A predictive fuzzy control algorithm for elevator group control (엘리베이터 군제어를 위한 예견퍼지 제어알고리즘)

  • In this paper, a predictive fuzzy control algorithm to supervise the elevator system with plural elevator cars is proposed and its performance is evaluated. Elevator group controller must decide the service elevator for a registered hall call to satisfy the multiple control objects. The proposed group control algorithm ensures the efficient operations of the group cars and provides the improved level of service, coping with multiple control objects and uncertainty of system state. The feasibility of the proposed control algorithm is evaluated by simulation on computer.

  • So far many researches have studied to control a cart system with a pole on the top of itself (forwards we call it simply a cart system) which is movable only to the directions to which a cart moves, using neural networks and genetic algorithms. Especially which it wag solved by genetic algorithms, it was possible to control a cart system more robustly than ordinary methods using neural networks but it had problems too, i.e., the control time to be achieved was short and the processing time for it was long. However we could control a cart system using standard genetic algorithm longer than ordinary neural network methods (for example error backpropagation) and could see that robust control was possible. Computer simulation was performed through the personal computer and the results showed the possibility of real time control because the cpu time which was occupied by processes was relatively short.

  • Slewing maneuver and vibration suppression control of flexible spacecraft model by Lyapunov stability theory are considered. The specific model considered in this paper consists of a rigid hub with an elastic appendage attached to the central hub and tip mass. Attitude control to point and stabilize single axis using reaction wheel type device is tested. To control all flexible modes is so critical to designing an active control law. We therefore considered an direct output feeback control design by using Lyapunov stability theory. It is shown that the ouput feedback control law design with proposed configuration gives satisfactory result in slewing performance and vibration suppression control.

  • Controlling chaos is a new concept, which transform chaotic signal to fixed points, or low periodic orbits. In this paper we propose state feedback method in order to control chaotic signal in canonical Chua's circuit Canonical Chua's circuit is a simple electronic circuit consists of two linear resistors, a linear inductor, two linear capacitors, and only one nonlinear element so called Chua's diode. This nonlinear element supplies power to the circuit and drives the chaotic oscillations. Proposed control method is successful to control chaotic signal in canonical Chua's circuit Result shows that chaotic trajectory change rapidly its orbit to stable fixed points, 1 periodic orbit, or 2 periodic orbit when control signal applies.

  • 본 논문에서는 모바일 기기들을 사용하여 언제 어디서나 PC에 접속하여 컴퓨터 시스템을 제어 할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템은.NET과 데이터베이스 기반의 모바일 시스템 설계로 IP address와 데이터베이스를 활용한 모바일 접속을 통하여 PC를 제어하기 위한 모바일 원격 제어 시스템이다. 우선적으로 PC의 전반적인 시스템 제어가 아닌 멀티미디어(음악, 이미지, 동영상 파일)와 Shutdown 실행을 제어하는 기능을 구현하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 에너지절감 및 최적의 용접결과(최소 스패터 등), 변압기 소형화를 위해 16비트 마이크로컨트롤러를 적용한 고주파 인버터식 저항용접기 시스템을 구성하였으며, 용접파라미터의 순시 피드백과 통전시간 제어를 통해 용접조건에 맞는 최적의 용접전력을 모재에 공급할 수 있는 저항용접기를 구현하여 그 특성파악을 행하였다.

  • This paper considers a new synthesis of the optimally performing brain-state-in-a-box (BSB) neural associative memory given a set of prototype patterns to be stored as asymptotically stable equilibrium points with the large and uniform size of the domain of attraction (DOA). First, we propose a new theorem that will be used to provide a guideline in design of the BSB neural associative memory. Finally, a design example is given to illustrate the proposed approach and to compare with existing synthesis methods.

  • In this work, extensions to partial least squares (PLS) for wastewater treatment (WWT) process monitoring are discussed. Conventional data gathered by monitoring WWT systems are usually time varying, high dimensional, correlated and nonlinear, PLS has been shown to be an efficient approach in modeling and monitoring high dimensional and correlated data.
