기업 활동의 근간을 이루는 비즈니스 프로세스들을 투명하게 관리하고 통제하기 위해 국내외 많은 기업들이 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(BPM: Business Process Management) 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로세스 모델링 및 표기법 측면에서 BPMN(Business Process Modeling and Notation), 프로세스 실행과 운영 측면에서 BPEL(Business Process Execution Language), 모니터링과 통제 측면에서 BPQL(Business Process Query Language)을 표준의 개요와 표준화 현황을 제시하였다. 또한, BPM 솔루션 공급업체들의 유형을 분류해 보고, 각 공급업체 유형별 장단점 분석을 기초로 BPM 표준을 자사 솔루션 개발에 적용하고자 하는 기업들에게 유용한 표준 도입 전략을 제시하였다.

Recently, Korean government demands that public sectors like railway construction should improve their management efficiency. It is necessary for railway construction supported by government budget to aim at the companywide management efficiency. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is known as integrated performance management framework that helps a company to translate strategic objective info relevant performance within an organization. This paper focuses on relationship between KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) used to measure the performance of railway construction industry and process KPT for BPM (Business Process Management). Also, the vision and strategies of the railway construction is introduced, and the CSFs (Critical Success Factors) and the KPI based on BSC is developed. Finally, this paper explores that there is a possibility to fulfill the strategic objectives of railway construction industry through the connectivity between KPI based on BSC and process KPI based on BPM. We explain the detailed procedures with an example of railway construction industry.

This paper purposes analyzing how task assignments influence on business process efficiency, and improving business process efficiency in Business Process Management (BPM) environments. For this purpose, task assignment is categorized into dynamic assignment and static assignment. Dynamic assignment binds a user to a task at process run-time, whereas static assignments assigns a task to a user at process build-time. So far, the influence of task assignment methods has not been studied. We, in this paper, analyze the business process efficiency using two different assigning rule, in terms of cycle time as a efficiency measure. The comparison result can provide a guideline for a company who wants to employ commercial BPM systems.

기업간 경쟁의 격화와 정보기술의 발달로 인하여 많은 기업들이 공급사슬관리(SCM)를 도입하고 있다. 이에 따라, 공급사슬상의 관련 기업간의 상호작용과 정보공유에 기반한 공급사슬 통합이 추진되고 있으며, 웹서비스와 같은 시스템에 독립적인 기술 적용의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 웹서비스를 이용하면서도 높은 수준의 공급사슬 통합이 이루어지기 위해서는, 여러 상호작용주체가 참여하는 글로벌 프로세스 수준에서 SCM 프로세스를 관리하고 제어할 필요가 있으며, 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 및 관리도구로 최근 각광을 받고 있는 BPM을 도입하여 각 업무단위가 웹서비스로 구성된 환경에서 SCM을 구성하는 프로세스를 효과적으로 통합하여 실행하는 방안을 제시한다. 이러한 접근법은 SCM 프로세스의 진행과정을 보다 효율적으로 관리, 모니터링하는 것이 가능하며, SCM 프로세스의 수행결과를 토대로 프로세스의 개선에 대한 방안을 모색할 수 있다. 또한, SCM 프로세스의 진행과정에서 의사결정이 필요한 경우 이에 대한 지인 에이전트를 웹서비스로 구성하여 보다 신속한 프로세스 수행을 가능하게 한다.

방위사업청은 방위력개선업무의 투명성, 효율성, 전문성을 제고하는 한편, 방산 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 "통합사업관리정보체계" 구축 사업을 추진 중이다. 동 체계는 전사적개념으로 국방사업관리 전반에 BPM을 적용한 최초의 사례로서, 이의 적용을 통해 업무정보의 효율적인 공유, 신속한 업무처리, 효율적인 협업 및 의사소통이 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 "통합사업관리정보체계"에 BPM을 도입하는 과정을 소개하는 한편, 이를 통한 업무에 대한 면밀한 분석 및 통합, 업무 프로세스의 표준화 및 체계 구현 결과를 기술하고, 동 체계내 BPMS 구축과정에서 발생한 이론과 실제의 차이와 교훈, 발전방향을 도출한다.

We investigated the preparation and guided-mode properties of $Ti:LiNbO_3$ waveguides which were fabricated by Ti in-diffusion. The diffusion method to reduce the Li out-diffusion was proposed. The optical guided-mode and propagation loss based on butt-coupling pigtailed with PMF-input were measured. How to improve the polishing grade of waveguide endfaces is newly proposed in this paper. To show the mode propagations, the BPM simulations of channel waveguide are described.

비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 (Business Process Management. BPM)는 이 기종 시스템간의 통합을 추구하면서 비즈니스 프로세스의 수명주기를 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 최근의 정보시스템 추세중의 하나이다. 이러한 BPM은 e-Business와 같이 다수의 조직 및 기업이 상호작용 하여 이루어지는 복잡한 프로세스의 자동실행을 위해서는 반드시 필요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 다조직 프로세스에서는 각 비즈니스 주체들간에 자원의 변경과정을 이해하고 명확히 하는 것 이 중요하다. 그러나, 부족한 용량, 프로세스 구조의 복잡성 및 모델의 부재로 인하여 자원의 변경관리가 어려운 문제로 인식되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 프레임워크를 제안하여 비즈니스 프로세스 자원의 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나인 문서의 변경을 지원한다. 이를 위하여 기존프로세스자동화 도구에서와 같이 프로세스수명주기를 '정의 시'와 '실행 시'의 두 가지로 구분하고 프로세스 진행과정에서 문서의 변경을 관리할 수 있는 새로운 모듈을 도입하여 추가한다. 제안된 방법론은 문서 구조모델, 프로세스 구조모델, 문서와 프로세스간 연계모델과 버전 저장모델을 제공한다. 이러한 프레임워크의 유용성을 보이기 위하여 원형을 구현하여 본 논문에 제시한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aqua exercise program on the static balance of child with mental retardation. The subjects were seven male child and three female child with mental retardation(age ranges from 5 to 6). The subjects were practiced with focusing on the aqua exercise program for 8 weeks, from 7, January 2003 to 28, February 2003. The results of this study were as follows : 1. After the exercise program, the balance of double-stance by BPM was significantly reduced of lateral sway number by $12.2\%$(P<.01) with eyes obstruct. 2. After the exercise program, the balance of double-stance by BPM was significantly reduced of anterior and posterior sway number of left leg by $8.5\%$(P<.05) with eyes obstruct. 3. After the exercise program, the balance of double-stance by BPM was significantly reduced of anterior and posterior sway number of right leg by $8.3\%$(P<.05) with eyes obstruct. 4. After the exercise program, the balance of double-stance by BPM was significantly reduced of lateral sway number by $13.2\%$(P<.01) with eyes open. 5. After the exercise program, the balance of double-stance by BPM was significantly reduced of anterior and posterior sway number of left leg by $10.3\%$(P<.05) with eyes open. 6. After the exercise program, the balance of double-stance by BPM was significantly reduced of anterior and posterior sway number of right leg by $10.3\%$(P<.01) with eyes open. As we can see the results of this study, the aqua exercise program improved the static balance of child with mental retardation. Futhermore, it is reasonable program that can improvability of static balance for the children with mental retardation using aqua exercise program. And then it is necessary to develop much better program than now for the children with mental retardation's health and to provide the adequate pool for their aqua exercise.

시스템 개발에서 초기 테스트는 오류수정 비용을 현저하게 낮출 수 있으며 이는 SOA기반 서비스 시스템에서도 여전히 중요한 요소이다. 그러나 서비스 시스템을 위한 기존 테스트 케이스 생성 기법들은 XML 기반 언어를 사용하여 웹서비스에 한정적이라는 한계점을 가진다. 이를 극복하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 BPMN에 따라 작성된 비즈니스 프로세스 기반으로 서비스 시스템의 테스트 케이스 생성 기법을 제시한다. 테스트 노력을 최소화 하기 위해 기존 BPM을 워크플로우의 기본 요소로만 단순화 시킨 S-BPM을 사용한다. 테스트 케이스 생성 과정은 목표서비스 시스템에 대해 S-BPM을 생성하고, 이를 방향성 그래프로 변환 후, 시나리오 검색 알고리즘을 적용하여 서비스 시나리오를 생성하고, 메시지의 이동 정보를 추출함으로써 이루어진다. 본 기법을 적용하면 웹서비스에 한정적이지 않으면서도 범용 서비스에 적용이 가능한 효율성 높은 테스트 케이스를 얻을 수 있으며, 이 결과물은 SOA의 비즈니스 관점 지향 특징을 반영한 테스트 케이스로 볼 수 있다.
