대학생의 리더십 행동 특성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 자기효능감의 조절효과 (Influence of College Student' Leadership Behavior Characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Moderating Effect of Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 한국과 중국의 리더십 행동 특성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 미치는 요인을 파악한 연구로 PLS 방법을 사용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구는 한국과 중국 대학생을 대상으로 리더십 행동 특성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석을 수행 하였다. 리더십 행동 특성이 조직시민행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조절효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학생들 외에도 리더십에 대한 교육을 진행하고 있는 교육기관에서 실무적으로 활용이 가능할 것으로 보이며, 리더의 행동 특성에 대한 기본적인 소양을 함양하기 위한 방향성을 모색하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

한국 여자대학생의 흡연행동 원인분석 (An Analysis of the Factors Influencing Smoking Behavior of Korean Female College Students)

  • This study examined smoking behavior of Korean female college students by applying the Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior, and tried to uncover the factors influencing smoking behavior. The main findings are as follows: First, the attitude toward smoking behavior and the perceived behavioral control were statistically significant in predicting smoking intention. The smoking intention was also significant in predicting smoking behavior. Thus, in order to promote to stop smoking, smoking prevention education emphasizing to reduce smoking intention, to lower the positive attitude toward smoking behavior and to enhance the capacity for perceived behavioral control seems to be helpful. Second, the smoking intention influenced significantly over the smoking behavior in all situations. But the influences of the attitude toward smoking behavior, the subjective norms, and the perceived behavioral control over the smoking intention varied from not significant in one situation to significant in the other situation. Thus, different prevention programs according to the characteristics of individuals need to be developed. Third, in a path analysis, the grade and the degree of satisfaction with college life had the indirect influence, and the growth place had the direct influence over the attitude toward smoking behavior and smoking intention. Thus the smoking prevention program focusing on the students who are the first grade, less satisfied with college life, and growing up in small cities should be developed.

시공중 강사장교의 극한거동에 대한 해석적 연구 (Analytical Study for Ultimate Behavior of Steel Cable-stayed Bridges under Construction Stage)

  • 본 연구는 데릭크레인과 인양중인 새그먼트 자중에 의한 외력이 작용하는 시공중인 폐합 직전 사장교의 기하비선형성 및 재료비선형성을 고려한 비선형 해석을 통해 극한 거동을 규명하였다. 시공중 사장교의 상태를 수치적으로 구현하기 위해 초기형상 해석과 역방향 시공단계 해석을 순차적으로 진행하였고, 이후에는 데릭크레인 및 인양중인 새그먼트 자중을 중앙경간 최 측단에 재하 하여 폐합 전 강사장교의 주요한 거동을 모사하였다. 또한 주요 매개변수에 따른 극한거동 및 극한하중계수의 변화를 정량적으로 분석하기 위한 방법으로 주탑-거더간 강성비와 케이블 면적을 변화하면서 거동을 관찰하였고, 기하비선형성과 재료비선형성 모두를 고려한 극한해석 결과를 기하비선형성만을 고려한 기하비선형 해석과 비교하여 보다 구체적이고 정량적인 극한거동에 대해 분석하였다.

병원근로자의 조직시민행동과 조직효과성 관계 연구 (The Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Effectiveness of Hospital Employees)

  • Background: The organizational citizenship behavior is generally known as the important factor relevant to the organizational effectiveness. This research examined the mediating effect of the organizational citizenship behavior of hospital employees on the organizational effectiveness. Methods: Data were collected from 1,112 employees located in city of Seoul, Kyunggi and Chungnam province through self-administered questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS ver. 20.0, frequency analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, regression analysis, and path analysis. The main findings of the study are as follows. Results: First, it was found that many characteristics variables of personality, job, and relationship together affected organizational citizenship behavior of hospital employees. Especially, the following variables of negative affectivity, desire for growth, job value, job significance, and job security were found to have significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of hospital employees. Second, the results of path analysis showed that, through the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior, personality variables of positive and negative affectivity, and desire for growth, job characteristics variables of job value, job significance, and job security, and relationship variables of organizational support and task interdependence, had significant total effects on the level of job satisfaction of hospital employees. Conclusion: As a result, the organizational citizenship behavior seems to have both direct and indirect effects on the organizational effectiveness of hospital employees. Based on above findings, some theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

Application of Motion Analysis to User Participation Behavior Model: Focused on Interactive Space

  • Objective: The goal of this research is to develop new user behavior model using user motion analysis with microscopic perspective for attracting user's participation in interactive space. Background: The interactive space is 'human's place', which is made up of complex elements of digital virtual space and traditional analog and physical environment based on human-computer interaction system. Human behavior has changed in it at the same time. If the user couldn't make participation in interaction, the purpose of the system is not met, which reduces its effect. Therefore, we need to focus on interactive space that is potential future direction from a new point of view. Method: For this research, we would discuss and study fields of interactive space; (1) finding definition of interactive space and studying background of theory about it. (2) providing base of user behavior model with study of user's context that is to be user information and motion. (3) examining user motion, classify basic motion type and making user participation behavior model in phases. Results: Through this process, user's basic twenty motions which are systematized are taken as a standard for analysis of interaction process and participation in interactive space. Then, 'NK-$I^5$ (I Five)' model is developed for user participation types in interactive space. There are five phases of user participation behavior: Imperception, Interest, Involvement, Immersion, and Influence. In this analysis, three indicators which are time, motion types, and user relationship are found to be related to participation. Conclusion: The capabilities and limitation of this research is discussed to attract user participation. This paper focuses especially on contribution of design to lead user's participation in interactive system and expectation to help adapt to user centered design of various interactive space with new aspect of user behavior research. Application: The results of the 'NK-$I^5$ (I Five)' model might help to realize successful interactive space based on user centered design.

심리적 주인의식과 고용안정이 이직의도 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 -경북지역 중소제조기업 종업원을 중심으로- (Effects of Job Security and Psychological Ownership on Turnover Intention and Innovative Behavior of Manufacturing Employees)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the relationships among innovative behavior, turnover intention, and job security. An additional purpose was to examine partial mediating effects on psychological ownership. The baseline of analyzing those relationships in this study is that the role of psychological ownership will be a mediator between job security and turnover intention as well as innovative behavior in the organization. To accomplish these purposes, a model was built among job security as predictor variable, the psychological ownership as mediating variable and turnover intention, and innovative behavior as criteria variables based on the studies conducted in the various areas. The 248 questionnaires surveyed from the area of DaeGu and Kyungbuk were used in the statistical analyses. The detail statistical techniques are such as descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multi regression analysis. The results of the study show that job security had positively significant effect on turnover intention and innovative behavior. In addition, only the psychological ownership of organization-level thinking have partial mediating effects between job security and innovative behavior also job security and turnover intention. The results may indicate that the psychological ownership of organization-level thinking be a key factor to alleviate the turnover intention of employees and to encourage the innovative behavior during their works for the small-medium size companies showing the unstable job security.

영유아 식행동 검사도구 개발 및 타당도 검정 (The Development and Validation of Eating Behavior Test Form for Infants and Young Children)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to develop and validate Eating Behaviors Test form (EBT) for infants and young children, including eating behaviors of their parents and parental feeding practices. Methods: Draft version of EBT form was developed after a pretest on 83 mothers. It was consisted of 42 questions including 3 components; eating behavior of children, eating behavior of parents, and parental feeding practices. Using these questionnaires, the first survey was conducted on 320 infants and children, 1 to 6 year old, for exploratory factor analysis, and the second survey was collected on 731 infants and children for confirmatory factor analysis. Results: Exploratory factor analysis on 42 questions of EBT form resulted in 3 factor model for children's eating behavior, 3 factor model for parents' eating behavior, and 1 factor model for parental feeding practices. Three factors for children's eating behavior could be explained as follows; factor 1, pickiness (reliability ${\alpha}=0.89$; explanation of variance=27.79), factor 2, over activity (${\alpha}=0.80$, explanation of variance=16.51), and factor 3, irregularity (${\alpha}=0.59$, explanation of variance=10.01). Three factors for mother's eating behavior could be explained as follows; factor 1,irregularities (${\alpha}=0.73$, explanation of variance=21.73), factor 2, pickiness (${\alpha}=0.65$, explanation of variance= 20.16), and factor 3, permissiveness (${\alpha}=0.60$, explanation of variance=19.13). Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed an acceptance fit for these models. Internal consistencies for these factors were above 0.6. Conclusions: Our results indicated that EBT form is a valid tool to measure comprehensive eating and feeding behaviors for infants and young children.

"어머니의 양육행동 척도" 표준화를 위한 예비 연구 (A Preliminary Study for the Standardization of the "Korean Maternal Behavior Inventory")

  • The purpose of this study was to develop 『Korean Maternal Behavior Inverntory』(KMBI). The subjects were 712 mothers of 4th-6th grade elementary school children from 5 urban cities in Korea. Item analysis. Cronbach's α, Pearson's r, Factor analysis, and Percentile norms were conducted for the purpose of the study. The major findings were as follows; 1. By the method of item analysis and factor analysis, 51 items were selected for the scale of maternal behavior. 2. A factor analysis showed 7 factors(Reasoning guidance, Affect, Antliorian Control, Achievement, Overprotection, Active Involvement, Limit Setting) as separated domains from each others. 3. The reliablity coefficient of the scale was ranged from 62 to 81 sufficient to secure reliability. 4. Percentile ranks were drived from the total score and quartiles were calculted for the each of seven factor's scores. The present study presents a potentially highly useful way of measuring maternal behavior of 4th-6th grade elementary school children in Korea.

기혼여성재택근무자의 관리행동과 생활만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Management behavior and life satisfaction of the home-based women worker)

  • The objectives of this study are examine the variables effecting management behavior of home-band worker through empirical study. The data used for statistical analysis is 285 home-based worker. The statistical methods used for data analysis were frequencies, mean, t-test, multiple regression, factor analysis and path analysis. The major findings can be summarized as fellows. Home-based workers' various characteristics were statistically significant variable to management behavior. Home-based work income were higher for older women, no employ experience in out of home, lower age of children, business owner, lower time flexibility. In cause-effect model analysis that affects life satisfaction was related to work management, home management behavior and income. Based on the finds of the study, it was found that home-based work can be good alternative to induce married women to labour market if some problems are covered.

Numerical Analysis for Prediction of Fatigue Crack Opening Level

  • Finite element analysis(FEA) is the most popular numerical method to simulate plasticity-induced fatigue crack closure and can predict fatigue crack closure behavior. Finite element analysis under plane stress state using 4-node isoparametric elements is performed to investigate the detailed closure behavior of fatigue cracks and the numerical results are compared with experimental results. The mesh of constant size elements on the crack surface can not correctly predict the opening level for fatigue crack as shown in the previous works. The crack opening behavior for the size mesh with a linear change shows almost flat stress level after a crack tip has passed by the monotonic plastic zone. The prediction of crack opening level presents a good agreement with published experimental data regardless of stress ratios, which are using the mesh of the elements that are in proportion to the reversed plastic zone size considering the opening stress intensity factors. Numerical interpolation results of finite element analysis can precisely predict the crack opening level. This method shows a good agreement with the experimental data regardless of the stress ratios and kinds of materials.
