A Research on Cool URI based on Internationalized Resource Identifier for Web 2.0 (웹 2.0을 위한 다국어 식별자 기반의 Cool URI에 대한 연구)

  • Web 2.0 and Semantic Web technology will be merged to be a next generation Web that leads presentation-oriented Web to data-centric Web. In the next generation Web, semantic processing, Web platform, and data fusion are most important technology factors. Among them, Cool URI used for data fusion can provide permanent and human readable URI and it has been already used in Blog system. However, Cool URI is not suitable to I18N environment such as Hangul and it is difficult to be adopted because several encodings are mingled in Korea Web society. In this paper, we discussed technology issues and Cool URI Web component to use Cool URI with Internationalized Resource Identifier (IRI). A proposed approach provides same function regardless of encoding type and supports both file system based and CGI based methods to be easily used from other applications. Results from several test environments show the implemented Web component satisfy the design purpose.

Attributes of Social Networking Services : A Classification and Comparison (소셜 네트워크 서비스의 속성 : 분류와 비교)

  • Since a social networking service (SNS) isconsidered as an effective means to communicate and interact with customers, companies are trying to utilize SNS effectively. There is a lack of theory relating to the attributes of SNS. This study aims to investigate the attributes of SNS to classify SNS. Based on the social network theory, and previous studies on internet, blog, homepage, communication attributes, this study proposes the seven attributes to classify SNS: interaction, communication, entertainment, information, sharing, intimacy and connection. A pre-test, a pilot test and a main test are conducted. In the main test, 239 SNS users are participated. Through a factor analysis this study verifies the seven attributes of SNS. An analysis of variance with multiple comparisons of $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ method identifies that three attributes, interaction, communication and connection, are found to play significant roles to differentiate SNS. Looking at the overall mean values of the SNS by attribute, interaction, sharing, entertainment, intimacy and communication were relatively high in Facebook. Facebook showed higher values in attributes of interaction, sharing, entertainment, intimacy and communication. Twitter shows the relatively high scores for information and connection. Regarding interaction, Facebook shows higher scores than Twitter and Cyworld. For connection, Cyworld showed a significantly lower score than Twitter and Facebook. Cyworld was separated from the others in the light of communication. Cyworld is relatively weak in communication as it is limited to the message exchanges. The results will help in identifying major attributes for each SNS and classifying SNS.

  • The opinion mining is that to use the existing data mining technology also uploaded blog to web, to use product comment, the opinion mining can extract the author's opinion therefore it not judge text's subject, only judge subject's emotion. In this paper, published opinion mining algorithms and the text using speech recognition API for non-voice data to judge the emotions suggested. The system is open and the Subject associated with Google Voice Recognition API sunwihwa algorithm, the algorithm determines the polarity through improved design, based on this interview, speech recognition, which implements the model.

  • In this paper, we investigate the concept of cyber identity built in cyberspace and analyze the effects of general perception toward cyber identity on loyalty and purchase intent. Cyber identity is classified into two types: personal and social cyber identity, and has five components. Avatars and online gaming capability make up personal cyber identity while online communities and instant messenger count as social cyber identity. We regard blog personalities as having both personal and social characteristics. In our survey, we conclude that internet users want to purchase cyber items such as avatars, online game items, and wallpaper pictures to enhance their cyber identities. Based on the survey results , we derive five factors comprising personal cyber identity and social cyber identity using factor analysis and analyze overall effects of cyber identity on loyalty and purchase intention using Structural Equation Model.

  • RSS is a core component of Web 2.0 which is expected to lead the most important innovation in the new IT environment. In that sense, it is actively utilized to distribute Web contents in various areas such as news, blog, multimedia, medical information, and conference and journal information. Also, it is expected to be a major effective marketing tool in electronic commerce domain. In the paper, we analyzed the problems of current utilization of RSS in domestic shopping malls, and suggest requirements for the effective use of RSS in electronic commerce. Furthermore, we proposed various issues and answers on the implementation of the requirements, and designed the intelligent RSS framework for electronic commerce based on the issues. Syntactic and semantic interoperability between the RSS service provider and the user is one of the most important issues in the framework. We suggested how to implement the interoperability based on Semantic Web technologies.

  • The participation and share between personal users are the driving force of Web 2.0, and easily found in blog, social network, collective intelligence, social bookmarking and tagging. Among those applications, the social bookmarking lets Internet users to store bookmarks online and share them, and provides various services based on shared bookmarks which people think important.Delicious.com is the representative site of social bookmarking services, and provides a bookmark search service by using tags which users attach to the bookmarks. Our paper suggests a method re-ranking the ranks from Delicious.com based on user tags in order to provide personalized bookmark recommendations. Moreover, a method to consider bookmarks which have tags not directly related to the user query keywords is suggested by using tag network based on Jaccard similarity coefficient. The performance of suggested system is verified with experiments that compare the ranks by Delicious.com with new ranks of our system.

  • Generalization of the web, development of one-person media such as the blog and mini homepage, and integration of video digital devices have generalized multimedia video services on the web. However, flash videos, the previously used bit map-based multimedia videos, exhibit problems like the waterfall phenomenon, lag phenomenon, or non-synchronization of audios or videos. Thereupon, This study is conducted to suggest a converting technique to provide efficient web video service on the web by solving problems of bitmap-based flash video through file format-converting software and movie editing programs. And this paper also conducts experiments on five videos for 13 CODECs and analyzes converted results comparatively. The recommendable method considering the characteristics of each videos is to utilize MainConcept H.264 Video CODEC using SWF2Video pro. The result of this research can be used to produce web videos on the web more effectively.

  • Many researches about the effect on politics, economics and Sociocultural phenomenon using the social media are in progress. Authors utilized NAVER Trend most famous web browsing service in korea, NAVER Blog social media, NAVER Cafe service and Open Data(API) and also used temperature, humidity index data of Korea Meteorological Administration. This study analyzed a change of the public's emotion in korea using Cluster analysis of vocabulary of taste among its of feelings and senses. K-means clustering was followed by decision of the number of groups which was used Chi-square goodness of fit test and ward analysis. Eight groups was made and it represented sensitive vocabulary. By Discriminant analysis, eight groups decided by Cluster analysis has 98.9% accuracy. The change of the public's emotion has capability to predict people's activity so they can share sensibility and a bond of sympathy developed between them.

  • As interest increases in health promotion through sports, demand for public sports facilities is steadily growing. However, there is a lack of research on operation and management compared with the supply plan of public sports facility. In this context, the aim of this study is to address problems of management of public sports centers and suggest strategies for vitalizing the facilities through the big-data. The data are collected from web such as news, blog, and cafe for one year in 2015. From the big-data, We can find that the national sports centers and the open gyms showed similar users' behavior but showed different needs. Both facilities have been used as sports and leisure area and have a high percentage of visitors for other purposes such as walking, picnics, etc. However, while the national sports facilities which were used for more specialized programs, the open sports center were used as leisure space.

Blog etc.), FTP, Telnet and messengers (MSN, NateOn, Yahoo, DaumTouch, BuddyBuddy, MsLee, AOL, SoftMe) of a company, and implement through coding. Therefore have a purpose of these Paper to will contribute in scientific technical development regarding a crime cyber a computer through Web Forensics.
