post-test, and in the control group 60.23 and 58.00 respectively. This result was statistically significant(F = 10.537, P = .002). Conclusion: The Web based learning was found to be effective in nursing practice, student satisfaction and knowledge, but web-based programs have to be continuously managed and various demands from learners have to be accepted. Eventually we have to use web-based program as educational medium to promote effective learning nursing education.

간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술의 임상수행경험, 수행자신감, 임상수행능력에 관한 융복합적 연구 (A Study of Convergence on Experiences of Clinical Performance and Self-Confidence of Core Basic Nursing Skills, Clinical Competence in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술의 임상수행 경험과 자신감, 임상수행능력 정도를 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 자료는 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, 다중회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 핵심기본간호술의 임상수행경험, 수행자신감 및 임상수행능력에서 유의한 차이를 보인 일반적 특성은 학년이며, 임상수행능력과 핵심기본간호술 수행경험 그리고 수행자신감은 순상관관계가 있었다. 임상수행능력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감으로 31.2%의 설명력을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 높이기 위해 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감을 높일 수 있는 다양한 교육과정 개발이 필요함을 보여주는 것이라 하겠다.

Differences in the relationship, learning perception and satisfaction of nursing students before and after clinical practice

  • The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a meaningful change in the learning perception and interpersonal relations of nursing students after completing clinical practice. Participants were 32 nursing students in the third grade. The research data were collected by questionnaire consisting of interpersonal relations and learning perception. The analysis of data was analyzed by SPSS 21 Version. General characteristics were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation between variables was analyzed by Pearson's relation, and differences of variables before and after clinical practice were analyzed by paired t-test. The results of the study are as follows. In clinical practice, interpersonal abilities showed a significant correlation with learning outcomes (R =.351, p =.049). The interpersonal abilities of nursing students improved significantly(t =2.264, p =.13) after completion of clinical practice. Nursing college students recognized that their interpersonal abilities had improved after completion of clinical practice, and the improvement of interpersonal abilities was statistically supported. Considering that the interpersonal relationship was an important factor in the clinical practice related stress of the nursing college students, it was meaningful that the interpersonal ability improved after the clinical practice. The positive correlation between interpersonal abilities and learning perceptions in clinical practice of nursing college students suggests future directions for future research. The results of this study will provide basic data on education that will enhance the satisfaction of students' clinical practice and improve their learning outcomes.

실습실 개방 자율 실습방법 적용이 기본간호학 실기 숙련도에 미치는 영향에 관한 교육평가적 연구 (Educational Evaluation of Competency in Nursing Skills through Open Laboratory Self-directed Practice)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of open laboratory self-directed practice in improving nursing skill competency. Method: This study was a one group posttest only design that examined the competency in basic nursing skills after traditional education and open laboratory self-directed practice. Students participated in traditional education and open laboratory practice through self-study. Whenever practice was done, the item of practice and time were measured and documented. Collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentages, averages and standard deviations, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Result: 1 The average number of students who participated in the open lab self-directed practice was 53.9 (64.2%) and the total number of hours of participation was 1567.5 minutes per year. Each student participated for an average of 29.1 minutes per year. 2. Analysis showed a statistically positive correlation between practical skill and open laboratory self-study (r=0.252, p=0.048).

간호·간병 통합서비스 병동과 일반병동 간호사의 기본간호술 수행 빈도 및 중요성 인식 비교 (A Comparative study on Perceived Importance and Frequency of Basic Nursing Performance ability of Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Wards versus General Wards)

  • 본 연구는 간호 간병통합서비스 병동과 일반병동 간호사를 대상으로 기본간호술의 수행 빈도 및 중요성 인식에 대한 차이점을 분석하여 간호 간병통합서비스 병동을 효율적으로 운영하는데 기초자료로 활용하기 위한 비교 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 간호 간병통합서비스 병동 99명, 일반병동 90명 총 189명이며, 자료수집은 2018년 2.1-2.28일까지 였다. 자료분석은 t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Scheffe를 사용하였다. 연구결과 기본간호술 수행 빈도는 일반병동이 2.43회로 더 높았고, 개인위생, 영양 및 배설, 활동과 운동, 입 퇴원 및 이동에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 기본간호술에 대한 중요성 인식은 두 집단 모두 높게 나타났으나 간호 간병통합서비스 병동이 4.24점으로 조금 더 높았고, 개인위생, 활동과 운동, 입 퇴원 및 이동에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그러나 기본간호술의 중요성 인식에 비해 수행 빈도는 낮게 나타나고 있어 수행 빈도를 증가시킬 수 있는 방안이 필요하다고 사료된다. 이상의 연구결과를 근거로 간호 간병통합서비스 병동의 올바른 정착을 위해 간호사들이 전인간호 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 적정한 간호인력 배치와 간호업무 수가개발에 대한 연구를 반복적으로 수행해 볼 필요가 있겠다.

간호교육 개선을 위한 교과과정 비교분석 - 서울$\cdot$경인지역 전문대학을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Curriculums of the Nursing Department of Junior Colleges in Seoul and Kyungin Area)

  • This study was designed to set up more developed curriculum in Nursing department of a junior college. The sample for the study were fifteen curriculums of fifteen selected junior colleges in Seoul and Kyunggi area. The credits and hours of each curriculum were analyzed into means and compared with the one of the example college. The data were categorized into seven sections; cultural subject, basic medical science, major subjects such as Nursing, Fundamental Nursing, electives, teaching and non-teaching subjects, and clinical practice. The data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics. The results of the study were as follows; 1. Credit hours of Cultural subjects of each college ranges from $5.8\%\;to\;25.7\%$ of the total graduate credit hours; most commonaly lectured subjects are English 05 colleges), Korean (11 colleges), psychology (10 colleges), and computer (10 colleges). 2. In the case of the example college, Anatomy and Psychology were jointed as one subject, Basic Nursing Science, and some more study in depth should be made to develop more of this type of conjunction among related subjects on basic medical science. 3. As for the mendatory subjects of the example college, subjects on Adult Nursing was fourteen credits (14 hours), which was higher than the average 12.9 hours of other colleges compared. 4. Credit hours of Basic Nursing Laboratory were eight to ten credits (12-18 hours), which was higher than actual class hours. As more and more hospitals test clinical aptitude when recruiting nurses, more emphasis should be paid to the clinical practice. 5. Among fifteen sample curriculums six to twelve electives were offered with twelve to twenty-three credits. Most commonly opened subjects were Physical Examination (5), Nursing English (14). and Geriatrics Nursing (13). Nursing English are considered to be more important in the view of clinical practice. and Oriental Nursing, Nursing Information and Health Insurance Management should be considered as specialized subjects. 6. Teaching and Non-teaching subjects In case of the example school. Clinical Emergency Medicine, Introduction to Emergency Medicine were offered for these non-teaching class students so they could prepare for the qualification examination. 7. Clinical Practice The average credit hours for clinical practice of the sample college were 20.9 credit hours $(66.5\%)$ and the example school offered twenty credit hours which was slightly lower than the other forteen.

일 대학부속 한방병원 간호사의 직무내용 및 직무량분석 (An Analysis of Nursing Practice in an Oriental Medicine Hospital)

  • This study was directed at analysing nursing practice in one oriental medicine hospital. In this study, the nurses were chosen from two units at one oriental medicine hospital. Using the worksampling method, a total of 780 series of nursing actions were collected over thirteen days. this study had two findings. First, the percentage for the amount of actual nursing practice was 79.5% which is lower than the amount of actual nursing practice in other western style general hospitals. Second, the content of nursing practice included nursing actions(43.8%), nursing management (35.5%), and education /research (0.1%), indicating that only the special care of oriental nursing and education /research were not observed in nursing practice. These findings indicate a deficit knowledge in oriental medicine and oriental nursing care by nurses in oriental medicine hospitals. Since Oriental Nursing has not been included in Nursing curriculum, there is a need for research to develop basic education in Oriental Medicine and pharmacology as well as the development of a sgstematized approach to Oriental Nursing so as to provide an appropriate background for nurses working in this field. Further research is needed to define nursing in the Oriental Medicine system.

PETTLEP 모델 기반 심상훈련 적용이 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 및 수행능력, 자율실습 참여도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of PETTLEP Model-based Image Training on Nursing Student' Confidence and Competency in Core Basic Nursing Skills,Participation in Self-Practice)

  • 본 연구는 PETTLEP 모델 기반 심상훈련을 기본간호학실습 교육에 적용하여 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 및 수행능력, 자율실습 참여도에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후 유사실험연구이다. 연구대상은 K도 소재 U대학교 간호학과 2학년 재학생 중 연구목적을 이해하고 연구참여에 자발적으로 동의한 74명을 무작위로 실험군과 대조군에 배정하여 자료 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 대상자의 일반적 특성은 빈도와 백분율, 정규성검정은 왜도와 첨도를 이용하였으며, 실험처치의 효과측정을 위한 종속변수 검정은 paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 PETTLEP 모델 기반 심상훈련은 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감(t=4.18, p<.001), 핵심기본간호술 수행능력(지식(t=2.241, p=.032), 간호술기(t=8.402, p<.001)), 자율실습 참여도(t=6.822, p<.001)에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 PETTLEP 모델 기반 심상훈련은 기본간호학실습 교육에 적용 가능한 교수학습방법이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서, 핵심기본간호술 중 난이도가 높은 항목의 수행능력 향상을 위해 PETTLEP 모델 기반 심상훈련을 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
