The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of social face sensitivity on vanity and consumption behavior. Questionnaires were administered to 461 college students living in Deagu Metropolitan City and Kyungbook province. Frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and t-test were used for data analysis. Social face sensitivity was categorized into consciousness of being embarrassed, social formality, other consciousness and prestigiousness. Vanity factors were found as physical price, achievement concern, achievement price, and physical concern. Consumption behavior were categorized into 5 factors such as ostentatious consumption, impulsive buying, external information search, brand trust, utilization of internet information and material-oriented. Consciousness of being embarrassed, social formality, and other consciousness, the sub-variables of social face sensitivity had significant effects on achievement concerns and physical concerns. Other consciousness of social face sensitivity had significant effects on all factors of consumption behaviors. There was significant differences in the prestige of social face sensitivity and physical concerns of vanity and ostentatious consumption, impulsive buying, and also in external information search and utilization of internet information of consumer behavior. This indicates that women showed high physical concerns for vanity and ostentatious consumption, impulsive buying, external information search and utilization of internet information of consumption behavior while men care more about prestigiousness of social face sensitivity.
Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify factors affecting the innovative behavior of military hospital personnel. Methods: The study involved the analysis of 146 structured questionnaires received from military hospital personnel in D city and S city. Data were collected from January 10 to February 9, 2019. The SPSS/WIN 24.0 program was used for data analysis, which included the t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The multiple regression analysis showed that factors affecting innovative behavior of military hospital staff were the natural reward strategies of self-leadership, behavior-focused strategies of self-leadership, and organization-based psychological ownership ($R^2=.30$). Conclusion: The results suggest that to promote innovative behavior in military hospital staff, it is necessary to implement strategies that inspire self-leadership and psychological ownership.

Mother's Clothing Behavior has a great influence on her daughter's Clothing Behavior. . Daughters are apt be influenced by their mothers in every respect and were greatly affected by the clothing behaviors of mothers to whom they pay their respect. From this point, this study is to examine the relationship between daughter's clothing behavior and their mother's clothing behavior. Two questionnaires were administered to 459 mother and 459 daughter selected from 4 universities in Seoul. The questionnaires were composed of two major categories: those for daughters and for mothers. Aspects of clothing behavior consist of seven variables such as modesty, decency, aesthetic, display, attention, fashion, conformity. For the analytical study on data, methods through coefficients of correlation, analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis were used. The results of this study were summerized as follows; There was significant relationship between daughter's clothing behavior and her mother's clothing behavior, i.e., Clothing behavior formation of daughter was most important influenced by mother's clothing behavior.
This study is to find return factors when modern consumers purchase goods from an internet shopping mall and then to analyze the characteristics of complaints act and information search behavior. Subjects of research are 245 men and women, who have experience with more than one return in internet fashion shopping mall, in their twenties. The data were analyzed by using Factor analysis, Cronbach's analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test as a post identification, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are that male and female consumers in their 20s are mainly aware of the return factors: impulse buying, product status, deliver service, service after purchase, hype and comfortableness. And complains behavior often conduct public action, private action, nonaction. Information search behaviors for risk reduction when they purchase are product comparison, oral information search, neutral marketing information search, and service information search. The return factor from the internet fashion shopping had the greatest impact on public action and deliver services factor was a big complaint. In addition, impulse buying & Hype affect private action and non-action is influenced by impulse purchase. The consumer types by the return factors in internet fashion shopping mall are classified into the return group by deliver service, the return group by complex factors, and the return group by product status. Furthermore, there are significant differences in complaining behavior among these groups. In the information search behavior for reduction of risk factors, the return group by complex factors did more active information search behavior than the other groups. The return group by deliver service searched oral information and the return group by product status explored the neutral marketing information.
Analysis of risky behavior factors for workers in the manufacturing industry enables effective human error prevention and systemization of an efficient safety management system. This study examines the relationship between the effects of workers' work psychology, work environment, and work deviation factors on risky behavior intentions and the effects of such risky behavior intentions on risky behaviors. Among the small and medium-sized manufacturing industries, the analysis was focused on a survey of 80 workers in the manufacturing and processing industry. Looking at the results, it was found that work psychology and work deviation had an effect on the intention of risky behavior, but the work environment factors corresponding to job satisfaction and workload did not affect the intention of risky behavior. The relationship with colleagues, the degree of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the job, the degree of importance of the job that the worker feels, and the tightness of time to digest a large amount of work do not affect intentionally inducing dangerous work, but they do affect risky behavior. In the absence of intention, the work environment factor was found to accompany dangerous behavior.
In this study, we examined the effect of shared leadership on organizational trust, knowledge sharing, and innovative behavior. Also, it was verified that organizational trust and knowledge sharing play a mediating role in the relationship between shared leadership and innovative behavior. Data were collected from a survey of 348 manufacturing workers in Ulsan and Gyeongju. SPSS 22 was used for frequency analysis and exploratory factor analysis. AMOS 22 was used for confirmatory factor analysis to verify the validity of the variables and for covariance structure analysis to verify the research hypothesis. The results of this study are as follows. First, shared leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational trust, knowledge sharing, innovative behavior. Second, organizational trust has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. Third, knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on innovative behavior. Finally, organizational trust and knowledge sharing play a partial mediating role in the relationship between shared leadership and innovative behavior. The result of this study suggests that organizational trust and knowledge sharing should be strengthened through shared leadership in order to increase the innovative behavior of organization members.

Illegal and unethical behaviors of the construction industry affect people's lives and health more than the same problems of the other industries. Among these behaviors, the construction industry is mostly criticized for bribery scandals. According to the survey of the Ministry of Justice in Taiwan over the past years, bribery cases involving public engineering projects and governmental procurements account for a rather large portion of the indicted corruption cases. Transparency International's "Bribe Payer Index" indicates people in construction-related industries are the most likely to pay bribes. Poor construction quality directly and indirectly caused by bribery poses a great threat to public safety, organizational reputation and economic development. However, there is a limited number of existing research on the bribery problem of the construction industry. This study is an empirical attempt to explore bribery intention and its affecting factors among the construction organizations in Taiwan by conducting a questionnaire survey. The theory of planned behavior was used in this study to build its research model (covering elements of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, and intention). Totally 431 valid samples were returned. To explore the factors affecting bribery intention, this study adopted Pearson's correlation analysis to discuss about the connections among the questionnaire respondents' attitudes to bribery, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and bribery intention. A multi-regression analysis was then conducted to test if the planned behavior theory can effectively predict bribery intention. The research found (1) according to the results of Pearson's correlation analysis, the respondents' bribery intention, attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control are positively correlated with one another; (2) according to the results of the multi-regression analysis, bribery intention can be explained through attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control with an adjusted R2 value of 0.591, meaning 59.1% of the bribery intention's variances can be explained through the three dimensions. In addition, each of the three dimensions has a significant influence on the respondents' behavior intentions.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of CSR activities on innovation performance and to identify the mediating role of knowledge sharing and innovation behaviors between CSR activities and innovation performance. In addition, the purpose of this study is to verify the role of sequential mediating effect of knowledge sharing and innovation behavior between CSR activities and innovation performance. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected survey data from 293 organizational members working in Chinese companies. The exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability analysis, correlation analysis and process macro were used in order to analyze the data. Findings - First, this study verified that CSR activities had a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing, innovation behavior, and innovation performance. Second, it was found that knowledge sharing had a significant positive effect on innovation behavior and innovation performance. Third, it was verified that innovation behavior had a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Fourth, knowledge sharing and innovation behavior had a sequential mediating effect in the relationship between CSR activities and innovation performance. Research implications or Originality - With the uncertainty of the environment and the intensification of competition among companies, more and more companies begin to pay attention to innovation. Different from existing studies, this study focuses on CSR activities, identifies the role of CSR activities, explores ways to guide innovation performance, and verifies the sequential mediating role of knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Through this measure, the importance of knowledge sharing and innovative behavior among organizational members is emphasized, solutions to strengthen innovation are explored, and theoretical and practical implications are provided for companies.
This study examined how middle-aged female consumers' environmental consciousness influences their attitudes and ethical purchasing behavior toward RUR (recycling, upcycling, and reuse) knit products. The research employs a survey method, targeting 30-40 year old women residing in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province. On-line and off-line data collection were conducted. The following conclusions emerged through statistical analyses, including factor analysis, cluster analysis, t-test, and regression analysis. Firstly, respondents' environmental consciousness variables were classified into two factors, delineating high and low environmental consciousness clusters, demonstrating significant differences between them. Secondly, the high environmental consciousness cluster exhibited more positive consumer attitudes and ethical purchasing behavior towards RUR knit products. Moreover, it was established that environmental pollution consciousness and eco-friendly product purchase consciousness influenced environmental consciousness on consumer attitudes and ethical purchasing behavior. Lastly, the study confirmed that consumer attitudes mediated environmental consciousness and ethical purchasing behavior. In conclusion, this research establishes a meaningful link between environmental consciousness, consumer attitudes, and ethical purchasing behavior in 30-40 year old women. Environmentally conscious groups positively influence attitudes toward RUR knitted fashion and promote ethical purchasing behavior. Consequently, it is recommended that knit fashion companies prioritize environmental consciousness and eco-friendly products in their marketing strategies. Furthermore, diversifying the application of RUR knit products, coupled with eco-friendly production techniques, can amplify their appeal and utility, ensuring a positive impact on consumer behavior.

Background and Goals: This study set out to apply the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), which is known to provide good explanations about human behavior, and test it to see if it could predict safety behavior by affecting the intention for safety behavior and perceived behavioral control and if intention for safety behavior would be influenced by attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control. Methods: The subjects were 98 dental technology majors in D City. The questionnaires were distributed, filled out and collected on the spot. Each item was measured on a seven-point scale, and it's interpreted that the higher mean of each item would translate into safety behavior. Results: The analysis results of the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) variables indicate that only subjective norm ($\beta$ = .528, p < .000) had explanatory power of 27.2% (F = 37.170, P <.001) for intention for safety behavior. The results show that subjective norm and attitude toward behavior affect intention for safety behavior. The analysis results of the TPB variables revealed that intention for safety behavior had explanatory power of 26.6% (F = 36.072, p <.000) for behavior. When intention was added by perceived behavioral control, the explanatory power increased to 34.5% (F = 26.530, p <.000). And when it's added by knowledge, the explanatory power increased to 39.0% (F =21.661, p <.000). The results suggest that intention has the biggest influence on predicting safety behavior. Conclusion: The results show that the TPB model by Ajzen (1985) has greater forecasting power for intention and act of safety behavior than the TRA model by Fishbein & Ajzen (1980) and the TPB model can applied in the prediction of safety behavior. Thus safety behavior is considered as behavior whose determination control is limited. And safety education programs that add knowledge to the TPB variables will help the students promote their safety behavior.
