A general concept on the definition of the second law efficiencies of thermodynamic cycles is introduced. The efficiency is defined to be proportional to the entropy generation divided by the maximum possible entropy generation. This way of definition of the cycle efficiency is clear and concise and, moreover, follows faithfully the concept of the second law of thermodynamics. This definition is applied to heat engine, refrigerator and heat pump. The second law efficiencies of heat engine and refrigeration cycles are derived, which are the same as the existing ones, respectively. The second law efficiency of heat pump, however, finds to be different from the existing one. Discussion is given about the difference and its cause.

Along with the recent pressures for market liberalizations in the legal services sector, the topsizing, multinationalization, and specialization of Law Firms have brought about the need for them to view the profession itself from a marketing perspective and promote corporate identity to improve productivity and garner clientele. With this in mind, this study attempts the revamping of the traditionally, conservative and cramped characteris-tics of Law Firms' interior space into more open and dy-namic ones with a contemporary and international feel which are also superior from a marketing viewpoint.

This paper considers the asymptotic behaviors of the processes generated by the classical ergodic tent map that is defined on the unit interval. We develop a sequential empirical process and get the uniform version of law of iterated logarithm for the tent map by using the bracketing entropy method.

The safety and health law, the basic regulation of occupational safety and health for industry, is overlappingly and unconsistently controled and by many non-profit organization or / and government organization. Because of above reasons, it is hard to investigate and suggest consistently. This study is proposed to remove inefficient and overlapping regulation and suggest how to manage the safety and health regulation in private industry. Safety and Health is the most important managed area under business environment. The safety and health regulation or law for Korean Private industry is compared with foreign country's law.

In this paper, we review recent developments in network analysis using the graph theory, and introduce ongoing research area with relevant theoretical results. In specific, we introduce basic notations in graph, and conditional and marginal approach in constructing the adjacency matrix. Also, we introduce the Marcenko-Pastur law, the Tracy-Widom law, the white Wishart distribution, and the spiked distribution. Finally, we mention the relationship between degrees and eigenvalues for the detection of hubs in a network.

Since 1990 the effort for unification has been active in each department of our society. But the study for health policy in Unified Korea has been scarce. Unified Korea should be a democracy and a constitutional state. So we should have lively discussion on the health law as well as unified general laws. The purpose of this study is to compare the health law of South Korea and North Korea and to understand the differences in them. We guess both Korea are considerably different each other. But this study found out that there are many health related laws that have same goals and contents. The reason for this is that both health laws have its root in Korea Law. And the right to health is the social basic right. whose characteristic can not be compatible with market economy and demands state intervention for securing the right to health. The health related laws are divided into 4 fileds. 1. There is a field A which is affected by unified political and economic system and differs little from the law system: the license system of medical personnel. 2. There is a field B which is seldom affected by unified political and economic system and differs little from the law system: the right and duty of medical personnel. quarantine law. 3. There is a field C which is affected by unified political and economic system and differs greatly from the law system: health institution law(exclusive of quarantine law), the laws of medical personnel category, of research center(especially per-mission, registration and establishment). of the role of basic health in private and public area. 4. There is a field D which is seldom affected by unified political and economic system and differs greatly from the law system: health equipment law(the laws of drugs, of cosmetics and of medical instrument. of blood management). the laws of health knowledge. of cooperation in chinese medicine and western medicine. the health promotion law. the rules of first-aid. the law of separation of dispensary from medical practice. The laws which are seldom affected by political and economic system can be consolidated. which in turn can be revised and enacted before unification of Korea through the interchange between North Korea and South Korea and the support to North Korea health system.

The problems of parallel import in China have been becoming hot issues day by day, because the brand name goods' price in China is much higher than in other developed countries. This study researched the parallel import's basic theories and law cases, and analyzed the legal matters of Chinese parallel import system. First of all, China hasn't any law on parallel import so far. So the court judges determined the law cases based on 「patent law」, 「trademark law」 or 「anti-unfair competition law」. Therefore even in the same case, there might be different decisions according to judges or applied laws. This study handled three different law cases on the parallel import. We found some problems of Chinese parallel import system, so our conclusion is that to solve those kinds of problems, China should legislate the new parallel import law as soon as possible.

This study conducted a survey on the perception for legal education efficiency of engineering department. This study is to search for more efficient legal education method to engineering department's students, reflecting the reality that our universities have appointed the subjects - related with engineering accreditation such as engineering law - as compulsory subjects. The method of this study is that with questionnaire extracted the advanced researches, it selected the 180 undergraduates of engineering college in C university as original samples, chose 161 data as final efficient samples except for 19 untrustworthy respondent, analyzed and drew the result. The specific results are as follows. In case of legal education in engineering department, it was found that women rather than men, the students first taking the subject more than those retaking the subject, the students who have taken the basic law subjects such as law and society, an introduction to law, and the students who hope to get a job in their major field showed the higher class concentration degree and satisfaction degree.

Tourism is a word meaning enjoyable based on tourism order. No matter how free is the journey guaranteed, there is a limit to the orders travellers follow. In other words, constitutionalism suitable for a region or country can be found in any tourist resort at home and abroad. Foreign or local tourism travelling in Korea have tourism-related rules to keep, and people working for tourism and organization of it have also rules. Therefore, a study for the rule of law is needed in aspect of how to improve tourism. Unfortunately, none of those rules of law to be followed by tourist and people working for tourism have not been researched. For instance, any principle of law has not been studied to help improve people-to-people diplomacy and national economy those of which are emphasized by tourism basic law. Finally, a research is needed for law reforms that guide tourism in future.
