미생물 토양 주입을 통한 Bio-barrier 형성 (Bio-barrier Formation by Biomass Injection into Soil)

  • 박테리아를 토양과 같은 다공성 매질에 주입시키고 적절한 기질과 영양분을 공급시키면 박테리아는 매질의 표면에 부착하여 성장한다. 그 결과 바이오필름이 생성되어 공극의 크기가 감소하여 매질의 투수계수가 감소되며, 오염물질을 분해시키는 생물학적 오염분해 능력을 갖게 된다. 본 연구는 투수계수가 비교적 큰 모래와 화강풍화토에 박테리아를 접종, 배양한 후 토양의 투수계수의 변화를 측정하였으며, 배양된 바이오필름의 화학물질에 대한 저항성 및 온도변화에 대한 내구성 실험을 통해 대용 차수재로의 가능성을 평가하였다. 또한 bio-barrier의 유기물질 분해능 및 bio-barrier의 두께에 따른 미생물의 생장도를 column test를 통하여 측정하여 bio-barrier 내에서의 기질의 이동 및 생분해와 박테리아 농도의 분포 변화간의 관계를 제시하였다.

  • In this study, the growth diagnosis of root is analyzed through plant's auxanology point of view, and the inductive root barrier ability of panel type waterproofing method which is designed to deal with it, is confirmed positively through long term(2 years) mock-up test. Moreover, basic ideas for inductive root barrier design in joint is presented through this study. The experiment result for the root barrier of sealed A-type during 24 months, there were no damages found on the waterproofing layer. -urethane sealing material was used to apply for waterproofing of joint- for roots. As the result, it was confirmed that it is possible to maintain the root barrier of method through applying inductive root barrier design such as the installation of decreasing space of bearing power which considers the growth diagnosis of root, even if the root barrier was not secured.

국부정면충돌 시험방법에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Small Overlap Frontal Crash Test Method)

  • In order to improve occupant protection in frontal crash, the IIHS introduced a small overlap frontal crash test in 2012. When the front corner of a car collides with another car or object, such as utility pole the test replicated the sequence of events. Because occupants move simultaneously forward and toward the side of the vehicle this test is challenging for some airbag and safety belt designs. In the small overlap frontal test, a car travels at 64 km/h toward a rigid barrier. A hybrid III dummy is positioned in the driver seat. 25% of the total width of the car strikes the barrier on the driver side. After review of small overlap frontal test protocol and overall rating, six run-throughs were performed according to the original test method.

차단막에 의한 랙크 구획화가 화재확산 저감에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Rack Compartment using Barriers on Reducing the Fire Spread)

  • 랙크 내 설치되는 차단막은 초기 화재확산을 지연시키는데 큰 역할을 담당하고 있으나 소화를 목적으로 설치되는 천장형 스프링클러의 입장에서는 소화수의 원활한 공급에 장애물로서 비춰질 수도 있다. 이에 In-Rack 스프링클러와 차단막을 동시에 적용하는 방법 등이 제시되고 있으나 차단막의 설치조건에 따른 화재확산 지연성능 및 In-Rack 스프링클러에 미치는 영향 등에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 축소모델 화재실험을 통해 차단막의 설치조건에 따른 화재확산 지연성능과 In-Rack 스프링클러에 미치는 영향 등을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 랙크 내에 수평과 수직 차단막을 동시에 설치한 경우, 4배 이상의 화재확산 지연성능이 발휘되는 것을 확인하였으며, 구획화로 인한 구획 내 온도 상승 또한 약 2~3배 가량 높은 것으로 나타나 In-Rack 스프링클러가 조기에 작동될 수 있도록 유도하는 긍정적인 효과 또한 존재하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Recently, development in vehicle safety could increase interest in children's safety in vehicle collisions. But the research of children safety in vehicle collisions is not being conducted as many as that of adult's. Especially the study for the vehicle crash was not much. This study focused on the comparison of child safety between test protocols to evaluate children's safety in crash test. Injuries of Q6 and Q10 dummy were evaluated using FFRB (Full frontal rigid barrier) test and 40% ODB (Offset deformable barrier) test with one model vehicle. Even though the limit number of test, the tendency of injury criteria of Q6 and Q10 dummy between the test protocols was not conformed but injury criteria of Q6 and Q10 were not same between FFRB and 40% ODB.

  • We will discuss encapsulation of OLEDs on both flexible and rigid glass substrates. Accelerated testing at 6CC/90RH and 85C/85RH is compared and acceleration factors for OLED and Calcium test samples are discussed.We have tested the stability and performance of our barrier coating to much higher temperatures: up to 140 C. Water Vapor Transmission rates at temperatures from 60 to 140 C are presented. Rates and methods for low cost manufacturing on a large scale are analysed.

  • Recently, Study on measuring property of a micro thin film(nm ~ hundreds of ) under Thermal Mechanical loading. In this work, We perform tensile test at high temperature(1200 ) to investigate mechanical properties of alumina TGO formed under Thermal Barrier Coating. We used Digital Image Correlation method for measuring displacement, and We presented a method of tensile test for thin film at high temperature.

온라인 쇼핑몰 전환장벽의 선행요인 연구 (Study of previous Factors of Switching barrier at Online shop)

  • The objectives of this study were to figure out the relationships of factors, e-quality, interactivity, trust and switching barrier, to affect the online customers loyalty. Moreover, e-quality was considered because of the problem of ssability originated from the environment that a lot of information and products are given at online business. This study employs a survey method to empirically test the proposed research model. A survey questionnaire was developed and 100 responses were collected. The data were analyzed using PLS method, a structural equation modeling method. The results of the study indicate that e-quality, interactivity, and trust influence switching barrier and that the switching barrier affects virtual relationship, which has an positive effect on loyalty. This study provides valuable theoretical and practical perspectives that e-quality is the most influential factor on virtual relationship and that, of the three factors of switching barrier, the virtual relationship is the most effective one to prevent customers online from changing their main online shop for products.

  • We have made known the study of shape development of interference device for vehicle noise control. It's primary object greatly attenuate the noise due to transport vehicle by small products installed on the noise barrier edge. Also, it is able to improve the insertion loss of a noise barrier without increasing the height of noise barrier. The present time, we set up a newly manufactured products on the noise barrier edge and testify to it's the performance use of an experiment and evaluation for the reduction of railway noise. In this paper the frequency characteristic of interference device of noise barriers with attached newly developed products in terms of shape, absorptive material and split panel, are examined using field test around of railroad.

압입시험법에 의한 YSZ 층상 열차폐 코팅재의 기계적 거동 (Mechanical Behavior of Layered YSZ Thermal Barrier Coatings using Indentation Test)

  • In this study, we investigated the mechanical behaviors of layered thermal barrier coatings by indentations. Various single and double-layered thermal barrier coatings were deposited by air plasma spray process using different type of commercialized YSZ (Yttria stabilized zirconia) starting powders. Indentation stress-strain curve, load-displacement curve and hardness of the single and the double-layered thermal barrier coatings were obtained experimentally and analyzed. The indentation damages at the same loads were compared, and thus, the results depend on the structure of each coating. The result indicates improvement in damage resistances from tailoring of layered structures in the component of gas turbine system is expected.
