  • 본 논문은 수십 MW용량의 풍력단지를 교류전력망에 연계하기 위한 다중펄스 컨버터와 PWM 컨버터로 구성된 Back-to-Back 컨버터를 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션 모델개발과 하드웨어 축소모형 실험을 통해 제안하는 Back-to-Back 컨버터의 시스템 구성 및 동작특성에 대해서 분석하고 3-레벨 24-펄스 컨버터를 영전압과 점호각을 제어할 경우와 점호각만을 제어할 경우 제어상의 장 단점과 제어성능을 비교분석하였다.

  • In this paper, we measure the back-EMF and the thrust of a linear brushless DC motor along the relative position between coils and magnets in various speed environments in order to obtain the back-EMF and the thrust as a function of a motor position. The measured back-EMF function and thrust function of the position differ from the analytical ones within 5%. The measured back-EMF and thrust function can, then, be employed in controlling the thrust ripple of the linear motor. Furthermore, to minimize the torque ripple of the linear motor, we suggest the design method to shape the back-EMF and thrust function of the linear motor.

매도후임대의 리스크 대비 성과의 비교분석: 선박투자회사 출자 및 선박 인수 사례를 중심으로 (A Comparative Analysis of Risk-to-Performance of Sale and Lease Back: Based on the cases of ship investment company investment and ship acquisition)

  • Purpose - I analyzes risk-to-performance evaluated in the market using data from sale and lease back. Specifically, I analyze from the perspective of financial institutions that purchase sale and lease back based on the cases of investment by ship investment companies and acquisition of ships. Design/methodology/approach - I use 49 sale and lease back data from 2017 to 2019 for empirical analysis. Findings - The main results of this paper are as follows. First, after sale and lease back of domestic ships, the average amount of sales by the leased shipping company is 25.1 billion won, the average amount of investment by the purchased financial institution is 14.6 billion won (60%) and the average length of the ship is nine years. In ship finance, sale and lease back is deemed to be appropriately used as a means of restructuring for a large amount of money. Second, the main risk factor for sale and lease back of domestic ships is credit risk and can be measured in VaR in practice. As a result of the empirical analysis, the average credit risk burden ratio is 9%. As a major risk factor, low creditworthiness of restructuring companies is the key. Third, as a result of measuring the profitability of financial institutions that purchase sale and lease back of domestic ships at a net current price, it has an average value of 300 million won, but the deviation by case is very large. Fourth, the risk adjusted performance of sale and lease back of domestic ships is 0.54 on average compared to the total risk capital, and 0.52 compared to the stock-risk capital, and as with profitability earlier, the deviation of each case is very large and misaligned. In order to boost the sale and lease back market for large and long-term assets, in order to overcome low profitability as a prerequisite for future participation of commercial purchased financial institutions, it is expected that purchase decisions based on expectations versus risk will be necessary. Research implications or Originality - The results of this paper are expected to broaden the understanding of sale and lease back and foster the ability to assess long-term risk and performance. Based on this, it is believed that rapid restructuring of companies through sale and lease back of large amounts of long-term assets will greatly increase the utility of the domestic financial market.

다층구조계내 터널 거동의 역해석 (A Back-Analysis of Tunnels in Multi-Layered Underground Structures)

  • This study consists of two procedures on back analysis and forward analysis which is a basic tool of the former. For a safe and economical construction of underground structures, it is required to identify the structural parameters and analyze the structural behavior as exactly as possible. In this paper, a boundary element method to analyze the behavior of multi-alyered underground structures is studied, in which body forces and initial stresses are considered. That is, each layer is discritized into subregions using infinite fundamental solutions, and terms of body forces and initial stresses are transformed into boundary integral where the applied direct integral method is used. And the system of equations containing body forces and initial stresses are considered. And the system of equations containing body forces and initial stresses are composed, then the method to solve unknowns is used with applying compatibility and equilibrium conditions between interfaces. As well, the direct search method is applied in back analysis problems. By Powell's method as a technique to search unknown parameters, assuming displacements calculated from boundary element analysis as in-situ displacements, elastic moduli and initial stresses are presumed. As consequences of this study, the results of boundary element analysis of the behavior of multilayered structure considering body forces and initial stresses are agreed with those of finite element analysis. And results of back analysis of elastic moduli and initial stresses in each layers are agreed with exact values with a little difference. Therefore, it is known that this study can be efficiently applied for analyzing the behavior of underground structures including back analysis problems.

역류방지 체크밸브의 응고해석 특성 (Solidification Analysis Characteristics of Back Flow Prevention Check Valve)

  • Check valves used in vessels include shock-release function on piping system, aside from basic back flow prevention. However, proper and enough protection of system is not obtainable due to use of high-pressure and bulk fluids, resulting from enlargement of vessels. In this study, casting analysis of check valves protecting systems in flow path from water hammering or back flow is conducted, using Z-CAST program. Also, molten metal filling, flow analysis, solidification analysis and shrinkage cavity analysis are conducted. The main results are as following. Regarding filling of each risering, molten metal showed stable supply condition without being isolated. It was identified that the final solidification exists on risering, but shrinkage cavity possibly might happens at the point of isolation solidification.

  • 본 논문에서는 무선 센서 네트워크를 위한 위치 정보의 시간차를 이용한 라우팅 프로토콜(Geo-Back)을 제안한다. Geo-Back은 기존의 위치 기반 라우팅 알고리즘과 달리 주기적인 이웃 노드들의 위치 정보 혹은 하나의 홉 내에 있는 이웃 노드들 수의 정보를 이용하지 않고, 오직 소스와 목적지 노드의 위치 정보만을 이용하며, 최적의 back-off 시간 메커니즘을 사용하여 패킷 전송을 결정한다. 빈번한 토폴로지 변화 환경 하에서, 제안하는 Geo-Back 프로토콜은 업데이트를 위한 브로드캐스트 알고리즘을 사용하지 알고 빠르게 목적지까지 전송하기 위한 최적의 다음 홉을 찾을 수 있으며, 분석 결과 밀집 환경의 무선 센서 네트워크에서 확장성과 향상된 성능을 확인 하였다.

기어 치형의 미성형 구간 최소화를 위한 배압 냉간 단조 성형 해석 (Back-pressure cold forging analysis to minimize non-forming area of gear teeth)

  • 본 연구에서는 자동차 자동변속기의 핵심 부품인 아웃풋 허브 및 리액션 허브의 치형 미성형 구간의 최소화를 위한 배압 냉간 단조 성형 공법에 대한 유한요소해석을 수행하였다. 변위제어해석으로 펀치 하중 및 슬리브 배압력을 도출하였고, 도출된 하중 및 배압력을 이용한 하중제어해석을 수행하여 상호 검증을 하였다. 변위제어해석과 하중제어해석이 유사한 경향을 보였으며, 아웃풋 허브와 리액션 허브의 미성형 구간을 기준 이하로 만족시키기 위한 펀치 하중과 슬리브 배압력을 구하였다. 리액션 허브의 펀치 하중이 아웃풋 허브 보다 큰 이유는 상부 치형 가공 시 리액션 허브의 단면감소율이 아웃풋 허브 보다 크기 때문인 것으로 판단되며, 슬리브 배압력이 아웃풋허브와 리액션 허브에서 차이가 나는 것 또한 슬리브 단면적의 차이에 기인한 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서 제시한 배압 냉간 단조 성형 해석 과정과 결과를 적용한 실제 치형 가공의 미성형 구간 결과와 비교하여 검증 평가하였으며, 치형 제품의 품질 개선 및 생산성 향상을 위해 요구되는 성형가공 조건을 도출하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the bending process for manufacturing of sound pipe by 3 dimension bending machine. The arbitrarily-bended pipe is widely used in a heat exchanger system. The pipe should be formed precisely for assembling of heat changer. And, spring back effect and variation of the pipe thickness should be controlled effectively. We described the change of spring back amount and thickness variation of the pipe according to the change of bending radius and bending angle by FEM analysis. The analysis is adopted the elasic-plastic analysis and contact analysis on MARC software.

  • The elastic stress analysis of the die for helical gear forging has been calculated by using the nodal force at the final stage obtained from the rigid-plastic finite element analysis. In order to obtain more precise gear products. the elastic analysis of the die after release of punch and the elastic spring-back analysis of product after ejection have been performed and the final dimension of the computational product has been in good agreement with that of the experimental product.

요통환자의 일반적 특성에 따른 한국어판 오스웨스트리 장애 설문지의 라쉬분석 (A Rasch Analysis of the Korean Version of Oswestry Disability Questionnaire According to General Characteristics of Patients With Low Back Pain)

  • Three hundred and fourteen low back pain patients completed the Korean version of the Oswestry Disability Questionnaire (KODQ) and the Rasch analysis was then applied to identify the inappropriate items and to determine ODQ item difficulties according to a subject's characteristics. For women and youths, the 'sex life' item showed misfit statistics, whereas for older subjects it was the 'pain intensity' and 'standing' items. Also, in the acute low back group the 'pain intensity', 'standing' and 'sex life' items showed misfit statistics. For all subjects, the most difficult item was 'pain intensity', whereas the easiest item was 'walking'. But for the older and acute groups 'lifting' was the most difficult item and for those who have a visual analogue scale score of 3 or less 'sitting' was the most difficult item. These results show that differential item functioning is present in several items according to sex, age, acute and chronic pain, and VAS score. This study may be useful for adjusting the KODQ item difficulties for low back pain patients with different characteristics.
