The research on the manufacturing procedure of Hosanchun jun in the classical literature(17 kinds) showed that the most usually brewed rice wine in it is the 3rd step rice wine, which is brewed by adding rice wine base to it at the intervals used quantity are as follows. Nonglutinous rice(88.2%), flour(82.3%), and nu-ruk(100%) are used in the 1st step of brewing, and nonglutinous rice(82.3%), glutinous rice(17.6%), flour(23.5%), and nu-ruk(11.3%) are used in the 2nd sep, and glutinous rice, flour, and 3rd step of brewing. The grains are used in the form of -paste(88.2%) in the 1st, and in the form of paste(64.7%) and steamed water-soaked rice(sul-bab)(29.4%) in the second step, and sul-bab(64.7%) in the 3rd step of brewing. Nu-ruk is used in small quantity in the 3rd step but it is used I somewhat larger quantity in the 2nd step of brewing.

독소원성 대장균(enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, ETEC, EC81, serotype O148:H28)이 생산하는 heat labile enterotoxin(LT)를 검색해 본 결과, reversed passive latex agglutination(RPLA)법에 있어서는 2배로 희석한 용액 (50 ng)으로부터 64로 희석한 용액 (1.56 ng)에서까지 양성반응을 보였으며 polymerase chain reaction (PCR)기법에 있어서는 10 ng으로부터 1 pg희석용액에서까지 147-base pair(bp)의 LT DNA fragment가 확인되었다. Clostridium perfringens A형 (NCTC8238, Hobbs serotype 2)이 생산한는 장독소를 검색해 본 결과, RPLA법에 있어서는 2배로 희석한 용액 (50 ng)으로부터 64로 희석한 용액 (1.56 ng)에서 까지 양성반응을 보여 독소원성대장균이 생산하는 LT와 일치하였으나, PCR기법에 있어서는 10ng로부터 10 pg 희석용액에서 까지 354-bp의 DNA fragment가 확인되어 독소원성대장균이 생산하는 LT보다 1/10의 낮은 감도를 보였다. PCR기법은 RPLA법에 비하여 훨씬 신속하고 소량의 sample로 장독소를 확인할 수 있었다.

The objective of this study was to investigate clothing of disability for using to base data for development of human design clothing of disability. Data were obtained from 138 disability in the occupation school at Illsan and the association of disability at Seoul. The results were as follows. 1) Factor of diability were 21.8% by natur, 78.2% by posteriori. 2) Unsatisfier on ready-made clothing were infantile paralysis 20.6%, spinal obst-ruction 16.7%, physically handicapped 15%. 3) Apparel wore ready-to wear 64%, repaired ready-to wear 27.8%, home-to wear 0.7%.

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the welding characteristics and the fatigue crack propagation behavior of titanium commonly using power station, aircraft and ship. The experimented material was TIG welded in order to look over the characteristics according to the notch position and compare with other materials. We compared and reviewed the fatigue crack propagation behavior of nontch base metal and welded specimens having different notch position to evaluate the fatigue crack propagation behavior by welding condition.

The spontaneous bilateral asymmetry was analyzed in the hermaphroditic fish Rivulus marmoratus to obtain base line data on the developmental stability of this fish. The results obtained were as follows; 1. Eight kinds of countable anatomical characters except numbers of otolith and radii branchiostegi showed bilateral asymmetry at the frequency ranging from 9.8% to 64.7%. 2. Asymmetry index was not significantly different from that of gonochoristic fish species previously reported. Genetical implication of the results was discussed in relation to developmental stability and homozygosity of this species.

In this study, we have analyzed the cost of korea high-speed railway system. The predicted cost in planning phase and adjustment data to 5th year are collected. Then, predicted cost is compared with adjustment in year/item/system base. We make a project history table for criteria to review project history and research & development activity. We have developed CBS(cost breakdown structure) and allocated adjustment data to them. It is shown that cost prediction related to research & development activity in planning phase is relatively correct.

IPv6 that is next generation internet was appeared because of the shortage of IPv4 address. In present, there has been studying about the home networking which allocates IPv6 address to home appliances. In this paper, It makes 16bits unicast address using remainder 4bits after making 124bits address using 64bits prefix address of IPv6 and 60bits having the form of E.164 proposed RFC2916, IETF and implemented and designed the home networking communicating home appliances having unique unicast address

The Ondal cave, as limestone cave, located in 37$^{\circ}$ 03'N, 128$^{\circ}$ 29'E and in Ha-ri, Yongchun-myeon, Banyans-gun, Chungchongbuk-do. This study analyzed the groundwater of Ondal Cave with 44 items. On investigation almost of items were low and only germs were high than a base numerical value, this is supposedly caused by tourist entrance. For the better management of the Ondal cave the preventing is required.

Until now, Industrial robotic sa(ety problems are not considered as a indust rial safety problems. In order to reduce industrial robotic safety problem, analyzing problem, risk control, and developing industrial robotic standard s are necessary. In this study, SAFEMIR(Safety Management for Industrial Robotic) is developed for preventing mul-function in industrial robotics. This system is consisted of Da ta Base Management System Module and Expert System Module which Is a part of Articial In telligence. Borland C++ and Foxpro 2.0 are used for implementing this system.
