In this study, Periphyllus acerihabitans Zhang, 1982 is reported for the first time in Korea. Species distribution, measurement, host plants, description, key to Korean species of the genus Periphyllus, and illustrations of diagnostic characters for apterous viviparous females are provided.

Under nonlinear characteristics of frames, we propose the frame interpolation using GRNN to enhance the visual picture quality. By full search with block size of 128x128~1x1 to reduce blocky artifact and image overlay, we select the frame having block of minimum error and re-estimate the nonlinear moving vector using GRNN. We compare our scheme with forward(backward) motion compensation, bidirectional motion compensation when the object movement is large or the object image includes zoom-in and zoom-out or camera focus has changed. Experimental results show that the proposed method provides better performance in subjective image quality compared to conventional MCFI methods.

Based on recent 27 document, reported in Huang Ti Nei Ching, the following results concering the tongue and Tongue-acupuncture were obtained: 1. It was observed that the tongue has direct or indirect connection with the Heart meridian, the Liver meridian, the Spleen meridian, the Kidney meridian, the Triple energizer meridian and the Stomach meridian. 2. The Tongue-acupunccture, needlingon tongue, is one of new acupunctures treating general disorder and 31 acu-points have been found; 17 points on the upper part and 14 points on the lower part of the tongue. 3. The Tongue-acupuncture is employed by dividing the tongue into threeregions; Sangcho area(下焦穴), Jungcho area(中焦穴) and Hacho area(下焦穴). Each region cures its own corresponding symptoms. 4. The upper part of the tongue is divided into 4 regions by the sidelines along with Chuy Cheon(聚泉), So Jang Hyul(小腸穴) and Dae Jang Hyul(大腸穴). Sangcho area(上焦穴) includes Sim Hyul(心穴), Pye Hyul(肺穴), Sang Gi Hyul(上肢穴) and Jungcho area(中焦穴) includes Ui Hyul(胃穴), Bi Hyul(脾穴), Dam Hyul(膽穴) and Hacho area(下焦穴) includes Gan Hyul(肝穴), Bang Kwang Hyul(膀胱), Sin Hyul(腎穴) and the inner region includes Yim Hyul(陰穴), Ha Gi Hyul(下肢穴), on The lower part of the tongue, there are aec Hyul(額穴), Mok Hyul(目穴), Bi Hyul(鼻穴), I Hyul(耳穴), In Hu Hyul(咽喉穴) in contrast with the face above the center of the tongue as well as Gi Maek Hyul(支脈穴), Hae Chun Hyul(海泉), Gyum Gin Ok Aek(金津玉液), Seol Ha Hyul(舌下穴), Seol Gu(舌柱), Joa Chun Hyul(佐泉穴), Sin Gyun Hyul(神根穴), Jung Gu(中矩), Aek Bang Hyul(液旁穴). 5. The Tongue-acupuncture can be applied to the disease internal medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, gynecology, musculoskeletal system, symptomatology.

In this paper, we propose a lossless compression scheme for cloud point data of the target construction by using doubleness and decreasing useless information of cloud point data. We use Hough transform to find the horizontal angle between construction and terrestrial LIDAR. This angle is used for the rotation of the cloud point data. The cloud point data can be parallel to x-axis, then y-axis doubleness is increased. Therefore, the cloud point data can be more compressed. In addition, we apply two methods to decrease the number of cloud point data for useless information of them. One is decimation of the cloud point data, the other is to extract the range of y-coordinates of target construction, and then extract the cloud point data existing in the range only. The experimental result shows the performance of proposed scheme. To compress the data, we use only the position information without additional information. Therefore, this scheme can increase processing speed of the compression algorithm.

The coursewares available on the web are on active development by each country all over the world in accordance with web prevailing. Many Visual Basic language courseware is also into web-based education it is not improving the effect of learning. Hence through this study, in orer to be out of the said kind of approach, 1)by adding multimedia elements with making the best of web characteristics, 2)escalating the studying effect of learners' with experimental environment, and 3)providing proper feedbacks in assessment of learners' reactions 4)we invented web-based multimedia courseware with the technology of Real Encoder, Real Player, Active X etc. and tried adapting it to school education field on the basis of design model of professor-learning system.

This study aims to examine the environmental aspect of users of PDA, an information device whose use is on the rise. The focus is put on the display of PDA products to see how it considered effectiveness and visual effect for users. A better environment will be presented for users by analyzing problems in interface design, such as how easily users can access information and how simply and clearly users can process such information. Additionally, each of PDA products will be tested to see what difficulties users can face while carrying out tasks and how easily users can cope with a problem when facing it. In this study, the utilization of PDA was analyzed in terms of its basic functions such as information input and the output and use of wanted information. Based on the analysis results, a better alternative for uses of PDA will be presented.

We improve the performance of WCDMA repeater by cancelling the feedback interference radio signal under the fixed point implementation. Floating-point DSP or FPGA to implement the ICS algorithm may have an disadvantage of high cost, To solve this problem, we suggest the ICS algorithm based on LMS under fixed point operation, and show the validity of our results by comparing with the floating-point results through numerical simulation.

Incheon international airport has been successful, that is, the winner of Airport Service Quality (ASQ) evaluation performed by ACI(Airport Council International) for nine consecutive years. It goes without saying that such an outstanding performance was made not only by airport authority itself but by the collaboration among subcontractors at Incheon international airport. Since Incheon airport is showing more than 80% of outsourcing rate, it is important to mention and study the roles and functions of subcontractors who has made a major contribution to ASQ performance. According to empirical research in this paper, it was found out service attitude, communication skill and interdependence between airport authority and subcontractors were important factors affecting the ASQ score. It is also analyzed that those independent factors have an impact on ASQ performance through the intermediate factor of trust. As a result, service attitude and interdependence between airport authority and subcontractors have statistically a significant effect to the relational satisfaction and ASQ performance. It could be concluded that trust is significant factor determining the causal relationship among service attitude, communication skill, relational satisfaction and ASQ score.

There are some technologies such as USN, RFID, Home-network to advance the ubiquitous era. Those technologies embody Context-Awareness System. To Context-Awareness System is that human, objects and environment supply information with cable and wireless at real time. So private information, information privacy, a wide sense privacy will be faced on serious menace. In this article, I analyze threat of private information in Context-Awareness System under USN(ubiquitous Sensing Network) surroundings and present technology to protect private information. Each technology can apply subdivided protection province information privacy. I expect definition of information privacy, insight through technological presentation and total solution in this article.

This study was conducted to determine the phototactic response of Paratlanticus ussuriensis to different wavelength of light by the use of LEDs and to provide a basic information for developing an improved trap with the longer trapping efficiency to control environment-friendly this katydid. P. ussuriensis were attracted to the single LED light source, especially, blue and white. For the multiple LED light sources, the movement of P. ussuriensis was not significantly different among LED-light bands. Overall, P. ussuriensis had a tendency to move to light source although they were not attracted to a specific wavelength of light. These methods may be used as information for conducting a phototactic response of other insects.
