홈 네트워크 방식의 헬스 케어 시스템 구현 (Implementation of Medical Care System based on Home Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 인체의 운동 변화를 홈 네트워크 방식으로 측정하고 확인할 수 있는 헬스 케어 시스템을 구현하였다. 제안되는 시스템은 트레드밀 운동 또는 사이클 운동 자세에서, 그 운동의 변화에 따라 신호 전달 장치를 통하여 실시간으로 전달되는 생체 신호를 데이터 획득 장치를 통하여 얻고, 그 데이터를 분석 장치에서 논리적으로 분석하여 자세에 대한 평가를 할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 측정파라미터의 항목을 혈압(Blood Pressure), 온도(Temperature), 낙상(Fall Index), 무게분포도(WDI), 체질량지수(BMI) 등으로 함으로서 측정값을 통하여 신체적 변화정도를 확인하고, 신체의 상태를 평가할 수 있도록 감시 체제를 구성하였다.

  • Recently, research and application for a power module have been actively studied according to the increasing demand for the production of vehicles, smartphones and semiconductor devices. The power modules based on the transient liquid phase (TLP) technology for bonding of power semiconductor devices have been introduced in this paper. The TLP bonding has been widely used in semiconductor packaging industry due to inhibiting conventional Pb-base solder by the regulation of end of life vehicle (ELV) and restriction of hazardous substances (RoHS). In TLP bonding, the melting temperature of a joint layer becomes higher than bonding temperature and it is cost-effective technology than conventional Ag sintering process. In this paper, a variety of TLP bonding technologies and their characteristics for bonding of power module have been described.

일대일 마켓팅 기반의 지능형 고객 특화 모듈의 설계 (A Design of an Intelligent Specialized Customer Module based on One to One Marketing)

  • 웹 기반 시스템의 고객 만족도를 증가시키기 위한 다양한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한 근래에는 고객 관점에서 서비스를 지원하는 일대일 마켓팅에 대한 관심이 높아졌으며, 웹 기반 시스템에서도 일대일 마켓팅을 지원하기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 일대일 마켓팅을 지원하는 지능형 고객 특화 모듈을 설계하였다. 제안 시스템은 일대일 마켓팅을 지원하기 위해 타겟 셀링, 크로스 셀링, 업 셀링과 같은 데이터 마이닝 기법을 사용하였다. 또한 이러한 고객 특화 모듈의 마이닝 결과를 프로토타입에 직접 적용하여 제안 시스템이 실제 웹 기반 시스템에 적용가능함을 보였다.

Empirical Comparison of Deep Learning Networks on Backbone Method of Human Pose Estimation

  • Accurate estimation of human pose relies on backbone method in which its role is to extract feature map. Up to dated, the method of backbone feature extraction is conducted by the plain convolutional neural networks named by CNN and the residual neural networks named by Resnet, both of which have various architectures and performances. The CNN family network such as VGG which is well-known as a multiple stacked hidden layers architecture of deep learning methods, is base and simple while Resnet which is a bottleneck layers architecture yields fewer parameters and outperform. They have achieved inspired results as a backbone network in human pose estimation. However, they were used then followed by different pose estimation networks named by pose parsing module. Therefore, in this paper, we present a comparison between the plain CNN family network (VGG) and bottleneck network (Resnet) as a backbone method in the same pose parsing module. We investigate their performances such as number of parameters, loss score, precision and recall. We experiment them in the bottom-up method of human pose estimation system by adapted the pose parsing module of openpose. Our experimental results show that the backbone method using VGG network outperforms the Resent network with fewer parameter, lower loss score and higher accuracy of precision and recall.

A New Control Strategy for Input Voltage Sharing in Input Series Output Independent Modular DC-DC Converters

  • Input series output independent (ISOI) dc-dc converter systems are suitable for high voltage input and multiple output applications with low voltage rating switches. This paper proposes a novel control strategy consisting of one output voltage regulating (OVR) control loop and n-1 (n is the number of modules in the ISOI system) input voltage sharing (IVS) control loops. An ISOI system with the proposed control strategy can be applied to applications where the output loads of each module are the same. Under these conditions, IVS can be achieved and output voltages copying can be realized in an ISOI system. In this control strategy there is only one controller for each module and the design process of the control loops is simple. Since no central controller is needed in the system, modularity of the system is improved. The operation principle of the new control strategy is introduced and the control effect is simulated. Then the output power and voltage characteristics of an ISOI system under this new control strategy are analyzed. The stability of the proposed control strategy is explored base on a Hurwitz criterion, and the design guide line of the control strategy is given. A two module ISOI system prototype is fabricated and tested in the laboratory. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

점화안전장치용 격벽 착화모듈 설계 및 신뢰도 분석 (Design and Reliability Analysis of the Through Bulkhead Initiation Module for Arm-Fire-Device(AFD))

  • 오링을 사용하지 않고 기밀을 유지할 수 있는 점화안전장치용 격벽 착화모듈을 설계하였다. 격벽 착화모듈은 도우너 화약에 의해 발생한 충격파가 격벽을 통해 억셉터 화약에 전달되었을 때 동작한다. 격벽 착화모듈의 구조적 안전성을 구조해석을 통해 확인하였고 점화 성능은 10cc 밀폐용기 시험을 통하여 검증하였다. 동작시험 결과를 토대로 통계적 처리방법인 Probit Method를 이용하여 신뢰도 분석을 하였다. 신뢰도 분석 결과를 통하여 격벽 착화모듈의 중요한 설계변수인 격벽두께를 결정하였다.

  • The modular building system is a type of prefabricated construction method, and is an industrialized building system that transports, assembles, and completes a three-dimensional module manufactured in a factory to the site. The economics of a modular building system where 50 to 80% of the entire process takes place in a modular factory is dominated by productivity of the factory manufacturing process. Since the building of the module is finished by the combination of unit parts produced by each material, it is necessary to manage the process in each module unit. However, currently marketed process control programs do not reflect the features of these modular methods. In this paper, we introduce Modular Factory Design software(MFD 2019) that can make modular unit production plan which reflects production base(modular factory) and production target(application and number of modular units). In order to verify software compatibility and reliability, two production plans with different production methods were formulated and simulated.

  • With the rise of the Al wave, task-oriented dialogue systems have become one of the popular research directions in academia and industry. Currently, task-oriented dialogue systems mainly adopt pipelined form, which mainly includes natural language understanding, dialogue state decision making, dialogue state tracking and natural language generation. However, pipelining is prone to error propagation, so many task-oriented dialogue systems in the market are only for single-round dialogues. Usually single- domain dialogues have relatively accurate semantic understanding, while they tend to perform poorly on multi-domain, multi-round dialogue datasets. To solve these issues, we developed a paddle-based multi-domain task-oriented Chinese dialogue system. It is based on NEZHA-base pre-training model and CrossWOZ dataset, and uses intention recognition module, dichotomous slot recognition module and NER recognition module to do DST and generate replies based on rules. Experiments show that the dialogue system not only makes good use of the context, but also effectively addresses long-term dependencies. In our approach, the DST of dialogue tracking state is improved, and our DST can identify multiple slotted key-value pairs involved in the discourse, which eliminates the need for manual tagging and thus greatly saves manpower.

방사성폐기물 표층처분시설 통합 모니터링 시스템 개발 (Development of an Integrated Monitoring System for the Low and Intermediate Level Radioactive Waste Near-surface Disposal Facility)

  • In this study, the function and purpose of the disposal cover, which is an engineering barrier installed to isolate the disposal vault of the near-surface disposal facility for radioactive waste from natural/man-made intrusion, and the design details of the demonstration facility for performance verification were described. The Demonstration facility was designed in a partially divided form to secure the efficiency of measurement while being the same as the actual size of the surface disposal facility to be built in the Intermediate & low-level radioactive waste disposal site of the Korea Radioactive Waste Agency (KORAD). The instruments used for measurement consist of a multi-point thermometer, FDR (Frequency Domain Reflectometry) sensor, inclinometer, acoustic sensor, flow meter, and meteorological observer. It is used as input data for the monitoring system. The 3D monitoring system was composed of 5 layers using the e-government standard framework, and was developed based on 4 components: screen, control module, service module, and DBIO(DataBase Input Output) module, and connected them to system operation. The monitoring system can provide real-time information on physical changes in the demonstration facility through the collection, analysis, storage, and visualization processes.

  • Tiny camera module using in modern cellular phone requires precise assembly processes. Higher camera resolution and more functions such as zoom lens make the number of camera parts bigger. As market grows rapidly, automatic assembly process is required. However, diverse product line and short life cycle make it difficult. To attack this, a flexible and expandable lens assembly system is proposed. For the fast manufacturing line formation, modular concept is adopted. Also each module is designed to have intelligence to save system formation time. The assembly system is built up on the standard flat-form which provides vibration free base, air and electric supply, controllers, etc. Futhermore, the assembly cell has the capability of handling tiny, thin, or transparent parts which are very difficult to align with vision.
